Loved the food, and we tried it all! Wonderful, Mom and Pop restaurant with exceptional food with a smile. Prices are very affordable and we ordered a bunch of different items so we could all share and try many things, everything was great! Make it a regular stop for your family!

We've enjoyed the food at la burrita on each of our three visits. The fajitas were exceptional as was the rellino burrito. The folks are friendly and the service has been great. It's kinda hidden, so don't give up trying to find it.

I'm often in Medford, visiting the family. I didn't discover La Burrita until late last year. I wish I had found it sooner. It is now part of my ritual of places to visit while in Southern Oregon (others are: Prize in Ashland, The Antique Mall in Medford, and Noble Coffee in Ashland). I had the beef enchilada verde yesterday, and a Bohemia beer. It was fantastic. My only criticism is the tortilla chips. They could be better.

After hearing good reviews from my friends my fiance and I decided to try it one night for dinner and were very pleased. The staff was very friendly and personable! Great people skills! We had a great time talking with our server, he was very nice and helpful. The menu is not super vast but there is a good variety and something for everyone. Food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time and the server was check in on us multiple times making sure we had everything we needed and refilling drinks. Food itself was very good, very traditional flavors and everything was well prepared. Salsa is very good and prepared on site not from a jar! Because of the quality of food and friendly staff this place is definitely on our list of top 5 in Medford!

We live in Santa Cruz CA, near Watsonville, Salinas, San Jos, etc., so we know good Mexican food. La Burrita is GREAT! The decor is quiet and nice. The menu is not extensive, but with something for everyone. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are substantial. It is the taste, my friends. It is not Californian fusion (with sand-dab fins and aoli wasabi compote): this is just good food. The spices are traditional, and they are done better than we have ever tasted elsewhere. While we could only eat one dinner each, my wife (who has been going to La Burrita for three decades) assures me that the chili relleno is so good that even I would like it (one tough relleno can scar one for life). For a lunch or dinner with friends who want to relax and enjoy, look no further.

This place is a staple in Medford. The best Mexican food around and it has been open forever. I haven't been here for 16+ years and walked in and Octavio is still there and happy as ever. I strongly recommend visiting this place if you are in town. You won't regret it. 5 stars and I would give it 50 if I could. Amazing is all I can say.

Best Mexican food in town! Great service with a friendly staff. The owner always has a smile. I have lived in the valley for 35 years. I honestly forgot about this place until a recent visit with friends. They don't advertise much so word of mouth keeps them going. Go have a wonderful experience with unique Mexican flavor that is above the rest.

Anytime I come to Medford, I eat at La Burrita. Though the prices have increased through the years, the food is good and the staff is pleasant; nevertheless, I would like to see La Burrita go back to their roots. Their beans and rice have always been good, but the sauces are not as flavorful as they could be.
