I was introduced to Peppermill by a really good friend from bowling. He said I know where they have excellent salads!! He was right!! The salads @ this sports bar are Awesome!!! I will definitely tell my friends & family. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu!!

Absolute worst service I've experienced. Brought the wrong drinks, no water, hour wait time, and the server continually sighed like she was bored. We won't be back.

BE CAREFUL! THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU! I live in aloha, and thought I'd give this place a try. After ordering, the food came fairly quickly. The food was fairly good, but nothing really amazing. The service was awful. Beyond taking my order, I never saw the waitress again. She never bothered to refill my drink. When it came time to leaving the ticket, she just casually walked by and left it on my table without saying a word. She also did something extremely misleading. While ordering, the waitress asked "Would you like bacon or sausage?" Implying it was included in the meal. When I got the ticket however, I found an added $3 charge, saying it was extra. I really wanted to stay and complain to the manager about it, but I had other things to do.

Having lived in Aloha for a little over a year now, we hungry Sunday afternoon brunch-seekers (myself, hubby and 17 year old son) set out to try the Peppermill restaurant. We've driven past it's humble strip mall location on many an occasion, always thinking (well, I was anyway) "we should give that place a try one of these days" and finally that day arrived. It was a late brunch.. say around 3pm. We were only one of three tables with diners sat at them, then that number decreased to 1. The hubby and I enjoyed awesome bloody Marys from the bar (POINTS for being able to enjoy a bloody with brunch!) I scored because I got double pickled green beans and olives (hubby gets points for not being a fan of pickled things!) I added a ton of Tabasco and black pepper to mine, but that's what I normally do.. love the bite! We were a little confused by the menu, but discovered by asking our friendly waitress, that breakfast was still being served. Woo hoo! I had the chicken fried steak with eggs and hash browns. Hubby had some kind of Spanish omelet with fluffy pancakes and the boy had coconut french toast. All turned out to be delicious selections. The food arrived before I'd even made a dent in my bloody Mary! The portions are ample and fairly priced. The food all tasted delicious and freshly prepared. In addition to being attentive to us, the staff were having fun.. joking around and laughing. We love that. Happy people serving wonderful food. We'll most definitely be back.. this might become our regular brunch spot! Keep up the good work guys, you're doing it right!

Let us talk about the bar instead of the restaurant. The restaurant closes too early and the other half becomes a neighborhood bar at nights. With copper countertops at the bar, they are equiped with almost everything. The walls are designed with sports memorabilias and flat screens. There are three pool tables and video poker machine by the door. The bartenders are friendly and nice. The food (bar food) isn't bad at all. The crowd is a neighborhood crowd so don't expect anything swanky. Nobody cares what you wear, but ofcourse, something nice would always be appreciated. (not prom night nice but street clothes nice). fun loving people beware. the cops & olcc (why? i don't know) often drops by. we are in beaverton. what do you expect?! (well, i honestly can't tell why they are always within 500-1000 feet of a bar). fights? i haven't witnessed any. this is a fairly new bar (or newly renovated). so, it tells something about the crowd as well. decent and well behaved.

Haters gonna hate! The Peppermill turned out to be a really great find for us! It doesn't profess to be a fancy sit-down restaurant, it's a neighborhood diner, so of COURSE all the foodies are over here throwing out one and two-star ratings like they're Alton Brown or Gail Simmons! I had the special which was a monster-sized chicken-fried steak with creamy homestyle mashed taters and steamed veggies. It was awesome! As far as diner food goes, the CFS made other restaurants taste like an old retread tire. It was flavorful, well breaded, and fried to crispy golden deliciousness. My better half ordered a roasted garlic burger with fries. While the burger was not as garlicky as she had hoped (our ONLY complaint about our trip to this joint), she enjoyed her meal immensely, and we have both sworn to return to tackle some of their amazing looking breakfast fare. The whole thing was under $20 for the both of us, and we were both extremely pleased. Don't come to the Peppermill expecting a duck leg confit with risotto and seasonal greens. Come here for a burger and fries or some homestyle pot roast.

My wife and I ordered the Chicken fried steak and the Cowboy burger. The portion sizes are generous. The sweet potato fries are amazing and the burger is very tasty. I have had chicken fried steak in many places and it is very good here. I would have given 5 stars but there service is a bit slow which really is not a big deal. They just need another server or 2.

Reasonable prices, attentive service, typical foods.

Been going to peppermill for years, seat your self no need to wait on hostess. Coffee will be served within minutes, fast friendly service. This is not a four star restaurant , nor us it giving away free food (dude if your kid eats he should pay) This is a great place to grab a paper and have a nice plate of bacon and eggs, expect the place to be packed on weekends especially in the early am. Great mom and pop food for lunch and dinner. Regular buffets on special days 7/21/2011 Updating my review, i go there every weekend, service is great as always, coffee cup gets filled and refilled quickly. I really like the place, free wifi, dont feel rushed, can read on ipad while chilling. Waitress always remembers my orders Cons, gets busy on weekends, ( that may be a sign that people love the place)

This is a gem of a restaurant. We have never been disappointed with anything we've ordered. Today, I had the chicken fried steak and eggs and it was amazing. My husband had their chicken fajita salad and said it was fresh and would come back anytime for that salad. We've had in the past their traditional turkey sandwich which is great, as well as the hot turkey sandwich. It is a restaurant with $5 bottomless mimosas over the weekend and the orange juice tastes like it is fresh squeezed! I love that you can upgrade to tater tots for a small surcharge with any meal. The wait staff is helpful and friendly every time we've come in. The only sad thing is that they aren't open later on Sundays because sometimes you just want some good home style meals for Sunday dinner. Their prices are reasonable and the only reason that this is a hidden gem is that people don't realize it exists because it is on the side of the shopping plaza. But, once you find it you will make it a normal stomping ground. :)

I heard great things about the food and atmosphere. Tried to bring in my buddy, but he can't chew his food due to his disability. I called ahead, but lady on phone was rude and said we don't serve people with disabilities. Then I found out new owners are not as cool as old owners. Stay away unless you support discrimination.

Peppermill is just average food as far as breakfasts are concerned. Tried most everything on the menu. Keep going here because many of my elderly friends make me go there. Service has always been nice. Kindof old fashioned bland food. Lunches are also bleh. Dinner was decent, but nothing like Sharis good (and that's not saying alot) Place def could use updating.

The bartender guy max I believe his name was completely rude on taco Tuesday he needs a attitude adjustment i was making a joke that my id was fake and mind you I'm 33 and look it, he threatened to throw me out we waited 40 min for tacos had to ask where they were and walla tacos and came back to us at the end, never any other time there are other workers standing around I mean how hard is it to make tacos and it wasn't busy. Don't go here....

Had read / heard about this place & wanted to try it out today. Great place and the waitress was very friendly!! I really enjoyed breakfast here, one of the better places for breakfast. We tried this place on Sat before heading out to a weekend adventure. I really wanted to get get up for breakfast and have my two eggs, hash browns and eggs. My BF wanted to get the ham, sausage and pancakes, it was delicious, not a thing left on my plate. I would definitely come back here. My friend tooted this place for the longest time saying it had the best breakfasts, he wasn't joking. When I eat my hash browns and eggs, I always get my eggs sunny side up and then eat the white all the around the egg so only the yolk is left. I put it on my toast, take a bite and let the yolk run into my hash browns. OH yes, so heavenly. Very satisfied. Was a bit early for me to have beverages, but oh was it yummy as ever. Did I mention how yummy it was? A must try for anyone that hasn't been here.

We go here all the time. The food is consistently good and the service is great. It's a place that's been around for many years and therefore has a faithful following of older folks, but plenty of younger folks too. The added bonus is that it's so close to home! Breakfast is served all day, and while I've only had something off the lunch menu a couple times, both times have been great. Friday nights during the summer are a fun time to go, as there is sort of an impromptu car show, there are many hot rod and old car enthusiasts that kind of take over the parking lot nearby, so you can check out some cool old rides and finish off with dinner. Well worth the trip!

This is a great neighborhood bar. Quick, friendly staff. Tastey drinks. Bar staff usually remembers you after two visits. Had the club quesadilla or BLT quesadilla. It was pretty good with a lot of ingredients... And cheese. The chicken was still cold in the middle but it was ok.

I had lived in the area and first stumbled into the bar during one of the snow storms, when you couldn't drive anywhere. It turned out to be a great place for inexpensive food and drinks. Omg, the drinks are so strong and the food is so good. It's like home style cooking, unhealthy but delicious. It kind of draws a weird crowd and plays terrible music but the pros out weigh the cons. Enough so to make me a regular.

Good food, good people, nice bar!

Love the smoked mozzarella burger! YUM! Service is always good BUT I dont LOVE eating in the "all ages" side..makes me feel a little old. I think last time we went to that side (the kids were with us)we happened upon the early bird.... BUT the bar is a great neighborhood bar, clean and quick to serve! GREAT BLOODY's!

Came here for the first time on a Friday night. Recently moved into the area and I didgn't know how this place was going to be. Came in at 9:30pm. Place was crowded but we got seatings. Drinks are stiff, food was good and people kept asking us if we needed service; overall service was excellent. They deserve a higher rating. I enjoyed this place very much and there are darts and pool. My bf and I got the 1/2 sized nacho and my friend got the turkey sandwich, everything was good; food came out fast. Cheap food! Give this place a shot!! Well worth it and I will be back!:)

This place was absolutely terrible. The waitress kinda just threw drinks down on the table as if she was angry. The food took F-O-R-E-V-E-R to get there (seriously. I'm generally a patient person, but it was like 30-40 minutes for eggs and stuff. COME ON!). It was the nastiest french toast I've ever eaten. Greasy, barely warm, flavorless, no cinnamon...It made my tongue cry. If I hadn't been so hungry, I wouldn't have eaten it.

Decent food. Nothing exciting about the menu. Inexpensive. Great service.
(3)Dennis D.
Decent place for breakfast. The sports bar lounge is a great place to hang out. The night we went there, there was only one one person running bar and waiting tables. As more and more regulars filed in the service was slowed downed considerably. But the lady bartender and cook did their best to handle the patrons. They were extremely friendly and did a fantastic job. Menu is priced reasonably and they accept restaurant.com vouchers even for drinks!!!!
(4)Brian M.
So breakfast buffet for the Triumph club is held here. For several previous years it was a decent breakfast. But they recently increased prices from $7.95 to $8.95.....now they want to charge a 4 year old child the same as an adult? Doesn't seem to make sense. When a friend brought it up to the manager he got kind of snooty about it.

The service at The Peppermill Restaurant was weak and unprofessional. At a breakfast establishment like this, I at least expect to be able to differentiate the staff from the guests. The staff was pretty much wearing street clothes, dressed down compared to the average guest. As for the service: We were asked what we wanted to drink, then she took our order, brought the food and the check at the same time, and never came back. I even placed my empty cup at the edge of the table to see if she would notice, but to no avail. The food was pretty good, but not much different than a Sharri's or Denny's. They need a much bigger and more unique menu to call themselves a breakfast joint. I will not be returning to this establishment.

We had breakfast here on a recent visit with the inlaws. The food was actually very good and came with big hearty sized portions. Our family ordered different items such french toast, swedish pancakes, omelets, sausage, ham, hashbrowns, ect....and there were no complaints, just happy stomachs. The "ambiance" is not that great (the decor was stuck in the pastel colors of the 80's)....but who really cares about "ambiance" at 7-8am in the morning?

I love eating here and mostly for their delicious breakfast. The waiters are always friendly and the environment is pleasant.

After ordering bowls of soup and full chef salads for almost EVERY FRIDAY for the last year or so. Today I ordered the same only instead of receiving A FULL BOWL OF SOUP LIKE I PAID FOR, we received 2 CUPS OF SOUP with not 1 POTATO in EITHER OF THEM and barely enough ranch dressing for 1 salad. When I called to complain I was given a crappy excuse about a change in take out cup size...nope have a couple in recycling now and there the same size and no nothing about no potatoes. I am returning the food now and will never be eating here again.

Back to Peppermill for breakfast this morning. I had the Triple Berry Sweedish ( it was spelled that way on the white board) pancake special, with scrambled eggs and bacon. Good, although there was too much berry compote liquid and not quite enough whole berries, it was still tasty. Princess had a grilled ham and cheese ( ok, did I mention we slept in?it was about noon) and french fries. Also half of one of my pancakes, and some of my bacon, and chocolate milk. She was happy. Her bread was a little dark, but she dissected the sandwich anyway (as usual) and ate the contents... she's odd like that. Think Wednesday Adams meets Dakota Fanning, that's Princess. Princess' dad had a Western Omelet ( peppers, onions, ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese) and hash browns, wheat toast. His omelet had the ingredients all through the egg, rather than inside the folded egg, you know what I mean? like a folded over frittata more than a traditional omelet. He said it wasn't bad, just kinda odd. Coffee good, server nice, water refilled when asked... still a decent morning choice after a grumpy Saturday. (don't ask). Breakfast makes us happy. Or, er, happier.

Food wasn't the best they had one guy working at the time I went in. He had s terrible attitude and acted like I was bothering him. Wasn't impressed with the food either my bun was soggy. I asked for no tomatoes and they ended up putting them on regardless of what I said.
(2)Sean A.
NO MORE!! Inconsistent rude service! We order the same to go order almost every Friday. Today we get shorted soup and dressing, we call and are given some excuse and BS explanation. It will be Reedville cafe or Hales from now on. The food is just as good if not better but better service for sure! I will never understand how restaurants can be ok with loosing business! All they had to do was offer us cups of soup for our next visit. $4-5 food cost for them instead they choose to loose $600 or more a year in sales from us. Not a good business plan and it shows where their priorities are!

6/15, time for an update: I have eaten here several times in the past few months and have been pleasantly surprised. Perhaps they have a new Chef. The service is always spot on. Their Fish and Chips is excellent and their Burgers are pretty darn good. I decided to have our Mom's Celebration of Life Luncheon here and they did a fantastic job. I spoke to the Manager and she was very responsive and made sure it went off without a hitch. They have a separate room in the back for large parties and it is closed off from the main restaurant so it is private. We had about 23 people attend and they did a great job. They had linen tablecloths available and set the room up with the tables in a U shape, it worked out perfectly. They provided a table for photos and such as well. They Waitress who was in charge of our party did an excellent job remembering who ordered what and drinks were refilled promptly. The food came out hot and tasty, everyone was very happy with their meal choices from breakfast to salads to burgers and pasta. I had the Beef Stroganoff and it was delicious,, a couple of beef bites were a bit livery but overall very tasty. The food was wonderful and the service was outstanding, very satisfied.
(4)Bertha S.
Good food for a good price. Great atmosphere on the weekends. Friendly bartenders. The only cons are sometimes the service can be pretty slow and I recommend sticking with beer as the mixed drinks are not amazing. This is a great place to go for Happy Hour or a quick burger!
(4)Viking Z.
The sports bar is fantastic! Inexpensive and great tasting food in large quantities. Large, tasty, afforable drinks. Plus the people are a lot of fun. Great place to hang, play pool, darts and to watch sports. Only bad part are the smokers near the front door. The wings on Sundays are only 50 cents each and very tasty. I had 20!

Good Bar food and friendly staff. We've been coming here for about 3 years and everything is well priced.
