If you go for the pho then I would rate this place at about 3 stars. If you come for the Chinese or Vietnamese food then I would rate it at about 4 stars. Overall it gets a 3 star because pho is the main item that you would order based on the name. I have been here maybe a half dozen times and the food has been fresh and hot when served. The people are friendly here. They have many varieties of pho to choose from. I like to get the veggie pho. They put lots of veggies in it.

I wouldn't order the sushi here. But the pho and Udon are good for sure. I'll be coming back! Recommended for a lot of dishes and service.

Pho Vy is a hidden treasure in Yukon. My family eats here at least once a week. The food never disappoints! Pho is always delicious. My favorite is the pho tai. My husband always gets the chicken curry. I definitely recommend whatever sushi roll is on special. The owner is a very nice woman who never forgets to greet everyone. Great place to eat!

Amazing wait staff, they were very polite & attentive to our table. Food was delicious, when I get pho at other places I usually run out of meat & am left with just noodles. Not this place, I got down to the broth & still had some brisket left. All around awesome experience! We found our new Pho place!

We ended up here after Pho Hieu was unexpected closed on a Satutday due to family emergency. We found great service in a nice clean environment. The Pho was good. But NOT great. It was rather bland and lacked the explosive flavor we've become accustomed to at Pho Hieu.

I found this restaurant by asking Siri. I was craving Pho and didn't know where to go. The pho here was fabulous!! I asked for a small serving, but the bowl was huge and stuffed with noodles, brisket, and meatballs. I ordered the combo. I shamelessly ate the entire bowl. The place is small, quiet, and very clean. The price was also very good. I will keep coming here. I gave it 5 stars because it is exactly what I was looking for in a pho restaurant.

Worst pho I've ever had. The broth was very fatty and there was something sweet added to it cinnamon or sugar. I don't like pho to smell like cinnamon toast. On top of that it was relatively expensive, another quality that normally inconsistent with the cuisine. The Vietnamese summer rolls were hot and the peanut sauce had a burnt flavor. We picked up to go. None of the broth was packaged properly so half of it ended up on my car seat. My wife and I made it 1/4 of the way thru the meal before deciding to put it away and succumb to hunger.

This was our first time to eat at Pho Vy and won't be our last. We started with a spicy salmon roll. Yum! My shrimp pad Thai was perfect. My husband enjoyed the special, Thai scallops. His plate was clean. The service was superb and the manager made sure we enjoyed our meal. Finally a good Asian restaurant in Yukon.

I want this restaurant a 5 but the contrast between cuisines is night and day. I know it is Yukon Oklahoma and that every Asian restaurant has to serve "Chinese" food and "sushi" to survive, so they are going to have to step it up. They have a huge menu. Very much like lido in the Asian district of okc. Maybe they should just stick to one style they do best and create a great Asian specialty restaurant focused on one cuisine. Great Vietnamese food ***** 5 star. Pho is wonderful and broth is very full and rich. The variety of spring rolls are very well done in (Shrimp, pork, chicken and veggie) Bad Chinese food * 1 star. Everything was overly sweet. The fried rice and egg drop soup tasted like they had sugar and nutmeg added. The sesame beef was so sweet it almost hurt my teeth. The Korean short ribs were under seasoned and not seared correctly.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The sushi was delicious and my husband enjoyed his curry chicken. Definitely better than Tokyo moon.

Good new local Vietnamese pho place. Has regular Chinese fare for the less adventurous and a small selection of sushi. We had pho, bun bo hue, and a crispy lion king roll. Pho was pretty good although meat could be more tender. Bun bo hue needed a bit of salt but was good. Sushi roll was pretty good. Will try the vermicelli bowl next time and perhaps the Pad Thai. Servers were attentive and helpful. Place is nice and clean with a modern vib.

Had the sesame chicken, hot and sour soup and egg rolls all tasted great. Their Pho smelled and looked awesome. I would definitely recommend it.

My husband and I ate here today and loved this place. We had the chicken pho and it was excellent. We met the chef and she was so friendly and concerned about whether or not we were pleased with our order. She gave us a 10% discount since it was our first visit and we also had free hot tea. We for sure will be back often.

Tried for the first time today. Had their Spider Roll and hot and sour soup. Everything tasted wonderful. The atmosphere is very fun and will be a place that I will go back to regularly.

Not as good as my favorite place, but not too shabby either! The spicy pho ga didn't come with a different broth, as other places offer... just the original. But it was still yummy.

Have eaten there three times and every time everything we had was good. Small place, casual atmosphere, good service.

Our usual pho place was closed for a family emergency. Now we had our own. This craving for soupy savory Sriracha infused goodness was not going away. Just a short drive away we found a way to save the night and my kitchen from disaster. The huge menu and then final fun choices from appetizers through dinner fare for both adults and children included Sushi, crispy spring rolls, fried rice, Pho, and more. I'm not just recommending this place. I'm demanding you come here and tell me I'm right. That it's not just ok but a stop you will want to make weekly. Maybe call me up and buy me a dinner here with you because I dropped it on your dining radar. No reservations needed.

Delicious! And we didn't even get the pho! Curried chicken and veggies and combination lo mein. Great flavor, although could have a little more spice for my liking. Also had the crab rangoons, not spectacular..just a little over cooked. We will return!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
