This is a decent place too eat. The atmosphere is casual and nothing fancy. The food is similar. The waitstaff is kind of hit and miss, so you never really know what your going to get. I do like the grilled meatloaf, the chopped sirloin, the buttermilk fried chicken, and the wheelhouse burger. The peanuts are always good as well.

Ok, walked in and was told it would be 5-10minutes. 19 minutes later we are seated. By this time I had already gotten a drink from the bar and looked at the menu. Ordered our food within minutes of sitting down. An hour later... Literally an hour later food arrives. One meal is missing the cheese... On the bacon CHEESE burger, by the time we got the attention of the waiter, and then got the cheese, burger is cold... Just not a good experience... At all

It was good for what it was, we weren't expecting a lot. The steaks were cooked at the correct temperature and they were good. We did however order two glasses of red wine that was served warm. When we asked about them we were told that the bartender said they serve it warm. Someone needs to inform him of the correct way. Our waitress was fantastic and made the entire experience a good one

One star because it wouldn't let me give less. Easter Sunday visit. Three of us, ordered an appetizer, mozzarella sticks, they were out of marina but didn't tell us that until they brought them to the table. We all ordered buttermilk chicken, it was overcooked, to the point the chicken was not easily cut, it shredded with the knife. The gravy was watery. My French fries were stale and it was obvious they had sat in a bin or under a warming light for quite awhile. My daughter and I did not eat more than three bites of our chicken. My husband ate all of his, but he will eat anything. Manager came by and asked us how our meal was, I told him it was not good and we were cutting the remaining chicken up to take home to our dogs. He said he was sorry our experience was not good and walked away. So, we paid 53.47 -59.00 when you add the tip, for food that will feed our dogs. I don't need food for free, I make a nice living and eat out a lot. What I needed was good food that I was willing to pay for. What good does it do to go by a table and ask how the food was, if you do nothing to make it better when it wasn't good. I'd rather you not even come by an ask. I won't be back there for a very long time, if ever.

So the service was a little slow but to the girls defense she did have two 9 tops that were sat 10 minutes apart if that. That in mind the service was a little slow. There were three manager types that stopped by to check on us near our bill time and I was kinda amazed they didn't help get the bar stuff out quicker.. We may have drank more... The girl did a good job, brought us everything we asked for... I tried something new and I am hoping the one at home is just as good. I was a bit amazed at their prime rib... Going to have to get that again. All and all it's a standard Logan's. Nothing over the top, just like the one at home..they got good steaks and beer, what more could you ask for...

The service here is absolutely horrible. It took 40 minutes to get out food and 20 minutes to get a refill on my tea. Mind you the pitcher was 5 feet away from our table. It also took 20 minutes to get a to go box!!!! Mind you it was not busy and there were only 8 tables filled with three waitresses. The food is subpar and the sweet potato fried are disgusting. I left half of my plate full, which I never do. Don't come here.

I had a great time at Logan's tonight, halloween. Our hostess spoke with us a bit about our son and the fun of the holiday. They promptly took our order and everything came out perfectly timed as well as the right temperatures. Had a great time there tonight. Thanks for the awesome service and food.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. I usually get the Onion Brewski (steak served on top of beer marinated grilled onions), topped with onion ring strips/blue cheese, and a loaded sweet potato. The flavors are great together, and I've yet to be disappointed.

Came on a Monday evening. Not too busy but took over 45 minutes to get our food. When we did finally get it, fries were cold and entree was just okay. Could tell all meals had just sat under the heat lamp the entire time we waited. Probably won't return to this location.

Enjoy coming here several times a year. Staff is usually friendly and the service is usually quick. Seating was fast this time. Have several new teas to try. Strawberry is my favorite now. Usually load up on the bread which is always yummy even if its over cooked. Steak tonight was so juicy. Hardly ever leave room for desert. Thanks for the yummy food!

Our experience at this location was not too great. In Yukon we are somewhat limited in our selection of restraunts, so we decided to give this place a try. The staff was friendly, but the food didn't really appeal to our taste buds. My wife got a fish dish that was sub-par, and I wasn't impressed with my steak. The flavor just wasn't really there, and I didn't really enjoy it that much. We went here becasue it was close, and somewhere that we hadn't tried yet, but I do not see us going back anytime soon. The drinks were not inexpensive either, I had a draft beer, and my wife tried one of their specialy drinks. In the end, the specialy drink was almost as expensive as one of the entre's, and too sweet for my wife to finsih. Epic fail in my book, I'll definitely keep on cruising by next time my stomach is growling and I don't want to go far from home!

My girlfriend used to work here so I took the kids one Saturday. I got the New York Strip. Ordered medium came medium well. No big deal, tasted okay. My boys got steak tips that were hard as a rock. They took care of it and took it off the bill. Food was alright, but the staff was great.

Went for my birthday. Ordered 8oz filet, try to give me an 8oz sirloin. Others in my party were done when I received my filet. It was uncooked in middle, supposed to be med rare. Sent it back, came back over cooked in some areas and still well undercooked in middle. Sent it back. Didn't get to eat. It was taken off and they did seem apologetic, however I won't be back.

I've eaten here quite a bit as it is close to my residence, as well as a home improvement store, hotels, and a nice movie theater. I prefer other establishments when it comes to getting a steak dinner but this particular location is much more convenient, and has offered some great food at decent prices. As a whole, you can't go wrong with this location and its waitstaff. I have had some minor issues with poor cuts of meat and sometimes undercooked steaks and pork chops, but if you get the loaded sweet potato, all of your concerns will go away :). I did experience a very very poor cut of meat during one visit and the manager acted like it was "normal" for that cut of meat to be filled with that much fat and gristle. As a beef producer, I didn't agree. You can't blame the restaurant entirely, but you can definitely point the finger at the processor and the cook who selected this cut. After going back and forth with the undercooked steak and poor quality, he did finally remove my meal from the ticket, but it was a complete hassle. My meals since this time have been acceptable, but again, I question their beef supplier as the steaks seem to be less "tasty" than say Outback, Cattlemen's, or Texas Roadhouse. Good atmosphere, good attentive waitstaff, and great beer selection. It get's pretty loud in here when they get busy but overall, it's a quality restaurant you can enjoy.
