Everyone at work kept talking about this place so I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did because THESE SANDWICHES ARE ON POINT! The first time I went I had one of the specials. It was a turkey sandwich with chipotle cranberry sauce. Why doesn't everyone do this?!The slightly spicy cranberry was such a welcomed kick to an old classic. It's usually busy when I go but the service has been quick and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!

Went for lunch today and it was pretty good! They have a few vegetarian selections, I got the veggie wrap with Italian dressing. It was filling with great flavor. Service was quick, atmosphere is casual, and the best part: it was nice and cool in there (it's almost a hundred degrees today)! My dining companion got a Reuben, he could only finish half before he was full, but he said it was fantastic. Overall, very good, will be returning!

I've been eating here since I was a child. The Squeeze-Inn started in a very small building and was frequently packed with people. Since then, they have expanded into a larger building in the same area. The fun and eclectic atmosphere makes it a very enjoyable place for lunch. Their sandwiches and soup are freshly made and keep me coming back for more. I recommend getting the Southwest Turkey. Get it grilled! It's steamy sourdough bread, creamy cilantro guacamole, cheese, and turkey just melts in your mouth. There are also fresh, vegetarian options like the Avocado Delight. They offer a 10% discount for students, veterans, and seniors. I highly recommend stoping by for lunch sometime.

I love their Reuben, it has to be one of the best I've ever had! Every time I go here I always order the Reuben. You will not be disappointed, they have a very large selection for those of you non meat lovers as well and sweet treats as well. I love squeeze in!

What can I say? They're overpriced but I like 'em. They've been around forever and make solid sandwiches and the best macaroons this side of heaven.

I love this sandwich shop I have been coming here since I was a kid. The Tuna Supreme is always my go to because it's so delicious. Only thing is they the "Tim's" chips are a little on the overly flavorful side and no for the weak. I had the Jalepano ones and my taste buds are on FIRE!! Also the customer service is great they got our food to us right away and everything was just as ordered.

Such great sandwiches and the staff is always so cheerful and helpful, I have never been disappointed with a visit to the shop yet. I just wish you had more accessible hours!

This little place is one of my favorite places to get lunch. Everything on the menu is good, but my favorite hands down is the turkey avocado sandwich. Be prepared to stand in line awhile, since it's always packed.

Menu is ok. But the mother suckers working there don't know how to listen. When you say no mayonnaise, you mean no mayonnaise. I now hate this place!!!
(2)Brittny B.
This is one of my favorite lunch spots. Especially with the weather cooling down, they have wonderful soup and sandwiches.
(5)Marnie T.
I am in absolute love with the Friday Special ($8). It's off the menu but so good! They have a nice, large variety of sandwiches to choose from. And the portions tend to be bigger than those you would make at home.
(4)Hayley B.
I absolutely love their soups! I am a huge fan of their Friday special sandwich. I think I've liked everything I've had here. They also offer gluten free bread and desserts.
(5)Lexie V.
I must update because I discovered the greatest sandwich of all time here: the avocado delight. Oh mama, this is heavenly! It is all I order here, and I get it fairly frequently. To sum up, avoid the wraps, get the avocado delight, be happy :)

Well what can I say. Sometimes you find a place that is simply bananas. This is simply the BEST sandwich shop EVER!! The number one with shredded lettuce, and add some oil and vinegar and you have the makings of something wonderful. I have had soup here twice and would dare to say the best soups I have ever had. I highly recommend the clam chowder and the broccoli and cheese. My lady loved the Avocado delight with sprouts. Trust me the food here is second to none. The service was good and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The place has swag. I love this place and would love to bring it to Portland so I could eat here every week. Bless you Squeeze Inn.

This is a great local place. They put together great specials that are usually worth the risk of deviating from the normal menu. Macaroni salad unique but delicious. The staff is friendly and quick. If you have a person in town for a casual lunch there are a ton of options but this should be at the top of your list as the go too! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the wraps are a little hit and miss.

This is my favorite sandiwich place ever. I care about sandwiches--it's all about the recipe and the ingredients--and these guys have got it going on. The quality of the ingredients is heads above the chains. The soups are great, and always a good selection. The avocado sandwich is terrific. Can't comment on the desserts because I don't have sweet tooth. If they open one in Ashland I'll be in danger of moving in permanently.

From outside the place looked dead but the sandwiches were AMAZING! The service was great. We walked in right at closing time and they didn't mind at all and gave us great service. My friend actually met the owner so we stopped here on a road trip down the West Coast. I don't remember what sandwich I had after 3 weeks on the road but I do remember it was fantastic and my friend liked hers, too. Friendly staff, good service, great sandwiches. #winning

Other delis are better. A bit overpriced for what you get, and the food wasn't particularly good anyway. I tried the mushroom soup because I love it, and someone had recommended it on Yelp. Very thick, but not real tasty for my preference. The sandwich was ok.

Don't be fooled by the outside of this place because the inside is a vibrant, healthy, and delicious food environment. We were on the go and the service was fast, friendly, and had a home-like feel. Great for omnivores and vegetarians. I hope you have the time to "squeeze inn" a visit here on your way through.

I would imagine that this is one of the best sandwich shops in Medford. I don't travel here much often but I would go here again anytime. I ordered a classic turkey on wheat with cheese. They give you a generous portion of everything. The soup and potatoes salad is also delicious. Of you're looking for a quick meal, at a fair price, go here!

Great place. Wonderful healthy twists on sandwiches. We're from SF, visiting family and stoked to find light healthy fair to supplement the heavier home cooked meals.

I occasionally work down in Medford and I was really surprised to find this place for lunch. From the outside it looks a little sketchy but the inside is friendly and large. You can get your food and slink away to a private table to eat alone like I like to do :) I ordered the California wrap on a tomato-chili tortilla and it was excellent. I love when places use sprouts! Everything was super fresh and tasted great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it took quite a while to get my food out. Luckily, I had no where to be and a book to read but if I was in a hurry I probably would have gotten worried that my order had been forgotten.

We had 45 minutes to grab lunch before our Harry & David tour. Consulted Yelp, found this place, got the GPS to take us on a ride through side streets that didn't seem like a sandwich shop would be anywhere near, but at the end we found the place and got us a quick, tasty lunch that was definitely better than the options if we'd stayed at the H&D area. Wish we'd gotten a full bowl of chowder and not just a cup! We got back just in time to hop the bus to the tour. Cut it a little close, but it was worth it.

The ONLY thing stopping this from being five stars is that last time I was there I ordered a Tuna sandwich I rarely order tuna because most places use to much mayo but I really thought a place like this, where I love everything else (especially there pesto pasta salad!) they wouldn't disappoint.... sadly they did.... .it was more mayo then tuna and really couldn't enjoy it. Other then that I have eaten here for years and always loved everything and had friendly service.
(4)J L.
Too overpriced for what it is.

Excellent, best deli in Southern Oregon. Quality meats, excellent soups, real potato salad, yummy carrot cake, great avocado sandwich, pleasant atmosphere and overall good vibe.
(5)Jackie D.
Wonderful for lunch. Super nice people and great service. Food a step above in terms of ingredients and thoughtfulness. Really glad we gave it a whirl after looking at Yelp. Hubs got a tuna supreme or something with sunflower seeds, sprouts and avocado. I had a build my own wrap and got excited that I could pick horseradish in it. Delicious.
(5)Caroline D.
Awesome place. Excellent shrimp bisque! Really good sandwiches.
(4)Jason S.
Hands down, the best sandwich I have ever had. On our way North, we decided to use Google Maps to find a Sandwich shop. This one was a few minutes off the freeway, but totally worth it. Forget the chain sandwich shops and drive here when travelling through Medford. You will not be dissapointed.
(5)Heather H.
I'm giving this place 4 stars because they do have some of the best soups around. Their sandwiches are just so, so. Their bread is moist, but almost too moist where it sticks to your teeth. They put tons of lettuce on them...and it's shredded iceberg lettuce not green leafy lettuce. I usually get my food to go, but the inside is not too bad. Their brownies and cookies are good, but their bread pudding is not that great. Not the best sandwich place, but not the worst either. I'd come back.
(4)Anthony D.
my sandwich was really good. im not a fan of the decor, but that's just me i guess. i asked if any of the 10ish smoothies were made with fresh fruit, but they're not. that's disappointing ill go back if i'm ever in medford again
(3)A W.
Their sandwiches are too skimpy, where is the meat? For the price they should have a better meat to bread ratio. Definetly skip the pastrami what a disappointment. I'm glad we got a TOGO's now.

Tuna Delight on Grilled Sourdough!! Thank me later!!
(4)Alex L.
Surprisingly good sandwich shop. Their Reuben was very tasty - thank you for putting the sauce on the side! The clam chowder was deelish. They have Italian sodas (with whipped cream) and lots of tasty baked dessert options. Large, cool, nicely decorated eating area. My impression after visiting is that you would be hard pressed to find a better place have a sandwich-based meal in Medford.
(4)Linda C.
I don't come here too often and when I do, I have to ask myself, "Why don't I come here more often?" The food is always right on target. The service is fast and accurate and the prices are very reasonable. I love the garden atmosphere. The only downfall to this place is parking...its hard to find a spot! I will recommend it and I always bring my friends here for a quick and tasty weekday lunch.
