We tried the Roadhouse once again for lunch on 4/8/2015 due to receiving some comp coupons for our past experirnce. We ordered a hamburger and a ground sirloin steak. The burger was good and the salads were crisp and fresh. The ground sirloin was prepared as ordered and full of flavor. I am only giving this experience two stars until I try another dinner. Quality and fresh meat is very important.

Used to be good. Not sure what happened, but the customer service and food quality is now non-existent. Horrible value for the money ; Medford needs more quality restaurants ; time to bulldoze this place and start over. We won't be back.

My husband & I love this place. We both feel like we are back in Texas when we go here. The food is really, really delicious -- especially the very tender buffalo ribs, the dinner salad with ranch dressing, the garlicky green beans (yummm). We've never had dessert there; the dinner portions are so generous we always have take-home packages for lunch the next day. No room for dessert. The service is truly exceptional: Fast and as sweet as if you're guests in someone's home. All the servers we've met have been there for years. Apparently it's a great place to work as well as eat. Whatever we ask for, the answer is always a whole-hearted, "Yes!!!" Now THAT'S service. This place is one of our favs!!!

Food was prepared as ordered and yes we got the rolls, but we were lacking the customer service. Hailey was great with the table with the baby or the one with a guy who ordered the special (prime rib) which the manager had to visit his table and tell them they didn't have and offered him the rib eye on the house, or if you were the table of high school prom dates expecting there first child. So for us not getting our drinks refilled or another basket of rolls that was asked for, or not getting the to go box for my daughters fries we will NOT be going back anytime soon nor did Hailey earn any sort of tip. As for the building itself, it needs a massive facelift remodel, bathrooms were dirty, dark ,and smell way worse than normal use, its called sanitation people. No one said anything to us on the way out. Full capacity is 291 as posted by the front door, I would say less than half were in at any one time. 0 stars but wont let me post without giving at least 1

I am honestly surprised that this place doesnt have a higher rating. Me and my girlfriend learned that today Roadhouse was giving some of their earnings to So. Oregon humane society. So we went.. and it wasn't disappointing. Both of our meals were excellent.

Stopped here on our drive down from Portland to LA. We were eating out so much that it got a little tiresome, but this meal was one of the best. We got there at 9:20 believing they were open until 11. The hours on Yelp! are incorrect and they were only open until 10. However the wait staff did not mind at all that we showed up for such a late dinner. They never rushed us, even though we finished a little after 10. A few minutes after 10 (so after closing) my mom asked for more iced tea. The waitress went to get some but said it had already been dumped for the night. Even though it was after closing she offered multiple times to brew some more for my mom. At the end of our meal she mentioned that she was new and only been there a month. We never would have known, she was so knowledgeable and friendly. The tri-tip was perfection. Full of smoky, grilled flavor and cooked just the right amount so it was still tender. I had the mushroom burger. It was juicy and so big I couldn't even fit it all in my mouth. The truly great thing from this meal were the rolls. They were light and fluffy, almost like a King's Hawaiian roll. They were topped with this fantastic honey glaze and paired with honey butter. I could have eaten 10 of them but luckily self control kicked in. Our waitress happily gave us some to go though and these were just as great the next day. If I'm ever in Medford again I'll be sure to stop here!

Man, how to I explain my AWESOME experience and meal. This place rocks. My main server Katie (this gal is the bomb) always with a smile and hustle her butt off. Paula, she is the bomb too. Checking on all customers. Never waited for nothing. Katie u rocked my first experience with the Roadhouse. I will be back. As for my meal, well Jesus and Casey. My meal was perfect. Steak so tender I didnt need teeth to even eat it, melt in ur mouth delicious. Atmosphere, dont change a thing. Felt at home. Best time of my life in many years. I applaud u all. I will be back. From one to ten I give this restaurant a 100. Thank u all.

The best part of this restaurant is the rolls. The service is generally awful. The bartenders shirt was extremely low cut and inappropriate for a family restaurant. I probably won't ever eat here again.

Horrible! Our waitress may have been nice but she only checked on us maybe twice. We waited over an hour for our food! My husband ordered ribs with a loaded baked potato but his potato wasn't and he told the waitress this and she gave him the bacon and cheese to put on it himself. While we were eating we witnessed 4 others complain about the waiter's/waitress taking to long to help check out.

I have been to roadhouse grill several times over the years and this was absolutely the worst visit. We didn't get any peanuts, the salads were small with hardly any of the "goodies" and the drinks were weak. Main course was good, same great loaded garlic mashers but the waitress just was not getting it. With so many other options in town, probably won't go back.
