Really good food I suggest a fried chicken dinner they're open 24 hours which is really nice if you work nights and are also a late night person.

Long wait to get a seat, not a well ventilated place. You go In and go out smelling like if you were covered with oil. I've gone to other places and never had this issue. Also, recently the times I've gone I have always gotten my orders wrong, either they are doing everything so fast or I dont know. Don't like going there much.

I took my Granddaughter to the IHOP in Beaverton for dinner last night because she wanted their pancakes. I got the fried chicken dinner. It seriously was the worst meal I have had in years. The salad was bitter and wasn't fresh, didn't eat it and the waitress didn't ask why. Then my dinner came. The chicken was overcooked and mushy. No breast piece, two thighs, wing and drumstick. It was so greasy it was disgusting. The mashed potatoes had no flavor, the corn was over cooked and dried out , and the garlic bread was mushy. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. SHAME ON YOU IHOP for serving the junk you do. Clean it up or shut down. NEVER AGAIN will I or mine eat there.

We've eaten here quite regularly, and usually in the middle of the night. This is our midnight run at the moment. It's a large place...they always seat us in one section at night. I can understand that, however, I don't understand sandwiching us between two full tables when the rest of that section is completely empty; and the two other tables are the only people there. I get you don't want to be mucking up the place, but seriously, it inconveniences ALL of the customers when you squash them together. I've been about ten times now and it's practically always the same. Get sandwiched between two tables that are both noisy, rude, and talking trash, when all you want is a meal and a chit chat...it gets tiring. Food is alright, never had a bad taste in my mouth. Service is okay, doesn't usually get anything wrong and brings items fast. But they certainly aren't happy to be working there, that much is apparent. I could tell people just gave her a bad day, it's hard to mask that. You probably won't get more than a forced smile. I guess it's not really a fun, relaxing, or enjoyable time that I have here. Usually we don't want to have to talk over other people so we eat in silence; which actually means we're just listening to the other tables talk. I guess if you like listening to juicy gossip while eating passable food. Us, though, we give up. Fast food runs for us from now on.

We do this restaurant once a quarter for breakfast. Its good for a family breakfast. They are friendly with the kids. However, the waits on teh weekends are very long. Once had to wait for almost 45 minutes for a table. Most of the time the staff is friendly. Occassionally you will get teh high school girl with an attitude.

I rarely get to chain restaurants, especially for burgers. But Mrs. Burgerdogboy and I were out and about last nite, and feeling a little peckish late in the afternoon. By coincidence, I had grabbed the mail as we left the house, and in it was the local coupon flyer, which had a BOGO coupon for IHOP. Why not? Though lately I have really tried to cut down on carbs, the notion of a "Rooty Tooty Fresh N Fruity" sounded kind of good. Once inside, it was the Mrs that went for the flapjacks, a special they were running on some apple and cinnamon concoction, served with bacon and eggs, and I tried out IHOP's new attempt to set themselves apart in the the burger world, the "Bacon 'N Beef" (tm) burger. For you bacon (or burger lovers) - this new variation includes bits of bacon mixed right into the ground beef, even before you add your choice of toppings? More bacon? Sure. Here's what the IHOP menu has to say about the entree: "Hickory-smoked bacon is blended right into the beef to make our burgers juicy and delicious with bacon flavor in every bite. Served with your choice of seasoned fries, onion rings, fresh fruit, soup or salad and a dill pickle spear." Props to IHOP for sure for giving one all those different side choices without the usual "for....add $1.50." And with fruit or salad, it also gives a diner the choice of trying to have a somewhat healthier meal, casue these burgers top both the calorie and sodium charts. Burgers are served with tomato, lettuce, and a thick slice of purple onion. Pourable-type condiments will be brought to the table upon request. Bit-by-bit description: The kosher pickle spear was great. I chose the rings as my side, because I had not consumed any for some time. They are ample in size, and quantity, thick-sliced, and the coating is smooth in appearance, and crunchy in texture. I would venture a guess that they are made on location. The burger comes on a toasted soft bakery roll, and I liked the bun. The patty is good-sized and appeared to be hand-formed, but I couldn't swear to that. I finished my personal prep and cut the sandwich in half, in order to take a glance at the embedded bacon. I couldn't really see any. Nor was I able to taste any discernable bacon or smoky flavor. The added pork sure gives the patty a juicier texture and flavor overall, tho. Going with the bacon and cheese option, two strips adorned the top of the melted cheese, were ample in size, and had good flavor. Would I return to have another? Unlikely, but not because I found anything unappealing about the experience. It is certainly a better effort than any of the chain's fast-casual competitors, and even better (to me) than burger-specific competitors, say, like Fuddruckers or Red Robin. And it's relatively inexpensive, as well. With our BOGO coupon, we consumed the following: burger, onion rings, coffee; bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and pancakes, cola. For less than $12. If you regularly frequent fast-casual dining establishments, IHOP's Bacon N Beef Burger is about as good as you are going to do; add the fact that many locations are open 24/7, and a true burger hound will be happy with the experience.

Not sure what the issue is here. We were a party of 4, and there was one other party in the dining room (party of 6), so it was not like they were busy. 9PM on a week night isn't really a boom time for an IHOP. I have not been to an IHOP in about 8 years, so I was curious to see how much things have changed or stayed the same, and since my friends claimed how awesome IHOP was for delivering good food and good service, I figured after suffering through Zoo Lights, how bad could it be? Service was very slow, as our server liked to stand off toward the back and just stare off into space. Everything needed to be asked for twice and that was once she appeared. Every special request was incorrect. No lemon in iced teas = lots of lemon. No pickles on plate due to allergy = pickles. Pancake orders were incorrect (ow can you mix up orders when we were the only ones ordering??) Separate checks = one bill brought to table. Just very inattentive. I think you could hear the ocean if you listened via the servers ears... Minimum wage equates minimum effort and aptitude once again sadly. Manager was useless. Don't come to my table and ask how things are, then make feeble excuses and argue with me when I explain to you that almost every step of the dining experience was incorrect. I won't even fully address his offensive jail style tattoos on his hands that were poorly covered up. A party of two retired cops and a person of the Jewish faith will pick up on White Aryan Nation ink.....sorry, you advertised it, so be prepared to deal with the consequences Adolph. His obvious track record of poor choices was mirrored rather ironically in the decision to make him a manager. Food quality was actually fair, though salad dressing was rancid tasting (bleu cheese). I think IHOP now ranks in the realm of Denny's, where people don't intend to eat there, as it just happens to be open and they didn't eat corn the previous day for a suitable meal option. What is with the menu?? Between the multilingual labels on everything, the calorie and nutritional information, plus all of the legal disclaimers plastered all over it, the diner has to wade through all of the fine print and excessive verbiage to figure out what they want to order, so the staff can mess it up and bring you the wrong items. What a hassle. I will commend the host, whose name escapes me. Very tall lad with an outgoing personality, sense of humour, and people skills. Hopefully, he will be able to escape this quagmire of ineptitude and shine with more pay elsewhere.

Well, it's an IHOP... Like their chicken fajita omlette. Their chocolate pancake combo (can substitute bacon with turkey bacon) is even better (it comes with tasty hashbrowns)... Strawberries & Cream Crepes: My wife & sister liked it. New York Cheesecake Pancakes: Good.

Horrible horrible horrible!! Go to sherries this place is a joke.. Bad service bad management. Waited over an hour for food didn't check on out table people who came in after us were leaving and got their food before us. Found hair in food. They forgot one of our order.. If u want your mourning ruined then hey head to ihop. But the stress and crap we had to deal with was insane.. Horrible place will never come back.

GF wanted breakfast so we went to this place for food. I ordered the BLT and she had the breakfast sampler. The BLT wasn't bad at all. Lots of bacon (six) and it's wasn't bad at all. I ordered salad instead of fries. The general manager came by to drop off the salad that had Italian dressing. I ordered ranch and the table next to us that were there before we got there said that the salad was likely theirs. So he gave them the salad. Our food arrived before theirs did. So there is some expediting problems in the kitchen. The place wasn't busy at all and they still messed up another table. Anyways, I got my salad and I wished I ordered dressing on the side. I'm not sure why any business doesn't make this a regular practice but I don't think I need a gallon of ranch on my salad. It wasn't very pleasing at all and only ate what I can only muster down. Seems wasteful to throw so much down on leafs. Wouldn't a company not lose as much money if they put it on the side and not slope it all over the place? It's 24 hour food, it is what it is. I rather eat at Elmers.

A solid place for pancakes and bacon when you miss the downtown places. My boyfriend does not ever rise before 2pm so getting breakfast food (my favorite) can be a task. Luckily iHop provides breakfast food 24 hours a day. I had the 2x2x2 with bacon and eggs and pancakes. They had some really tasty Pecan syrup and the bacon was crisp. the eggs were ok, but really you cannot screw up eggs. The boy enjoyed his chicken fried steak and biscuits and gravy and was happily stuffed. Service was good overall. Taking a star off because their non-coffee drinks are spendy. $4 for a small apple juice? I could buy two cartons of it at Fred Meyer for that

Oh, the horror. How can you mess up pancakes? The quickest way to get on my bad side is to sneak bananas into my order. Our breakfast order was very simple, but accidents happen. To give them credit, once I pushed the plate across the table, the server corrected her error rather quickly. Still, the damage was done. Separate from that issue, IHOP is a two-star place. Prices are reasonable, you pretty much know what you are getting and it is just okay. My son was reasonably happy with his kids' meal (IHOP was his choice after all), but I think he would still put Shari's higher on his list for very similar food. His first choice was the Original Pancake House, but I really wasn't in the mood to wait in line. My bad.

I've gone here a couple of times. Haven't been impressed not once. Always slow service, forgetful of bringing things and it takes forever for them to seat you.

Had breakfast there today, the pancakes were OK, the coffee was terrible and the Ham and Cheese Omelette was the most try and tasteless egg product I have ever had the mis-fortune to put into my mouth. I could not eat it, pawned it off on my brother and he did not want it either. They are on my list of "never again" restaurants!

They say the pancakes are unlimited. They may be, but they never come back to serve you more, even if you call for them. The food does not look like the one on the pictures at all. It's actually pretty sad.

We eat here pretty regularly when it is late late at night and we want some good "home cooked" style food, so we typically are there at 9-11pm or so. At that time of night, there are usually not very many customers, but there is usually only one or two servers working. Most of them do pretty good keeping up, even when things get hectic, and our food has always been done right (even the odd requests of our 10 year old son). Our favorite dish is the sirloin tips (breakfast or dinner style), and that one is always perfect. Some of the other dishes aren't as good as I expected (I ordered a shrimp dish once and wanted cocktail sauce, but they don't have it, for instance, and I only like shrimp with the cocktail sauce - yeah, I'm picky like that), but I have never had a "bad" experience here. It is simple food, a simple experience and a decent price. Always a good choice late at night...but I've never been here at any other time! :)

It's an IHOP, not much more to say. I haven't had bad service here, nor has it been something to write home (or to Yelp) about.

Food was as to be expected for a 24 hour diner, I have not been here in a while and don't ever plan on returning. The food was meh and took way to long to cook for how slow it was. Over priced for quality and quantity. Only plus to this place is they are open 24/7 and they list the calories of the food (this will also make you to NOT want to eat about 70% of their menu)

I don't usually bitch and moan, but breakfast is serious stuff. I live close by and have frequented many times. Normally, you can't go wrong with an IHOP. The customer service I had today is wholly unacceptable. If you are willing to wait for inept service - go here. I'm not willing to wait 15 minutes to order while no one seems to care. Eventually. I had to leave without breakfast. Mentioning my issue on the way out was met with a "whatever". Of course, the food's always good if you're not interested in service.

For many, many years, I've been wanting to like ihop. Whether it be in Hawaii, Los Angeles, Denver, or wherever, I wanted to find something to like about this chain restaurant. Unfortunately, my quest to find something good about ihop continues, maybe to another state? Or maybe I'm doomed and just plain hate ihop? It started one Sunday morning when I was craving pancakes. I'm not a sweets kind of guy so I ususally settle on plain ol' buttermilk pancakes, but for some odd reason, this particular morning I wanted blueberry pancakes, without that blueberry syrup of course. So after waiting about 30 minutes to get seated, we had to wait another 10-12 minutes to even place our order. I made it crystal clear to the server that I DID NOT want the blueberry syrup on blueberry pancakes. She understood and took my order of a bacon and cheese omelette w/blueberry pancakes WITHOUT the blueberry syrup, or so I thought. After a very long wait--I was watching the paint on the wall dry and my beard start to grow--the food finally came out. It looked delicious! Nice piping hot omelette with golden hash browns and my blueberry pancakes WITHOUT blueberry syrup...YUM! So I start with the butter on the top of the short stack, then lift the pancakes to butter up the two other layers when I see the middle pancake smothered in blueberry syrup. The server actually hid the top pancake in the middle layer and wiped off whatever syrup she could from the cake! I could not believe my eyes!! She had the audacity to screw up my order and then try to hide the evidence in the middle not realizing that I will see it when I apply the butter! The blueberry syrup had seeped into the cake and there was no way I was going to get it out. It was way too sweet for my taste so I tossed that cake. I didn't want to say anything for fear of getting spit or other foreign things into my food so I left it as is. I've yet to have a good experience at any ihop I've ever been to, and I've been to many. Especially in Southern Cali, I always somehow ended up at one even against my will. The chain opened a couple of restaurants in Hawaii and I thought it would be better but it wasn't, to my dismay. Even while traveling, I always eat at ihop's for some odd reason, and here I am in Oregon and I've still yet to find something good about the chain. This trip was a do or die for me. I've given up on ihop and will never eat at another one again. It's unfortunate that such a large chain can be so bad yet flourish so well. Maybe my taste buds are different than 99.9% of the population, but I don't see how anyone could enjoy the food from this place?! I don't dish out 1 stars unless it's horrible, but sorry ihop, you get a 1 star from me this time around. Heck, if there were a zero or half star, that would be all you. So farewell ihop, you no longer exist in my life.

For an ihop it's doing pretty good. Te service is always very friendly. In the north side of the restaurant it gets very crowded on weekend mornings though. Also, avoid the bacon at all costs.

Go here once a week for a pre-work breakfast. The server is very good and is right on the money with our orders and service. The food is typical IHOP food, so if you like breakfast food, especially pancakes, then this place is as good as it gets.

The only reason why I'm not giving this 5 stars is because we waited awhile to be seated when there was no reason to not be seated right away but otherwise I loved it. I was doubtful about ordering the banana pudding pancakes but the first bite put all my worries to rest. Would I recommend giving this branch a try? Yes, because the food is good and the people are friendly.

We've been here quite a few times and the service is always hit or miss. The food is always good. This particular visit they ran out of lemonade and took it off our bill which was very nice of them. A good place to eat if everywhere else is closed and you fancy breakfast.

Awesome service from server Christina! Great personality! Made me laugh, even when I'm half asleep. I love this IHOP location, after years of great service and tasty food, I keep coming back.
best ihop ever!!! always great food & great service! you better be prepared to wait an hour or more to be seated on weekends during breakfast hours and another 30-60min to get your food, but it's definitely worth it!! i live 5 minutes from the hillsboro location and always make the drive here to the beaverton location!!!!

Don't go to an ihop on Sunday, the wait is forever, the service is horrible. My sisters and I were meeting our Grandma there and they rushed her and asked her if we were even coming. rude. we get there and the server automatically assumes we speak Spanish cause we look Hispanic... I take offense to that I look it but do not speak Spanish. The entire time he was rude, rushed and snappy. He rushed us as we were eating and quickly snatched my sisters plate next to me and reached over me and dipped his sleeve in my pancakes I hadn't gotten a chance to eat. Then at the end he looked at the receipt and was real chipper when he saw he actually got a tip.

IHOP is one of those chains that make you wonder: "Is it them, or me?"That is to say: Has my perception--both of food in general, and this place in particular--altered so drastically from the relatively lofty heights of yesteryear (here for the sake of argument, we'll peg IHOP's zenith, at least in my lil' microcosm, as the 80s and 90s), or has in fact their product quality collectively circled the drain since then, in a rush and a flush to join the likes of Denny's, McDonald's, Jack 'n' the Box, and other mass perpetrators of crimes against humanity, perpetually percolatin'in their heady, steamy little cesspool. I still don't consider IHOP as bad as the above noted, but less distinguishable from other middle--of-the-packers like Sherry's or Elmer's. Not all IHOPs are 24/7 (such as the other one in H-boro, by the airport), so I very much appreciate the ones that are, like this one tucked away in the little cul-de-sac on Regatta Ln, nestled between Popeye's, McD's, and a host of other fly-by-night operations that can't seem to catch on and find lasting success there, in the backwaters of Beaverton. For all the above clamor and perseveratin', I'm pleased to report you can still get a decent and more than passable fajita omellett (steak, chicken, or sometimes even shrimp) there at IHOP. The 24/7 means you can easily bypass the beautiful, the trendy, and the oh-so muy importante people. Leave the ridiculous, pretentious, spendy little brunch spots that have proliferated all over town in the past ten years or so for the tourists and ex-pat californians who support 'em and love 'em and keep moving here and opening. The quality control will have to consistently take a few more hits before i'm ready to join the herds and the long lines waiting for the trendy, socially acceptable and sustainable grub...

This IHOP experience was interesting.... Went here last Saturday to meet up with the family for lunch. I was running about 10 minutes behind and when I arrived they were already seated and had ordered. I quickly glanced at the menu and decided on the double cheeseburger with fries! We sat there for a good 30 minutes and nothing had arrived at the table... no drinks, food, or sides. I ask the waitress when the food will be ready and she kept saying, 'it's coming.' Hello! I'm sitting with a kids... hungry kids, which scares me. Finally, the food arrives 45 minutes later and it's served in random order. Some things missing here and there and mine is nowhere to be seen. I ask the waitress again if my burger is coming after the whole table is finished eating, I finally get my food. It was a F*d up mess in there. *It shouldn't take more than an hour to get everyone's food to the table when I watched four servers chatting by the front door and another four staring at the food lined up on the line. The manager was nice, but she tried to blame me for arriving late. Once again, I shouldn't complain because my parents' bought me lunch, but come on. Will I be back, um no. Only because it's in Beavertron, this experience sucked, and there are plenty of other places with food.

Don't waste your time and money here. The food is some of the worst breakfast available in the area. Cold tasteless country gravy Poached eggs that would pass for hard boiled. No warm maple syrup No jelly for the toast Thinnest bacon slices in town Lots of high sugar content foods Sorry but the only bright point was our cheery waitress.

Normally this place had never had a problem today though is a different story. Horrible service. Messed up orders more then once on the same order. Waited 45 minutes for one meal while everyone else in the restaurant got thiers. I will no longer be going here. T think this all started with waiting 20 minutes for a drink refill. Besides the drink refill I blame most everything on the kitchen the server was doing her best for being new. She was kind and very apologetic about the mess ups.

This visit to IHOP may convert me from the Denny's loyalist I am. Upon entering this clean establishment, I was greeted warmly by a young lady who seated me immediately and adjusted the shades for my comfort. My server, Jose was attentive and friendly. After putting my credit card in the folio, another server took the payment as Jose assembled a drink order. What teamwork! The food quality at this location is first rate. The scrambled eggs and ham were tasty. The pancakes were fluffy and consistent. A sugar-free syrup user, I was happy to see Smuckers--only 20 calories per serving! I left satisfied. Good food and service will bring me back to this IHOP.

Fast service. Food was hot. Kids loved it.

(2)Cheryl D.
(2)Cesar P.

(4)Michael M.
It's an IHOP, not much more to say. I haven't had bad service here, nor has it been something to write home (or to Yelp) about.
(3)Jake W.
(2)Randall T.

(1)Lindsay M.
For an ihop it's doing pretty good. Te service is always very friendly. In the north side of the restaurant it gets very crowded on weekend mornings though. Also, avoid the bacon at all costs.
(4)Steve K.
Go here once a week for a pre-work breakfast. The server is very good and is right on the money with our orders and service. The food is typical IHOP food, so if you like breakfast food, especially pancakes, then this place is as good as it gets.
(3)Noelle H.
(4)Cassie I.

IHOP saved our Christmas!! At 2 AM Christmas day, a water main in our community sprung a leak and we found ourselves without running water for the next 39 hours. So much for the Christmas feast I had planned for the two of us. Thus we found ourselves at IHOP for our Christmas meal. The place was packed. The décor was seasonally cheerful and festive. The waitstaff was top-notch despite the fact they obviously were working on Christmas Day. The food was hot and comforting, which was exactly what I needed to calm my water-less nerves. Thank you IHOP for being there in our time of need!
(5)Brian S.
best ihop ever!!! always great food & great service! you better be prepared to wait an hour or more to be seated on weekends during breakfast hours and another 30-60min to get your food, but it's definitely worth it!! i live 5 minutes from the hillsboro location and always make the drive here to the beaverton location!!!!

(1)Shawn B.

If you wanted extremely poor quality food, and wait 40 minutes of you valuable time for breakfast this is you choice FOOD IS TERRIBLE, never return.

It's IHOP ... What else is there to say? Good breakfast . Decent prices , terrible coffee.
(3)Mara C.
Horrible service. Asked for a booster seat twice and never got it. Found a piece of hair in our food and our waitress didn't even bother asking if we wanted anything different nor did she ever check up on us. Will never come here again!
