For Ontario, it doesn't get much any better than this. This is an authentic sandwich shop. I was very very pleased with the "big apple" sandwich. And over all would rate this place 4 stars in NYC where I lived for 5 years.

So good, but difficult to choose from their 18473828 different sandwiches(slight exaggeration)! Ordered the Club Met. It was amazing. Was too excited to chow down to even snap a picture. :)

On a GLGW (gotta luv global warming) 110 deg. day, I ordered a Big Apple Sammie, cold, but they made a Big Apple Sammie, hot, instead. No probs. They noticed the mistake before I did & voila, two Big Apples for the price of one. It was like hitting the lunch lottery. Hot one went in the igloo for dinner.

Solid sandwich place just a bit off the beaten path from the highway. If you want to skip the fast food and get something fresh, I'd head over to Gandolfo's. They have Tim's Cascade chips too!

They didn't have my faxed in order ready and then lied about not getting it. The confirmation said it had been there 20 min

I eat lunch here about twice a month. The thing is, their selection is so large and varied that I don't think I'll ever be able to sample everything they serve. The subs are always tasty, and their side dishes are a nice break from the ordinary sides you'll find at most places. They serve a daily special (for one, and two) that I usually go for. The service is friendly & they offer an incentive card that gives you a free meal every 10 times you visit. The place is clean and modern. A variety of seating is available - tables, booths, and bar-stools. Large flat-screens are usually showing sports channels.

Great sandwiches! It beats subway by a mile! I have ate here and not one time had an issue with poor quality food. It is a home run, simple as that. The sour cream potato salad is a must have for potato salad lovers. I have had 3-4 different sandwiches and all were great. By far my favorite is the "Mama Leone". Warm with the perfect Italian spice, sauce and mushrooms added to a stack of fine meats. Try one and you will come back for more!

I have tried to visit this place a couple of times, but it has been closed. I was expecting a glorified Subway or something like Quiznos, but I was wrong. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches. I got the I love New York ( pastrami and corned beef) and it was awesome. I've eaten at the Carnegie Deli and I enjoyed today's sandwich better.

Had lunch there yesterday, pretty ordinary, we haunt the Jewish delis in the Los Angeles area when there and love them. This is more akin to Arby's. Not a bad sandwich, but made with processed meats (like Arby's) 12.00 for a fairly large sandwich, pickles are wonderful but cost an extra dollar each. No deli bar to speak of, no flavor in the sauerkraut on my Rubin and could not detect any cheese. The place was clean and employees were trying.

The food is outstanding, I've never had a bad lunch here. My personal favorite is the "King of Queens," a pastrami sandwich with cole slaw and Russian dressing. Special mention to the homemade soups. They are worth the trip by themselves. Very friendly staff that takes the time to learn your name and remember you the next time you come in. I swear this place is Ontario's best kept secret.

Great sandwiches and great service! My family and I eat here often.

At the owners request and the promise of a free sandwich I went back to Gandolfo's 12/4/2010. The service was 10 times better. The help had clean uniforms on and communicated in professional manner. I custom ordered a sandwich and it came out correct. It's a good place for lunch. Glad they have hired better help, makes all the difference.
