After 2 weeks on the road Pho Hieu was a delicious and refreshing change from the usual road trip fare. The Pho was wonderful, fresh and authentic. The fresh spring rolls were wonderful. Service was excellent.

We really love having a pho restuarant in the area! They have a great menu and service. The portions are large, so come with an empty stomach.

The food here is very good. They have added new items such as sushi rolls which are pretty tasty for a pho restaurant. Service is friendly, but has been on the slow side. Lately it's been very slow. Waited 40 minutes to get our fresh spring roll and shrimp tempura appetizers. Waited around another 30 minutes for our pho with it never coming out. Sadly left without having our pho. The business seems to be thriving, but doesn't seem like they are ready to handle it. Hopefully they will add cooks and servers to keep up with the business they are getting.

Not only great pho but a great place as well. A little out of the way from OKC but sometimes you have to do a little traveling to find good food. Its a small place with the usual decor and ethnic background music, nothing special or outstanding other than the food. The shrimp summer roll are delicious, the prefect size to keep your mouth watering for more and the pho is excellent because you realize none of the condiments are required once you take that first sip. You may have to wait a while because they tend to get busy every time I go but you can't rush good food and the wait is definitely worth the time ( and appetizer)!

Here's the thing about Pho - its all about the broth. The spices all put together to make one amazing concoction of flavors that are nested in the noodles and meat. This broth is kinda dull and the meat is always overcooked. Its fine - it'll do - but its not the best. You get a big huge bowl for your money which is good but again... not the best
