ok. I recently went back to this location after many years and changed my mind on it. Yes, it is overprised but I would say the bottomless strawberry lemonade is fairly a good deal. The lemonade comes in a fashionable glass with real strawberry pieces in and it's pretty to look at as well.

What's good here? burgers, an all american classic burger joint. milkshakes are good. the bar area is ok but it's good to start your night with. a preparty meet up place is aptly put for this location (even so, it is far from downtown pdx or any other happening place in pdx metro area) support your own local business. support BURGERVILLE (IMO, they are better and tastier)

What can i say, its red robin. They have vegetarian options Bottomless fries. Parking available

It's Red Robin. If you haven't been to a Red Robin, you're either stuck up or you live in a cave. Either way, I have no interest in enlightening you. There is no point in reviewing Red Robin. It is what it is. So I'm not reviewing it. Well, I did give it a rating. I'm also talking about it now. How dare you Red Robin . . . how dare you pull me into reviewing you! It's just like all those times that we go there because we can't think of anywhere else to go. There's some pull you have and it's just wrong. Must . . avoid . . screaming children. There. That should do it. I'll never return. Blue Ribbon Burger . . . mmmm . . . NO!

Red Robin has never been great of course, but I think they've really gone downhill. The food quality is not where it used to be. They seem to be cost cutting. This location does not even have Tabasco Sauce anymore. They only carry Cholula hot sauce. Yuck. Even my kids no longer want to go there.

Quality food and good service is always what you get here. Nothing fancy but something for everyone on the menu and in the bar

It's a Red Robin - that should say a lot right there. This particular restaurant has good service, is convenient, and offers good food at a decent price. Sure, it's not as cheap as a fast food joint like Carl's Jr. or Mcd's, but those places don't offer the same service, variety of food and drink and pleasant atmosphere. I usually eat in the bar area, but I've taken my grandkids there a few times and they always enjoy the visit. The Pollo Fiesta Salad is very good, as is the California Chicken Burger, while my wife is fond of the Blue Cheese Burger. If you're looking for good food, cold drinks, and a bright, friendly atmosphere. Red Robin is a good choice.

I have always gone to Red Robin on a regular basis for years but stopped going because I felt it is over priced burgers. Well I saw the sale on the burgers for 6.99 so we decided to give it a try again. Well I am sure you can tell from my one star that is horrible. The appetizer was cold and tasteless. The burgers we got we not good at all. I got whiskey BBQ - the onions we not good at all, the lettuce was stale. 3.99 for lemonade, why? We were disappointed and will not go back for a very long time. The service was excellent but it was not her fault so got a good tip. Should have ordered the Banzai burger and no app or lemonade.

I usually love Red Robins, but my order was wrong and the fries were cold at this location.

What the hell is the appeal here, huh? Crappy overpriced burgers? and even crappier fries? With crappy decor? No wonder they offer endless fries, they're trying to get rid of that garbage. NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! When forced to come here along with friends, I'm at a lost as to what to order. Onion rings? dry and nasty. Wraps? mediocre borderline blech. Salads? Yeah right. Tortilla soup.. eh, not too bad. But decent soup isn't gonna cut it, I'm hungry too! A plus is that they do serve alcohol here so I drink away when dragged here. Families and high school kids galore. If you want a burger that's better, there's a Carl's Jr. down the street for a fraction of the price.

Always happy with my service and food at this Red Robin.

Pretty good service generally, great for families, and very reliable and predictable tasty food. It is far from cheap (and their prices just seem to keep going up), but as an occasional treat, the whole family enjoys it.

What is with all the Red Robins and their subpar service? The servers are nice and friendly. Every one of them. I feel like they're flaky though. All of them. At least in all of my experiences at all of the Red Robins I have been to in the last year or two. I write of this particular one because my experience here has made me come to the conclusion that the customer service sucks all around and I hate to say that because once upon a time, I really did enjoy coming to Red Robin. We were a party of four, here for dinner after a movie. Mom-in-law offered to pay for dinner since we paid for the movies. I asked for a booth where we can watch the Spurs game. So far so good, we got a good seat. Our server was nice and friendly. We ordered our drinks. They were served quickly and we even got our strawberry lemonades refilled quickly and without having to ask. Bonus points because this was a first for us. At this point, I'm thinking "Awesome, could it be that we finally found a Red Robin that's on point?" And then it south from there. When the food finally arrives, I don't get my roasted green chile dip and one of the strawberry lemonades needs to be refilled. When asked if there was anything else she could bring us (she wasn't our server), I said "Napkins, please. I also ordered a roasted green chile dip. Not honey mustard." "Oh, I'll bring it out," she replies. You can probably guess what happened next. She never came back. Our server came back but go figure that it was when my mouth was full and she didn't stick around long enough for me to force it down. The strawberry lemonade didn't get refilled either. She went MIA after that. We could hear her but we didn't see her. We flagged down another server instead to ask for more fries. Several minutes past, my meal is nearly done and our server appears to check on us again. She swoops to take our kiddo's plate off the table but I stop her. "He's waiting for fries," I tell her. "Oh, I'll get that started," she says ever so helpful. "I put the order in for you already," the other server shouts from over the wall where the drink station is. "I'll go check on it," she says brightly. Several minutes go by, fries were super fried. He didn't even finish it and this growing boy loves his fries. When we get the check, she quickly took care of the discrepancy we found on the bill. (Took off the roasted green chile dip that I never got) It was smooth sailing thereafter. We finished in time to watch the Spurs beat the Thunders in OT for the Western Conference Finals. The meal itself was okay. Mom-in-law devoured her burger. She really enjoyed the DGB. The strawberry lemonades are delicious. The staff is nice but need more focus and how about some follow through. The food is consistent however after this time, I don't think even the bottomless steak fries will tempt me back.

My experience was pleasant. Waiter was very nice and attentive. I got the freckled strawberry lemonade. Love the fun glass it comes in!! Ordered onion rings for appetizers and a tavern burger. All in all it was great! Comes with strawberry lemonade refills and bottomless fried. How could you go wrong?!

Came in for National Burger Day. Unfortunately, they werent doing anything for it. But we had a really great waiter. He was very kind and was really on top of refilling our water and fries. Good atmosphere.

Pretty similar to other red robins... My go to order is the bbq chicken wrap. It was still yummy but seemed much smaller than usual. We tried an Oreo milkshake, the oreos on top were stale and the ice cream tasted fake. The few fries we got with our meal were stale. We asked one server for more who forgot and so we asked another but we when got the fries finally they also weren't great. I'm disappointed because red Robin is a favorite of ours, hopefully we just got unlucky today. I will say our server was friendly and good at checking in!

We occasionally eat at Red Robin and yesterday was one of those days. We went at around 4:00p. The service was good, the waitperson was attentive but my hamburger was dry, overcooked and tasteless. The burger tasted like it was pre-cooked, then warmed in the microwave. I just wanted a good burger. I could get the same if not better at fast food. I guess, if I want a good burger, I'll go to Five Guys.
(2)
Jennifer L.
Food menu is better than before. The food varies, but the service is pretty good. I like the new wedge salad. They could use more blue cheese crumbles on the salad. I like how the restaurant has a new clean and slick look to it. My favorite burger is the burger with the egg on it. My go to is the bbq wrap or clucks and fries :)

I really don't even want to give two stars but our server was amazing and very polite, his name was Andres. So the reason I want to only give one star is because my husband was givin a raw hamburger. And about eating half of it I stopped him and called the server over. I understand mistakes happen but we both ordered hamburgers and mine was cooked medium/done and his was raw... Seems weird to me. Also the manager was very careless. He did not charge for the hamburger and I wouldn't have paid for it either way! It was disgusting. But he also did not take blame... He said it looks like they accidentally traded your for a sub pink burger... Not sure what that means... We will not be going back to this location. Too bad because Andres was great!

(UPDATE) I was contacted via email by someone ostensibly from Red Robin; she said that "....it's obvious we missed the mark here. Please contact me privately so we can make this right." Uh. Like; no, Beavis. (If she'd read my review, she'd know that the time to 'make things right' is *when the customer is there* - it's a day late and a dollar short after they've already been treated to what passes for customer service. Again - most people won't complain. They'll make a mental note that 'this place sucks green bananas', and find someplace else. Sorta like me. So no, there's no 'making this right'. Learn; and move on, folks....)

I was terribly disappointed. The waitress at the bar area was rude, ordered us the wrong food and gave us a dirty look when we pointed it out! She even took my plate away before I was finished! Finally, we just put cash on the table and left. I will not return to this location.

My wife and I brought out teenage son and his girlfriend here on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant was busy, but the attentive and welcoming staff found us a table quickly. First noticed was the totally new decor. The restaurant has updated to more of a sports bar motif, but I was amazed to see so many young children - which says something is right. Waitresses were friendly, food was accurately prepared, attractively presented, and most important, the food was delicious. Two hamburgers, a very meaty and spicy chili, and a BLT were absolutely delicious. The peach milkshake could only be improved with pieces of fruit in it. Disappointed with the Red Robin app, but that has no bearing on the restaurant, service, or food.

First time I thought Red Robin really missed it. Food came out incorrect and replacement food came out after everyone had finished. Couldn't get a drink refill. I will avoid this location in the future.

2 & 1/2 hours for burgers for 6. Had to ask more than once for everything. Had to ask for drinks, sauce, silverware and napkins. Horrible service. I did notice the waitresses had tables all over the restaurant. :-/

Me and my boyfriend come here occasionally and it always meets our expectations. I always get the Teriyaki Chicken burger and the chicken is always so delicious and moist. The last time we came in, the service was "eh" not outstanding but the food was great.

Red Robin... Many varieties of burgers, hip trendy setting, TVs everywhere. The tavern double is their answer to the big Mac with three separate options to customize, from bacon to mild heat to high heat. The endless fries are great, if you are really hungry, ask your server for a refill as soon as you place your order and voila, free appetizer. This joint lives up to the promise. The place is clean and comfortable, the food comes quickly just as we ordered. The peach tea is done well and is my go to beverage. When you want a good, overpriced hamburger with all the possible combinations served with a smile and a full bar to provide the adult beverages we ask for, this is always a safe bet.

My husband took out hamburgers and fish and chips yesterday. My hamburgere was terrible which was mushroom and blue cheese in it. It was $14, but it was the worst hamburger I've have ever had. My husband asked well-done for beef patty, but It was not well-done but well-burned. The surface was black, burned, and impossible to bite. The patty was thin for $14 hamburger. How do you sell this burned and hardened patty to people? Even with $14 collars? It tastes like Hard Bitter Ash kind of thing. Well-done doesn't mean to make it black, burned, and impossible to bite. It was a horrible experience and the worst hamburger ever in my life. I had some good experience at Red Robins before, but I'll not go back any more and spread the word to my friends. Be honest what you make! Please sell the food that you can eat! Then other people can eat too!

Terribly long wait times for food and drinks. Bottomless fries were never refilled, not enough sauces brought out for them. Sweet potato fries came out ice cold. Sauce I ordered with dinner didn't come with dinner. Very long wait for replacement fries. Server was friendly but fake. He was apologetic but made no attempt to discount or make amends. This is why I do not go to Red Robin. The only reason we came was a friends birthday.

Second time I have dined at this location.......still waiting for my Burger for over 50 minutes......... people sat before me and my wife are almost finishing their meal. To me this is unacceptable. I will give Red Robyn one more chance for all those years we have been together. I am giving 4 stars because my waiter and his managrr just apologized and paid for the food.

We have been Red Robin customers for many years...before we had children. This location off of Hwy 26 and 185th in Beaverton is our favorite. Our daughter loves the Clucks n Fries. We also are fans of the Banzai, Blue Ribbon, Wiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap with a side of Chipotle Mayo...OMG!, Strawberry Lemonade, and their Honey Mustard is the best...wish I could buy it at the grocery store. They do simple things for their customers to make dining out easier. For young kids, bendy straws so when they are sitting, they don't tip their cups over. Since finding out my son has a gluten allergy back a few years ago, we've had to find options to go out to eat. RR has been at the forefront to be sensitive to allergen customers. They have gluten free buns and will cook fries in a separate fryer that haven't touched breaded foods. We never asked them to do this, they just did their homework and made this adjustment for all the many allergic people of the world. I am happy that not putting silverware at the table makes it better to not have to wash unused silverware over and over just for using the napkins. One thing I would like to see is the servers bring lots of napkins every time. We usually have to ask and remind to get some. Your burgers are juicy and delicious and that gets on the hands frequently. So Red Robin gets double points from us and we can continue to be loyal Red Robin supporters.

Burger is fine. A1 Peppercorn have onion bitses. Salad is limp. I send back, wave hand in air. I pouting like a Gremlin. HUMPH! Okay, say this man. We take. You no pay it. Is good. Friends? Yes. I thanking him, who sound like nighttime DJ voice. Very good, this burger. Steak fry will make you fill, so eat of it until to bursting. No, ha, ha! I make jest. But really, avoid salad if dressings you like. Limp leaf comes loose in your finger like a night of too much drinking. Is best to "quit when ahead." no?

I'm torn on this one. I love the food, but I keep having terrible service experiences at this location. I usually come here with a couple of my coworkers. I always get the Whiskey River BBQ Burger which is topped with *swoon* crispy onion straws. Additionally, you pretty much have to get their fries. They are amazing. Also, when I went there most recently, they had redone their menu, and they offered a large selection of new sauces to dip your fries in. Ranch is my classic favorite, but I had a Thai Chili sauce that was delicious, and I will definitely get it again. Some of the new "fancier" sauces have a small fee, but they give you a large portion to make up for the added charge. Red Robin keeps it simple with "a little pink" or "no pink" as your burger options. I'm a well-done kinda gal, so I don't have an issue with this, but all those "medium rare" burger / steak people might have some beef (pun!) with this. I come here pretty frequently and sometimes the wait staff is ok, but I have had my order forgotten / waited for someone to acknowledge my table for 20 minutes / took forever to get the bill / etc. multiple times, so I don't feel guilty docking my rating as it definitely isn't a one-time issue. Regardless, I love the food, so I will be back. I do wish that they would work with their wait staff to provide an overall better service experience.

My work group likes to go here when we have a team-sponsored lunch. The service is pretty spot on and when we order 11 different drinks and 11 different meals, we've never had any mess ups. That's quite relaxing when people don't need to worry getting what they ordered. And we have gluten-free, vegetarian, and other restricted diet people. Last time I tried their spicy burger and it was actually very tasty! breaded fried jalapeno is just the right thing to make a burger good.

The last time i visited a Red Robin was about 4 years ago. First of all, either it was this location or WOW, they have changed..and not for the better. The Menu's had a different look, but the actual food stayed the same. I usually go for the California Chicken Burger, so ordered that during my last visit. What happened to the basket with fries and a burger??? My meal was served on a damn plate and the fries were shoved into a silver looking object/fries holder, similar to the Cheesecake Factory. The problem is, RR will never be anything different than a place to go for burgers and fries, so it should probably stop trying so hard. The fries are the bomb. Especially with the seasoning and some of their ranch sauce. Did you know you can order a basket of fries the same time you order drinks and they will bring you some, free of charge? Yep, naughty little secret right there.

Typically red robin. I always enjoy it as far as a chain burger place goes. I love the fries with ranch. The burgers are always appetizing. I enjoy the creative drinks as well. Our waitress was super nice and friendly. I will most likely be back when craving a yummy burger, especially since this location is just around the corner from my house.

Have been going here since I was a little girl and they have always had friendly servers. If they mess up a order the manager is always super nice about it. Definitely recommend and I don't even eat meat!
(5)
Crystal S.
Couldn't figure out how to separate the chili con queso to 'chili' and 'queso' for the vegetarian/carnivore mixed family, like every other Red Robin does. Then proceeded to send over manager full and attitude, which obviously made things so much better. I will not be back.

Megan C.
I have to update my review because I have continued to visit this location over the last year or two and have not had any other issues. Additionally, someone from the corporate office reached out to me regarding my complaint shortly after I posted my original review and sent me a gift card patch things over. It must have just been a bad night for the manager and/or server.

This Ted Robin has the best service and is far cleaner than the Beaverton location. It all starts with management and The tanasbourne managers are very involved, you hardly see the Beaverton managers. Next time you visit ask for Billie he is the best .

Red Robin is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a great server other times its clear you don't want to be there. We typically hit up RR when we are wanting to go to a movie. Last time we went there was a fun raiser for the special Olympics and it was crawling with cops and kids and it was a fun time. Food is pretty much consistent -- love the French onion soup, and it always comes out piping hot. Our food always comes out quickly and its hot. And this place doesn't seem like you'd have to be afraid to send your food back, they do listen to what you say. We come back a lot:)
(4)

It's red robin.....it has never disappointed me yet. Very consistent, you know what your getting when you come here. Above average burger and bottomless fries. Solid.
(4)
Kerri C.
We ate here for a family lunch, and I have eaten at Red Robins many times before. It's pretty standard every time. The food is good such as the guacamole burger or whisky river burger. I do LOVE their fries and honey mustard dressing. Service is usually decent. I would recommend this place for a quick good burger. It's also a favorite for a kid friendly place.
(4)
Tom S.
Another Red Robin. Met the family here for a dinner. OK, I'm thinking that they need to change their methods here. I think that the burgers are precooked and barely heated up before they serve them. Come on, the cheese isn't even melted. Experienced that at a few Red Robins now. The soup is super hot and the Fries can absolutely scorch your mouth. Let's get the burgers up to temp too please. And while I'm thinking about it. Is it really worth about $10 for these burgers? Come on, they're just burgers. I can see it for the other dishes. And salad and soup. It's becoming a bit overpriced for quality and items served in my opinion. If it weren't for the kids, I'm not sure I'd be going there.

I normally am a fan of this place and location specifically. Today was not a day for that. Out for errands, I thought I would stop here for lunch. I normally sit at the bar as I did today. Was greeted by host and was given a menu and silverware. Was really a good start. Sat at bar, bartender not seen but bar waitress saw he, smiles and walked to her table. 1...2...5...10 minutes. No one comes over, sees me, wants to see me? I left...again only bad experience here, but when you open...show your open...

Been here for almost two minutes and have had one server throw a metal cup across the dinning room nearly hitting my two year old in the head before bouncing off the middle of the table, no apology, no acknowledgement of it happening. One star is for the Whiskey River Burger.
(1)
Danyel S.
For a chain the burgers are pretty good. When in season, the Oktoberfest burger is my favourite. But what many people don't realize is that their chicken burgers are the best in town (especially the teriyaki chicken). Another so called "hidden item" is the crispy artic cod burger is just delicious.
(4)
Diva A.
The burgers used to be a lot bigger than they are now, but I still like them. The fries are my favorite part, and I end up eating those more than my burger. I'm the sort that goes there expecting very specific things and I get it. I expect service not to be the best thing ever, the food to be a greasy mess slathered in fatty goodness, and to not have a decent conversation because of the noise. Basically get what I expect every time and have no complaints.
(4)
Chiemi N.
I've been to Red Robin's many times over the years. Love their french fries! And they are bottomless! They also have tasty adult beverages, I really enjoy the Sand in the Shorts! The one major thing I am disappointed with, is that for a place that has an extensive burger menu, they have one veggie option for a burger. The trademark Garden Burger is so mediocre. For a place that has all sorts of gourmet burgers, why can't they have a house made vegetarian burger?? Or a portabello mushroom burger?? :( Paying $8 for a mediocre vegetarian burger was a real let down!
(3)

This location has great service. The food comes out as ordered and the service is prompt. Our waitress was knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this location as opposed to the TV Hwy (Hillsboro) location as their service is consistently bad.
(4)
Genna C.
Updated update: PLEASE NOTE THEY HAVE CHANGED THE FRIES BACK!! I am certain this must be due to the hysteria caused when the masses decried the total brain-fart of a decision to try new fries. (Or, maybe the Robin reads Yelp, ha ha.) All is well; everyone back in the pool. This has been a public service announcement.

Food is usually good but recently the staff is hit and miss. The hostess always acts like she has a chip on her shoulder. Better than there at and better than the guests. Bad choice!

Red Robin's food is very good. I love the Ensenada chicken platter, very good and tasty one of my favorites. My favorite burger is the Guacamole bacon cheeseburger. I love the bottomless fries! There is a 50/50 chance. If you go on a good day, the host/hostess will be very friendly and the waiter/waitress will take care of you good. If you go on a bad day, I had the host/hostess be rude to us and the waitress forget about us. But the manager did come to apologize for her behavior. Even though it doesn't happen too often. The one in Beaverton is much better but much farther from my house. Whenever I can, I rather go over there. I will continue to go there for the food.

Your usual Red Robin. I do love the bottomless fries.... The speckled lemonade is pretty good. All the burgers are decent. My usual is the cod sandwich or whiskey river BBQ with either beef or chicken.
(3)
Amanda B.
The food is consistently decent, the prices are decent, and the waitstaff is decent. So all in all while not awesome, also not horrible. Just decent. This is my kiddos favorite place to eat so we come here a lot. And the rewards card has come in handy.

I almost gave this 4 stars, but it's Red Robin. Other than the bottomless steak fries and seasoned salt- what is it? The chicken strips are good, not great, the fish is good, not great, the salad is good not great, the burgers are good--- but not great.... What Red Robin does well is give you a predictable, and quick lunch or dinner. It does nothing exceedingly well. This location does offer a great patio with tree cover and a view of a fountain pond. The service is good, but not great. But hell, I'll take a refill of those fries and dump some season salt on them. Mmmmmm, that was good--- but not great.

Seems like they've changed, and not for the better. The burgers used to come half wrapped in paper, so all the stuff didn't fall out all over you when you tried to take a bite. Not so anymore and the fries came in some stupid oversized napkin ring so they don't have to give you very many. The artichoke dip doesn't come with bread like it used to and my plate was somewhat grubby. Disappointing.

Red Robin is one of them burger places I always enjoy.. although it seems like I like its garlic fries with Red Robin's signature honey mustard sauce than any of the burgers. I would rather have one of their appetizers instead. I have nothing against their burgers - in fact, I think they are pretty darn good - but I'm not so big on burgers anymore... trying to eat healthier here :D Anyway, Red Robin is as steady as any great burger/restaurant goes. It never failed me and provides above-average service. The only reasons why Red Robin gets 3 stars instead of 4 are that its menu is bit boring and the quality of food is OK at best. :) But Red Robin, I still enjoy your company!

Usually we love Red Robin! This was our first experience at this location to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had our two kids with us and brought in a platter of cupcakes. There are a number of things that made this the worst dining experience we have had in a long time. 1. Drink refills were not offered. We asked for one and then three other drinks became empty and we were not offered refills until we were paying at which point it was too late. 2. We had cupcakes with us in the middle of the table on a platter...easily seen. No mention of "oh are we celebrating something?" So we quietly sang as a table and ate our cupcakes off the table instead of asking our server for small plates since when we asked for more napkins a second time they were never brought to us. 3. The fries were way over salted and my wrap was totally dry. I'm not even mentioning the servers name because if he was over sat at the time then it's not entirely his fault (and the quality of food is not his fault) We will not return to the location again.

Honestly, I have to say I've been going to this Red Robin for years and have been rarely disappointed. It is worth noting that I get the bacon cheeseburger every time (with some pink) and find it just as good as every other time. The other day I decided to go for the healthier option and had a lettuce wrapped, chicken burger and it wasn't quite as good, but still pretty decent. And for those onion rings lovers out there - you can order those instead of fries for no additional charge! All I'd really recommend here are the burgers, they're actually really good.
(4)
Kal C.
Onion rings. Best onion ring sauce ever. Decent service, but sometimes pushy. Way overpriced. Seriously. BUT...every Red Robin I've been to has been clean and apparently they have some of the highest food safety standards. This location is no exception. I just don't think slightly above fast food quality means you can charge a good bit more.
(3)

Had the Guacamole Bacon Burger and it was made just right with just enough pink in the middle. The service was great and the fries much fresher than the Beaverton location. Will be back for more!!!

we stopped by Red Robin for a quick snack on black friday! We walked in and were quickly greeted by a hostess. We decided to go and sit at the bar which was 3/4 full. Our waitress came over quickly and got us our drinks. While sitting the atmosphere was drab in the bar at best. After bringing our drinks (sodas) the waitress took our order for a quesadilla and onion rings. Our food came in a timely manner and was very good though a little over-priced for the quality / quantity. Overall a good experience, though I am a little disappointed they did not have free wifi for a chain this big.

I have visited Red Robins several times. They have bottomless french fries (steak fries) and a mean Mountain High dessert. Two of us can share one easily. I feel their prices are a little on the hefty side though. I don't eat hamburgers anymore but there is still a variety of other things to try. The atmosphere is quite kid friendly I think. They sing their own rendition of Happy Birthday. Our server, this visit, was pleasant enough but took quite a while to come back and check on us. I was ready for my fries pretty quickly because the Prime Rib french dip was lacking. He would have noticed that if he came by. It was loaded with fat (which I removed before eating) and tasteless. Hence the extra fries. I probably would only visit a Red Robin again if the majority ruled. I would probably get something beefless too.

Red Robin, as others have said is hit or miss. I guess it depends on who is cooking. The last time I went I had the Banzai burger. Sometimes I have the chicken wrap. This time the food was very good and the service was great. I am without children, so I usually eat in the bar, and that is very pleasant. I will go back again and again. It is close, and usually quite good.

This location hasn't been updated yet, and I sort of liked the old look compared to the new look of the one located near my home. Service was spot-on. Great fried cheese and my burger was just the way I liked it. We also ordered a kids meal (grilled cheese with apples) and it looked very good and sooper cheesy! Fun place for kids and great bar for the adults (well, the servers bring the drinks from there!).

Red Robin is a hit or miss these days. I used to always go to Red Robin by Washington Square and I have never had an issue with their service or food. I have been to a few others in the area...Tanasbourne, Wilsonville and few others and they have almost always disappointed me! Red Robin in Tanasbourne was a miss on our my most recent visit! The waitress was wonderful and attentive, but the burgers and fries were lukewarm and my burger was not completely made, it was missing a few ingredients. Once I complained, OF COURSE, I got what I ordered and everything was nice and hot! I should have gone to Five guys!

I used to go here pretty frequently - signed up for the loyalty program and went in for a birthday burger - everything was great till they brought back my cars and hasn't taken her burger off - they went on about how our card wasn't activated - seemed strange considering how else would we have gotten the coupon? The manager outright refused to honor the discount stating it was run by an outside company they always have problems with. I complained through the phone line and requested contact but they never called. Between this the dull food and overpriced drinks I was just done, there are too many good restaurants in the area to waste money on this place.

While waiting for my food, the winner's cube classic game took $10 from me and I didn't win a prize. This was a very expensive dinner for me. I had the A1 peppercorn burger, I always get this one because it has bacon. We got it to go because we had to work. It is not the same. By the time we got back, the fries were cold and soggy. I will try eat in from now on.

This isn't my first choice to eat when shopping in the " big city", but when you give your granddaughter a choice to celebrate kindergarten graduation and she picks RR, what's a grandparent to do?!? ( yes I threw out other choices, but she remained firm in her choice) We arrived at 11:30 and it wasn't too busy. We ordered our drinks; a couple bar drinks, kiddie drinks and watermelon lemonade. Everything but the bar drinks arrived.. 5 minutes later we reminded our server and we watched as she went to the bar to place our order.. What?!? I could understand if the place was slammed but it wasn't... The watermelon drink was returned ( awful, awful nasty!) and a cola drink was returned before the bar drinks...we ordered our meal before the drinks arrived.. Finally we could toast a successful accomplishment, and the anticipation of many more! Before our meals arrived and drinks drank the server was flagged for another round.. Good thing, they arrived halfway through the meal. The Banzai burger was yummy, lots of pineapple and teriyaki sauce. The chop burger tasted like a steak burger( not as good as my ground beef I make) and the kids liked the fries and barely ate their own meals. As for the endless fries.... They must be endless as in supply for the restaurant because our sever never came by, except to deliver and pick- up the check. Manager? Never saw one...This type of service is typical on the coast.. Maybe our server was from the north coast....?!? Or the attitudes are slowly creeping east, like an obnoxious weed....Three stars for food minus one star for service leaves two stars... And a tip far larger than our server deserved...

Surprisingly great Mac and cheese. Far better then I would expect from a burger place. Great burgers and nice remodel make it fresh. They have installed tablet like devices on each table that have games, the ability to order appetizers and also to pay your bill. I find it impersonal and it takes away from the servers job. Let's keep it old school and keep interacting with humans!

What a massive disappointment! I hadn't eaten at a Red Robin in quite a few years because the last time was less than good! On a whim we decided to get some food to go. A Monday night would give us hope that it might not be a bad experience! WRONG !!!! The Big Tavern should be the Big turd! With nasty processed cheese. Just because it's ordered with no pink doesn't mean it should look / taste like a turd puck! What happened to iceberg lettuce ? Nobody wants yuppy lettuce that wilts on a burger! I ordered a crispy chicken salad! Ridiculous that they've completely removed the half order with a cup of soup. The to go waitress Shellie almost seemed pissed when I asked. Oh here's an idea, don't use yesterday's chicken on today's salad. Your not fooling anyone! Substituting cucumber for hard boiled egg isn't going to make anyone happy. Finally, the fries. If your going to use season salt on your fries it might be wise to show the fry guy it shouldn't turn the fries red from heavy over salting! Your re model should be focused on your menu and food! Not little cutsie burger shaped seats while waiting for food to go!

Absolutely terrible food and service. My friend and I went out to dinner here last weekend, and it didn't even start off on a good note. It took our waitress so long to show up and ask us what we wanted to drink that we ended up placing our entire order because we weren't sure she'd ever come back. I got the Absolutely Absolut lemonade, which was definitely not as cold as it should have been and the strawberries didn't seem ripe enough, which made the entire drink taste really bitter. We ordered the pretzel bites, which showed up with almost NO salt (making them super bland), and the cheese dipping was watery and disgusting. My friend ordered the Seafood Scatter and I got a patty melt. Despite ordering my patty melt plain, it showed up with onions all over it. Both of our meals were cold, his fish was hard as a rock and not at all fresh, and the bread on my patty melt was basically burned and the meat was way overcooked. We sent the food back and when they finally brought us more, it was obvious they'd taken the shrimp off of my friend's first plate and tossed it on the new one, because it was still hard and cold. As for my new patty melt, the bread was still almost burned, meat was overcooked, and to top things off, it had a really strange odor to it that caused me to give up a few bites in. When the waitress finally brought us our check, we were informed that we'd been given the pretzel bites for free to make up for the trouble. However, considering the fries were the only edible thing we were served, it was really just too little, too late. Wouldn't go back unless someone paid me a lot of money to suffer through their terrible food again.

Red Robin is a childhood love of mine, so to see it everywhere is comme ci comme ça. This location maintains a higher standard than any Red Robin I have been in, and Red Robin is such a tradition. The original location isn't around anymore, but the quality is improved and expanded here. Great Red Robin location!!! Wish I knew the staffs names to commend them, I believe we met a manager and had a fantastic server (best drink refiller ever) but I don't want to be weird and call people out... Anyway, having been to a bajillion Red Robins, this one is a good one.

We needed casual/cheap/open late/burgers/comfy seats/tvs. Red Robin fit the bill. The experience was average- both for RR and in general. The server was less than friendly- curt and seemingly irritated that we were there. Food was good, but took forever to arrive. In spite of her nasty attitude, she did do a good job with drink refills. Of note is a new "fry policy"- no fries before the entree unless you buy them as an appetizer. Seems like a move to cut costs, but I'm not sure where. If I order a burger that comes with fries, and I ask for my fries to come ASAP, I will still pay for the burger. Theoretically, I might eat a few more fries, but seriously- potatoes are about the cheapest ingredient in a professional kitchen right now. Whatever. Seems like corporate will hear about it somehow- I can't imagine RR fans will be very happy.

I used to be more of a Red Robin fan, but not as much anymore. The restaurant is redesigned. They are trying to go modern, but I like how they were before. Now they charge you if you order fries before your food comes even though they are bottomless. Prices are also way higher than they used to be. They still make some good things.

I used to come to this location all the time when I lived in Hillsboro. Now that I only get out here once in a while, I was excited that there were gluten free buns available. Twice I've tried my veggie burger with the gluten free bun - twice I've been disappointed. First time, there was plastic still stuck to the bun, and second time it was hard as a rock. Really guys, either toast the buns, or try a different vendor - they do NOT have to be crumbly, and dry if they're gluten-free (not any more). Bottomless fries - always a plus. I usually come alone, so they usually stick me in the bar - and usually they are SLAMMED there at lunch. So, even when I'm in a hurry, it does take more time than I expect to get my bill to pay and leave. They take orders quickly, food comes pretty quickly, and then I wait and wait for an iced tea refill, as well as my bill. It's pretty off-putting, but looking for a decent veggie burger with great fries - I just suck it up.

Red Robin used to be a great place place. I frequently took the family for good meals at good prices with good service. Not anymore. They recently remodeled their image inside and outside, but what came along with it is a remodeled management mentality which in my opinion is not in favor of the customer. The focus now is on how fast they can turn tables, and how much they can get away with on price increases & portion size decreases. The last four times I dined here, I had to ask for refills on the 'bottomless fries' and drinks, the wait staff never offered. (Asking me "How's everything tasting?" does not suffice - I should not have to ask for refills I should be ASKED if I want refills.) A bit about the food quality decline over the past half year: Twice the kid's corn dogs were not cooked all the way, they still had wet uncooked dough and a cold hot dog inside. Once child's portion of pasta arrived with 10 (yes, count 'em, TEN) noodles and about a tablespoon of red sauce. We never ordered that again. In general, I can get far better $10-12+ burgers in terms of taste, size, value, and service at any number of places nearby, and they'll come served ON A PLATE, not in a cheap basket or plastic tray wrapped in a paper wrapper. And twice, the patty melts, ordered "no pink" arrived raw inside, and they are now about 2/3 the size they were a year ago. By the way, patty melts have been around for about a hundred years & the standard recipe across the country is for them to contain Swiss cheese (so why do Red Robin patty melts arrive with American cheese if I forget to tell the waiter to make sure there is Swiss cheese in it?). And a patty melt is supposed to be grilled & toasty-crisp on the outside of the grilled rye bread, not soggy wet on the bottom side. I then have to choose to eat what is delivered, or wait for 10 minutes for the waiter to return to ask everyone but me at the table "How's everything tasting, awesome?" and then disappearing before anyone has a chance to clear the bite of food from their mouths to form a reply. Then there's the prices overall, which are inflated to compensate for the overdone bar scene remodeling & the next thing, which I will refer to as "the final straw." The final straw is that they have recently deployed obnoxious "Ziosk" touchscreen devices at all the tables. They claim these things are to improve the customer experience, but based on the research I did on them, they are really designed to do 3 things: reduce the waitstaff/customer interaction time, turn tables faster & get your kids to nag you to pay for video games (precisely the first thing my kid's discovered and promptly engaged with.) Now, this may be an outdated concept, but I take my family out for a meal to enjoy time interacting with my family, eat good food, and get good service. That Ziosk thing, on the other hand, takes up space on the table, reduces the quality of the family time, and does nothing to improve the food or the service. I expressed to the waitress my dissatisfaction about having to use it, and the waitress assured me I did not need to use it. Then she proceeded to figure out how enter out drink orders on it right in front of us. When it soon came time to pay for the meal, I handed my rewards card & credit card to the waitress & again stated I did not want to use the Ziosk device. She instead dismissed me with some comments to the effect of how easy and fun it is, and instructed me how to navigate the menu & swipe my rewards card and my credit card into the beast, which promptly and conveniently presented a tip suggestion of 20%. Then she hovered about the table as if waiting to see what I'd do for the tip. To sum it up, if this is the new Red Robin, it is no longer a place I want to go.

The past three times I've tried to go to the location and it's been nothing but disappointments. One hostess practically forced us to sit in the bar when there were plenty of booths open on the main floor (this has happened all three times) and then when we asked for a booth she said there weren't any available and put us in this tiny table when there were plenty of other table/booths open. Both times my mom ordered there deep fried shrimp and they over cooked it, and the make my salad with out hard boiled eggs and when I asked where they were they said they were "out of eggs" so then why wouldn't you tell me that when I ordered it? Not please at all

I am so disappointed with the RR on 188th Ave in Hillsboro Oregon. We ordered a kids Rad burger for our son. He likes it plain, dry and NO CHEESE. So we get home and open the box and what do we find? CHEESE! We had to pick off all the cheese only for our son to just pick at the burger. We are exhausted from travels and just wanted something quick for dinner. Thanks a lot RR for wasting our time by getting a quick dinner that our kid won't eat.

RR is one of our family favorites and the store located at 185th and Evergreen in Hillsboro OR is our go to location. I am shocked to see some of the negative reviews because I go here weekly for the past several years -- food is always prompt, hot, and yummy. Service is the best of any RR in the area and most other places in OR in general. Never had a bad experience here. 4 of 5 stars is about right. Great food and great prices. I use 5 stars for restaurants that are beyond spectacular so this is actually a top rating.

If you've seen one Red Robin, you've seen them all. This location offers the same burgers, with the same flavors as any other RR. Our group ordered the burgers with varying preferences in done-ness and we didn't all get what we ordered, but that's usually to be expected. The only reason I chose to write a review for this one, however, was the subpar service we received. Though our server was friendly when she was present, she was rarely around. I had to track her down for water, drink refills, extra fries/sauce/napkins...and with each time we tracked her down, she was already walking away before I finished talking. And to make matters worse, we had to as her multiple times because she often forgot to come back. If the establishment had been busy I would have understood but she was standing around talking to other servers around the drink stand, which we had a direct view of. Completely unacceptable Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely consider eating somewhere else.

Took 45 minutes to get silverware and three of the four dinners were ice cold. Server seemed irritated with us even asking for a second round of fries. Very disappointing experience.

Surprisingly excellent food! Husband had a "southern something" burger that was so good! My Whiskey BBQ chicken wrap was totally delicious. Broccoli is uneventful: don't bother. Otherwise, fantastic choice for dinner.

Oh burger... I wanted you to be the best (order blue ribbon, no tom and a SOFT EGG) yum... The egg was hard, I hate hard eggs so they brought me a slightly undercooked soft fried egg, I'll take it. Threw it in and it was...ok. Everything was cold at that point even though the flavor potential was there. Oh well. The new roasted garlic dipping sauce tasted like a warm creamy aioli, that was tasty. Not off the radar for ever, but I'm good for now. Beer (Widner) top notch!

Our server Brian was awesome. Family of 5, 3 kids, showed up for a late dinner. He was fast, accurate, and didn't try to upsell when I asked for water. He did forget crayons for the kids but the food came out fast enough that kids didn't even remember. He got the side orders right and refilled my husbands strawberry lemonade. Appreciate good service like this since it's becoming rare when we go out with kids!

So. We have returned here a few times the last few months because it was simple and close by. They have been hard at work renovating their look. And changing the menu. The service has been rather hit and miss if I'm honest. My wife has noticed that when busy the greeting staff tend to show some inexperience. Often getting flustered and looking visibly irritated, wether with their job or the customers I'm not sure. I have attempted to try the new "upmarket" angus burgers. Each time, no matter the attempted flavor pairings, peppercorn or black and blue, I am less than impressed. The same odd flavor of wet meat comes in each time. Like the grill was recently scrubbed clean and then wiped with a wet rag making the burger itself taste soggy, and a bit gross. So I have stuck with the regular burgers, and again have been hit and miss. Lately they have been over cooked. But still tasty. The fries have often been cold and limp, rather disappointing. The new apps are good. The "premium" dipping sauces are ok, but I wasn't impressed enough to order any of them more than once and pay for them. I'd give an extra half star if possible, but it isn't. I'm wondering if going more upscale the chain hasent lost it's way on what made it good. Simple good burgers, good service, and plenty of bar selection. I'm all for change, but we have been left with the question lately if we should start hitting the nearby 5 guys.

(3)mya j.
What can i say, its red robin. They have vegetarian options Bottomless fries. Parking available
(3)Ryan A.
Blue Ribbon Burger . . . mmmm . . . NO!
(3)Bob E.
Red Robin has never been great of course, but I think they've really gone downhill. The food quality is not where it used to be. They seem to be cost cutting. This location does not even have Tabasco Sauce anymore. They only carry Cholula hot sauce. Yuck. Even my kids no longer want to go there.
(2)Joe T.
Quality food and good service is always what you get here. Nothing fancy but something for everyone on the menu and in the bar
(4)Mark C.
(3)M Q.
(1)Flora R.
I usually love Red Robins, but my order was wrong and the fries were cold at this location.
(3)Izzy N.
(1)Sara C.
Always happy with my service and food at this Red Robin.
(5)David H.
Pretty good service generally, great for families, and very reliable and predictable tasty food. It is far from cheap (and their prices just seem to keep going up), but as an occasional treat, the whole family enjoys it.
(4)Linda C.
(3)Deja A.
(4)Jason K.
Came in for National Burger Day. Unfortunately, they werent doing anything for it. But we had a really great waiter. He was very kind and was really on top of refilling our water and fries. Good atmosphere.
(4)Ryley S.
(2)Lorrie C.
(2)Jennifer L.
(4)Mercedez S.
(2)Astra N.

(4)Scott G.
First time I thought Red Robin really missed it. Food came out incorrect and replacement food came out after everyone had finished. Couldn't get a drink refill. I will avoid this location in the future.
(2)Ambyr H.
2 & 1/2 hours for burgers for 6. Had to ask more than once for everything. Had to ask for drinks, sauce, silverware and napkins. Horrible service. I did notice the waitresses had tables all over the restaurant. :-/
(1)Molica S.
Me and my boyfriend come here occasionally and it always meets our expectations. I always get the Teriyaki Chicken burger and the chicken is always so delicious and moist. The last time we came in, the service was "eh" not outstanding but the food was great.
(4)Martin F.

(1)Bröck P.
(1)Cory H.
(4)Mike L.
(5)Justin T.

(3)Jaben C.
(3)Allison R.
(3)Jessie P.
(3)Bre K.
Have been going here since I was a little girl and they have always had friendly servers. If they mess up a order the manager is always super nice about it. Definitely recommend and I don't even eat meat!
(5)Crystal S.
Couldn't figure out how to separate the chili con queso to 'chili' and 'queso' for the vegetarian/carnivore mixed family, like every other Red Robin does. Then proceeded to send over manager full and attitude, which obviously made things so much better. I will not be back.
(2)Megan C.
I have to update my review because I have continued to visit this location over the last year or two and have not had any other issues. Additionally, someone from the corporate office reached out to me regarding my complaint shortly after I posted my original review and sent me a gift card patch things over. It must have just been a bad night for the manager and/or server.
(4)Chris M.
This Ted Robin has the best service and is far cleaner than the Beaverton location. It all starts with management and The tanasbourne managers are very involved, you hardly see the Beaverton managers. Next time you visit ask for Billie he is the best .
(5)Tiffany S.
Great waitress. Nice enough to make sure the Huskies game was on.
(4)Marna G.
(4)Troy D.
It's red robin.....it has never disappointed me yet. Very consistent, you know what your getting when you come here. Above average burger and bottomless fries. Solid.
(4)Kerri C.
(4)Tom S.
(3)Jason S.
(1)Brent N.
Been here for almost two minutes and have had one server throw a metal cup across the dinning room nearly hitting my two year old in the head before bouncing off the middle of the table, no apology, no acknowledgement of it happening. One star is for the Whiskey River Burger.
(1)Danyel S.
For a chain the burgers are pretty good. When in season, the Oktoberfest burger is my favourite. But what many people don't realize is that their chicken burgers are the best in town (especially the teriyaki chicken). Another so called "hidden item" is the crispy artic cod burger is just delicious.
(4)Diva A.
(4)Chiemi N.
(3)B P.
This location has great service. The food comes out as ordered and the service is prompt. Our waitress was knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this location as opposed to the TV Hwy (Hillsboro) location as their service is consistently bad.
(4)Genna C.
(4)Rodney O.
Food is usually good but recently the staff is hit and miss. The hostess always acts like she has a chip on her shoulder. Better than there at and better than the guests. Bad choice!
(2)Xochitl V.
(4)John L.
Your usual Red Robin. I do love the bottomless fries.... The speckled lemonade is pretty good. All the burgers are decent. My usual is the cod sandwich or whiskey river BBQ with either beef or chicken.
(3)Amanda B.
The food is consistently decent, the prices are decent, and the waitstaff is decent. So all in all while not awesome, also not horrible. Just decent. This is my kiddos favorite place to eat so we come here a lot. And the rewards card has come in handy.
(3)Matt S.
(3)Stephanie M.
Loved my burger!
(5)Jen G.
(3)Sean K.
(3)Chelsie O.
(2)David R.
(4)Kal C.
(3)M. C.
Had the Guacamole Bacon Burger and it was made just right with just enough pink in the middle. The service was great and the fries much fresher than the Beaverton location. Will be back for more!!!
(4)Leah S.
Thank you to our server, Denice for an awesome lunch! Quick, polite, efficient service got us in and out in 45 minutes. The woman knows her stuff!
(4)Lucas Z.
we stopped by Red Robin for a quick snack on black friday!
(4)Nani M.
(2)Sharon M.
(4)Lucky B.
Western BBQ Burger is my favorite! Could use extra bbq sauce.
(4)Penguin S.
(4)Kerri H.
(2)Adrian S.
(1)Kyle T.
(3)Kathy H.
(2)Bea H.
(4)Leslie S.

(5)Jo R.
(3)Maddy P.
I used to be more of a Red Robin fan, but not as much anymore. The restaurant is redesigned. They are trying to go modern, but I like how they were before. Now they charge you if you order fries before your food comes even though they are bottomless. Prices are also way higher than they used to be. They still make some good things.
(3)Patti F.
(3)D H.

My daughter loves this place! It helps a great deal when the waitstaff, Courtney, is so friendly and prompt. Thanks for making our meal perfect!
