We liked the former location right on 99W-had more atmosphere but they had their reasons for relocating. As of yesterday their web site was not up-to-date but we knew where to look. On a lighter note, Rookies has the best hamburgers! I always have to take 1/2 home and it is almost as good heated up the next day. Yesterday I had an apple/walnut salad. There were 8 or so thin sliced apple halves, a lot of walnuts and cranberries and I can't remember what else, but the serving of greens was ever so meager. It could easily have been 1/2 again more and would have been fine, but it was indeed skimpy. There were no crackers with the salad but the waiter did bring a bowl of tortilla chips when I asked about crackers. The only other option was oyster crackers or potato chips. Speaking of potato chips, my three friends had chips with their hamburgers: pepper and another kind. Neither was particularly tasty although some people must like them. Not sure if FF are offered with hamburgers but probably are and probably excellent. In conclusion, stick to the hamburgers at Rookies but I'll probably venture forth and try the Rueben next time 'round.

Ate here during a recent work project in the area. All 4 of us were happy with our burgers. Big, juicy, and very reasonably priced. One guy had the PB&Bacon burger, and thought it was great. The waitress was very friendly, and took great care of us.

The food was absolutely awful. Tasted of mold. Their ketchup tastes sour and outdated. We asked for another bottle bit it tasted the same. Just no. Will not be eating here again.

While watching the Beaver game, a friend and I enjoyed a few drinks at Rookies Sports Pub in Monmouth. The establishment is clean and inviting with courteous bartenders and waiters. The tap choices are expected and non-extravagant while the food choices are what you would expect from a typical bar. In my opinion, the ambiance more than makes up for the lack of uniqueness. (They also have a foosball and pool table)

Rookies Sports Pub is where I go when I'm really in the mood for a burger and fries. This is a sports bar, and the burgers and fries really hit the spot. They have a lot of spicy options like a green chile smothered burger and a jalepeno burger, as well as your usually non-spicy items. The fries aren't just salt, they have pepper on them too, a simple but nice addition. I know there is more on the menu, but I just go for the burgers.
