It was alright, drink order was correct and quick. The food display was "dirty", it had crumbs from items no longer there, not dirty but not clean. Restroom and the shop were pretty clean, service was good

Wow, What A Staff! I drove through at 12:30pm on July 4th on my way up the coast. The line was to the door and the place was packed. Yet somehow it took only 20 minutes till I was back in my car with my drink ready to drive to Seaside. While I was in line the people ahead of me were ordering complicated drinks for multiple people at a time. Some even reading texts from people in the RV's and Vans as they ordered! Meanwhile every seat was taken inside and the drive-through was packed. Somehow every employee was extremely polite and the whole place was clean. Even the customers were commenting about how nice and hard-working the employees were. I didn't see a single person have an issue with their drink. The only reason I removed a star is because the place isn't laid-out to accommodate long lines and I spent time keeping doors open for others leaving. Seems like if the merchandise was moved or the doors were designed to lock open it wouldn't be an issue.

weird location, and weird parking options...BUT it's a large interior starbucks. very friendly staff. AND this is a great restroom stop, if you're driving the coast and have to pee really bad, since their are no easy bathroom stops on 101.

This is a pretty nice Starbucks right off of PCH. They have everything you'd need as well as a restroom for all of you folks living out of a van.

Everyone's standing around talking. There are 7 women working. Everyone has been waiting for their drinks. They got my drink wrong when I finally got it. I went to the front counter & had to say excuse me because I stood there waiting for help. I was told to "hold on" while the counter girl finished stocking lids. Four women over by the drive thru talking & giggling. I have never been so happy to not live in a town & just be driving thru. I would never come back to this Starbucks. They also do not call out people's names. Even though all the cups clearly have names on them. The barista just walks out of the drive thru & sets them on the counter & walks away. One poor guy kept looking over. I finally told him his drink had been sitting there for awhile. They did get my husbands drink right, of course it was only 4 shots of espresso in a short cup. So all they had to do was press buttons. When they got my drink right, it had big chunks from the soy container. Most Starbucks wouldn't even serve that to you. Apparently to this Starbucks that's funny. After reading the other reviews on here I'm not sure how corporate hasn't done something. Clearly management needs to CLEAN HOUSE & fire some idiots.

Mobile app machine stated as being broken. Took 20 minutes to get a drink. Must have been a new cashier as well. Liked the drink just wasn't consistent service - at least what's common at Starbucks.

Reliable, time and time again. I am amazed by their consistently excellent service and product.

All Starbucks offer a similar product so efficiency and service matter. This one didn't do as well as we hoped. Ordering was difficult. We were then in a slow moving line. Drinks being handed out seemed like usual but perhaps something complicated service. We usually get better at Starbucks. We will continue to patronize but maybe not this one.

This place was very disorganized. Three people got their order before me that came in after I did and my coffee was wrong( I ordered a tall skinny caramel latte) , not sure how you can screw that up but whatever.

Starbucks is Starbucks, where ever you go. I guess that's the appeal! However, this particular one is next to a Quiznos and they share a bathroom. I like any business that has restrooms and I like having food with my coffee so this is a win-win relationship. The cafe itself is pretty good sized. There's a small lounge area with several plush chairs and a small couch. There's a group sized table, a table reserved for the disabled (love that), and about six tables for two. They sell the full selection of coffee beans, pre-made sandwiches and snacks, and of course, pastries. I had a chocolate old-fashioned doughnut despite my experience that Starbucks pastries are usually stale and tasteless. This one was pretty good! Not too sweet, which is always a plus. As for the service, it was prompt and friendly. My latte was not hot, more like lukewarm, and well, it's Starbucks coffee, not Panini. Nice place to watch the sunset, though, as the big picture windows face the ocean. Outdoor seating is probably pretty nice in the summer as it's not RIGHT on the highway. The patrons working on their computers were quiet too, so you could get some work or studying done here.

Not impressed. Employees were walking over each other. May have been a training day. I know it's Sunday, but still. I usually have a good experience at Starbucks, but not this one. Long wait, and more employees than customers. Drink was OK, nothing special.

Nice service the worker which I ordered my drink covered my 25 cents so you know they actually care about there customers. The decor was decent. Felt like a nice Starbucks to go in and grab a drink and enjoy it on the cost. I felt like the location was kind of weird. The feeling was kinda ghetto.

The cashier person i had was really nice she was new. The lines are ridicuously long. I had to go to a starbucks because of my daughters peanut allergy I knew she could eat the bagel that's why I stay in line otherwise I would have left. It's a tourist town get another starbucks if that's what the people want!

I truly do not know why I continue to go to this Starbucks. When you have to come back to your house and fix the coffee they just made you, then something is just not right. EVERY TIME!

Visiting from out of town, we frequented this location often. Seemed very odd to me that they could not figure out how to make a salted caramel mocha... which I manage to order without any problems at any other Starbucks, or any other coffee shop for that matter. They had good iced tea though.

Argh! We only stop here about once a quarter, but there is ALWAYS a problem. Forgotten order, wrong orders, slow service. Last time, my wife was in the store so long, I thought that the place was being robbed or something. Terrible drink mixes, just atrocious compared to a normal Starbucks. The always service the drive-through first no matter what and make the people in side wait. Yesterday, alone in the store, we ordered 3 drinks, they made 2 then spent 5 minutes cleaning the machine before making our last drink! Terrible management and service

I'm a big fan of Starbucks in general but the reason why i didn't give a full a 5 stars to this one in particular is partly because I waited in the drive thru for almost 15 minutes before i got my coffee. It wasnt that big of a deal and i understand that they extremely busy..but the biggest reason is the cursing homeless man who hung out next to the dumpster literally right infront of the drive thru lot. He came up to our car numerous times and just stared at us and did it to other cars as well. A few times he yelled/cursed at nothing and i could see everyone in the cars in front of us and behind us all watching him. We drove by an hour later and he was still outside the Starbucks next to the dumpster doing the same exact thing-not sure why the employee's or management didnt do anything about it. It was kind of funny at first but was just a little awkward after awhile. In any case my coffee was pretty good!
