Cajun made easy. Sometimes it's nice to give my Mac n' Cheese, Salad, Chicken, Pasta, Potatoes, or Steak a little Cajun kick and these blends make it easy. You can usually find them at a Saturday Market stall serving up seasoned chicken samples. The two dudes serving up stuff are hella fun to talk to. The samples aren't all that, but they serve their purpose in letting you taste the different blends. I've been using two of their blends since June and have no complaints about either. The "Cream Sauce" isn't as robust, so it's good for the heat adverse or for seafood that you don't want to over power. The "Louisiana" is packed with flavor, and has that Pavlovian mouth watering effect. There's actually a decent variety to choose from (see website), think Mrs. Dash goes Cajun. Sure I could cobble together a blend my self, but sometimes after a long day,it's nice to do things the easy way.

We bought several different spices years ago while at the Saturday market and now they are pretty much the only ones we use on our steak, fish, pork when grilling. I am a very picky meat eater, but love whatever my husband grills up when he uses these - especially the ones with a bit of a kick. These are our "go to" spices for most everything. And my family makes sure to go to Saturday market and stock us up when we are running low down here in California. Love, love, love these spices!!!! Oh and the Cajun and the Blackened are our favorites and I love putting the cream sauce on a plain old box of Mac and Cheese - makes it delicious!!!

Great guys selling the best cajun seasonings! They always have chicken samples made with their spices. My favorite seasonings: - Cajun - Louisiana Mix - Cream Sauce - Blackened Cajun and Louisiana Mix are good with chicken, french fries, pastas, and seafood boils. The Cream Sauce is good with pastas and on avocados. The Blackened is good with fish and chicken. Highly recommended to come try out their seasonings!

I normally hate spicy food of all kinds, then my husband started feeding me the Cream Sauce, and now I'm hooked! I'm going to have to send my aunt in to get more when we run out down here in Colorado!

Best cajun seasoning! I spent many years looking for a descent cajun seasoning with much disappointment until I stumbled upon King of the Cajun at the saturday market. All the seasonings they make are wonderful. My favorite being the Louisiana, which I use on almost everything. We moved to Colorado a year and a half ago and I'm so thankful they ship! Highly recommend!

The Original BBQ Sauce is a perfect balance of sweet and spicy goodness. Stopped by the booth at Portland Saturday Market and tasted some samples. There was no way we were leaving without purchasing their seasonings and sauce. We used the blackened rub last night on some chicken and wings, and hot damn....its good ! I cant wait to try the rest of the rubs and sauces. You can easily order the products online. Online Ordering kingofthecajuns.com/prod… Dear King of the Cajun, You now have a customer for life !
