Arby's always a good choice. Staff was great and seating area was clean. We ordered some things off the menu. You have to try the "Arby Q" a BBQ roast beef and the new "Meat Mountain". We alway enjoy our meal here and get great customer service.

Ok, so maybe Arby's deserves 2 or 3 stars, but I can't help but overrating this stalwart fastfood chain. When I eat fast food, which is almost never, it is In 'n Out or this...Arby's. True, it probably isn't real beef, or at least hasn't been in awhile, but there is something that keeps pulling me back since childhood. The only thing that could make Arby's better for me ipolar swirls if they would bring back my peanut butter cup polar swirl ... now that should take you back.

Be careful not to ask for water with an order at Arby's. after a two person order we were billed $1.00 for ice water. This was at the South Medford location. Protests to a manager and a staffer were brushed off with no offer of refund or a more reasonable fee. Poor policy, poor staff response and no concern for my return business. Won't be back there any time soon.
