Great food wonderful employees. Hot & fresh food every time. Great Korean food & open late for the late night cravings. Sucks they aren't open for lunch anymore though.
(4)Jennifer H.
Was looking for a late night place to grab some good food and came across this spot that was nearby. Love the late hours, the food was great and reasonably priced - the udon dish (M6 if I remember correctly) was my favorite. Most everything is written in Thai but is translated on the menu at least. The server didnt speak English but the service was still great. Only complaint is that we weren't sure how to ask for her recommendation on which Thai beer to try!

Major shout out to my friend, Chuck R. for getting us here. We were thinking about Du Kuh Bee and he suggested this small box of a place, right off Beaverton-Hillsdale. One lady runs it, the menu above the counter is all Korean. It's clean, she's friendly and, one dish at a time, she makes dinner. Awesome! We started with a collection of five different pickled condiment/appetizers to accompany our beers (22oz Hites). Kim-chee, black beans, bean sprouts, daikon, mixed veggies with fish cake and an onion something. Good stuff. Next a seafood pancake with hot sauce on the side. It reminded me a little bit of Sichuan scallion pancakes but bigger and less greasy. We wanted to order the ribs but the owner shook her head and said, "No, bulgoki 's better!!" I don't argue, bulgoki it was. Super tender beef with onions on a sizzling platter. Did I mention how tender it was? The third dish was the spicy squid. Lot's of spicy squid, fish cake and vegetables. I was sweating, yup! The plates were well sized, almost too much for the three of us. We took home a slice of pancake and a bulgoki lunch for the S.U. Straight up, honest, fresh and quality. How can I not be a fan??

It's not really a Sushi place despite its name. It's actually pretty authentic Korean po-jang-ma-cha style food. It would be a good place to go with friends to drink soju at midnight. The food was okay. But, it's a small place owned by a couple. They didn't have anybody working for them. The guy was cooking in the back and his wife was serving. We went there on Saturday for lunch. There were a lot of people. She could not keep up with people, but she was very kind to us.

Ate here several months ago on our first visit to portland after yelping sushi. It is a tool shed in the middle of nowhere but so cozy and welcoming inside. My 18 month old was tired and cranky but once they served her a few complimentary dumplings, she was happily smacking away in her seat. The food was delish. Authentic k food. Sweet couple!! Def coming back :)

I love the intimacy of this place. It will always have that going for it. Plus, last time I went Regina Spektor was playing. I've never heard Regina at a sushi place before. But did the management change? I would have given five a few months ago, and another five on top of that if I could. But last time I went there was a different waitress, sushi chef, and new menus. The food was knock-your-socks off amazing when we went for my fiance's birthday in August, but it wasn't as good this time. We had a guest with us, so that was disappointing. It is still better than any other place in the Beav', but I hope next time I go it has the original charm that made it so perfect.

I went here for lunch when I came across it on my way to a different korean restaurant. its very tiny but they are very nice and welcoming. note this is not a sushi place anymore. lunch came with two banchan-- kimchi and daikon radish. there are not special prices for lunch so I would probably come back here for dinner instead. menu had the usual meat suspects, plus a variety of noodle dishes which I haven't seen in other places in town including a black bean noodle dish. a few soups are on the meny as well. don't worry when you see the board with the menu in korean; they will hand you an english menu.
(4)Anastasia J.
Great Korean Chinese fusion. The have the bean noodles and the pineapple pork is delicious. Prices are good and it's a great place to go for a late night bite.
(4)Mel Q.
I don't like Korean food very much but this place has delicious grilled mackerel! It was so flavorful. The homemade dumpling was also delicious. The spicy grilled pork in a sizzling plate was tender and tasty. This place is small and busy but the food is delicious.

Waba, formerly known as Pyung Yang Myundak, is not a sushi restaurant as its name would suggest. It is a small mom & pop Korean restaurant that serves up THE BEST jja jang myun (black bean noodles) and tang soo yook (Korean style sweet sour pork) in Oregon, hands down! Till this day, I'm amazed at just how many people think Duk Kuh Bee's jja jang myun is good because quite frankly, it is not. Their noodles may be good, but their sauce lacks any flavor. Now Waba's on the other hand? It is absolutely delicious! It would rank right up there with the K-restaurants in Hawaii. Trust me, I'm Korean and I'm from Hawaii. Not to mention that they are the only restaurant in Oregon that uses the pork belly cut for their dwaeji bulgogi (spicy pork), the way it sould be made. Waba is just a great place to eat and drink. It may not be family oriented though as they do serve beer and soju and it is a younger crowd in the latter hours of the night. I guess it's probably the closest thing to a pojangmacha (food tent) here in Oregon. Which is cool in my book as the atmosphere calls for shots of soju with your food. The owners are very friendly and attentive. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food served. And the atmostphere is just great to get your drink on! I've been here five times in two weeks since discovering the place and I intend on being a regular.
(5)Mikhail H.
This is no longer a sushi restaurant but Korean BBQ. We were a little surprized to learn that especially since the name has remained the same but we fell in love. The food is excellent - especially if you are a carnivore and the building itself is very intimate. We were immediately greated by the owner who is this very sweet and friendly woman who wants to know you! With an open grill we were anxious for our meal since we were watching it cooking! Apparently it is also a most excellent place to hangout for drinks and karaoke later in the evening. Their hours are 5pm till 2am so they tend to get the later crowd.
(5)Christian M.
I really LOVE this place's chicken wings. I usually go in and order take out --- but I order a Heita (spelling?) beer while I wait for my wings. The folks that own this place are really nice. The place is very Mom-and-Pop. Thanks guys!
(4)Andrew S.
We walked into this small and intimate restaurant and knew we were in for authentic Korean food when we saw the overhead menu was written fully in Korean. Our server (who told us she was just helping out her friend the owner/chef for the evening) asked us if we knew that they had changed from a Sushi place to Korean food - We confirmed that we knew and she then gave us a hand written english menu so that we could order the right food. We ordered our dishes and the food came fairly quickly. First were 5 different bowls of Kimchi that were good. Then came the Bulgogi soup and Seafood pancake. The Bulgogi soup was excellent, with plenty of fresh veggies combined with very tasty thinly sliced beef. The Seafood pancake was the highlight of the meal though - it was generously sized and one of the best we have ever had at a Korean restaurant. The last dish we had was the Chap Chae, which was filled with a variety of veggies and transparent rice noodles - it was also very good. Because of the size of the place, there was almost the feel of eating at a family friend's house who was cooking your food to order right in front of you in the open kitchen. There are some that might be a bit uncomfortable with this setup, but our family enjoyed it. If you're looking for good Korean food in Beaverton, consider trying Waba!
(5)Clark C.
I usually order the water dumplings, grilled chicken, stir fried spicy squid, and black bean sauce noodles, but still have lots of other dishes to try. I've never been disappointed. The authentic food, the husband & wife team, the atmosphere with the open kitchen are what I like best about Waba. I liked their original location off Watson, but like this location better...still the same small and intimate place that you just want to have a beer with your meal.
(5)Justin B.
Nothing I can say that hasn't been said already
(5)Christopher C.
Food was awesome!! Will definitely be going back for more.
(5)Lanchi D.
I love their food, the potions are large and really worth the price. It's a family restaurant so I feel really warmed and welcomed whenever I go there.

Loved my first visit to Waba Sushi and Grill. I looked around the tiny 7 table restaurant and saw 4 of the tables were eating noodles of some sorts, so I abandoned my soup plans and ordered the classic black bean noodle dish. It had a hint of spiciness and topped with diced zucchini, pork, and onions. It was dang good and the best of the dish in recent memory. If you happen to see this dish at Frank's noodle house, just abandon all hopes, because it is nothing like it should be. Just order it at Waba Sushi instead. It's only $7 and plenty generous. Another thing, this is not a Sushi place. It is a Korean restaurant. Only japanese inspired dishes were Udon sauteed with vegetables and katsu. In fact, the noodles smelled and looked so good, I ordered one to go for my udon loving daughter. I did that so she would be more eager to join me next time. Her udon noodle dish was plenty as well. Only thing I missed were banchan dishes. They only serve 2 banchan free sides. Nevertheless, the service was friendly and the food was affordable. On the recommendation of another yelper, I called to check their hours. They are only open until 2am on the weekend and open weekdays except mondays (closed) until 12 midnight. So happy they are open late. Looking forward to my next visit to Waba Sushi and Grill.

Don't worry about the small somewhat sketchy looking building (we came at 9:45pm). Never been here before. Absolutely the most incredible Asian food I have ever had. I have always hated Kimche but I would drive across town to buy it here by the gallon. You wont find sushi here, but you will find the most delicious Korean food. We kept ordering more dishes because it was unreal. They are open till Midnight. We ordered, Marinated Ribeye which was tender and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The Chicken with Tangy sauce was a little different than I thought, I wasn't expecting wings. However, they were the best wings I have had in my life you will have never had a wing with a more perfect crispy coating, cooked to perfection and moist inside. The sauce was kinda like a General Tso but out of this world better, light, sweet tangy with a little bite. Everything was so good we had to order one more dish so we went with the marinated spicy pork! The pork is very thinly sliced marinated and grilled served over grilled onions- not spicy at all rich flavor. We will be back every single chance we are on this side of town. Be adventurous! We cant wait to go back and try dishes we never would have before. If the basic tame dishes can be this delicious there is no way the more edgy authentic dishes wont be held to the same standard. The owners cook right there in front of you so you know everything is fresh! Try it!!!
(5)Allison R.
Pretty good for late night food. The menu is mostly in Korean and a few things don't have an English translation. The food is decent. I got the Udon soup and the Raw Fish Salad with spicy sauce. The soup was good, but the raw fish in my salad was frozen.
(3)Miz C.
dumplings are fabulous steaming little lumps of heaven. also got the black bean noodles (a little bland for me) pork katsu (solid fried goodness) and my friend ordered one of the specials which was a seafood hotpot complete with the burner brought to the table. he really enjoyed that, even tho it was a little pricey (around $30) solid spot. very friendly couple running the place. my advice: their hours are posted as 2am, i suggest you call and ask when they are going to close on that particular night just to avoid disappointment.
(3)Tina H.
You have to stop by here! Don't judge by appearance, your tummy will decides that for you :)
(5)Soyoung L.
My dad knew the owner and frequented his restaurants back in the day, so whenever I'm in Oregon my family drops by! It's a tiny little restaurant so it can only fit one large party. Also, the overhead menu is all in Korean but don't get discouraged- peruse the menus they give you and order to your heart's content- I don't see a lot of non-Koreans either, but it's so worth a visit! Waba (Korean for "come in") serves some really good street style Korean food. The jjajangmyun is a staple for me, as well as the dumplings. I just love the homestyle food they serve- you can't go wrong!
(5)Rafael Z.
We love this place, the owners are the sweetest couple we know!!! Our favorite Korean restaurant, the prices are very low and the food is fantastic!
(5)Jonathan A.
Love this place! I come here about once a week for late night food. This is a mom and pop shop so don't come here expecting 5 star service because it is literally a old man and his wife running everything from the front to back which is why I love coming here! It might take a bit for them to get to you but give them a break they are doing EVERYTHING! Super hard working people. Anyways.. Too the food! The dumplings here is a must! They remind me of the dumplings I would eat back in Taiwan. They are steamed dumplings which come out pipping hot! Trust me... Just get them! I haven't tried everything here yet but I usually get the Donkatsu/Tteokbokki/Soondae and usually the jjajangmyun or jjambbong which all taste great! Got the kimchi jjigae once and it was pretty damn good. The prices here are pretty low compared to a lot of the other places. This is always my go to place for late night food.
(5)Mariko K.
Today I went for the second time and it was even better than I remembered. Everything is good, tastes fresh and home made. The couple who runs the restaurant are very nice. I'll definitely be back again. Warning: the soups and salads are very large portions! I was very happy to take half of my clam salad home. Looking forward to leftovers tomorrow~
(5)Jenny H.
Great little place hidden in Beaverton. I haven't had black bean noodle in a long time, and this really hit the spot. The chef speaks Chinese too! He said he lived in Taiwan for a few years and learned how to cook some dishes there. He was pretty friendly and I liked chatting with him. BLACK BEAN NOODLE ($7) : Definitely the star of the restaurant and with good reason. The noodles are perfectly chewy and the sauce is very delicious with bits of meat and zucchini. The chef gave me the tip of mixing a bowl of rice in the sauce and boy was that yummy. I couldn't finish it but it made a great lunch the next day. SPICY PORK BONE AND POTATO SOUP ($8) : Good but I prefer Spring Restaurant's version. The soup wasn't as flavorful here and the potatoes were not cooked long enough. DUMPLINGS($5) : Good but I probably wouldn't order them again because these dumplings would be occupying space in my stomach that could be used for more black bean noodles!
(4)Onnicha K.
I got my tummy filled from here 10 mins ago! I ordered 3 things, squid stir fried, spicy seafood noodle soup, and pan fried mackerel. Everything was perfectly cook. Delicious!! The place is very small only 7-8 tables but i think its big enough for 2 ppl who cook and do the server too. I got there when the place was full of customers food was really fast! Thank you the owner. I will come back!
(5)Skyy P.
Three times, 3 strikes. If u don't mind the rude service from the old man by all mean do enjoy their good food. Not just bad service but just down right rude.
(1)Jas H.
Super nice owner and awesome food. It is really cheap or at least very reasonable pRiced. Not many Korean places have the Korean Chinese food like jajangmeun or tangsuyuk and those really hit the spot when the craving hits. The steamed mandu and galbi is great too. Selection of ban chan is limited (just two basic items?) But at least they were fresh.
(5)Sun P.
Little hidden treasure. Their menu consists of popular Korean Chinese food and typical popular Korean food and food stands fare (real Korean style not Korean taco). The food was definitely good and consistent, although not great. The price is really cheap too. Definitely level above Gubuki nearby there.
(4)Daffy D.
Wa-Ba Po-Jahng Mah-Cha / Portion is a bit small but very fresh ingredients and very tasty, this place is actually more of a bar that serves food for Ahn-Joo mostly for Korean and other Asian customers, when you look at the owner gentleman he reminds me of the older Korean gangsters in and around Gahng-Nahm area of Seoul where I grew up ( Gun-Dhar ) but with a calm demeanor of course and a heck of a cook!
(5)Momo B.
GENUINE AND AFFORDABLE KOREAN FOOD Another wonderful Korean restaurant located in Beaverton. The place is wall to wall chairs and tables. In fact it's tighter than a submarine kitchen galley. In spite of the scarcity of space, the food here is priced extremely reasonable and the quality is nothing short of excellent. Ordered the pork katsu, dumplings and black noodles on this very cold evening and left with a most warm plus satisfying feeling. Don't be surprised if you see you server cooking your meal. It's a tight Korean ship.
(5)Katharine T.
Comforting and reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the food here. My stomach is happy.
(5)Brendan A.
The menu is horrible and they aren't great at helping you pick a dish but the food was amazing. Tasty but simple at the same time.
(5)Michael L.
More like closed at 12:45 AM on Saturday.... My girlfriend and I walked in one night after going to a movie and they told us they were closed an hour and 15 minutes earlier than advertised on yelp AND on their front door...
(1)Ella R.
This is hands down my favorite Korean place! I've tried almost everything on the menu and have no complaints. Plus it's nice because they're open late.
(5)Dustin C.
I see someone below who experienced precisely what we experienced here. They tend to close more than an hour before they advertise, and when you walk in to the store, they glare at you and notify you that they're closed. My wife and I were puzzled by this since it was over an hour before their advertised closing time. The food is okay and relatively affordable, though we did get some extremely dry pork here. To be fair, we did get some good food here as well, but it's hard to say I like the service.
(3)Tammy Y.
They have really good Korean food! Me and my boyfriend ordered a grill fish and a seafood soup. They are SO GOOD. The price are pretty low. It's like 5 bucks for the grill fish. I highly recommend this place for lunch/dinner! :)
(5)Eric G.
I have been a faithful follower since I found the place a few years back. Simply the best Korean food I've had in Portland. The owners are simply lovely, hard working people. Thank them and they light up! The combination of the great food and the apprecaition of the owners makes this a win win for all. I've since moved to Milwaukie but still make the trip for their chicken wings (B2 on the menue)
(5)Diana C.
So you want to go out for some Korean soju drinks do you? Well, look no further! Closest thing to a korean po jang I've seen since I was in Korea! LOL! The owners are super nice, sweet older couple that make some pretty yummy food! The jjajjangmyun (black bean noodle) is pretty good, the tangsooyook is delicious (and a large portion!), the mool man doo (steamed/boiled dumpling) are handmade and fantastic. The kalbi portions were also very tasty, but a little smaller than I'd personally like. The price is definitely right too! If I lived close by I'd be here, drinking the night away with my gals! Hahaha, J/K! I'll be back soon though! My non Korean bf also said hello and thank you in Korean and the owners were pleasantly surprised. There were a lot of non Koreans that came in while we were there and they seemed to also enjoy the food (they only spoke to me in Korean so I don't know how the other tables ordered) and the Olympics on the large TV. Oh, BTW, I don't think I saw any sushi... so if you're looking specifically for sushi, you may want to go elsewhere!
(4)m o.
A great mishmash of Korean and also other asian dishes in another awesome small off the beaten path Korean in Beaverton. Black bean noodles delicious. It's nothing fancy...exactly what you are looking for!
(4)Sage T.
Seems more like a Korean restaurant than a Japanese sushi one. The Kalbi here is AMAZING!!!!!! Get it. I was a little thrown off when I first entered. They definitely cram the tables in. They are very close to each other. Very. Luckily, no one was seated near us. There were a bunch of people dining here as well, mostly younger Korean folks. I will definitely be back for the Kalbi! Yum.
(4)Wendi C.
Best Korean place in town. Udon noodles are the s***!! Grilled pork is amazing as well. Everything is great here. For a very small place they have the best food. The service is okay since its only the husband and wife that works there. They are so cute. A must try.
(5)Brett L.
Cozy little spot run by the nicest little Korean couple. Just like every other Korean restaurant in town there is a TV with giggling pre-teen girls and semi-serious Korean newscasters blaring in the dining area. Not a negative, just par for the course at any of the local Korean eateries. Korean restaurants seem to love the room dividers in their restaurant. Here is no exception. Lots of room dividers giving each table their privacy. I tend to prefer a little more open space, but again, par for the course. The food was mostly a miss for me. I have eaten a LOT of Korean since moving to Beaverton and the food here was my least favorite. The brined radishes they serve with the meal were great but the Kimchee was not. My favorite item was the Black Bean noodles. There were a lot of them served with a black bean sauce and little bits of what seemed to be a mixture of eggplant, onions, zucchini and chicken. Quite nice though the noodles were obviously store bought and a tad overcooked for my taste, but at $7 a bargain. The seafood salad could have been great but was rendered inedible because the fish was still frozen. Yikes! The presentation was very nice, the sauce was tasty but the frozen fish was an unforgivable sin here. I will probably stop back and try a couple more items on the menu and see if I can find a go-to. Till then I'm afraid this will remain a mild disappointment for me.
(2)Gregor H.
I've had a lot of Korean food - being married to a Korean has certainly helped in that regard, and living in NYC for 20 years provided a lot of opportunities as well, and this place is perhaps the best I've had. Like judging a mexican place by the salsa the kimchi here was the very best I've ever had - it was clean and crisp and spicy. The chicken I had was the most moist I've ever had in my life, strangely moist, like brined moist. It was fantastic. Aside from the fantastic food the place is a small and cozy place with a lot of charm. Hands down my favorite Korean place so far.
(5)Jimmy S.
Great food! Prepare to break out your chopstick skills, no forks are given. My wife and I had the sizzling spicy pork, black bean noodles, and potstickers. The pork was the better of the three, due to taste. I liked black bean noodles and my wife didn't. Their potstickers are potstickers. There were a lot of unfamiliar side items that came with the meal but it was good. The only disappointing thing is the yelp page stating this place had sushi. They do a large sashimi order if done a day in advance, other than that no real sushi was available. Ultimately we probably will go back but not anytime soon.
(4)Linda C.
We were looking for a new restaurant to try and found this restaurant at the top of the list when we searched for best Korean food in Beaverton. It certainly is delicious stuff. It is a nice little mom-and-pop place. The food is so good. We were pleased with everything we ordered. The yaki udon was delicious. The spicy pork sizzled on the platter and was consumed quickly. I loved the simple food presentation, particularly when the spicy pork and potato soup was being served still bubbling. And the dumplings were amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. A nice little plus is that it's opened late. I know where I'll be going for fourth meal
(5)Joseph K.
Homestyle Korean food here. Great for any occasion, especially late nights. Food is awesome, the owners are nice and accommodating. If you know some Korean, and something's not on the menu, just ask if they can make it. We wanted some Hae-mul Pa-jun (korean seafood pancake) and they said they'd make it for us. Prices are very reasonable! Will be back!
(4)Maureen B.
If you like Mom and Pop restaurants with great Korean food and you are not expecting Applebys this is the place. The waitstaff, owner, cooks are the same. We had the black bean noodle and spicy chicken and enjoyed them along with kim chi and pickled turnips. The price and service was reasonable. We will definitely be back.
(5)Olivia T.
I think this place USED to be a sushi restaurant, now it's an authentic Korean restaurant. No sushi here, except sashimis on the menu. I'm not Korean, but I know an authentic Korean place when I see one. Their menus on the wall are all in Korean. The book menu is in English, but all their specials are on the wall and in Korean. I feel silly to ask what are they, so I stick with the English menu. I ordered the Black Bean Noodles for $7 and dumplings for $5. I thought the portion was going to be small, but boy I was wrong. The whole bowl can feed two of us and the same with those handmade dumplings. We didn't know how big these portions were going to be, so Jesse ordered the Pork Katsu as well. We had a lot of food and they also gave us 3 Banchan pickled dishes. I LOVE the black bean noodles. It was tasty and there were diced vegetables and meat in the noodle. The dumplings were awesome. They were light and delicious. This place is literally a hole in the wall place. It's pretty small and a husband and wife work there. For your entertainment, you can watch Korean tv shows on their tv. This is a must try place if you are a Korean food/bbq fanatic. Mmmm Black bean noodles...*drools*
(5)Jennifer W.
I decided to hit this place after another favorite Korean restaurant nearby was completely packed. I am glad i did. This place is a mom and pop store. Hole in the wall - nothing fancy in terms of decor and ambiance. I have been looking around Portland for korean places that serve black bean noodle. I tried Frank's noodle house out of recommendation and their version was just ok. This one really hits me in my sweet spot. The noodles were not soggy and mushy. The black bean sauce was thick enough and not too runny either. It has zucchini, onions, slices of cucumber, and small pieces of pork. This came with side dish of kimchi and radishes that go along well with the dish. i'll be back again to try out their other menu and hopefully this place will stick around.
(4)Adam W.
Only place I have found with Korean blood sausage which is amazing with noodles, veggies or spicy soup. Have Korean dishes you can't get anywhere else including Gol-bang-ee Muchim. True Mom and Pop place. Really I don't they serve sushi and they need to update their marketing to make it clear that this is home-style Korean food. While Duh Ku Bee is busy come here the food is better and no wait.
(5)Kala V.
Taste not too heavy. Pretty good
(4)Magicka M.
It was a tossup between 4 and 5 stars, so it is a very solid 4 stars for sure. Delicious Korean food. Im actually a sushi lover and if they did actually have some sushi on the menu I would have most likely have gotten that. On the other hand the name was not misleading at all. My friends and I were on a hunt for some Korean BBQ and this place was a suggestion so I take it that this is already in the system for anything Korean related. Great service granted we came at a not-so-busy hour (5:45pm) so the Korean person, who I think is the owner, was able to take his time with us as we're pretty much novices to Korean food. It also didn't really help that some menu option were only in Korean, but that's one of the ways this place keeps it Authentic. It got packed as we were leaving so I can't say how service was after we left, but it was great for us. The price was decent too. It's basically about $10 per person. Seeing as how this place got packed within minutes, I take it that this is a happening place. The only downfall is size. It is very small. the decor from outside looks new, but still the building looks small and when you go inside it was smaller. I want to say there was like a total of 5 booth/tables. They also had a flat screen which played either the Korean Channel or maybe a channel that translated everything to Korean. Sum it up: Great Authentic Korean BBQ and food.
(4)Eliya M.
This was the best Korean restaurant I have been to thus far. When I walked in I was immediately struck by how homey it was. It smelled pleasantly of spices, and had a TV playing Korean dramas in the background. The kim-chee is always fresh, as is the rice. Everything was perfectly cooked. The kim-chee was a little on the salty side, however it is slightly different each time. Their food is delicious and the service is like being in your own home. If you need something, don't be afraid to ask for it. It's not fancy. When you're done eating, bring your money to the register and then you're done. One of the best places I've been to in a while. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
(5)Mike L.
My new favorite (black bean noodles) place in Beaverton. I remember it had lots of seafood, meat, and veggies (zucchini too, not just onions). I can't wait to go back and try their (Korean style sweet and sour pork). Their (clam soup) was also very good.
(5)Shravan D.
as an Indian having Korean friends i used to always be biased about my food, until i had Korean bbq, this place was perfect, i first had boiled dumplings which melted in my mouth, then came the beef bulgogi which was the best beef i have ever eaten. it was just perfect not to chewy, not too juicy. for place being so small it beats every upscale competitor.
(5)Jennine E.
Great new restaurant in Beaverton!! It's a small family run place with a very nice atmosphere. All of the food was fabulous, and with their huge menu you're sure to find something to satisfy any craving! It's a little hidden off the main road, but definitely a must try!!
(4)Emma A.
Waba Korean Restaurant... not sushi, is sooo good! We discovered it accidentally a couple of months ago and are now regulars. We have told friends about this restaurant and they are now regulars as well... so that must say something about how great this little Korean Restaurant is. Kim Chee soup is excellent, Black Bean noodles, Korean bbq ribs, Spicy chicken wings, fish,... I could go on and on. This older Korean couple manages the restaurant on their own and are always attentive and gracious. I wish them many years of success with this business... check it out for yourself, you won't regret it.

the food is really good here I guess my only problem with this place would have to be that they leave the doors open ..and there happens to be a lot of bushes and plants right outside of the restaurant .definitely could use more side dishes instead of just kimchi n sweet n sour radish. owners are very nice people though ... would I come back ? yes definitely !
