Going to this Starbucks outlet is always a pleasure. My order is taken promptly and served up quickly in a friendly and professional manner. I'm a semi-regular customer, so I don't know the dynamics of the relationship the store has with the community completely, but from my observations the few times I have been here, the store has the feeling of a true local coffee shop more than just a chain outlet. From what I gather, there is a large group of regulars who stop by here and are well known to the Starbucks' staff. There's an atmosphere of comfort and conviviality you don't find much anymore and I feel that immediately whenever I spend any time here reading or just sitting back and relaxing and watching the world go by. I admire this in any business and is something I like to use as a benchmark to see if it's a place where I want to be a regular. This Starbucks is one that is on my list to become a regular at now. If you want a big heaping helping of cold refreshment in our current August weather, try their Tazo black tea & lemonade with honey iced tea shaken with ice before serving. Makes me feel renewed every time I drink it.

Here is a well above average Starbucks in Goose Hollow. There is a modest amount of outlets along with plenty of seating. The traffic going by might be a deterrent to visiting, even more so for their tables outside. This is close to plenty of public transportation. I went here while waiting for the bus that would take me on my journey of the day. The cashier was friendly and the seating was comfortable. I plugged in and got plenty of power. This Starbucks might just be convenient.

It is Starbucks, so I don't have much to add. It is the location that makes me give them a 3 rather than 4 stars. They could definitely redo the outside area here, but probably because of the large number if homeless that will not work well. Too bad! And the personnel does not recognize me, even after I have been coming in here for a number of times now...

Great service but this is the 5th time they have run out of Ham and Cheese squares before 8am, need to work on inventory control.

They totally redeemed themselves with the best caramel frap and Ariel was very welcoming. Excellent customer service. I love this place now!

I've been to many Starbucks but I'm writing a review for this Starbucks because they are the quickest, friendliest Starbucks I've been to. They know my name every time and ring me up before I can place my order because they remember. They also remember my name and my drink is usually ready before I get through the line. If they are on your commute I suggest you make this location your stop.

According to my personal constitution, I really shouldn't be reviewing a(nother) Starbucks location because I publicly berate such large chains (while secretly enjoying their offerings). But, I cannot deny the fact that I've received nothing but great service at this particular location, especially from the early weekday mornings crew. When I started taking the MAX to and from work at some ungodly hour, I found it necessary to placebo my groggy head with some decaf, and it only took a couple of visits for the ladies in the morning to anticipate my beverage of choice. And I don't care what planet you come from but no one should be that perky at five in the morning. However, the early shift ladies here never cease to greet with a genuine smile that can warm even the coldest of winter mornings in P-Town. Yes, I'm in love. With the decaf.
