These people are amazing! Totally detail oriented and they dealt so well with my constant flow of crazy bride emails updating, changing things, adjusting numbers, etc. On the day of the wedding they arrived super early, laid everything out, and scarcely talked to me for the rest of the day--the planning was that seamless. We had ample and delicious food (we opted for more of a light buffet style menu for a September wedding and I highly recommend their pulled pork sliders, steak skewers in chimmichurri sauce, and spinach/avocado/orange salad) and everyone was raving about the food. They cut and served our cake very quickly and the servers and bartenders were unobtrusive and polite. In short, I could not recommend them highly enough--LOVE!

Simply superb, creative, delicious food. We have used Bleu Bite for many occasions and they continue to exceed expectations every time. The staff is top notch and they clearly enjoy serving the food and interacting with guests. If you want an amazing caterer, look no further than Bleu Bite Catering! Their food will be the hit of your event!

I would never recommend this caterer again. We hired them for out wedding. They were super nice and helpful up until 2 days before the wedding when we paid them. Once they got the money they no longer cared about helping us. For starters, we gave them the number of people that were supposed to be there. We actually gave them a number higher than we were having to be safe and they ran out of food. This wasn't our fault because they were the ones serving and controlling the portions. Not only should there have been more than enough food because we gave them a higher number, but they also said that they would be making 10% more. This definitely did not happen. The next thing was that part of the contract is that they would cut the cake. The waitresses argued over who would do it because they didn't want to and instead of cutting it they literally demolished it. I went back later in the evening to get a slice and the cake was a pile of mush. I am not exaggerating. To put cherry on top of the cake we paid an extra $200 to have a crew come clean up the morning after. My parents received a call mid day saying that nobody showed up and the people who own the venue did all the cleaning. Not only did they not refund us the whole fee that we paid for the clean up, but we also lost out $500 cleaning deposit. When I wrote an email expressing my frustration and disappointment, the owner, Kirsten, said that she spoke with my mom and they ironed everything out. My mom never spoke with her. She spoke with her for 5 minutes and didn't get any answers. The woman said she would call her back and my mom never heard from her. All in all, the food was delicious, but not good enough to ever go with them again, nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy. Bad service, rude people and not trustworthy or honest.

Last summer my friend L and I catered a wedding - it was H A R D work! Its hard to get everything out when it is still hot. Hard to know how much you need. Hard to be on your feet all day and be nice to people. It is especially hard to make really yummy food that pretty much anybody would love. The nice people at Incredible Edibles has this down! I recently had the pleasure to attend a wedding that they catered and the food was fantastic. We had cold salmon with dill sauce, yummy perfectly cooked potatoes, and asparagus. They also served homemade lemonade and really delicious minty iced tea. The plates were beautiful but perhaps best of all was the outstanding service. The staff were sweet, hard working, attentive, and kind. They seemed to anticipate needs before the table did - and went out of their way to make the event special. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone planning an event - special or otherwise - in the greater Bend area.

Communication was great prior to party for 45. Menu was great, price was right, everyone was fine to deal with. Unfortunately many guests complained of undercooked chicken so it had to be pulled and cooked more. Not a huge deal, but raw chicken isn't something to be serving to people you like.

I attended an elegant party over the summer that was catered by Bleu Bite with a Mexican food theme. I was excited when I saw that Bleu Bite was catering, as I'd wanted to try their food, but was immediately disappointed. Between the food quality (or lack thereof) to the table presentation, it was really shocking. Anyone could have put this together 2 hours prior to the event. There was no decor, just a tablecloth and line-up of food that appeared to have come straight from cans. The only good thing was the guacamole, but it disappeared after the first bowl and was not replenished. I actually watched as the servers took the tortillas straight from the packaging and placed them on a plate...no chaffing dish to even warm them! The "smashed black beans" were so thick, it was just like eating paste. Chips straight from the bag, too...just like those yummy Tostitos. There were some lemon bars for dessert--again, just put on a plate and looked like someone made them in their kitchen from a boxed mix. It was the worst presentation ever with no creativity or pride in their food reflected. Their sign was displayed on the table, though...who wants that at their formal party? The whole experience was very unfortunate. Look at the photos below, as they tell all (a martini glass filled with ranch dressing? Yuk! A wrinkled grandma-pink tablecloth as a backdrop for popcorn and cookies?). Bleu Bite--pick up your game!!!

I am finally having the time to write this long overdue review! Bleu Bite catered my wedding in June 2014 and they were absolutely FANTASTIC! From the initial email sent to clean up the morning after the wedding, they were professional and amazing. Jamie was such a doll to work with and she was always to prompt to reply to my emails or answer my phones... which were almost daily the month leading up to the wedding. I had absolutely nothing to worry about with Bleu Bite handling my catering. The tasting was incredible as well. The food as outstanding, just like on the night of my wedding. I also had their staff bartend the wedding. They were so fantastic. The party ended up going later then I think we had planned but they stayed til the very end. Then the next morning two people came back to clean up. To be honest, my family and I will all say that the after day clean up was worth every single penny and was probably the best spent money for the entire wedding. They made my wedding night such a breeze and were so accommodating about EVERYTHING. I remember going to cut the cake and slightly panicking because I didn't have a knife, then Jamie ran off to get me one... not her job to remember that but she stepped in whenever and wherever possible. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting an elegant catering service for their wedding or event. I am so sad for the reviewer that had a poor experience, because that for sure is not common with their company. One tip: I ending up going with the rib eye instead of chef cut tri tip, hindsight, I wish I would have had the chef cut tri tip. I think it would have added to the ambiance and elegance. But the rib eye flavor was right on!!! Way to go Bleu Bite! Thank you for making my wedding so fantastic!

Never use this company. It was the worst mistake I could have made for my wedding. Our dinner was ruined because of Blue Bite. Food was cold, service was horrible, food was not what we ordered, 3 tables were not served, they lost our champagne bottles, half the guests were not served cake...the list goes on and on. Do not ever use them. I would give no stars if I could.

We had a great experience with Bleu Bite! From the initial communication, to even after our wedding. They helped with so many aspects of our wedding, we could not have hoped for any more. Thank you Bleu Bite!

I can't imagine we could have had a better experience with a caterer and the staff than Bleu Bite for our wedding rehearsal dinner. They were very flexible and accommodated everything we wanted on the menu, responded promptly and saved us when we had a last- minute venue change. The food was really good and our guests were happy.
