I don't mind this local joint ; I'd like to give it 3.5 stars. The menu is a bit confusing but staffs were friendly and helpful. Thou I went there around 1:30 pm and not too busy. They would accommodate your order if possible. I had chicken w avocado on teriyaki sauce( recommended by staff) and it was surprising tasty! I definitely would try again when I'm in town.

I love me some pita pit! But this particular branch seems obsessed with cutting corners and saving money. Today when I went they barely gave me any lettuce; I asked for more and he put in 2 more pieces. I have had multiple bad experiences with this location. Once I had a gift card and the manager wouldn't let me use it because I didn't buy it from his store -- what's the point of being a chain restaurant if I can't use gift cards at all locations? Bottom line, I keep going back because I'm hungry and the food is good, but the service is shitty and I usually leave unhappy.

Their food is okay. Its cold even though they heat up the meat on the grill. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Just tried going to eat at Pita Pit. Not a great sign on the door, "Closed until Monday January 6th, sorry for the inconvenience". Would have really been nice if someone could have posted to your Facebook page that you were going to be closed. This is the second time this has happened, the other was on December 24th. If you would only share that you were going to be closed on Facebook, it would help out those that want to give you money. Feels like a real slap in the face to customers that spend money with you that you can not keep them informed by putting a "Free" post on Facebook. Really a horrible job of customer service and do not really know if you care about your customers.

Chain restaurant, but one of the only two places to get a decent falafel (other is Nearly Normals). the customer service is good. It's Oregon and you will find diversity, so it may not suite everyone, but the people who work there are good (even though they look rough around the edges). Good customer service and good falafel.

Terrible! Don't get me wrong. I love pita pit after managing one for two years but knowing how it could be run totally ruined this.experience for me. It was bland, poorly put together and the folks didnt really care that much. I loved the food and the customers when i worked at pita pits and it shows in service. It didnt show today.

Pita Pit is amazing !! I used to get it every so often between classes on campus. Since graduating and doing online classes, I don't have the chance to get down to campus as often. I think its healthier than other places on Monroe and it's not a bad price for a pita !! If I know I'm not going to eat it for awhile, I ask for sauce on the side. Having the sauce on the side is just as good, even sometimes better, than having the sauce in the pita because you can manage the right amount of sauce. I only wish there was a pita closer to my apartment in North Corvallis.

The Good: Just like any other Pita Pit, they make your pita just the way you want it. Better variety of veggies, cheese and sauces than sub shops around town. Feta for no extra charge? Yes please! The Bad: There is virtually no seating in this place, definitely a take-out oriented business. If you have to sit and eat, they do have 2 tables that seat 4 each, but really just grab it and go. The meats are not amazing, but they suffice. A little pricier than sub shops, a $5 pita does not fill you up as much as a $5 footlong sub. The Ugly: They say they have a special for checking in on Facebook, but when asked the guy admitted he had no idea what the special was. I don't blame him, but if you're gonna do marketing like that, at least train your employees on how to handle the special offers. The Rundown: Pita Pit is the perfect food to eat on the go. Not messy as a sandwich, but with all the meats and cheeses and veggies of a sandwich. They have so many choices of veggies, sauces, and cheeses that they really have almost an endless variety of combinations. Overall, a good alternative to Subway and Quiznos, but still just a sandwich shop.

I've never eaten here without a coupon and probably never will. The food is a little above average tasting at an above average price. At least it's healthy i guess. Staff is cool which is the case with most of the places in Corvallis employing college students. In short: have a coupon? Then try it out.

Great pita place, especially if you're in a rush. You pick all your toppings so they haven't messed up an order of mine yet. They don't sell beer like other Pita Pits which sucks but that's Corvallis for you. Great service, the employees are always very nice.

Pretty much concur with Curtis B. Slightly above average food for slightly above average price. Staff was great. Go with a coupon.

A good alternative to the typical franchise sandwhich shop. Lower carb options then the bready typical sandwiches. Price is average. Try the 'local' or the 'cheese steak' with bbq sauce, cheddar cheese and sour cream.

I thought the food was pretty good and the staff is super friendly. Since you are choosing everything that goes into the pita, it always turns out to exactly my liking! I thought price wise it's pretty average.
