The pizza here is definitely the best in town, but the most expensive. The problem is it is easy to be the best when there is no real competition. If you want a decent pizza this is your only real option. Just don't expect to get knocked off your feet, or surprised if your pizza is burned. The other thing their staff, from my limited interaction, are terrible. I called in an order and when I went to pick it up, I had to wait about 5 minutes for two of the staff to separate their tips in front of me. Not classy, not professional and absolutely not the way to get a tip from me. As I mentioned earlier my pizza has been delivered burnt, and on more than one occasion. The last time I ordered, I asked them to please make sure not to burn my pizza and guess what? I got it charred. Thanks a lot. That was the last time I ordered from them. Now I get my pizza from Figaro's, not the best either, but at least it doesn't cost an arm and a leg and they are really friendly.

The pizza at James Gang is, in my opinion, the best pizza in Lebanon. The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is nice. Delivery is an option if you're in town. That being said, we only live 6 miles away, and have been told that we are too far away for delivery, but they may be willing to deliver when they aren't busy. This is the reason for the 4/5 All in all, if you're looking for good pizza in Lebanon, this is the place to go.

Thank goodness for James Gang Pizza Factory. The "good" food in Lebanon is VERY limited (I say good in quotations because even Lebanon's best foods do not satisfy my taste buds and leave me yearning for Portland's food. Yikes! I sound like a snot :( but hear me out! This town's food selection is 98% fast food! No bueno!). Anyway, pizza here is surprisingly tasty and is one of the few restaurants I don't mind going to (there's like 3 total...). My go to pizza is usually the shish kabob pizza, minus tomatoes, add onions. If you like garlic, this is your pizza. The bbq chicken would be my second choice, but I can't eat too much of it. Their crust is the best part though, in my opinion. Sorry Pizza Hut, your pizza sucks compared to James'

Best Pizza in the Willamette Valley! They also make a couple of killer sandwiches with pizza dough including a chicken ranch one that just blew my mind. I highly recommend this place. Worth the drive if you live in Albany or Corvallis. I live in Philomath and made it so definitely try them out!

This is the best pizza in Lebanon by a mile. This is also some of my favorite pizza I have ever had. I also like that they have a salad bar here which these days can be hard to find. Make sure to check out there lunch special that includes a salad bar. The service is great and the food is always fresh and obviously tasty. When ever I am in Lebanon this is a must for me. I just wish Eugene had a pizza place as good as James Gang.

Good pizza at an amazing price! Being from eugene you see large 16" pizzas with multiple toppings around $29-$32. James gang is average $22 for a 16" and they have a monster pizza for $39. I had the thin crust veggie. Crust was perfectly cooked with a nice crunch, well rounded sauce compliments the toppings but not overwhelming. Best pizza in Lebanon by far. Large dining area and arcade games for the kids. Large tv and poker room. Good beer selection all at good prices.

Being the best restaurant in Lebanon isn't difficult but James Gang really ups the ante without even trying. Maybe I'm just a mean old b*****d but let me start with the bad here. The parking is as bad as Yankee's stadium on opening day. James Gang sits in a small three or four business strip mall which accomodates 20 spaces or so but each space is labeled for specific business. Nevermind that no one seems to be at the Chinese food place and they have spots open, I have to find somewhere else to park. Worse, James Gang's decor took a hefty beating with an ugly stick. Holes in the wall? Check. Electrical conduit on the ceiling? Check. Hideous ceiling fans whirring above? Check. James Gang's "decor" is best described as "mid-20th century dilapidated." I'm sure that will be all the rage with interior designers in a few decades but for the moment it resembles more of an Opium Den than a restaurant. So why does it get five stars? Well, part of it is the town, sure. I always try to judge based on the competition and the local bar. But, even still, James Gang has a lot going for it. For instance, I always said if I started a restaurant I'd start an 80s style pizza parlor. Don't confuse "80s style" with "80s theme," they're different. What makes "80s style?" Well, good greasy pizza with lots of cheese, arcade games and pinball machines, and a relaxed loud atmosphere. James Gang has all of that in spades plus a pool table and darts. Whenever I've been there kids have run around the joint all cranked up on Pepsi, pizza, and video games. But it's not a "kids place," it's a family place. The best times are bringing friends or family, having an adult conversation, while you give your little twerps, er, uh, kiddos, fistfuls of quarters so they'll leave you the hell alone for twenty minutes. It's awesome cuz the kids are having a blast and you can have some adult time. What else? The service is spectacular. The other week we decided to have a birthday party there. And "by decided" we mean we called twenty minutes before we showed up with a dozen kids. They accommodated us by letting us have the party room and also storing our ice cream in their freezer. They broke out serving utensils too and made the whole experience smooth. Not bad for letting us barge in on them suddenly. What else? The other week I called and ordered some pizza. They told me the pies I ordered were 16" but when they arrived they were 12", way too small. I called and complained and lickety split they sent out another pie, free of charge, to satisfy all the little hungry monsters I had at my place. I won't hold mistakes against anyone who fixes them with such gusto. So is James Gang worth a visit? If you're in Lebanon, absolutely! If you're out of Lebanon? Well, I dunno if it's worth a drive. Other places have similar experiences, I'm sure, but James Gang really delivers. An unexpected and unlikely Five Stars based on Pizza Quality, Customer Service, and Good Times.

Since moving to Oregon from Arizona, I have realized my taste is different from the locals but this was one of the worst. I give one star because I was able to play pool while my son ran wild in the arcade. But the first thing was the bland girl who we ordered from. It was happy hour so we ordered their $10 pizza with one topping, 3 piece broaster chicken with jojos and a $1.50 beer. Some how totalled $10 more. My boyfriend stopped her and said wait how does this add up to $29? She ended up giving him $10 back in cash and no apology. The food came about 15 minutes later and was about tasty as little ceasar. Fake cheese and just low quality. Not to mention greasy. So greasy we had to take napkins to it. The broaster chicken and jojos was so over the top in salty. I like salty food but it was like eating chicken flavored salt. I asked for some ranch to help and the waitress said after she helped someone else and then forgot to get some. Worst part was the group of guys staring us down, talking pop under their breath, while they played darts in the back room. My boyfriend is half Asian but looks Mexican and these guys were gearing for a fight with him the whole time. If it hadn't been for my son being there I'm sure they would of come up to us. I'm not use to this kind of racism but it ruined our great day. We will not be visiting Lebanon again any time soon.
