Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Will not be returning to this restaurant. Read reviews and thought we would try. Food was horrible. Yuck!

Nicely done. Friendly service. Food was awesome. Our kids had the orange chicken and wanted to take the left overs home which was a first for our finicky eater.

Never would have thought an above average Chinese restuarant would be in a small town. The food is very good, the service is very good, and take out is always hot and fresh. I've eaten at the other 2 Chinese food places in town, and they are only average at best. Liu's is a 5 out of 5 all the way.

We have always has bad experiences with Chinese food. This places has the best and only Chinese food we will ever eat. All food is fresh and you can tell had love put into it. Very big portions and good menu options. They even threw in 2 extras for us! :) Restaurant is very clean and inviting. You can tell it is a family restaurant by the passion in the food and the good service.

This is the best Chinese in Molalla by a wide margin. The service is excellent and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. My wife and I waited too long to try Lui's and we wish we'd given it a try sooner.

The food was FABULOUS. My husband ordered Chicken Curry. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The curry was just right. The vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked. The fried rice was too mushy, however, and didn't really have much in the way of veggies or egg in it. My son had General Tso's Chicken and steamed rice. Best GTC we have ever had! The chicken breading was crisp and crackling, and the sauce was perfect - super flavorful. Sticky and pungent, sweet and tangy at the same time, and just the right heat. My husband and I tried to bribe him to share, but he was very reluctant. I ordered the Singapore Rice Noodles. Generally, when I order a noodle dish at a Chinese place, I expect the typical heap of goodies bathed in a umami-lishous garlicky, soy sauce, and oyster sauce combination. But this dish was golden with curry. I wasn't really in the mood for curry, so I almost sent it back, but changed my mind. It was very good too. Again, tender, flavorful chicken, shrimp, and the freshest vegetables cooked perfectly, My only negative comment is that our table, the sugar packet container, and all the condiment containers, were sticky and grimey. Everything needed a hot, soapy wash. There's no doubt, we'll be back... but hoping for cleaner table settings next time :)

This place is awesome. Made a reservation for 10 and we all were amazed at the quality of food and service. We aren't from Molalla but would definitely drive there again. We had the lunch buffet which was perfect for hungry kids. And affordable! Thank you for making us feel so welcomed!

Always fresh food with amazing flavors! I love this place and try to get in often, when not there I'm daydreaming about it! Hot & Sour soup is the best I've ever had (yes better than p.f. changs) pineapple fried rice is so fresh and delicious! New owners started in 2014, so glad I took a chance on them. Try it you will not regret it! Oh lunch special $5.95 all you can eat buffet with all those same fresh and delicious flavors!
