When they first opened, I was very impressed. The orders were correct, staff was very friendly, food was good. However, the last 2 times my order has been incorrect. The first time I called to let them know and they didn't seem too concerned. Today was the 2nd time they got it incorrect. We went through the drive thru and when we got to the window the Manager (was working the window), was laughing and said the boys that were working were joking around with each other. I don't have a problem with that but when we got home and found our order messed up, I called the Manager. She never said she was sorry. She asked if I could bring the hot dogs back that they didn't put any condiments on. I said no, I was home. I didn't ask for them to replace my order or anything and she didn't offer anything for the inconveniences on 2 trips (even after I told her I called the first time also). After asking me to bring it back the only thing she said was that, "They're trying their little hearts out." Not impressed.
