Stopped in for a pizza after getting a voucher through a school discount card registration offer. First, the ambiance: completely lacking. Sure, there were the requisite "restaurant" and "Italian" wall hangings, but there are only a few seats, and few options for a family larger than two. Next, the service: poor. There was only one person working and she clearly had other things on her mind. She wasn't rude, but she also didn't make us feel welcome. She also spent a lot of time "explaining" the problems they are having collecting money from the discount card company (apparently, they aren't reimbursing them for the vouchers). While I am sympathetic of this problem, it isn't my problem. We did finally get a smile from her as we were leaving. Finally, the food: while I appreciated the fresh dough being rolled out in front of us, the flavor was flat, the middle of the pie was undercooked and there was a mouthful of flour coating the bottom of the crust. Blech. The sauce was flat, too, and had too much "Italian Seasoning" mixed in. I really like eating in small, family-owned restaurants, but I know I will not be stopping here again.

I just happen to be in town on business, and wanted something quick and easy for lunch, so I stopped at Bo's Pizzeria, as I didn't want to travel into town and fight the traffic for something to eat. I had a slice of pizza and a drink. The toppings were fresh, and the pizza crust thin and crispy. The cheese and toppings went clear to the edge. Yum!! From what I understand, the owner makes all her own sauces, dough, potato salad, and chili from scratch. Don't see that too much anymore. I'm glad I stopped, and will stop again if I'm in the area.

Worst coffee ever! The gal who made my coffee didn't seem too happy to cut her cig break short. Too bad since there it is a coffee shop desert and they could own the market. Def not going back.

I'm puzzled by these several bad reviews, which may be related to the fact that they were written before a recent change in employees at Bo's Pizza Pub and Deli. Or perhaps to the mood or bias of the reviewers. I stopped there on the way back to Seattle from the coast. I had a medium thin-crust barbecued chicken pizza and a local ale. Sitting at an outdoor table on a beautiful sunny afternoon I found the pizza very enjoyable, with the generous amount of chicken flavored with an excellent and not overwhelming barbecue sauce--and a pleasingly crisp thin crust. For his part my friend said he liked his Italian sub. I heard from a neighboring business owner that Bo's had recently changed employees for good reason, so that may explain the surprisingly bad reviews I see in Yelp. It seems odd that three out of four of the "not recommended" reviews are quite positive, whereas several of the "recommended" ones are negative. I have never reviewed in Yelp before, and I hope it doesn't make my review end up in the "not recommended" box! Next time I'm going through Hillsboro I'll stop and have another pizza and and ale, and see if the apparent turnaround is holding up.

First and last time getting pizza here. Where do I start mmm. How about with answering the phone like it's your home phone. Sauce lame, cheese was actually good, pepperoni no flavor. And then the pizza was burnt. Trying to support local business but wow you guys ruining it for the small guy. Do you feed this to your family?

The calzones are amazing! I also had a Torpedo sandwich with Aju and it was huge and great too! Would highly recommend this spot.
