Always count on Carlitos for excellent chicken fajitas. They are pleasant and timely with their orders and ready to make sure you have everything you need. Tip: it is a small building so be prepared for a tight fit if you choose to eat in. Enjoy !!

This place isn't bad, but it's not great either. I would say it is just your average Mexican place. They do have gigantic burritos and their Mexican tacos are good. Everything else I have tried was again, good but not GREAT. The wait staff is usually very friendly.

Carlito's is our go to for Mexican in Yukon! Chile Relleno is top notch. Good selection from steaks to seafood with south of the border flair, burritos, chimis, enchiladas. Good, but watery, salsa. Waitstaff is average to slightly better. Cleanliness/restrooms are on the low side of average. Kid's menu has the Mexican usuals plus some picky eater friendly items.

I'm literally sitting here in the restaurant and I just got my entree. I could not wait to rave about how great this place is. First, whoever they have mixing the drinks is magic. I got a tequila sunrise and my boyfriend got a Negri modelo. Both amazing. The salsa is great; spicy with a great flavor. The queso takes a minute to appreciate, but it was delicious. The service is fantastic. Can't wait to try their deserts!

Hands down best mexican restaurant in yukon and most of okc! Fabulous fast service and great food! Been going there for years and have tried many others including Teds...I'm a Teds lover but I always like This place better

I've been a fan of Carlito's since I moved to the Yukon area some 4 years ago. Since I'm no fan of chain restaurants, Carlito's is my go-to spot when I want some good Mexican food. The whole staff is very friendly and the service is great. When you are seated, you are given a basket of warm, thin and crispy tortilla chips. I've often wondered if they make them there - they are too good to be out of a bag. You are also given queso and salsa and a choice of warm corn or flour tortillas. Be careful not to overindulge; this is easy to do. They have a number of delicious entrees, my favorites are the Carlito's Enchiladas which come in pork, beef or chicken (I go for pork) and the tamales. Both are served with rice and beans - my only minor complaint is they could give a bit more on the rice and beans, all their other portions are generous. The value of price for what you get is outstanding in my opinion. Service is friendly and attentive without being overly so. The friendly service, the great food and the relaxing, unpretentious atmosphere makes it one of my favorite Mexican places in the Metro area.

My husband and I usually go there once a week or every other week for a night out without our children, so for his birthday he decided he wanted to have his birthday dinner there. I called and asked to reserve the room to the side since we were expecting 15-20 people, and was told that would be a $100 refundable deposit. Even though I thought this was ridiculous I agreed since it was refundable. The night of our party we showed up on time, 15 of our guests showed up immediately, and I was hounded by the woman that is the manager or owner about where our other 5 guests were. I explained to her that they hadn't been feeling well, and that they weren't sure if they would be coming. She was very rude saying she wouldn't have let me reserve the room if she would have known that. I told her that shouldn't have mattered!! Then she told me that each guest better order a meal greater than $10 a plate! I explained to her that I could not force my guest to order things over a certain price, but that everyone would be ordering a meal. The ticket for our family of 4 alone was $80 with drinks and food, so I know they made plenty of money!! Her behavior and complete disrespect was out of line, ruined our night, and we will not be back!!! Unfortunately the other waiters have all been very nice, but that one person ruined this for us! Oh my. I drive by this place everyday. And because of how it looks on the outside i was apprehensive about trying it. So when we decided to try it, I'm so glad we did. They bring chips, queso, fresh salsa, flour tortilla. Jaun gave us some time, and we got the queso appetizer with steak and chicken. I ordered the carne asada and my husband ordered fajita steak burrito with cheese sauce. The steak was tender and juicy. The chicken was moist, which is amazing considering every other Mexican restaurant in OKC can't seem to figure this out. My carne asada is so flavorful and has cheese and caramelized onions on top. This is so amazing. If your ever on main St in Yukon come here for a great food experience!!

Carlito's has a nice selection on their menu with a wide variety of the expected and some unexpected. Reasonable prices. Atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired.
