I am very picky when it comes to pizza. Some need to add some pizza to their sauce, some need to get the hang of making a pizza and some just get it. Passadores is one of the places that can do it just right. Im normally a deep dish pizza lover but something about passadores thin crust is wonderful. The only place I go for pizza ever since I first tried them, My favorite pizza BY FAR.

After a day of biking along the Molalla River, we stopped in town and looked around for a place to get a bit. Passadore's was nearby and open, and what a treat! We had the Mona Lisa pizza, subbing red sauce for white, and tried the blackberry and apricot hard ciders. The pizza was fabulous -- crisp, thin, delicious crust, lots and lots of fresh toppings -- and the ciders were great with it. It was 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon and pretty quiet, and service was very good. We would definitely recommend this place and go back to it.

You can taste the quality and freshness, this is our second visit and we tried some different stuff off the menu. Everything was really tasty and good portions, first visit we had the pizza. We will be coming back for sure!

Wow oh wow!!!...delicious! A great thin crust where you can actually taste the olive oil. Crispy crust but not burnt. The sauce is slightly sweet but not tart or bitter , a nice even balance. We had a half pepperoni and half Mama mia ( Canadian bacon). The Canadian bacon was great and the pepperoni not to spicy just flavor!. The service was outstanding , you could tell everyone was a little new but making sure our needs were meet. Great clean atmosphere and I will definitely be back. The only thing I could add is to maybe have some background music playing. !!! Thanks and great work on your new pizzeria!!!

Amazing pizza every time. Delicious! The thin crust is awesome. Try the taco pizza, it's our families favorite. We love the family atmosphere. Employees always have a smile on their face. Love having a local pizzeria in our hometown. Also the grapefruit ale is so yummy! We fill our growler often!

Love the people, it's really nice and clean. Prices are good but for a thin crust it just doesn't seem crispy enough, they use cornmeal not sure if that's why or not.

It is nice to see a new restaurant open in Molalla. The owners put a lot of work into renovating the location from the previous occupants and it really shows. There is plenty of comfortable seating and flat screen TVs to watch the games. Passadore's has a nice selection of wine and craft beer available. Passadore's offers a higher quality of pizza than what you might find elsewhere in Molalla. The biggest difference is with the quality of the ingredients and the cracker-like crust (which isn't greasy at all). During our visit, we tried one of the Chicken Delight pizza, which has a garlic olive oil base, and a build your own pizza with the traditional marinara sauce. I liked both pizzas, but would recommend the red sauce pizzas over the olive oil base. There wasn't as much flavor to the olive oil base as I would have liked. The build your own pizza tasted great. The cost is higher than what you will find around town. Other pizza locations charge around $12 for a pizza where Passadore's charges $22. But as I mentioned earlier, Passadore's offers higher quality ingredients and uses a new pizza oven to bake a delicious crust, so there is some value that helps justify the premium pricing. Overall, Passadore's Pizza is a good place for lunch or dinner in Molalla. It is worth checking out the next time you are in the area.

I went there for the first time today for a birthday party, it was well managed and I appreciated that it was a calm environment for the kiddos. The pizza was Amazing....with the party we got to try a variety, they were delicious, the crust makes it and it reminds me a lot of the old Sunshine Pizza that used to be in Clackamas. The only downers is they don't even offer the option to have an all you can eat salad bar, and the salad bar was just average. It would also be nice to see a couple games for the older kiddos to help keep them occupied ;) Service was great and pizza was great! Definitely headed back sometime!

The new owner has made great improvements on what this place used to be. The pizza is excellent. It's cooked in a stone oven and it tastes great. Their service is good and they also have wifi.

I have been back twice in the last two weeks, and I would rate Passadore's at 3-stars based on these most recent visits -- we got the Papa's Favorite (Pepperoni & Pineapple) on first visit, and BBQ Chicken on second. I love a thin, crispy crust, but on both of the recent visits, the crusts seemed compressed in the center of the pizza. The outer edges were perfect, but the center was just too thin and couldn't hold its form. The Papa's Favorite was good, but overall doesn't match up to the same combo from Fultano's in Canby. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza on our most recent visit, a pie that we had tried before and thought was excellent, but it didn't live up to our expectations this time. The BBQ sauce, onions, bacon, and cheese were all outstanding; but the chicken had an off flavor to it, as if it had been cooked and then stuck in a freezer for too long. Definitely not acceptable on a $22 pizza. I still think Passadore's is a great place to take the kids for dinner, and it's good for Molalla; but it's clear there is room for improvement, too.

Had the Taco pizza, it was good. Had a good balance of flavor. The crust was great I could actually taste the seasoning in the crust, which had good flavor and was not over cooked. Finally a quality pizza place in town!

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations.
