1. Service is great. Fast and attentive. 2. Food is good. 3. Clean/ soothing decor 4. Reasonable price What else can you ask for? We've been here for quite a few times, and so far all the dishes we tried are fresh and tasty. Pho is light, not-so-sweet broth which i like. Their pad kee mao (drunken noodles) is the best i've ever tried in town. The rice noodles were thick cut, cooked just right, seasoning was great, not too greasy (which i thought it's impressive, because most of pad kee mao i tried so far were either super greasy or the noodles clumped together and tasted like wax.) Lemon grass BBQ chicken is good and not overcooked. I'm glad to find this hidden gem in my neighborhood.

This is one of my favorite PHO places on this side of town. I have been coming here with my coworkers since they used to be called PHO nam. Sometime last year new management took over and they changed their name to PHO N.D. I generally have the PHO Dac Biet here. This is the pho dish that has everything. The broth is semi sweet with a great any beef flavor. There is beef, meatballs, tripe, tendon all married within the beef broth. The Thai dishes here are great too. This includes; pad see eww, pad Jew Mao and pad Thai. I love this place and eat here a couple of times per month I highly recommend this little PHO shop.

Andy is the greatest waiter/server I've ever known!! Really attentive to detail and builds very Nice personal relationships with customers ! You will always be greeted with a smile :)) oh and not to Mention the food!! It's all so good , they honestly have the best Phô Soup within a 20 mile radius!! Deserts are Scrumptious and Unique! Gotta try their banana bread pudding!! Overall always a Delightful time when dining at Phô Nam

Great service! Pho broth has a nice, light flavor. The meat, however, wasn't very flavorful. Their egg rolls are yummy. The spring rolls are ok but their peanut sauce was good.

We followed ND here as long time Pho Van customers and were very pleased - wonderful food and service worth driving for - a must for pho lovers!

Went to what we used to call 11b, to find that now it is called Pho N.D. and with new ownership. I ordered an asparagus dish and, as a previous reviewer noted, got actually only one asparagus spear cut four times. My pee didn't even smell funny! Hopefully the owners will improve the food so we can go back, but as it stands, we won't be visiting again. The service was friendly and fast though, but it is all about the food.

Great Chicken Pho and great service. They are very attentive and the food tastes great. Love their dessert options too. Their three bean special reminds me of halo halo for all the Filipinos out there.

delicious!! hands down best pho in town!!

This is one of the few good Pho restaurants on the west side. I was recommended to Pho ND through a friend and finally found a bowl of pho that isn't too sweet and loaded with MSG like many of the places on the west side. They actually cut the meat for their pho the right way I like some of the "pho chop shops" in the Hillsboro/Beaverton area. It's great to know I don't have to trek over to the SE 82nd area for pho.

Their salad rolls are perfect!!! They are made so tight and with pride. I can tell. The flavors are perfect. Wish I took a picture the last time I was there, because it was Heaven as far as salad rolls come. Their pho is great too. Love the service as well!!

Great service and food is good! Very nice and polite! The pho is tasty and comes with lots of meat. #17 chicken was well marinated and not over cooked. This place is where Pho Nam was. I'm glad they moved in!

I honestly don't really like Pho from restaurants. Growing up Vietnamese, there really wasn't much reason to eat it at a restaurant when I could make it or my mom could make it. But since moving to Hillsboro last year for school I have recently developed cravings for Vietnamese food. My roomate was actually the one that recommended this place. The sign on the outside still says Pho N.D. but don't let the past reviews fool you, this place is a gold nugget of a hole in the wall. The staff is super accommodating and kind. I tried to go there late one night after studying, but they were closing. The manager offered to make something for me for take out if I could make it in time. They have an amazing special, $6.50 for a large bowl of Pho Dac Biet which is actually a pretty good price since they aren't skimpy on the meat and the noodles. The broth is flavorful and doesn't have that MSG aftertaste that some places do. All in all I recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm bowl of Pho and some really nice people (:

Our entire family (ages 6 - 60+) just visited Pho N.D. and LOVED the experience. First of all, we were welcomed warmly by owner and chef, Andy and his sister Nina. Their service throughout the meal was excellent and attentive. The restaurant space has been nicely decorated - the colors on the walls are bright and lovely. Most of all, we loved the food. We started with our favorite appetizer - salad rolls (Goi Cuon), served with peanut sauce. We all chose a different menu and were pleased by each choice. Special highlights were: (1) Pho Rau Tom (Vegetables & Shrimp), (2) Samui Garden (Pea Pods, Baby Corn, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Asparagus...), (3) Chao Praya Cashew Nut (Cashew nuts, mushroom baby corn, bell peppers, bamboo shoots...). And then we shared 3 desserts: Flan, Banana Bread Pudding and a Taro Sweet Rice. Our 2 youngest family members devoured their Strawberry Smoothies - a special and yummier version of this beloved drink. Yum! We look forward to returning to this wonderful restaurant. Pho N.D. will be our new favorite restaurant to take all the family. We are very lucky that Andy, who has over 15 years of experience in the Vietnamese restaurant business decided to open up Pho N.D.

So my wife and I go to our regular Pho restaurant, Pho Van in Beaverton. The food is good, but what made it special was the host/manager, N.D. We find out he no longer worked there, so we got up and left. We find out that he opened his own restaurant, Pho N.D. so we went there. WOW! This place is incredible. The Pho blows away Pho Van. Elegant inside, calm and tasteful classical piano in the background, spotlessly clean and great prices. Great menu. And there was N.D. to greet us. What WAS the best part of Pho Van is now Pho N.D., the art of Vietnamese & Thai cooking. I love the place, and N.D. is the so conscientious and inviting. You won't regret it.

We tried Pho/beef noodle soup, the soup is very tasty; my husband ordered Bun/ noodle with grilled pork, he liked it. For dessert, we ordered Che ba mau/ 3 color dessert - 3 kinds of beans, jelly, tapioca prearls and coconut, so yummy. This place is a keeper, we will come back. Nice, clean restaurant. Easy to park. The prices are reasonable.

Wow, the old owners are focusing on one of their restaurants and sold this one off. It is now called Pho N.D. Very nice people but I would not go back. I ordered an asparagus dish and got something with the equivalent of two spears cut twice. Think about what happened when the Indian culture took over the Dunkin Donuts franchises. Immediately stopped making quality donuts to cut costs and increase profits. Problem is, it does not work here either. Maybe if they could make the taste at least as good as Panda Buffet...but not so. We also had the wide noodles and my wife could not eat less than half before she had enough. It was not worthy of a to go box and we even pack up uneaten rice at places. Honestly, they just don't know how to cook.

Had the fried shrimp appetizer - very good. My husband had pho and I had a specialty item. Best pho broth in Portland metro - try it! The Vietnamese coffee was fantastic and the banana bread pudding was brilliant! Can't say enough great things about this restaurant - we won't be going anywhere else.

Friendly staff. Food was really good and did not have to wait alot to get it to our table.

This used to be our favorite family dining place. The food was so much better before the new management came in. They call fresh spring rolls SALAD rolls. I've been to dozens of pho restaurants over the last 20 years and this is the only place I have ever seen that calls the Spring rolls a different name. Our waiter was rude when we called out the roll name difference and ended up making my wife cry in front of our kids. Needless to say we can go 100 other places to spend our money and I think we found a new favorite dining place in Hillsboro, Elmers!! Always nice staff and they make us feel like celebrities every time we come in. If you want great food at a great price, Elmers is a much better experience. I don't expect this new pho place to survive much longer. Vivi's is Ali right around the corner and feels much more upscale and the food is amazing.
