About Taco Bell
Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.
The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.
Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.

Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

These assholes tried overcharging by adding chicken to a taco instead of substituting chicken for beef. Which is a 4 dollar different for doing this for 6 tacos. I told them exactly what buttons to push since I previously worked at taco bell 8 years ago. They tried telling me that they have worked there for 10 years and that it's impossible to do it and has never been an option (funny part is that they did it 2 nights previously). Well they ended up telling me they will give it to me this time, but next time I have to talk to a manager. Well they didn't charge me extra at all. Which I was expecting to pay 4 dollars for substituting. So with that, it made me suspicious. After 25 minutes of waiting for $40 of food, I decide to check to see if the order was right and when I open the taco there is literally 1 piece of chicken broken into 2 in there in every taco. So I told the girl to come over and look at it and I asked her wtf is the problem with the two and she was stunned I noticed and said it was a taco. I then asked her why the hell there was only 2 half pieces of chicken and she said that it's an average portion size. I said she was full of crap because I worked at taco bell and know what a portion size is. This she actually had the nerve to say "well you got what you paid for and you didn't pay for the chicken" and I was like you gotta be f'in kidding me, you did this in retaliation to me telling you that you're wrong and there's a substitute chicken button. So I demanded a refund and then called their general manager. If I could give them 0 stars I would. It took 25 mins to make our food, they were assholes, and tried to ruin a $40 meal. Oh and forgot to mention, when I called bs on them, one of the people behind them told them in Spanish to say that they gave me the wrong meal so I should shut up. Solo porque soy gringo, no significa no puedo entender español cabrones

Chill staff, chill service. One of the cashiers is almost cute enough for me to come eat here more often, but Im not about to eat Taco Bell every day just for the off chance that I might happen to make small talkcfor thirty seconds with the cashier as she asksmy order. Especially since she probably works part time so I might eat like three days of Taco Bell before even getting my first chance to chat with her, and then when Ido so what? Id have to go like three more times to develop enough rapport to actually get anywhere. Who reads a review on yelp for Taco Bell anyway? Toke some reefer, then get in a debate with your buddies about which local Taco Bell has the best service?

Best Taco Bell in the Beaverton Area Based on visiting other Taco Bells in Beaverton, I like this one the best. Taco's were great and really liked the bean burrito's. Other location's beef and beans did not taste like the quality of this Taco Bell. Will return, and the service was excellent. Only reason for 4 stars is the food is a little too salty.

This was my first time for this location, It was not very clean due to chips all over the tables and floor. Part of the counter staff was rude and not very helpful but others were very pleasant. My food on the other hand was hot, fresh and tasty.

This review is for the service of the management staff. I had lunch the other day on my break and went back to the office, realizing that they had forgotten my Beef Meximelt. I called the manager on duty to let her know what happened and she took my info to allow me to redeem the missing order on my next visit and an extra item for the trouble. I came back this week to get my missing order and purchased more items and the manager paid for my whole meal when I was about to pay for the extra item. I thought that was a nice gesture and service when he did not have to do that. I will definitely be back for more.

I'll keep it real with you, I had taco bell for breakfast..with a mountain dew. Because that's how I roll. I come here a few times a week. Did you know the fresco taco only have 130 calories? Plus they're only 99 cents, I eat them relentlessly. When I go through the drive through I am normally out before I have finished listening too even one song. Yes that implies my food was pre-made and waiting patiently for me under a head lamp but for 99cents I could care less. Between the moderately low caloric intake for a taco, light speed gratification, and low prices Taco Bell has become my BFF.

I rarely eat at Taco Bell considering, as we all know, their food is not natural and all, even i fit tastes good, but on occasions, I do. This time it was for my nieces, I was babysitting them last week, they are 11 and 9 and they love Taco Bell food So I brought them here, we tried a drive through, we had to repeat our order, few times, because either the sound system was not working properly or there was too much traffic noise out, the service was really slow though, there were only four people, that I saw, working with the orders, and we waited almost 20 minutes to get our food...and it was nothing complicated, just the a very simple order, then when I asked for some sauces, they gave us only 4 tiny packets of sauce, I think it was a little extreme, since we had about 16 items altogether, so I did not appreciate that. One of my niece complained that her wrap was black, because it was burnt, and she could only eat a third of it, my tacos were soggy instead, and the children also noticed that there was barely any food in their wraps.Too bad.Taco bell's food is very simple, it does not take much to prepare it and it can taste really good if it is served in the right way, so I think that these problems could have been easily avoided if the service had been better and the people working inside, more focused. The person at the window was not friendly either, I am not sure I will be back at this location

Yeah. a review on Taco Bell.... but get this. I order food, no drink. The voice says 'Would you like a drink?' I say, 'No thanks' The voice says 'Can we get you a water?' (pauuuuse, this is odd) 'No thank you' I roll around to the window. Guy takes my money and says "Can I get you a water while you wait?" (uh, water to wait at Taco Bell?) I say 'No, but thanks' He turns around hands the bag out the window, thanks me with a big smile and I drive off confused and bewildered. I remember when drive-ups would get miffed when you asked for water snarking back 'you'll need to pay for the CUP!' This is a new level of service right here. I agree with other reviews re friendly service, this place always has great people. No one seems to hate their job or YOU. p.s. those cinnamon balls of fried creamcheesey goodness? Yeah four of those have to be equal to eating a whole Blooming Onion!
(3)Mario L.
Ridiculously slow. It's 2pm on a Sunday and we've been waiting for over 15min to get our food. There are 5 people working in the kitchen. I don't get it.
(1)Eva B.
I gave this Taco Bell because it is as good as it gets for Taco Bell. I always go through the drive thru of this location and they are always friendly, fast, and accurate consistently. I would not keep coming back if they were not. I have tried other Taco Bells and have stopped going for years due to bad experiences but this location has been consistent for the entire year I have lived in this area. I am almost AMAZED by how well this location does compared to every other Taco Bell I have been to. GREAT JOB TACO BELL ON CEDAR HILLS!
(5)Henry C.
These guys couldn't even get 1 crunchy taco right! 10 minutes while I stared at my made single taco sitting on the counter waiting to be handed to me. The guy finally hands it to me and it had sour cream on it. That's what you get when you employ a bunch of high school drop outs...
