Growler Nation might as well be called Beer Heaven. With over 30 local rotating taps, and choice of beer, cider, and kombucha, GN is a great place to quench your thirst. The staff is friendly, the beer is cold, and the atmosphere is always relaxing. They've even allowed me to change the channel on their Dish subscription when the game is on. Though they don't have a kitchen, they've recently partnered with a local pizzeria and now serve pizza by the slice. They also encourage you to bring your own snacks or food from near by restaurants if you're really hungry. We've been coming here for almost a year, and will be back again and again I'm sure!

Love this place. Always something good on tap and specials. Food nearby you can bring in or they have pizza now. Great staff that live beer.

As good as it gets? Oh yah!! If you are a beer drinker you owe it to yourself to check this place out. Stouts, Ails, Porters, Ciders, Fruit Beers, Barley Beers, oh you name it they will have it. I'll be heading on back their to get my growler refilled ASAP!!

High priced. One of the higher priced growler places in eugene. They do have a decent tap list most of the time. One thing that is so annoying is that on the $10 Sunday growler happy hour, they don't tell you which beers are discounted. Wanted a growler of boneyard armored fist and the dude poured the beer first, then told me it wasn't on the happy hour list? C'mon man. Bush league. They just seem so unorganized. Often the online tap list isn't the same as when you go in there. Get with the times and update your tap list often!

Amazingly helpful owner. Great clean atmosphere. Wonderful beer. Definately a great stop in. The Barley Brown's Shredder Wheat is my favorite.

The beer and cider selection is fantastic, and they have kombucha on tap! The foodstuffs are more like snakcs, but we ate before we came in, so we didn't try any. The service was great. The woman tending bar was friendly, informative, and personable. The venue is comfortable and relaxed; there are long wooden tables and nice lighting fixtures. They also have games to play in the shelf. I don't know why someone else thought this was expensive, because I think $6 flights and $4.50 pints are a pretty good deal. They also have $1 off pints during happy hour and always have a beer on special for $3/pint. This is a great place to come with friends and hang out. Support this local business cause we want them to stay!

Great selection, friendly staff and awesome happy hour deals. I haven't tried the food yet but I have tried a bunch of their beers and ciders Love this place!

Friendly staff, great selection. Nice addition to the area. Get a tasting flight before committing to a growler!

Yelp filtered my review for this great place, yet they leave up the only one bashing it for ridiculous reasons? Fishy

Small business is booming in Eugene, and this week saw the opening of new beer hub Growler Nation on Coburg Rd. Promoting a wide selection of locally brewed beers, Growler Nation lets you buy and refill various sizes of growlers (including a gallon size) or simply enjoy a beer in the bar area. Service is exceptionally friendly, and they'll be happy to let you try whatever beer, cider or Brew Dr kombucha (!) you like. When I went in today they had just opened and finished setting everything up. The grand opening will be on Friday June 28th. I thought I wasn't looking for beer (though I had just come out of the liquor store next door with a beautiful bottle of ginger vodka), when I suddenly realized I was going to a BBQ the same evening. Perfect! My first sample was the Rhubarbarian Cider from 2 Towns, which had a delicate touch of my favorite vegetable/fruit Rhubarb, but was ultimately a bit on the bland side. I decided to go with the bartender's advice next and picked the Caldera Dry Hop Orange, which was a beautiful, full-bodied pale ale, dry but with a sweetish orangy aroma. My third sample was the similarly popular cream ale that Growler Nation keeps on tap, which was very smooth. I ended up grabbing a growler of the Caldera to take to the party. Growler Nation has no kitchen, but they encourage customers to bring their own snacks if they like. There's a good amount of seating around some large tables that could well accommodate a group. If you'd like to try a variety of their beers, they offer a Flight of four brews. For the designated driver they offer kombucha, coffee and a few other things. I'm hoping in the future they might branch out to light snacks as well, which seems possible even without an in-house kitchen. Either way, welcome to the neighborhood!

Hummm Kombucha on tap; just love this place. Got our 64 ounce refills today, got happy hour rates on carry out! Sweet deal.

Five stars for great selection and great service! If they had food of any kind it would be a go to stop once a week. I think they really understand the tap selection as well or better than others in town always something new and different to get my attention. The owner and his son (I think) work the taps often. Ask questions and get some tasters of what might be good. The advice they give is very good and they know the beers well. With so many growler stops opening right now competition is hot, hope they can hold their own because they deserve to make it work.

Went in to try to get a refill on the growler my husband picked up the other day. I was told no- since I had my 4 year old with me. ( was I supposed to leave him in the car???). Great beer- and concept - if you are single-or willing to get a sitter to pick up beer. Luckily we heard about Kings Royal on 11th and Tyler (inside the market there). Not as "posh" as Nation- but parking was a breeze- lots of the same selection- and no issues about having my kid.

Super friendly people. I was interested in what was on the tap and they were cool about giving me samples and general BSing. Smelled like freshly polished trees. They were administering stuff I hadn't seen on tap before. Glad to see something this cool on the north side of Ferry St. Bridge.

I can't lie, I'm a big beer drinker. That being said, I thought Growler Nation is da bomb! They have my favorites on tap and it's nice to see some new ones to try from outside the area. Cool spot to hang out and looking forward to football season to fill my growlers up! GO DUCKS!

This place was awesome! Amazing service. The owner talked to us for an hour and introduced me to new beers I loved but would have never tried if he didn't suggest them. Well worth my 5 stars!
