Disappointed :( I had a #4 Bento (teriyaki chicken and orange chicken) while the teriyaki was decent the orange chicken was.. Weird... I don't even know how to describe what I was tasting...I'm not sure if it's cooked fresh, or held, or of the oil is old, but there is just a weird taste and it's somewhat dry. Service was ok, the "salad" that comes with the meal is good, it's one of my favorite parts of this meal. If/when I come back I won't do anything fried.

Teriyaki chicken is always good.Like the side salads and cream cheese puffs. Service is okay.Get wrong order sometimes, and never A receipt. Kids meals are very good, say my wallet and kids. Beverages are overpriced like a lot of other places. Always out of orange chicken.Or I would rate higher. If we want Teriyaki chicken I go here and pay more.If not we go to Panda Express more often now.

I ordered menu #3 item #4 which was chicken teriyaki and orange chicken. It came with lettuce that did not look fresh . The orange chicken was absolutely Terrible. Tasteless and it looked like either it was over cooked or old. Either way I will never eat at this place again. I normally never eat at any place that is rated less than 4 stars. This place was 3 stars. I am being generous with a 2 star rating as the service was quick and the chicken teriyaki was just so so.

This place seemed very american, and service was lacking. Came here with a good sized group of 6. When we got there the restaurant was pretty full, but we found a table and sat down. Within 10 minutes the place cleared out, as the lunch rush was ending. Options are very american, didn't see any chopsticks. Just forks and soy sauce at the table. Asked for sriracha, they didn't have any. Our group ordered a few different things, each person getting their own bowl. People mostly got chicken teriyaki or spicy chicken. After waiting about 25 minutes for food, the food came out. All of it came out at the same time, except for mine. Not wanting to cause a fuss, I waited a few minutes. I had been the first to order, a simple chicken teriyaki bowl which came with steamed rice and cabbage. After about 5 minutes, we asked the waitress if there was still another coming. She said she would go check on it. She came back and said it was almost out. After about another 10 minutes, my food came out. By then almost everyone had finished their food, and I was just starting mine. It wasn't bad, but a very simple chicken teriyaki. Not somewhere I would go again, I can make it all from scratch and have it in half the time and save a few bucks.

Went today for the first time. Somehow they lost my order. I was curious once my friend who ordered before me for her food. I had 3 hungry kiddos at the table. Then the girl taking my order proceeded to tell me I forgot to take my number. I said I was not given a number. The point she said I forgot really irritated me. But the other point is it doesn't matter if I didn't take the number if the food was made they should have called out the number. So obviously it was lost and never made. I asked for a discount or a free meal and they said they couldn't do that. So when I asked for the manager/owners card she said that was not available and I would have to keep calling. Unless I am given a meal or a reimbursement I will never go back. To bad.

We came here almost exactly a year ago on a Saturday at the same time and the service was friendly, food was good, and relatively quick. Today, we waited over 30 minutes to get our food and it was cold. My orange chicken was so dried out it crumbled and was super grease soaked. not to mention, my son had a stomach ache afterwards. Disappointed all around. Should have asked for a refund.

I asked for a vegetable stir fry and got a plate of fried cabbage. My daughter and I call it: Gag Gag Teriyaki.

Nothing special. The chicken I got looked slightly under as well...not worth my $9.00 which is a drag because I went here last year and the food was not as bad.

I asked for 1 chicken and 1 veggie yakisoba bowl. They brought 2 chicken bowls with extra veggies. I told him I only ordered one veggie and one chicken he rolled his eyes and took it back. He brought the same bowl out without the chicken on top. There was chicken still in it I didn't ask them to just pick it out I could have done that myself?! I wasn't trying to be rude there are health reasons I can not have chicken and it is not my fault you didn't listen to my order. I found it very rude and felt they treated me poorly for just picking the chicken out probably won't be coming back for a while which is a bummer for them because we drive from a different town and used to refer friends here quite often.

Always quick service and food is great. Spicy Chicken with extra rice is what I always get so I guess I don't know much about the others, but my fiancee loves the orange chicken. Never had a problem, and the servers are always super friendly. Great place to grab a meal.

This was my first time here and meh sums it up completely. I was in at noon and waited about 15 minutes, but several people that came in after me received their orders before I did. For the size of the portions, I felt it was over priced, also surprisingly bland. I expected more. Probably will not return or recommend.

One of mine and my sons favorite places in Albany for lunch. Chicken is fantastic, much better then toki and re service is great. They are always busy when I go and the staff is always friendly and working their butts off with a smile

Been here countless times. Good selection. A little crammed but somewhat relaxing environment.

I have been to this location and the one in Salem, I will never go back to the Salem location. The taste difference is so dramatic, I love the food here in Albany. I could barely get the food down in Salem.

The food is quick and decent. If you want asian food during a quick lunch break this a good spot to go. Also, during sunny weather you can sit outside.

20 minutes seems pretty excessive to get food in a teriyaki place.

I've been here a few times. I wasn't incredibly impressed with the food, because it tasted a lot like something I would cook. It's not that I'm a bad cook or anything, but when I go out, I would really prefer to eat something that is something I can't really reproduce at home, otherwise I would just...make it at home and save money, you know? Anyway, I was tempted to give LLT two stars, because "meh" really sums up my feelings for this place, but since the portions are pretty big for the price, the employees are friendly, and I've always had a pleasant time dining here, I thought it was fair to bump it up a bit. (Besides which, my feelings are based on something pretty biased, so you may enjoy the food a lot more than I did.)

WARNING: DO NOT GET SUSHI HERE. worst sushi I've ever had in my life. looked unappetizing. tasted bad. very poorly made. way too much rice. not much flavor. absolutely horrendous. I was very very very very upset and couldn't believe I paid for such crappy food. I wish I took a picture of the food just to show you how bad it was. unbelievable. ---------------------------------- On the plus side: My bf loves this place (Salem location). I always seem to order the worst dish off the menu whenever we go to a new restaurant, ughhh. I haven't tried their other dishes, but my bf says they have delicious stuff. Maybe I'll try again some other time and order a more reputable dish.

Excellent service, from hardworking local people! Both guys that work the counter have always been courtious, efficient, and friendly to me! They remember me and I only eat there perhaps once a month. I highly recomend eating there. I usually get a freshly made california roll and a spicy teriaki bowl. I also enjoy the Gyoza and the salads look great but haven't tried one yet!

We eat here often (1-4 times a month). Love it!! The food is always fresh, great prices and fast friendly service!!

Had a teriyaki soba noodle bowl. Quality of meat was subpar and noodles were very greasy. Left kinda hungry. Very skippable.
(2)Tammy T.
I had a fantastic asian rice noodle salad with tofu. The greens were super fresh and yummy as well as the noodles and tofu. Fast, friendly service too.
