It's not much to look at, but I tell you this place is all the right combination of grungy bar meets tired diner, great food, and entertainment. Food: Cheeseburger: Delicious! Flavorful patty, and plenty of onions, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. Just a good, basic, wholesome meal. I will say the bun came apart pretty quickly, but I think they do try to grill it. It is also covered in sesame seeds on top and bottom buns, in case that interests you. For me I didn't mind it so much because it's the insides that count. Came with Fries which were even better! Crispy, hot and perfectly seasoned. They offered choice of Ranch for dipping which I loved. Broasted Chicken plate: That crispy skin! That golden brown color! That juicy, tender inside! That burning hotness of a dish freshly cooked to order! (Please allow 15 minutes cook time) I have to come back for this dish. Portions are great, and comes with your choice of side- we chose potato salad which I really enjoyed and also like 4 slices of garlic toast- you can make your own little version of a chicken sandwich! Bar: Good tap list as far as I can tell. They offered around 8 different beers/cider? and obviously other well drinks, or cocktails and what not. We shared an espresso stout and it hit the spot. Service: Friendly! Not super fast or attentive, but definitely just the right amount. I think this place is kind of a seat yourself and someone will be right with you type of deal. Menus should already be on the table. I am guessing because we actually headed straight back to the pool table area to scope it out instead of figuring out how to get some food first so maybe our process was a bit different. Entertainment: TVs all around and at the time we went, which was Saturday night around 9pm, College Football was on. Pool tables in the back! $0.75/game Good selection of cues, plenty of tables and also dining tables around where you may also dine (or set your purse down on) if you so choose. I also noticed jukeboxes around, but didn't get a chance to check them out because I was so busy grimacing at my bad pool skills while also begrudgingly admiring my boyfriend's really good pool skills. *sigh* But I still had a lot of fun! We walked over from the TriMet Beaverton Central stop so I can't speak to parking specifically but for public transit and walking: It's just down SW Hall Blvd towards SW Millikan Way, left on SW Canyon Rd and it's on the right a little ways down. Easy little walk there and back to justify the undoubtedly not healthy food. Summary: Would come back! They also have Happy Hour, Monday through Friday from 4pm-7pm, and also some sort of new Breakfast deal-io on Sundays in conjunction with NFL Football and Coors?/Bud?. Might be worth checking out!

We were actually going to try another restaurant, but it was closed on Saturday night! We drove around & ended up here. We were pleasantly surprised. Nice & friendly workers. Good selection of beers, full bar & food. I had the Maui burger, pineapple, ham, cheese all covered w/teriyaki sauce. The hamburger buns were so fresh. If I lived closer, I'd go here all the time!

My friend and I came here one evening for some food. We were hesitant because we assumed it would be really divey. And it was divey But packed and everyone was eating so I just looked forward to the food. This place was packed. No room at the bar to sit and lots of people taking up all of the tables. When we walked up to the bar the bartender or atleast one of them immediately took our order and said he'd bring it to us. We found seating in the back by the pool tables Which was a better place than the front if you ask me. Get got us our drinks so fast and took our order. He was really funny and had us cracking up Which is awesome. I was excited to try the fried pickles! And they were amazing. The food os divey But they made ot so good. We only tried the appetizers though. I look forward to trying all the other stuff. So awesome service, laid back, I like it. Good place to go when you don't feel like getting dressed up and looking cute.

Whoo whoo! They've got pool tables, really good french fries with the wings. Their buffalo wings are super good, and I'm loving their price. O! Don't try to eat their Nuclear whatever the wings unless you really really like spicy food. It's very spicy, and that will get you real bad next day morning! haha

This is a fun spot in Beaverton! Great deals on drinks, fun atmosphere, lots of open pool tables, not too crowded, and the staff is friendly. They even remembered my husbands name the first time we came here! I recommend this place for a fun time :)

Good bar food, good beer selection. One of the few places I've found with Oakshire Espresso Stout on tap. The service is outstanding by far. There's a nice big parking lot next door. I plan on spending some more time here.

Love the bartenders here. Everyone was very friendly and poured strong drinks! Fun fruity flavors of vodka, and a big selection of beer. Didn't try the food, but it looked good! This place is a dive, but well worth the stop :)

Great atmosphere. Great customer service. They keep checking on you and make sure you always have everything you need. Kind crew and convenient location. Pinball, pool tables, and tons of seating. I just wish they had a patio to smoke on with my beer. Other than that I dig it

So recently moved into the area, and been looking for a good pub for good drinks and food. Well I got good food. Pros: 1. The food, while quite a large menu for a bar and grill, was decent food for the main entree. 2. Greeted and got seated under two mins of arriving in the door. 3. Fairly Clean from what I saw (only in front part of the building and didn't use the bathroom). Cons: 1. Side on food ordered was cold to the touch (fries) 2. Drink order was put in quickly but it was 15 mins later before I got it. I literally watched (and I counted) 5 other tales get drinks before I did. 3. The cocktail I ordered was horrible (didn't even drink half of it). It was something called "fuzzy kitten" that was some sort of vodka, raspberry liquor, and sprite. I don't know who mixed it, but it was nothing but very strong on the raspberry like might as well of been drinking the liquor straight. Other thoughts: 1. If there was some better seating I would be more inclined to give this place another shot. 2. It feels more like a dive bar that has not been updated (aside from the LED tv's) since the 80's. 3. Better, more classy and modern cocktails would be nice. I don't considered a fancy name for vodka and cranberry juice (from concentrate) to be a selling point. 4. The server could of been a bit more professional. He out right before taking our order informed us of just how tired he was and wanted on his feet. Good for you but not something I really needed to know. I will not be returning to this venue until at least it is updated and a bit more inviting. If you still choose to go, get the food, avoid mixed drinks and cocktails.

The place is huge. Great service. Food was mediocre. Not likely to return. Expected onion rings to be a lot better given other reviews I read.

The food is great. Bar food and great. Their veggie burger is perfectly crispy and the bun complements it well; not too thick, just perfect. They have a short list of drafts on tap, but they have good choices, so you don't need a ton. The staff is attentive and VERY friendly every time I've been here. Sub tots... Because tots are the tops.

Super impressed by their staff and menu. Very friendly and attentive bartender and the chicken wings were the best! And they have fried pickles which were awesome.

Love this bar. Staff is super friendly and attentive, food is good and drinks are great. Was coming in only on Thursday for trivia but they learned my name super quick and if I lived closer I'd come here every day. Nothing but good things to say about every aspect of Ringos, it's awesome.

Went there last night for dinner with another couple. We got our drinks pretty quick and I guess we waited too long n had too much fun talking that we didn't realize that we didn't order yet. Until one of the employees came over n asked us if we were ready to order. Hahaha..good vibes. The employees were all very nice. The burgers we had were so delicious!! The fries, tots, wings, fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were simple but yet so tasty. Well definitely go there again. After we ate, we played some pool. Great place over all.

The hot and spicy wings are perfect, best in the Beav! I ordered the appetizer (12 wings and tots), $12. Great deal. Fun sit up bar. Entertaining place to watch football. We do broasted chicken take out too. Delish!

Otis is the best bartender I've ever had! The dude remembered my name after meeting me once, and that is impressive. There's a few selling points for Ringo's: 1. Strong drinks. 2. Delicious food. 3. Spotless bathrooms. 4. Best jukebox anywhere, ever. It holds all from Pop, Metal, HipHop, you name it. 5. Super ample seating. 6. Pool tables, count 'em, there's six. 7. Literally the most relaxed, be yourself place to go in Beaverton. 8. The best staff, and service ever.

When my friends wanted to meet here, I was prepped that it was a hole-in-wall. I came expecting a dive bar yet was beyond my expectations. If you haven't been to Circle Inn in Forest Grove, yes...this is by far better! Reasonably priced drinks and extremely attentive staff. I can't comment on the food, all I had was a couple fries and that was alright. Pretty decent place to hangout in downtown Beaverton.

They make a great sandwich or burger and their drinks are good and stiff and tasty especially the Bloody Mary.

Was looking for a place to go and ended up in here breifly.. My friends didn't have much money and I said i'd buy them drinks. The guy at the bar was supper nice when, I know how it sounds, I only had a 100 bill and they very nicly let me know they couldn't accept it.. (Taking it back to the bank I was told it was an old bill) It had no water mark etc.. The other bar we went to down the street had very few people and a bit on the older side.. Here not the case! There was a decent amount of people of ALL ages! Id def go back!

I love it here the food, atmosphere, prices, and service are all great absolutely no complaints! The hot wings are my favorite but you can't go wrong with anything on their menu especially when it comes to their BLT and fried pickles!

  • Ramie M.

Nice, open area. Ample parking. Friendly service. A lot of the menu is typical bar fare by appearance, but I would say the quality of the food steps it up a notch. Pretty good burgers, good apps, and great beer. No complaints, will likely return.

I had a hair in my food, the bartender gave me the worst service I've ever experience at a bar. When I told bartender about it he didn't do anything gave me attitude. I will never be back, and warning people not to come here!!!

Yep as good as advertised. Really nice bartender. Salad was as good as the burger which was delicious.

Great bar. Nice pool tables in back. The pool table space feels roomy and open. As a woman who sometimes goes here to practice pool by herself, I feel safe. The clientele and staff are respectful towards everyone and seem to enjoy working here. Fun, positive environment with a jukebox that has filters to weed out songs from the selection pool that would be offensive to some patrons.

If you're looking for a place to become a "regular" at, this is the place. From the first time I went there I've been impressed with the service and the friendliness of the staff there. They take the time to know you by name and are super prompt in getting drinks for you, even when you're away from the bar. I really like that it's a pool hall as well. There are 6 fairly nice pool tables in there and tons of room in the place to sit down. The food is great as well as inexpensive. You can have a dinner and a few drinks for $15-$20. It's great! The location is good as well. It's next to a few other bars. I like that they have check in coupons on Yelp as well. Get 20% off on your food if you check in while you're there!

Some of the best burgers I've had. The tap selection is somewhat lacking, but it's a fun place to hang out, and they pour some stiff drinks. Trivia night on Thursday was a great time.

Love the bar, very nice bartenders, large open area... HOWEVER.. the jukebox has music from HELL.. I mean screaming kind of angry music that just makes you want to kill some one with your fork. Granted, the bartenders didn't play the music, it was the idiots that were in the bar. They looked like regulars there, so I would not go back because of the music. We had the fish, though over cooked it was okay.

Ringo's is a chill but fun atmosphere. Ryan, Wes, Adam, and Otis take amazing care or you and quickly remember your name and your regular order. It feels like home. I often think of it and start singing the Cheers theme song in my head. And the food is amazing.

This is my third time inside this fine establishment for lunch and I have to say, it is top tier as far as bar grub goes! Loads of spicy flavors as well as the usual entrees. The xxx sauce is dangerous, but delicious. As this was only my third time in, I was pleasantly suprised that the bartender, Cindy , had remembered me and my order. I will be back many times to come.

Big fan of this place. It is also surprisingly bigger than it looks from the outside. The staff is super friendly, menu better and larger than expected, and a huge room for playing pool. It definitely has a bars bar aura about it, but is still a fun and clean place nonetheless. I believe it has 6 different pool tables, video arcades, and some normal classic arcade games. I'm not a real hunter, but no one can deny the fact that Big Buck Hunter is a great game, especially if you've already had a few drinks. Challenge your friends with a dollar and get a solid 20 minutes of entertainment. I've come here a couple times and will continue to come back. Great location. Good food. Nice staff. Clean. Good prices. Coming from a college town, I love the prices here. If you leave the food off the table, you can close out under $20 easily (feeling good too)! ALSO! They're smart enough to utilize and honor Yelp! I love it! I totally get discounts when i check in there. Why do more places not do that!? I'm incentivized to go back! Thanks Ringo's.

We wanted to try someplace new to watch college football on a Saturday afternoon/evening. Yelp led us to Ringo's. I called ahead to make sure they were showing football and not the UFC fight (I like UFC, just wanted to watch football), and was told it was all football all day. Right on....to Beaverton we go! First impressions from walking in suggest Ringo's might be sorta divey. At 4:30p though, it wasn't very full and the folks that were there seemed content with a cocktail and a football game on TV (lots of TVs, too). Once our server Heather learned we were going to hang out for a while, she was super casual without ever losing her professionalism (perfect service model, IMHO). In fact, throughout the evening I was impressed how just about everyone working check in on each table as they went by. As dinner time came and passed, I was truly surprised the crowd skewed as old as it did. Not blue-hairs, but it wasn't full of kids. It was a really relaxed environment. We ended up staying pretty late, and the kids did show up, but there was nothing rowdy about Ringo's at all. Ok, the important stuff: Drinks - Good, and lots of choices. Wife told me to make sure to mention the Ginger Lemon Drop. Good selection of beers and microbrews, including Ninkasi's Sleigher (sp?) for a seasonal. Food - Really pretty good. Besides the deep fried pickles as an appetizer (because well, you just have to), we all had burgers because they're proud of them there. They weren't Helvatia Tavern or Standich's, but they were pretty darned good!! Beer battered fries are light and tasty as well. Coopin - Upon "checking in" on Yelp at Ringo's, we received a 20% off coopin for our food that night. That's a nice little hello from Ringo's!! All in all, we had a really good experience, and won't hesitate to stop at Ringo's again when were in the Beaverton area.

Yeah, I'm calling it, best burger I've found anywhere I'm no burger connoisseur but I can tell good food and this is just that. For starters, the bun comes from Beaverton Bakery across the street & it's fresh, fluffy and tasty. We're only at the bun here and I'm won over. There's a variety of options for burger toppings but I always go with the mushroom & Swiss. The toppings are fresh and tasty...and the patty itself? Perfectly cooked and I'm not sure if I've said tasty enough in this review. TASTY. As sides, there's salad, fries, etc. I've done the fries and the onion rings and both a good options. Crisp, crunchy and ain't no soggy mess here. There's plenty of locals brews on tap & pitchers are completely reasonable for one that will get you about 4.25 pints worth of beer. I can't talk the service up here enough. It's not a place you'd walk into and expect anything great. It's kinda dingy & inspires "dive-y" in it's decor and layout. Yet the waiters are on top of their game and check on your throughout the meal to make sure nothing is amiss. I like it - 5 starts 'burb style.

I'm not very picky about burgers. That's not to say I can't tell when it's a good burger, but I don't go out of my way to seek gourmet burgers and anytime I've been dragged to a place touting the "best burgers!" I'm rarely impressed. Soooooo. This place does have like the best burger. We've been here a few times now & it's definitely consistently delicious. The patty itself is thick, juicy and perfectly cooked. There's a bevy of options for toppings but I'm a sucker for bacon so I go for the Bleu Cheese & Bacon option. Even the bun is good (and baked across the street at Beaverton Bakery). Service is also spot on. It's more of a bar than a diner, but dang those servers make sure to check on you all the time! There's always a good selection of drafts on taps & pitchers are priced perfect. Overall a hidden gem that I wouldn't review if there weren't so many already!

Four of us went to Ringo's, two of us order the broasted chicken. It smelled and tasted on the edge of spoiling! We told the server, he said "yes" it did smell bad, but he acted like it was no big deal. Who does that? Who serves chicken that is spoiling and then acts like there is something wrong with us! That could make people very sick! We will not be back!

Great burgers - better than mcmennamins, 5 guys and even the gourmet burger cart downtown. It was one of the best burgers I've had in PDX. Good enough beer selection. Great job guys. Oatis (sp?) was fantastic - he's the little guy.

  • Tiffany S.

Excellent customer service! The staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Their burgers are to crave for! The inside is bigger then it looks on the outside. They have enough pool tables so you don't have to worry much about having to wait on a free table like other bars. Restrooms are always clean. I like the fact that there's always a good mixture of people there. And on top of everything they make the best drinks ever.

    (5)

(Breakfast) three choices 45 minute wait and garbage food. The best thing about this breakfast was free WiFi and the anticipation of going to the Beaverton bakery across the street. Wouldn't recommend this and would not go back.

Excellent service and super friendly staff. They have a good amount of beer on tap and they don't skimp on their drinks. The food is by no means gourmet, but it's very good "bar food." Good place to watch a game or check out the local trivia night.

It was 90 degrees out and all I wanted was a beer and a burger. You know that feeling right? I also didn't feel like driving all the way to the east side to one of many choice spots. Based on my trusty YELP app I was steered towards Ringo's. Nestled in downtown Beaverton it really is a nice neighborhood bar. Pool tables, video games, some nice booths and plenty of space to just relax in make it so comfortable. The beer was icy cold, the servers all super nice and my cheeseburger and fries were tasty. I ate it all up, I really did!

Ringo's...your broasted chicken and divey deliciousness haunts me in my dreams. I can see why my gilrie friend calls you "home". (You are pretty terrific after all). Drinks are good n' cheap, servers are attentive, friendly, and protective if you are there to chill on your own. If it was closer, it would be a regular stop for sure.

Food is amazing! Super accommodating staff (generally). One bartender knew my name when I walked in after only being there once before. Usually have great prices for drinks and food... I'm making this one of my regular spots for sure.

Ringo's Bar and Grill is about the friendliest most comfortable bar I have ever known. This delightful bar and grill is across the street from Beaverton Bakery. Ringo's offers plenty of good off street parking due to a shared parking lot with the bakery. Our server for the evening was such a nice and helpful person. His first good suggestion was that we take a table in the back room. This was because there was a trivia game going on in the main bar section. Our waiter advised us that things can get rather loud during the trivia game. The back room consisted of six pool tables, a water cooler, a large screen TV, and an electronic juke box. There was a Blazers game going on and the crowd vibe was good. Our server's second good suggestion was that we try Ringo's "Everything but the pool table" burger. This hamburger came with bacon, cheese, ham, lettuce, and Ringo's special sauce. Delicious! Undoubtedly one of Beaverton's best burgers. With the hamburger came a choice of fries, tater tots, or potato salad. The highlight of the evening was Ringo's deep fried dill pickle appetizers. Ringo's absolutely nailed this scrumptious appetizer. The dill pickles were deep fried in a light batter and came with ranch dressing for dipping. Beaverton's Broadway Street is home to a bakery, a saloon, an El Salvadorian restaurant, and a great bar and grill. For you Beaverton bashers there is not one strip mall in sight. Ringo's Bar and Grill is a wonderful compliment to a very quaint section of old Beaverton.

I was craving a burger the other day, and remembered that Ringo's has a pretty decent burger. I looked on my Yelp app, and noticed they had a $10 for $20 certificate. I purchased the certificate being that I know the burgers were just under $10, and the other $10 could go to some beers. So that's what I did! I got the Bleu Burger with fries. The Bleu burger was great, the pattys are pressed daily and they get the buns across the street at the Beaverton Bakery. Freshness is a key component in a great burger in my opinion. It's one thing when condiments are used to hide the flavor of the meat, it's a whole other demention when the condiments compliment the meat creating a great tasting burger. Paired with a Mac and Jack's I enjoyed watching some football and chowing down, the service was great, and when it was time to go, they knocked off the $20 and honored the voucher. Great job Ringos!

This place is bad news. I'm here from out of town with my family and we were instantly turned away because I didn't have my id. I am and look well over 21, my own father was there telling the woman who worked there that I am nearly 30. She wasn't even nice about it. Not coming back here. **Edit** Just to show you the type of people who frequent Ringo's, this person (probably the owner) keeps spamming me on here with messages like this: "F U. Tillamook, OR For your review of: Ringo's Bar and Grill Take you're Ringo's review down. You're a tool and your review isn't valid. Always have your ID on you when you drink, bitch."

Ringo's is my jam! I've never ordered food here I didn't like, the beer-battered fries are amazing. Though I prefer my fried pickles as slices versus spears, these are still great. The atmosphere is dive-y, but enjoyable. It rarely gets out of hand here, except on Trivia nights - usually I skip it. It's a good place to catch a good, inexpensive dinner and drink. It's a good place to have a drink and catch up with a friend or two. It's a good place to make new friends. I love the service here, the bartenders are my absolute favorite. They are nice, attentive - they just keep it real. It's my favorite place to go in Beaverton. There are several pool-tables and a juke-box/tv in the back, which can be fun. Usually you can find an open one unless a tournament is going on. In the front there is also a juke-box that is old school and thus has less of the current top-40 hits (a welcome relief for me). There are several TVs around, one of which features a WII you can play (just ask!). I've had several great memories at Ringo's and really have yet to have a bad experience here. It's a comfortable spot that's open late everyday.

When Mrs BDB says "it's time for a cocktail", one doesn't argue - at least I don't. I know better. I just slam the car into reverse or the nearest parking spot, as the case may be, and out we go. Today it was in beautiful (?) (sic) Beaverton, and the nearest purveyor of potables was a placed called "Ringo's", referred to at different places online as "Ringo's Tavern," or "Ringo's Ale House." It should be called "Ringo's Bar, Restaurant, Video Poker, Pool Table, and Wii Emporium," cause that sums it up. We were just gonna have a bump and maybe split an appy, but I looked at the menu, and there were interesting things afoot, so I declared "I'm getting a burger," and Mrs. BDB said "I'm getting a martini." And so we did. She also ordered an appetizer sampler, whereby you can choose 3 fried thingies from a list of six and get a side of fries or tots on top. She went with fried shrimp, wings, and (drum roll) fried dill pickles, plus the side of tots for me. The plate came with a side of ranch and a dollop of cocktail sauce, and we both pronounced the appetizers pretty darned ok. As you can see, one of the tots was so eager to swim in the Ranch, it jumped right in as soon as the plate was put in front of us. I went with the "Everything But the Pool Table" burger, 1/3 pound of (fresh, never frozen) from local Fulton Meat. The buns across the street from Beaverton Bakery. Very nice buns. The toppings on the Everything burger were bacon, ham, swiss and american cheese, lettuce, tomato, and special sauce. I skipped the salad and the special sauce, and asked for mine with pickles and raw onion, yellow mustard on the side. The pour condiments were "House" brand (Sysco) but good enough. The burger was more than OK, as well, I disassembled, as per usual, and ate it in pieces. I didn't ask where the pickles were from, and should have. Nice crunch, nice dill, pickle chips (as opposed to the fried pickles, which were spears) (and yes fried pickles are nice, especially with the Ranch). It's not at all a spendy place, and they have a nice variety on the menu, typical American fare. Other patrons crowed about the broasted chicken. Oh, what's with the salad next to the burger you ask? Choice of sides was fries, tots, or salad. Since the app platter came w/ tots, i chose the salad so Mrs BDB could enjoy some rabbit food.

It's somewhat of a dive bar, but that's what you should expect when going here in the first place. Environment is fun and staff is friendly. Food is fairly well prepared especially considering I'm pretty sure they only have one cook working at any point in time. They've got a decent area for pool, trivia, a jukebox (all the essentials to make a fun random evening during the week!)

I had the 'Nuclear' wings today, 11/1/2013. I was doubly disappointed. First, they are breaded! WTF? That is for 'boneless' wings. If I wanted bread, I would order bread. When I order hot wings, I want wings with hot sauce. Ok, enough of that rant, but I will never order breaded hot wings any place. Next, I have had these before, and they were both tasty and hot. These were not even hot. Seriously, I could have eaten all 12 in a few minutes, and didn't need anything to wash them down. They were simply like breaded wings with some yellow colored sauce that turned the breading into a soggy mess. I even asked for extra crispy, but what I got was extra soggy. Never again. I have eaten their other food and it is good, but if you are a 'wing person', look elsewhere. Buffalo Wild Wings, hottest version is 'ok', and Fire on the Mountain 'El Jefe' is 'ok', but neither holds any records for heat and flavor. There must be some good wings somewhere, but Ringo's isn't it.

We've been here several times and really enjoyed ourselves each time. They have a good selection of local beers and they make good mixed drinks. The food is also pretty good. We've had fried pickles, the broasted chicken, and a couple of different burgers. They have pool tables in the back, of which we have not yet partaken. All of that is good and fine, but what is really awesome about Ringo's is the people who run it. The bartenders and waitstaff are really nice, knowledgeable about their menu, and generally rad. We wanted to see some political debate one night, but eat food and drink away some of the crazy talk, so we asked if they'd show it on one of their several screens which are usually devoted to sports. They found it and showed it behind the bar. The other patrons seemed more interested in that than whatever non-Portland teams were playing and a bunch of friendly banter was had by all. It may not go down like that for you, but we've had great luck here and will definitely be back!

The staff is amazing! The food is so damn good, I'd eat there everyday if I could. They also do a great job on taking care of their pool tables. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I adore dive bars and Ringos is hands down the best one I've ever been to. Every time I've come in the service has been friendly and quick. The food is wonderful, the taps have a decent spread, and even though it's sometimes pretty full it's still quiet enough that I can sit in a booth and read. A wonderful watering hole.

I am an outstanding pool player. This is 100% true anywhere but in the general Portland area, and never around people I know, people I know even just a little bit, people I've seen before, or people that have read any of my reviews. These conditions cause an unfortunate malady wherein I transform into an amateur with poor eyesight and little understanding of geometry. That all clears up beautifully when I'm on vacation, but none of you will ever be able to witness it. I am sad for you. And since I live in Beaverton I do not play pool at Ringo's because my special brand of mojo is thrown off and it's just not pretty. But if you do play, this is the spot. Some very serious players, and I think 6 tables..? Good times. But I will just watch, thanks. Great staff and decent drinks though, for sure! I did try one of the much beloved burgers the other day, and that was a damn fine lunch. (However: why is every bar & grill's "special" burger sauce 1000 island dressing? Or in a twist, 1000 island dressing without pickles? Many will deny it, but that's what it is, whether you make it yourself or not. Same diff.) Oh, and the tots are yum but stay clear of the fries if you, like me, don't love them batter-dipped.

We come here for food and beer and they do not disappoint. Love their wings and the burgers are legit. The bartenders are cool and make good drinks. They have multiple pool tables and video poker for entertainment.

The bartending service can be hit-and-miss depending on who you get. Otherwise they have a decent on tap beer selection and good food. Try their broasted chicken! They also have video poker, video games and pool tables.

A friend and I specifically picked Ringo's just to have a drink use the jukebox. When we got there, the bartenders were super friendly and fast (granted we were two of four people in the whole bar). However, the jukebox wasn't working so when we asked about it, we got mixed messages. They had what looked like THREE bartenders, no customers, and no one can plug in the jukebox? Hmmmm.... They had six pool tables, and two large rooms. No we didn't try to the food, or have a second drink. I have nothing against the place, but they just didn't deliver what we were looking for.

totally craving a burger on Sunday and this place popped up out of nowhere on my radar. seriously. I don't know how many times I drove by or even parked in the lot right next to it without noticing it. well... it's was around 2pm and initially we thought it wasn't open because it looked kind of dark inside before we opened the door. thankfully the door did open and we headed inside. the bartender/server came over immediately to take our drink order and came to check up on us frequently while we were there (even though I only had water - being pregnant is NO FUN in a bar!) we knew what we wanted and it definitely didn't disappoint. I really loved the excessive amount of sesame seeds on the bun too (both sides). the fries weren't amazing but the burger more than made up for it! look forward to returning the next time I have a burger craving and want a relaxing place to sit down and relax.

Best juke on the west side. Burgers with buns made across the street. Best burgers of 2013. Plus the staff is tops.

Very nice and clean bar. Lot's of pool tables in the back room. Clean restrooms. Burger was nice and juicy and fries had some extra crispiness to them. Hubbie had the broasted chicken. It had nice seasoning to the skin and was extra crispy. We will be back again for more!!!! The waitstaff was very attentive and happy.

Food is Junk, prices are high. We went there for bar trivia. Winners typically get coupons for later use. Ringos does give out coupons, but they put a 1 month expiration date on them (Cheesy, noone else does this). Their extra hot chicken wings are just some pre prepared wings with Dave's insanity sauce on them. Hot as hell, but not particularly great, and not exhibiting any effort in preparation as well. 10.00 for a SMALL Hendricks martini. GUYS, this isn't an airport bar, or a NYC hotel bar. I felt significantly overcharged. Service was OK. Atmosphere is nonexistent. A bargain at half the price. Skip it.

Pretty chill place. It's 10:44pm on a Tuesday and I'm eating a fresh burger and perfectly fried onion rings with a Black Butte off tap (and using their wi-fi). I'd say this is a pretty sweet late night food place in the middle of a not so happening Beaverton. Grill (burgers) apparently closes at midnight. Fryer stays open til the beer stops pouring.

Great burgers and beer. I want to try the chicken, next time I go.

A very comfortable 'come as you are' type place. there is seating at the bar, in a dining area (at booths or tables), a lottery machine area, and an entire back room with about 10 pool tables. The burgers are seriously good (their website gives a good description of the meat used) and cheap ($7-8). Service was friendly, albeit a little slow.

Great burgers and drinks that fit all price ranges. I like cheap canned beer, Rainier, and top shelf shots, Blanton's Bourbon, and they have that here. If I'm feeling like a premium brew they have those too. The staff is great and they have done a tremendous job putting together the finest jukebox in the area. I've hosted a number of gatherings here and they always come off well. I think what really sets them apart is their attention to detail. Whether it's the Mac and Jack's African Amber on tap or the fact that I can play a rare great song for my friends, finding things that are special here is surprisingly easy. I highly recommend this establishment.

Great Fried Pickles Batman! No really, great fried pickles! The burger and chicken strips were pretty darn good too. The fries not so much, homemade but kind of strange, dipped in batter or something, a tad lumpy. Go for the tator tots instead, they were solid. The side salad was big and fresh too. Lots of screens to watch sports on. Solid crowd of regulars. Good food. Really awesome to have a place like this in downtown beaverton.

Checked out Ringo's last night.. it seemed to have a few great reviews.. but now I'm wondering if the owners of this place just have a lot of friends and family. The atmosphere is dingy, dim dismal and kind of icky. There are a couple of pinball machines and pool tables in back.. but it doesn't seem like a fun atmosphere at all. I thought I'd help things by selecting some songs on the juke - but you can't even hear the music in the dining area.. so I wasted a couple of bucks. The cocktails are served in a tiny glass that the barkeep fills to overflowing with ICE before adding less than a shot of liquor and some mixer. I think they're $4 each.. but you have to drink like 5 of them if you want to catch a buzz! We ordered wings that were nothing special $11 for a dozen wings.. and they wound up making my husband sick the next day :( The burger was.. well... lackluster to say the least. I expect a $10 burger to taste better than this. McDonalds Angus Mushroom and Swiss burger is about as good for less than half the price! Sorry Ringo's - you're no star. Hubby and I split a burger, an order of wings and some breaded mushrooms and left over $50 poorer and not at all enchanted with this new find!

The low reviews on this bar are utter trash. Ball them up and throw them away. This bar is fucking great. One of the bartenders has an "SPQR" tattoo, which is Roman, which is fucking sweet. I had thought about getting that tattoo, but then I saw that. Such is life. Anyways, the food is all very good and at a good price. I particularly love the fries here. The burgers are quite excellent. Chicken strips also good. The beer selection is solid, with plenty of microbrews. They make a good strong cocktail, particularly if they like you. My friend comes here very often to have lunch, and I meet him, have a drink or two, probably the only bar I don't have to flash my ID at. Never had a bad day at this bar. Good pool tables in the back, and they have tournaments too. They have some pinball machines, and a bunch of video poker machines. Wi-fi access. Plenty of TVs all around on different sports channels, all around the main area. One big one in the back.

Read on Yelp that this place was good, and it definitely was just that! I had the fried pickles (which were highly suggested), and they were so delicious. I also got a cheeseburger which was on a delicious sesame bun from Beaverton Bakery. The wait staff was also VERY pleasant! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a fairly cheap, delicious, comforting meal!

My friend and I were looking for a place to eat and a drink (I had a rough day) and we also wanted to go shopping at Uwajimaya. We found this place to be nearby and with the talk of these tremendously great burgers, we decided to go. It definitely looks like a dive bar.. from the outside and well, also the inside. On the corner is a Shirley's doughnuts and 2 doors down from Shirley's is Beaverton Bakery. It is a comfort food glutton's heaven! As proven by the family parked next to us wolfing down donuts in their car. We sat at a table and I have to say the bartender and cook were very nice and also took turns helping customers. They have a good variety of beers, however, their seasonals are Ninkasi. YAY! Ninkasi Sleigh'er... YUM!! I order the Heat Wave Burger and my friend ordered the Heat Wave Chicken Burger. I substituted my fries for the deep fried pickles. I think they have some of the best deep fried pickles in town. I think what did it for me was the additional dill in the batter. Note: as we were sitting at our table by the window, we saw more people sitting in their car eating donuts and 1 person, a donut and a Napolean... Glutton's heaven. I will be back for a burger, a beer and my deep fries pickles. Also, they do have pinball....

Having moved to Beaverton over a year ago I've been pretty disappointed with the weeknight take-out scene. I decided to try Ringo's when I stumbled across their menu and I had a hankering for Broasted Chicken after seeing it on Man V. Food. IMHO Ringo's has by far the best food (in this price range) in Beaverton. The broasted chicken was the best I've ever had, the burgers were great, and fries were nicely prepared with a beer battering. The only thing we didn't like as much were the nuclear wings - the heat level was great but the sauce had this odd horseradish taste to it. The only other minor issue was that everything was about $1-2 more than the menu posted on line, which wasn't a big deal because the prices were still very reasonable. Overall, great food for takeout (esp the broasted chicken).

Ringo's is a great neighborhood bar. The wait staff is the best -- Otis and Ryan are super friendly and do a great job. The burgers are delicious, made of high quality beef and Beaverton Bakery buns. They host trivia on Thursdays but the place is PACKED and the competition is fierce, so get there early and make sure you bring a ringer!

  • Tom W.

Friendly staff and great food. They use premium beef for their burgers (unlike most bars in town). Happy hour has plenty of food and drink specials. Contrary to one of the other reviews, prices aren't high - same as other bars. Plus it's right across from Beaverton Bakery so you can stop in for treats! :)

I went for lunch on a Saturday because of the famous burgers. It was great! Good wifi connection and not too loud so that I could field some work phone calls while I was there since I was on call. When the juke box is playing it does pump up the volume a bit, but still not so loud that you have to scream at your friends to be heard. Overall a very good experience, and with the yelp deal it can't be beat!

I like my drinks to not punch me in my face and stomach when I sip them so this is the right place for me. If you like your drinks strong then no. You will be left wanting. It is a little pricey but it feels local. I hope it is. We just walked in here for a drink and walked right out. No reason to linger. I suck at pool anyway.

The sign in the window said they had Portland's best burgers for 2010, so I decided to give it a try. The place was quirt on a Thursday afternoon but the barman was personable and the tap selection included a number of offerings from Deschutes. I ordered the bleu cheese bacon burger and it was pretty darned tasty. I look forward to returning for trivia!

Very weird layout, and absolutely NO smoking area. Drinks are premixed, over-priced and watered down. I won't think twice about this place; ever again.

A friend and I were looking for a happy hour in the area which lasted past 6 and we ended up here. The prices were good for happy hour and the selection was decent. The food was typical bar food and was good, not great. There's plenty of seating and an area in the back with pool tables. The service was good and they let us sit there for hours without rushing us. There are all kinds of folks in here. We kind of felt a little out of place since we didn't bring our own pool cues. I think we saw at least 10 people come in with 'em. Apparently, they mean business there. Nice folks, decent happy hour till 7 - works in a pinch.

I know this sounds like a really stupid thing to get excited about but they have this ridiculously good BREAD. I know, right? Seriously though, it was great. And I rather liked my chicken strips. The bartenders were really nice, and they made us good drinks all night and they were fun to talk to. They could maybe remodel a little though, but I'd go back.

  • Amanda Z.

The jukebox was filled with good music, but I couldn't hear Biggie rapping "Hypnotize"; how was I supposed to shake my groove thang? Don't get me wrong, it's clean, spacious, the staff is super friendly, they serve strong drinks, and there is a happy hour from 4-7. This is nice because those of us who work in the suburbs have trouble getting to Portland in time for happy hour. Also, on Tuesdays you can get pints of PBR for $1.50. I like that!
