Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Locally produced meats and gathered veggies make any Chipotle location and must consider lunch destination for Tex-Mex. The portions are fantastic regardless of if you choose a burrito or bowl. They also have quesadilla, salad, and taco options although they are less commonly ordered. Vegetarians don't worry, they have a spicy tofu blend that is quite tasty for even a meat eater. I suggest occasionally changing it up but my go-to is always the chicken bowl with brown rice and black beans. The guac is expensive as an add on but delicious if you are willing to splurge. A quick to go option as well if you have to get to class or back to the office.

So, this regards Chipotle in general, but it applies to this store, too. They have good food, they make it fast, but it is WAY overpriced. I don't want to pay $7+ for a burrito. That's just insane. So I would give the food 5 stars, the service 4 stars, but the price 1 star. So the rating takes the middle ground.

Not bad for a fast casual Mexican experience. The fajita burritos tend to have more flavor than the regular burritos. The burrito bowls are good for those who are a little more carb conscious. The salads are ok. I was expecting more of a taco salad experience, but they are more like the burrito bowls. The service is good, and the price is reasonable for what you get. The burritos are definitely filling and pretty healthy.

A build your own burrito bar? Defiantly a good idea for this restaurant. One of my favorite burrito places as well as the atmosphere and consistency of all the various locations to go to!

My only complaint is they don't scoop the guac like other Chipotle's!

Its a fast food joint, what do you expect ? I usually just get a chicken bowl for a quick meal, they are delish i really dig em. You can also grab some quessadila for a cheap meal.

Good stuff. It's a huge burrito and they don't seem to skimp on the ingredients, contrary to some other reviews. They use quality ingredients too. I love this place even though it's a chain.

I probably would've never tried this joint because there are so many burrito places in Corvallis. But this one is so fresh and good and because when they opened they let the hospital staff order free burritos all day long. Something I'll never forget is a good marketing scheme. Many people I still work with talk about how generous that was and smart of the owner to offer up the food. Now we go out of our way to order from Chipotle when we are near campus. The delicious beans and fresh vegetables are yummy. The tortilla is soft and warm. If you want a hearty lunch, stick with Chipotle.

I've never been to Chipotle despite living near one back home. I always wanted to go but I always heard such mix reviews so it kind of put me off until now. The reviews for this location only confirm that this is really a love/hate place. I got the veggie burrito and I don't know if its just me but I thought it was kind of small. The peppers and onions were also extremely oily and the rice was dry and flavorless. I would only come here again if I was forced to. The service is nice and the place is really clean. Make sure to try your burrito with the chipotle hot sauce or whatever its called. Haha. Its on the table with the napkins and stuff.

Look, man. It's Chipotle. Organic, local meat and veggies when available. Hip vibe. Good service. There's nothing I dislike about the place except speed. Back east the Latino staff at the locations breeze through a crowd in no time. Here, the service can bog down if a line forms. Otherwise the service is spectacular for one of these places. I eat here a lot. You should too.

Been going to Chipotle for almost 6 years now. I love it just as much as the next guy. I went on a little road trip from Beaverton to the coast and back though newport on to highway 20 to Corvallis and decided to stop for some lunch. First off. I don't come here because they have "non GMO" food. I don't care. Most people don't care about that silly nonsense. We all come here to eat some of the best "fast casual" food around. That is it. Picking and choosing "non GMO food is like finding a needle in a damn haystack. Just give up, move on and live life. Prices are a little high due to being next to the college. $3.15 for chips and guac is a bit more then I spend in Beaverton, but it was worth it as they just made the batch and I was the first one to get guac from that new batch. I had the Barbacoa Tacos with rice, cheese, sour cream lettuce and salsa. Side of Cilantro and lime. Meat was a little dry but still good none the less. The only major gripe I had was the parking. Very few spaces unless you want to use a parking meter. Great place for a quick lunch - something other than mcdonalds - Prices are high, but everything is made fresh and in front of you.

Fast, easy lunch and dinner option. Convenient location with lots of seating, including outdoors. They serve beer, too. Barbacoa burrito is always a good choice!

I always enjoyed Chipotle until I visited their Corvallis, Oregon location. There skinny, bearded, tattoo covered burrito maker made the smallest $6.25 burrito in the history of the world. He carefully doled out maybe micro portions of chicken and beans before passing the burrito along the line. I basically ended up with a flour tortilla. TERRIBLE VALUE FOR YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLAR.

It's Chipotle. I happen to like their food, especially that rice. The staff are pretty nice, and I thought rolled me a nice burrito. It's nothing special, it's chipotle. In fact, why am I reviewing this?

I grew up going to the original in South Denver and this one doesn't quite stack up, but it still blows Qdoba out of the water.
