Average Starbucks vibe. To be completely honest there's nothing above and beyond about this place. Quick drinks, I love the rewards program, but there are better coffee shops. The staff ARE really friendly though, they handle the grumpy butts that pass through very well.

Amazing staff here! They are all so friendly and welcoming . One Miss in particular gave me my drink on her because I was having trouble logging in to my Starbucks account to pay. Very sweet lady! So happy to be coming here daily, recommend everyone here !

The people don't seem very friendly and the coffee is always mediocre but it's nice that it's always available.

This is the best stop to make!!! Service is beyond my expectations, which are high. They offer you option you may forget, not the promotions to get you to spend more. They are friendly, accommodating and allergy specific friendly on every precaution. Absolutely wonderful!! No doubt about it!! Best starbucks experience I've had via Mitch and Chase!!!

This Starbucks is best for meetings or people watching. They do not have all the crap the other Starbucks have, like an oven, sandwiches, or a drive through. The staff are super nice and helpful and Mark the manager is seriously the coolest guy ever. In the world of over priced, over roasted coffee beans, this $bucks stands supreme.

This particular Starbucks has become so popular that it is hard to find seating. The staff must be the reason--they are friendly and their work is consistent. I also like the art that this store features as well as their community board.

As a Starbucks goes this is a great coffee shop. Friendly employees and a decent product. It can be somewhat busy in the morning but apparently the staff drinks their own product because they sure move quickly.

Sometimes I like to get out of the house and sit in Starbucks on my computer and relax. I immediately regretted it after a few minutes of sitting down. For one, there are little to no power outlets for me to plug in anything. No strips by the window, none at the bar, and none by the spot I was sitting at. The space obviously wasn't originally a Starbucks. It was probably some mid-grade hair salon nobody liked. Well they're not exactly making up for it with this Starbucks. The employees are so loud and annoying I couldn't think straight even with my soundproof headphones on. I understand it's cool for employees to have fun and stuff but casual conversation should be with inside voices. Holy sh*t they're loud. Also, the guy who took my order was either really old of age or new to Starbucks because this is how he took my order: Me: "Hi, Could I get a Trenta Black Iced Tea Sweetened?" Guy: "Trenta?" Me: "Yeah." Guy: "Just Black Tea?" Me: "Yeah. Iced and sweetened." Guy: "Sweetened?" Me: "Yeah...thank you." Not even kidding or exaggerating. I don't know why I have such high expectation for a chain coffee shop. I should stick to more independent coffee shops where customer service isn't taken for granted. **

If you aren't interested in the internet working this place is fine. Pretty happy staff and great seating options. But the internet SUCKS. So effing slow. I need the web to do school work and I can't come here because it is always overrun and super effing slow. But if I'm just looking for a place to chill and chat with friends, it's fine for that.

Very busy, I presume since it's across the street from the hospital. They're fairly efficient, though it seems like they could use extra help, it could've been faster than how long it did take.

There was nothing really impressive about this Starbucks I was in need of a coffee, and they served that need. Service didn't stand out as overly friendly but also wasn't rude. Deserving of a three star experience

Very busy place. Staff handles it with a smile even though there are many angry "I just woke up and I'll kill you if you stand in the way of me getting my coffee" nutbag sheeple on their way to their miserable jobs. I've never seen someone upset they were offered a free sample of something until today. How dare you slow me down with your kind words and offering of a free beverage, can't you see I need my 32oz four syrup pump sugar milk drink!?

I thought both times (in the same day) I visited this location that the staff were extra friendly and actually seemed like real people. Not robots that hate their lives.

I'm not a die-hard fan of Starbucks coffee (more of a Stumptown guy), but they provide a consistent, drinkable, caffeine-rich product, which is exactly what I need when I walk through the door. This Starbucks in particular is exceptional. No, they don't put whiskey in the coffee, but they do provide exceptional service every single time. The crew here is always professional, efficient, and gets my (and every one else's) order perfect every time.
