Since I started using the drive thru at this location, I have a greater appreciation for it. The weather has been bad and I have been busy with holiday errands here so for a rare winter visit to Medford, I have occasionally used this store. The main thing to note is that this is the SB corporate location with the drive thru, not the one listed as on Crater Lake Hwy. That one is inside the Safeway and just a licensed location. The confusing thing is that this store faces Crater Lake Hwy, but the parking lot and drive thru are accessed off of Delta Waters Rd. So some of the reviews on Yelp for CLHwy actually belong to Detla Waters. The Safeway can also be accessed by either road, so watch your checkins and reviews. The stores are in adjacent parking lots.

I love this drive thru. I haven't had to have a drink remade and everyone is super nice and courteous. By far the best Starbucks in Medford.

Drive Thru service was great! I got a white chocolate frappe. My hubby got the Peppermint Mocha whuch was good too. We went there for FREE coffees on Veterans Day which was false advertisement/misunderstanding. The deal really was $1.75 off any coffee since thats the cost of a regular cup of straight coffee. :/

Okay, listen. I don't mean to be a bitch, but isn't arguing with the customer a bad thing? Me: I'd like a cake batter frap, please. Drive Thru Girl: Ummm...we don't have that. If you tell me how to make it, I can make it for you. Me: Okay, it's the vanilla bean with almond. DTG: We don't have "almond" flavoring. Me, no longer interested in dealing with this: Okay, that's fine. DTG: Yeah, we aren't trained on that one. Me: Oh no worries. I know not everyone is. It's on the "secret menu." DTG: *laughs* I'm so sorry, but we don't have a "secret menu." 1. HOW can you work at Starbucks and not even know of the existence of the secret menu? 2. Basically calling the customer a liar is all bad. Knock that off. When you're done doing that, Google "Starbucks Secret Menu" (hint- throw all those words together and add a dot net at the end...voila, secret menu!). Then enjoy being wrong :) Also, I ordered the cheesecake brownie, and was informed that they were frozen, and asked, "So what would you like instead?". WTF? How about you take it out of the freezer since it's on your menu, and serve it to the people that are ordering it? Jeez. This is the first time I've had such an annoying experience here. Other than that, it's your standard 'Bucks, enhanced with a drive thru that was unusually aggravating today. Defrost your stuff and educate your staff.

Generally pretty decent service at this Starbucks. They used to be really horrible and would always mess up even the most simple drink orders, but have improved in the past year or so. They still mess simple stuff up now and then but are usually pretty quick to fix it, when requested. A few of the regular employees are awesome and a few of them seem to want to be elsewhere so it's a mixed bag. But hey, it's Starbucks, and you're paying the high prices in exchange for predictability and consistency, which, like most other locations, they've got here.

Great store, they handle both a busy drive thru and lobby well. Plus it's very clean inside whenever I go. I've worked in retail before, and giving away "free" waters and the like can deplete a stores budget rather quickly. They may have been conserving, each store is responsible for managing their budget. $4 entitled you to a mocha, nothing more.

I like this Starbucks because it has this cozy bar counter to hang out at. Other than that, it's just a Starbucks. Oh, I like the new Dry Cucumber soda. I brought one home and put some gin in it!

This store is difficult to get into and out of from a parking point of view, but other than that it is amazing! Huge lobby, great place to sit and talk. It is VERY clean and I have never had a problem with my order! The location and ability to get in and out of the parking lot is my only issue!

As someone else mentioned you have to navigate the parking lot to get through the drive thru, but that's a minor point. Like Medford, its a fairly convenient pit stop before either heading to San Francisco bay area or to the rest of Oregon. The girl at the drive thru window was super friendly and cute. And the drink was good too.

I love Starbucks. I think I've been to enough now to really know that their Barista's are very friendly and professional and courteous. The 3 teenage gentlemen that served me at this particular store were neither friendly, professional or courteous. Granted they did make a great mocha, but gosh darn it, I'm paying $4 for a drink here! If I ask for an iced water, don't haggle me!
