We came here for lunch on Valentine's Day and we were beyond disappointed. As a vegetarian I normally have at least one option on the menu for me and my toddler to share but this place didn't have a single one. Not one. Not even a veggie burger option. I'm not much of a breakfast person but since everyone else had decided what they wanted I decided to be a team player and get breakfast. They had a breakfast burrito option with ham but I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to do veggie burrito (I was wrong but I'll get to that in a minute. My husband and FIL ordered clam chowder and were both saddened to find that they were out. So once everyone put in their orders, all we had to do was wait. And wait. And wait some more. What was an extremely long time become an unbearable long time with an antsy/ hungry toddler. Finally the food arrived. Except the veggie burrito was nowhere to be found because apparently the cook didn't understand that there are people in the world that don't eat meat and he made it incorrectly. So 5 minutes later out came the meal that I was to share with above-mentioned hungry tot. Except I went to pick it up and at least two tablespoons of oil just oozed out. It was basically an oil burrito with a couple bell peppers, mushrooms, and onion. Yum! *shakes head* No... As far as everyone else's food went: my MIL ordered strawberry crepes. She reported they tasted like crap. Oops! Typo. I meant crab but she said crap was accurate as well. My hubby got fish and chips that he said were mediocre and he had to eat with a fork because they completely fell apart and my FIL had a crab sandwich which he reported as fresh. The decor is not so great, the service was meh and the bathroom was gross because there was mold all over the sink faucet and caulking. No thanks. Next time I'll pass.

Food = 3 (just had breakfast... hard to mess up) Price = 3 Experience = 2 (slow service with very few people around... I'd hate to come here during the rush... if there ever is a rush?)

I'm really disappointed I really enjoyed my first visit. .. so I try to bring my kids here and dad for Father's day that is where he wanted to go. ... we walk in and I thought maybe we had turned into a foreign animal or something super cool cause no one could stop glaring at my family. .. the staff walked by us like 10 times not aknowledging our presence it really sucked ... he's super picky and this place is what he craved. ... thanks for ruining his day. ..we just left after 10 minutes of being stared at

Just had lunch at this establishment it was always very busy so we decided to try must be a good breakfast place not sure but the lunch was horrible bad fish and chips soup was okay nothing else nice to say about it

The food was fine. The service was slow. The waitresses were rude and short with us. And the food took an excessive amount of time to arrive. The atmosphere was weird too.

The last two years we have stopped here to have breakfast when leaving town. They have great food and great service. This is a small place so they do not have many people working their. They were busy, but we did not have to wait long for our food. All the employees are very friendly. Every year when we leave town after our vacation, we will stop here to eat.

Went here this morning and needless to say , very disappointed. The coffee was very weak, and the omelette was a grey green color! We got up and paid for my uneaten meal ( French toast and bacon- which looked fine) and went on the search for better coffee.

Took a chance after reading the other reviews. Sat in front of the register area to ensure good service, and was friendly to the waitress. That worked we got fast friendly service. The breakfast food was good all we had was pancakes eggs and bacon. Later I saw our waitress washing dishes, so maybe she is spread a little thin, but she did the best she could. Overall a positive experience, if I was going through town and wanted breakfast food I would stop again.

this place has an excellent jam selection for purchase!! i had a cup of clam chowder which was ok, and a side salad that used a variety of greens, cabbage, diced tomato, and yummy blue cheese dressing.
