We LOVE Cuppa Yo! Hands down best dessert place in Bend, and all the owners and employees are very helpful and friendly! With the rotating flavors and different toppings to choose from, it will NEVER be "just frozen yogurt." Become a Yomie today and go get cha some Yo! You won't be sorry!

I like this place. They always have some tasty flavors that are good for mixing or layering. The toppings are good, but I'd stay away from the processed confections; like crumbled snickers bars, m&ms, and mini peanut butter cups. When they get cold, they turn into rocks, which I find unpleasant in my food. Call me crazy. What I do like is the sliced almonds, fresh fruit and hot fudge toppings! Yea-ya! Funny how I invariably get more than my stomach should politely accept, but I do, and I like it. Sometimes it can get crazy in the store. Like the other night, they had a Birthday Cake flavor that was basically cake frosting flavored yogurt and the line was so ridiculously long for this one flavor you'd think Jesus fucking Christ had made it and the Dalai Lama was serving it personally to each and every yahoo in there, including myself. The staff is always polite and friendly and appears to really enjoy their job.

First off, I haven't found a frozen yogurt shop where I really liked the frozen yogurt. The shops are usually quiet and boring -- get your yogurt, toppings, pay, eat, get out. I travel through Bend a lot these days and decided to stop in to the Cuppa Yo store and give frozen yogurt another chance. I was amazed by the DELICIOUS frozen yogurt and SUPERIOR customer service. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and smiling. I've even met people who used to work at Cuppa Yo and rave about how good the management is to them. The place is always clean and inevitably one of the staff is wandering around the store wiping down counters, tables, etc. to keep it sparkling AND engaging you in fun conversation. There is always upbeat music playing that helps keep the atmosphere positive. All in all this place ROCKS and I have been back time after time and am always VERY HAPPY. Keep up the great work Yomies!

Delicious yogurt! I just wish the toppings were better organized to avoid food allergy cross contamination :(

Yogurt is yummy. Toppings were fresh. Everything was clean. 4 stars rather than 5 because it seemed usual .. the service wasn't above and beyond ... and nothing stood out to me as extra-ordinary.

First time there! And oh man I know see why! It's quite better then DQ, and Baskin Robbins. Bee's knees for sure :) The place was easy to find, not hidden or in a secluded area. I like how its a self service type of environment. They have so many choices for your toppings. From granola pieces, M&M's, hot fudge, strawberries, gummy worms. The list goes on. I even felt like they had good Frozen Yogurt selections too. My personal favorites are Vanilla and Oatmeal Cookie. I highly recommend those two flavors! Overall great choice if your in the mood for a treat and something g cool and refreshing!

My absolute favorite Frozen Yogurt place on the west coast. Nothing compares to this place. The yo is the best!

We stopped by the Westside location tonight to grab some ice cream/fro yo, which is our favorite dessert. And unfortunately, we will never be back. Here's why: -the store was a HOT mess. No customers besides us were inside, so there was no excuse for this. -the handle for the Cake Batter flavor was missing, which we were later told by an employee was because it "overheated" so they just pulled off the handle instead of putting up a simple "out of order" sign (?)... not really sure what the story was there. -we had to wait a substantial amount of time just to pay for our cups, while we literally sat and watched the employee who rang us up chat on and on with other employees around the corner -nearly all of the toppings in the topping bar were empty... again, it was not excusable considering there were no people in the store. -the employee who rang us up was wearing HEELS to work at a frozen yogurt shop, I mean really? From my experience of working 4+ years in two frozen yogurt shops back in high school, I know firsthand that this is probably one of the easiest jobs ever. But please, the effort shown here was not very good. At least our dessert was fairly decent, otherwise we may have just left right off the bat. I will make the drive across town to YoWild just for better service. Sorry!

I really like Cuppa Yo on the WS. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have awesome toppings and most of the time I like their flavor choices. It's close to my house so I walk there with my family as a special treat. It's got a nice ambiance to it, like you feel welcome. They update their website daily so you know what flavors there are. I think they are fair in price (about $3-4 a person and we load up on toppings). Would love to see peanut butter as an option more. =)

Best fro yo in town! Great service great selection fun, clean upbeat atmosphere! You can check their site for the flavors of the day which I think is pure genius! I've never been to a yogurt shop that's been more fresh and clean.

Happiness is visiting a well run business. -- The product is great. YoCream frozen yogurt. -- The price is right. $.40/oz. -- Toppings are plentiful and well organized. -- Seating is comfortable with options inside (including funky stools) and outside on the patio. But, bonus points (and my five star rating) go for the hustle. The entire time we were there, employees were cleaning counters, cutting fresh berries, smiling and greeting every customer. Not surprised they are getting such across the board high praise. They even have a photo display of happy customers scrolling on their flatscreen. Two locations in Bend, with a third just opened in Sisters. Daily flavors are posted on their website: cuppayo.com/flavs-of-the…

Love the yogurt. Love the staff. Don't love the long lines, but that's what you have to endure to get to this great stuff. Be prepared to wait a little to get through the line and maybe for a table, but has so far been totally worth it.

As always, Cuppa Yo NEVER disappoints! Fast, friendly, and delicious desserts! I also LOVE that they have "Puppa Yo", a dog friendly yogurt treat that is pre-packaged and fairly priced!! :)
(5)Kristin K.
YUM! Great flavors and an even greater selection of toppings (so that you can ruin a perfectly healthy dessert by dumping a half cup of Snickers on your yogurt... but who's counting?). So glad to see Bend has a place like this. There are a lot of places like this popping up all over the country but they're not all as good as Cuppa Yo.

They always have several kinds to pick from...I also like that they give you a small sample cup so that you can choose your favorite kind and fill up a BIG cup... which I do every time that I go... they always have fat free options and I love that!!! p.s. ask for a punch card.... after 10 you get a free one!!! We eat outside... they have a small cute patio...

This is some reallll good fro-yo. And I know my fro-yo. Great flavors and good toppings (amazing fresh fruit). Always busy! Love that there is always a good dairy free flavor.

Cuppa Yuck. I can't figure out why everyone keeps raving about this. The toping are gross! Stale cereal or candy and mushy weird fruit.
(1)April K.
YUMMMMMMM!!!!!! So good, clean and fresh. Kids loved putting on their own toppings. Customer service was great too!
(5)John O.
Meh... We have better fro yo places where I live with more selection of yogurt and toppings. I feel like I took a step backwards going here. We bypassed the Ben and Jerry's scoop shop for this place, a decision I regret.
(2)Tonia C.
Wow, the customer service here is what every food establishment should be! I needed to buy a gift card for someone who raves about their yogurt. Problem was, I live out of state. I called their store and they were willing to ship it to the gift card recipient for me, and even asked if I wanted them to write a note for me! Can we say AMAZING? No doubt about it, but the next time I visit Oregon, I will be stopping by to get what I hear is the best froyo in town!

New East Side location at Hwy 20 & 27th: Never been to a Cuppa Yo but our son discovered this place a couple weeks ago and had been numerous times (I think every other day since they opened) and finally got us to come along the other night. I have not been to a frozen yogurt shop in over a decade. Probably longer. I remember when they were all the rage in the late 80's so my expectations weren't high. In fact, what I was "expecting" and what took place were worlds apart. Cuppa Yo should be "Cuppa Yum"!!! In the old days, the fro yo bar was not "serve yourself". You walked up to the counter and chose a flavor. Maybe two. Or even a swirl. Then proceeded down the counter much like Subway choosing toppings as your cup of yo was passed along. Not so with this place. Maybe this is a new concept, maybe not. But whatever it is.....it's a hit. Cuppa Yo is self serve and you pay by weight. Walk in the door and you are greeted with a fun, airy place. A huge bank of fro yo machines greet you on the left with a selection of the flavors being offered this day. If you want "tastes" just go up and ask for some sample cups. But before you begin filling your cup, bowl or quart with frozen goodness, take a peek at all the offerings for toppings. There's fruit, candy, cereal, syrups.....and you can have as little or as much as you want of each. As you can well imagine, the combinations are nearly limitless. Go back, select your container and begin filling. Maybe layer it with chocolate on the bottom and go over to the cereal bar sprinkle some Cocoa Pebbles on top. (Different but yummy). Head back and add a layer of Red Velvet Cake......yes, that's a flavor or frozen yogurt....and then top it with another goody. When you've created your own personal concoction made to your satisfaction, step up to the counter and be weighed. NOT you....your cuppa delicious yo! Price? Who the hell cares! This was the best dessert I've had in a long time. Totally fun. Moderately healthy...okay, better than ice cream, right? And convenient. Love this East Side location. Yeah, based on past frozen yogurt adventures 20 years ago, I'd say this is "As good as it gets."

Don't buy into the hype. No real difference from any of the other froyo places around town (they basically all use the same supplier), other than there is a weird cultish vibe to the place. Prefer Yo Wild in Redmond or the other place in Bend on Bond and Franklin.

The yogurt here is amazing! It is smooth and tastes exactly like advertised. The owners are local so they are really engaged with many of the "yommies". There are a ton of toppings too that are fresh! Fruit and everything always tastes great! Definitely recommended for a great treat! Especially if you don't want the heavy after-feeling that ice cream leaves. Love them!
