Being from New Braunfels, Texas, I've become accustomed to tasty and authentic German food. After trying one of Seigi's sausages at a Roughnecks game, I knew this place deserved a try. The food is exceptional! You will not find better or more authentic German food in Tulsa. The waitstaff is friendly, cordial, and responsive both to their customers and to one another. The waitress was knowledgeable about the different sausages in the menu and was very helpful in my selection. The restaurant has a family-style feel that made for a great and relaxing dining experience. If you like sausages and/or traditional German cuisine, you've got to give this place a try. Also, for those who are picky about their water, it's clear Seigi's filters their water. It's delicious.

What a great little restaurant for Tulsa. If you love German food than this is definitely the place for you. Super cozy environment enough into German menu. I just wish they served breakfast this would be such a perfect breakfast place! We came for lunch and have to say it took over 10 minutes to be greeted at our table. My husband had to get up and ask somebody. I think we were just overlooked by mistake. Other than that, great experience, friendly staff and good-quality food.

This has seriously have to be the best service I have ever had. Our waitress was so nice. I am from Socal so I wasn't use to this kind of hospitality. She called me "sissy" and "sweetie". It was a nice change. So the waitress was very attentive and got our drink orders and appetizers first. I had the Angry Orchard which is a cider. It was a nice and sweet. Our appetizers were the sausage sampler and potato pancake. The chicken sausage was my favorite and it came with a sweet and spicy mustard. The potato pancake was very delicious as well. My favorite appetizer happens to be the free pretzel. Best free bread I ever had. My main meal was the jager schnitzel. It also came with red cabbage and potatoes. The portions are out of control and the mushroom sauce was a nice sweet sauce. The waitress said it was their most popular dish. Siegi's surely has the best service due to how my friend's order was done. He ordered a medium ribeye, however, it came out well done. The rib eye was not even pink at all. Very sad. The waitress noticed how dissatisfied he looked and asked him about it. He didn't even have to complain. She brought him out a new rib eye that was nice, pink and juicy. With that kind of attentive service, it would make me want to come back if I lived here.

My review is on the store itself, not the restaurant portion, as I haven't eaten there yet... My mother was born in Austria, which is a country next to Germany. They share a lot of the same foods, the language, etc. She complains all the time about the staleness and boxed, canned, condensed, and powdered everything like we are used to in America. So, when we moved to the Tulsa area about 10 years ago, she was pleasantly surprised to find a place that sold authentic German food. And when I say authentic, I mean it. Its so authentic in fact that if you're not German-speaking, you may need a translator to read some of the items in the shop. German food is based on quality and freshness, and when its prepared properly, the difference is painfully clear. In Seigi's, these values have been carried over into their shop. Another great thing about Siegi's is that it has deer and buffalo meet... something that's incredibly hard to find for some reason. Though the shop may be smaller than you're used to, its full of great stuff that are perhaps pricey, but make up for it in quality.

I love sausage, and Siegi's definitely doesn't let you down. I ate there for lunch recently and had the schnitzel and sausage combo based upon other reviewers recommendations. The schnitzel, cabbage and potatoes were good but the Grobe Bratwurst was excellent. Great flavor, good snap on the casing, didn't need the mustard at all. Next time I'm here I'll skip the schnitzel for the sausage.

Soooo good, I think I'll eat my last meal ever here tomorrow. ;) Teasing, but those brats were great as were the homemade pretzels. Much better than the original suggestion of applebee's.

I had the Siegi's Holzfeller sandwich and I thought it was going to be a traditional sandwich, it was very glazed in honey. The honey brought out the ham and was like eating a nice ham, the potato pancakes with cheese made this sandwich great. I was tempted to order another one right then. I can honestly say that this is the best German food that I have ever had.

Excellent. Love the sausages, spatzle, & sauerkraut! Most places make their sausages plain tasting requiring you to cover it w/ mustard to have any flavor. Siegi's makes their sausages flavorful w/ mustard helping to enhance the flavor not being the only flavor.

I grew up in Germany, and I can say that Siegi's Jaeger Schnitzel is one of the best I've ever had. Also, the pretzel bread that they serve with your dinner is wonderful.

Excellent sausages. A great place to eat too. They have most any sausage you want and a few you probably don't. Used to go there when that was the only place to get them. Now you can find them in a few grocery stores. Prefer the Grobe Brats but the Weiswurst is good and so are the hot links and Polish sausage. It has a little spice so makes it even better.

I've eaten here twice so far. The first time I had jager schnitzel. The pork was cooked just right. It wasn't too heavy or greasy either. The sauce was a little too thick. They could've fixed this easy with a bit of heavy cream. I got the sauerkraut. It was delicious had some bacon in it. Overall one of the best sauerkraut I've ever tried. My second experience was at lunch and I was pretty disappointed. I got basically the ham and cheese on potato pancakes. Sound great right? Nope, the pancakes were doughy and heavy. I hope for their sake this was some error in execution or something and not the ideal finished product. I had a few bites of a reuben it was better than mine but I know better reubens in town. For this I give the restaurant 3.5 stars. If I was reviewing their market, I'd have to give it 5 stars. But this is a restaurant review.

This place is amazing! I am never disapointed when I come here. The food is all fresh and great tasting. If your looking for quality food this is the place. The servors are super freindly too.

Pretty neat little place. The sausage is dang good and the saurkraut as well as the german potato salad always leave me wanting more. They have an amazing little meat market where the meat is so fresh and delicious everytime, ALL the time! Two large complaints though; service is absolutely horrendous in the restaurant part and the place is entirely way to small. Although, they are about to move into a much larger new place on 91st & Sheridan by Saffa Drug. I'll be back to give a new review.

There restaurant is outstanding. We had a birthday dinner there with over 20 family members and they took great care of us. I had the hunters schnitzel with red cabbage and potatoes. Awesome!!!!!!

I have used them for their game processing and they make absolutely the best sausages that I have had! We discovered them when we lived in Tulsa and found it worth it to drive the hour and a half from Shawnee area to get another deer processed. Unbeatable when it comes to processing and we plan to use them every year! Amazing meats, very affordable, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Wow...my family (aka - the matriarch!) decided at the last minute to go out to dinner and this was the place. We were running late so we phoned ahead and placed our appetizer order and warned the waitstaff that a group of about 15 (Including a 4 year old, 2x 2 year olds and a 1 year old!) were about to descend upon them. They were incredibly accommodating and as soon as we walked in they had the variety of appetizers in front of us. The earlier comment about the sausage being so good that it didn't need the mustard was about the best way to put it. That being said, they also served two nice varieties of mustard along with the sausages (a spicy mustard and a coarse ground) that complemented the sausage well. I had the jaeger schnitzel on the waitress' recommendation and it was wonderful, and I heard no complaints from further down the table, mostly just people scarfing food down. The blaukraut was off the hook and looks like it was served with every entree. If I remember correctly the price was around $13-$15 for most of the traditional dinner dishes with the steaks in the mid $20 range. The service was wonderful. As I mentioned we were running late and literally shut the place down with a pretty large crowd about 30 minutes after closing time. At no point did we ever feel rushed and our waitress was wonderful. Engaging enough to make us all feel comfortable and free to ask questions, but not so demanding for attention that she got in the way. The only negative of the evening was the jackass in the Lexus SUV that decided he needed to park diagonally across the two spots out front so nobody would park next to him. Oklahoma plates, so I'd imagine he's a regular, if you see him there tell him he's a jerk!

Siegi's is a great place for a German meal. The food is delicious, and the bavarian cheesecake for dessert is a solid win. Plus, if you're looking to bring some sausages or German food home, there is a small deli/store attached.

This place was fantastic!!! I went here while on a work trip from a recommendation at the hotel (and of course Yelp). They've got authentic German beers along with homemade, great food. I had the (2) German sausage plate and both sausages were amazing. The dessert was good, but not mind blowing (the Black Forest Cake). The service was great, and they had a little market next door to explore. I would definitely recommend this place to try out!

My sister's mother-in-law took the family out for a treat when my little niece graduated from kindergarten last year. She was raving about how good it was, and told me that it was the same company that provided the sausages at Oktoberfest every year. That kind of made me perk up. When I saw the menu, I was appreciative of the fact that they explained in great detail the difference between the different types of sausages and what all of the items on the menu contained. I ordered a corned beef sandwich. When it came to the table and I took a bite, I was expecting a corned-beef sandwich that I had eaten many times at many different delis. This however, melted in my mouth like butter. It was almost unbelievable how good it was. The meat was so tender and soft and tasted wonderfully. The waiter was friendly and patient since most of us had not been there before and we had small children. He was attentive and helpful with drink refills and engaging. I have added this to my must eat while in Tulsa list.

Service was Great.. Now on to the best part Food was very tasty. Went for dinner and was not let down at all. Before your dinner arrives they bring out a nice bread basket. If you are willing to take the next step pay an additional .75 cents per pretzel roll. These are downright "F'N" amazing. Dinner was served hot and fresh. Ordered the Schnitzel with the mushroom gravy on top. OK my 1st encounter with this tasty dish was in the Cech Republic about 7 years ago. It was pretty good, however here it is hands down the best I have had. 3 nice size breaded pork (not greasy) cutlets what so ever was placed onto the dish of about the same circumference. Placed below all 3 was like finding a tasty treasure, roasted potato's sliced thin and a Killer braised red cabbage that had a nice apple taste to it all for $13.95, The portion was enough that 2 hungry adults could eat and still have plenty to take home or even share with a 3rd person. My wife had a very tasty dish as well. OK... Keep an open mind folks. 2 potato pancakes that had sandwich in between a thin layer of high quality boars head ham and a nice slice of Swiss cheese melted to perfection. This then was topped off with a small drizzle of honey. This is a must try for $8.95!!!! To end this we topped it off with a great nice size portion of apple strudel. I hate baked apples, however it was amazing. The apples were small chunks baked down almost into a apple sauce laced with golden raisins and some nice spices all tucked nice inside some flaky pastry. The prices here range from around $8 for sandwiches to $25 for steak. Nice selection of apps and salads as well. The giant Pretzel app served with cheese butter looked like a winner form all the people around us ordering it! They also have connected to the dinning room an upscale very clean meat market with decent prices as well. Also a decent size dry good area for some tasty treats. If you are looking for a hidden gem and want to try a great German meal, check this place out. I will be back! Often!!!!!!!!!!

If its a choice between Siegi's for dinner and someplace else. Siegi's. This German staple deserves every bite of success it has enjoyed. Consistently delicious, consistently friendly, consistently amazing, Siegi's will never disappoint. If you want to take home some of the deliciousness, after your meal, visit their deli, where you can purchase fine German foods to prepare at home, including their sausages, which are made in a factory on the back of their property. If you think their meats sound familiar and taste familiar, Siegi's was the official sausage maker of Tulsa Oktoberfest for many years.

A Tulsa staple. Not only is it a market for fresh meats and homemade sausages, but also a great restaurant. They've recently revamped their menu, but everything that you'd love has stayed the same. I got the schnitzel and sausage combo, with my preferred sides of spaetzl (little pan fried noodles) and red cabbage to cut some of the fattiness and add acid and sweetness to the dish. Portions are decent sized and well worth the price. All meals come with some fantastic pretzel bread. Never a bad meal here. Always worth calling ahead to make a reservation because you can be waiting for quite a while if you decide to walk in.

Been here many time but tonight tried something different the smoked pork chop I've never had pork melt in my mouth like this. Tender tasty unbelievable flavor. The rest of my group had Jäger Schnitzel which was its usual fantastic. Add the sides of red cabbage, German fried potatoes , spaetzel and pretzel bread you have a perfect meal. Accompany this with weissbeir and/ or Riesling. Finally the service is always the absolute best!!! If you haven't eaten here you should! (Hint ask for Tanya)

I never knew this was here and I was so pleasantly surprised at the top notch German food and outstanding service! I had the Jagerschnitzel (formerly called Hunter's Schnitzel) with Fried Potatoes and Hot German Potato Salad. Everything was simply superb: the fired potatoes were perfectly crisp and warm. I had also never had Hot German Potato Salad and I found it to have an interesting and unique flavor that I'd love to try again. The schnitzel itself was cooked perfectly and the mushrooms on top were fresh and abundant. I had a Hoffbrau beer as well, which was- as expected- excellent. My dinner date got the Chicken Schnitzel- not what I would have selected. But I was allowed to try a bite and found it to be pretty amazing as well. In fact, I'd recommend this if you know someone who needs an easy way to dip their toes into the pool of German food before diving into the deep-end. The only off-note of the night was the spatzle, which was strangely room temperate (not warm, not cold... is this a strange custom I don't know). We also both immensely enjoyed the pretzel bread! I'll be dining here again very soon, I hope! And of course, next time I'll have to try the titular sausages!

At drillers stadium. Put all that effort into a handmade product and then wrap it in a stale bun with undercooked peppers and onion with no seasoning. Attention to detail would be nice.

The food is great, but am I the only one who feels that things are a smidge overpriced? The taste is great, but my wallet felt a lot lighter afterward. Maybe I'm just still living in 2006.

Consistently good food! Get the Bavarian pretzel with cheese; trust me, you won't regret it! Salad sampler is another favorite that I order every time, wonderful combination of flavors. Service can be spotty, depending on the server, but the food makes up for it and we are usually not in hurry when we go there.

This is the best German food ever! It is fresh and delicious! They have a great meat counter and all of the sausages are hand made. Great beer selection and an overall great food experience. This is a true gem in Tulsa Oklahoma!

So far I am rating 3. People are nice and accommodating but it was a bit of a wait before we got acknowledged. We ordered the butcher platter and giant pretzel for starters. Hubby and son ordered drinks, I ordered a beer sampler...just because. Haha. I will update the review as I go, but for customer service/attentiveness? Three stars. Tbc: Okay so it will stay a three. Be sure to watch your tickets. I was rang up for two beer samplers and overcharged 1.00 for the butcher plate. The server insisted no one has ever noticed it ringing up 1.00 higher. Food? Excellent triple decker, apps, and house salad. Jäger burger disappointing with very wet bread...taste was right on but soggy (as in smoosh apart bun) bottom bun big turn off

This is one of my all time favorite places to eat. The food is fantastic, the staff is always super friendly and attentive and it's a place even my kids love to eat. They have out of this world sausage, the pretzel bread is to die for, the portions are generous and we have never ordered anything we didn't enjoy. My kids love the triangle crayons cause they don't roll off the table and last time we went they had wiki stix for the kids to play with in addition to the crayons! Love Siegis and it will continue to be at the top of my list!!

  • Joe K.

Let me start with this--I'm a travelling salesperson--taking people to eat out is a big part of the job. It's actually painful for me to write this review. I just got back from Tulsa where I pigged out here, and I know that I won't be able to get my fix for at least another month. This makes me sad. And hungry. Of course, I gladly go out of my way to go to Seigi's while I am in Tulsa. I plan my hotel rooms and schedule around eating dinner here at least once during each trip I take to Tulsa. I wish I was kidding. There should be AA meetings for this time of obsession. It's been said in other reviews, and I think it bears repeating: this place is a Tulsa staple, and is off-the-hook. It's probably good that it's not in Dallas. If they open a location in DFW, I'll probably gain 50 pounds in about as many days. (Oddly enough, they come down to Dallas for Addison Oktoberfest... and the food at their tent always is the best food at the event, in my opinion.) There are some great German places that rival Siegi's in Dallas (Kuby's, I'm looking at you), but I think this one is better than any of them. Seigi's is half a German grocery store, half a restaurant. I have no idea why the heck it's in Tulsa. Somehow, I stumbled on it on one of my trips, by noticing it on Yelp. My life would change in that meal. The meal was so good that every time I come here, I generally get the same thing, or a variant of the same thing. Let's do this in order of the meal: -The house bread is great, but the house pretzel bread is even better. GOD is it good. I especially recommend dipping these in... -Condiments: What to put on the pretzels? Mustard or butter? Both are delicious. I love their mustard. It's so good, I buy it from their grocery store and bring it back to Dallas. It's better than all of the "major brands" (in my opinion.) Perhaps my taste buds are just biased from all of the darn good food I was introduced to it with. -Appetizer: The Hungarian Goulash is ridiculously delicious. It comes topped with some Spätzle. More on the Spätzle later. -Main Dish: The Jägerschnitzel is incredible. (Two folks could probably split one plate.) It's perfectly cooked and nice and crisp, and the gravy and mushrooms are cut and cooked perfectly. Delicious. -Side #1: I've never had red cabbage this good. You must try the red cabbage. -Side #2: I sub in the fried potatoes that it generally comes with for a side of Spätzle. God. So good. It's frustrating keeping it on the fork because I can't shovel it in my mouth fast enough. Little known fact: "Spätzle" is German for "On nom nom nom." -Bratwurst (and all of their sausages in general) - I haven't had one here that I didn't like. Delicious. Conclusion: If I was driving anywhere near Tulsa, I'd probably drive an hour out of my way to eat here. It can't be missed. Just go--and if you don't like it, either you don't really like German food, or I'd question your culinary tastes.

Once you visit you'll be back! My mouth is watering as I remember that it's been too long since I've dined here. The service is top notch and friendly, the food is served quickly and hot. The beer selection is nice and they offer many imports you can't find elsewhere. If you've not tried German cuisine this is where you must go, it will make you a fan! Whats good on the menu? Everything!

A Must!!!!!! It blows my mind that people are unaware of this wonderful butcher shop and restaurant. The sausages are well known and worth seeking out. Do you have a special guest coming over or a special dinner to prepare? Come here and get your meats. Specialty meats and unique groceries in the butcher shop. This is the only butcher shop that has an office for the Health Inspector, what does that say?-It is clean and within guidelines. On the other side is the restaurant. Traditional German treats. The sausage tray is what we started our course with. Buffalo sausage and other offerings made this a very unique eat and special birthday meal. Sausages, wonderful mustards and more. My wife and I have sworn to come here when snow is on the ground. Come eat, get warm and have fellowship.

True German food with home made sausage and spatsel. I love their braunschweiger from the deli and the knackwurst is just like what I had growing up in STL with German family.

The buffalo sausage with Jalapeno was amazing. It was fresh, tasty and well priced. We also grabbed some Okie Kielbasa and some potato salade...all of it was amazing. The bread we got was fresh and tasty...this place was worth the trip...much higher quality of meat then local grocery stores.

This is my favorite place to go and have a beer and enjoy some fantastic sausages or a really good Schnitzel. It's a great family restaurant and has a homey vibe to it. Be aware that they prepare everything to order, so don't expect a fast food experience. It's a slower pace, which is a good thing. If you like spicy, ask for XXX or White Lightning sausages. They aren't on the menu but are great!

If I were just rating the food or rating Seigi's as a market, it would be a 5, hands down. As a restaurant, I'm not overly impressed. The interior feels like a 1980's Denny's but cleaner. Let's start with the good. Their sausages are unbelievable. Fan of sauerkraut or potato salad? You will not regret a trip over to Siegi's. They have just about every kind of wurst you can imagine on the menu. Plus they have delicious schnitzels the size of your plate. The staff is attentive and friendly, never leaving my glass empty. On the negative side: I wasn't overly impressed with the beer selection. I know not everyone in town can have 100 beers on tap, but the picks weren't my favorite. This is probably just a personal preference and you may find your favorites here. The feel of the restaurant is just...awkward. I don't like the general layout or lighting. Unless I'm taking someone here for the first time, I usually pick up some sausage and sides to cook at home or get my food to go.

Amazing food. Had the sausage sampler and it was insanely awesome. Had the wiener schnitzel and it was great when mixed with the red cabbage. The fried potatoes were awesome too. Just a great place. Had live music with an accordion player. Felt like Germany.

Totally not what I expected. I thought this building was mostly a meat deli because the restaurant aspect isn't advertised very well from the outside. There is actually a decent-sized dining room inside. It's not particularly cozy, but there are lots of German decorations around to get you in the mood for their uniquely German menu. We had an assortment of sausages and the wiener schnitzel. Everything was great! Due to the atmosphere (I'd say it kind of feels like an iHop), this isn't really a restaurant I would pick for an evening meal, but it's a nice lunch time place. I haven't had anything from the deli yet, but everything looked fantastic. I need to remember this place in the future!

This was simply excellent German food. Hot and freshly homemade. As the name implies they make their own sausages, and my girls recommend the Hungarian goulash with beef, paprika, and spaetzle noodles in a peppery broth. Tip: Get the soup and House salad so you can try a little bit of everything. You might also need a to go box. And this is a great place to try a real German beer, great selection. Only disappointment was the dessert. The homemade whip cream is fantastic but the main sweets come from outside the restaurant. The black forest cake is not the usual dark chocolate you would expect, but more of a crispy malt base texture. This twist was explained to us ahead of time, but they were out of the Sacher Torte which would likely have been our first choice. Don't bother with the Cheesecake which was more of a small slice of sponge cake. The fried pickles appetizer was hot toasty and just the right amount of spicy. They have a separate lunch and dinner menu (with even larger portions.) And also a wonderful deli and German market on the premises. We were there during the week on a snowy day so there was no crowd and the service was spectacular. Will be returning. Be sure to stop by if you are in Tulsa.

Awesome German food. If you can't wait for Oktoberfest to get your German kick then make the trek out here. There is no way that German people decrease in size as they age because the portions are enormous. Butter is creamy and delicious. The spatzel is incredible and any of their shnitzles are safe bets. I'm pretty sure I butchered the spellings of all of those. I will be coming back here until I can't fit through the door. I imagine that will be tomorrow!

I ordered an Angry Orchard hard cider, which came in an Angry Orchard glass. Cute! Perfectly chilled, and complemented my meal nicely. I also ordered a water (of course) and something that I quite like about Tulsa -- is their tap water. It is good. Norman's tap water? I wouldn't drink it if it were the last water on earth. And it smells weird. Anyways, delicious tap water here. Moving on. I (subtly) watched Katie the entire night. Yelp raved about her outstanding service and her cutsey nicknames for people such as "baby love," "sissy," "sister," "my love," "baby doll," "sweetie," ...we could go on. They're getting brownie points just for her service. When you're out of town you don't feel at home, so a good ol' helpin' of down home southern hospitality from dear Katie hits the spot. If you eat at Siegi's, ask to be seated in her section. She's a doll. At the end of the night I asked her her name, and she inquisitively looked at me, so I told her about Yelp's raving about her. Apparently I made her night. She asked how she could go look it up, so I told her. Katie, if you're reading this, here's to you! Their service is great. Their food was mediocre. I've tasted quite a bit of German food in my time, and personally, I didn't much care for Siegi's. (Especially considering I drove miles out of my way to experience their food.) I ordered potato pancakes as an appetizer (when I do food reviews, I try and taste as much as possible), and the Seigi's Sausage Plate (bratwurst) which came with sauerkraut and hot German potato salad. As a starter, they give you a basket of mini pretzel "loaves." They're about 5 inches long and about 1 inch wide, do not have salt, and are served with butter. A LOT of butter. The pretzels were thick and doughy on the inside, nice and firm and crispy on the outside. Perfection. The potato cakes came out crazy fast. I swear she walked away and then suddenly she was back with them. I had barely cut into my potato pancakes when she came out with my meal. Whether this is something from the cooking staff, or a wait staff issue, give me some time to enjoy my appetizer so my dinner doesn't get cold! I went for the potato cakes first, since, well, it was an appetizer after all. They were thinner than I am used to, which I didn't mind, but the bottom of them was a bit too greasy for my taste. They could have been seasoned more, a bit more onion, a bit less egg, etc. The cakes were dusted with powdered sugar, and served with sour cream and applesauce. I would have been a bit more impressed if they hadn't used Mott's (presumably. It tasted and looked just like the stuff) applesauce, and used a bit less obvious approach or even made it themselves. Regardless, it went well with the cakes. The bratwurst was good. Mild, like I'd hoped, pan seared on two sides and not greasy at all. (My stomach thanks thee.) I do wish the sausage had been served with a mustard or some sort of sauce or condiment to bring out more of the flavors. The hot German potato salad was awful. I'm sorry. But it was. It was way, way too sour. I took one bite and couldn't bring myself to try another bite. The potatoes were cooked well though, so they did do that right. The sauerkraut was...decent. The dry pieces of pork mixed in wasn't my favorite, and the sauerkraut tasted like it might have been canned. I'm not sure if they make it in house. I used the 'kraut as a "condiment" when eating the bratwurst, and it was okay. At the end of the meal, the only things I ate were the potato cakes, the bread, and the bratwurst. Everything else (potato salad and sauerkraut) I personally did not like. It was a decent experience, but I wouldn't drive 25 minutes to go there again.

Went here with a group of 5 on a Saturday night. The dining room was spacious, clean and we were seated quickly. The waitress took our drink orders and came back a few mins later to tell me the beer I wanted they had ran out of. That was a bummer. She did however suggest a Czech beer that was perfect. We all placed our orders and the food was at our table in what seemed like only 10 mins. We all go something different, and this was one of those nice occasions where everyone tried a little bit of what everyone else was having. It was beyond good. Everyone had something different and we all sampled from each other. The food was amazing. I had the Hunter Schnitzel and it was to die for. I will be going back soon! Love this place!

If you get the boot at Siegi's, it isn't a bad thing...seriously, they serve beer in a boot. They have some if the best service and most delicious food in town. My favorites are the sausage plate or schnitzel. They almost always have a special sausage not on the menu, so be sure to ask. The fried pickles will make any pregnant girl really, really happy and the giant pretzel is a fun appetizer to share. My favorite sides are the baked beans, German fried potatoes (hello bacon!) and the pepper slaw, thinly sliced cabbage and bell peppers dressed in a sweet vinaigrette dressing. The restaurant is always clean and they play lively, German music. I always feel like I've left Tulsa when we visit Siegi's. They have two nice spaces for parties or large groups and they also have a market. The market closes around 7pm but make sure you stop in. I buy all of our meat there because, not only is it super fresh, but it is really, really well priced! I don't know anywhere else I can get boneless, skinless chicken breasts for under $3/LB and BONUS* they have actual butchers there who will cut things up for you if you aren't great at handling meat. The twice baked potatoes are awesome and the cheese case has some pretty great selections as well. Don't leave without a chocolate chip cookie. The end.

First I have to say that I don't like German food in general. That said, I found a couple things on Siegi's menu that I really enjoy and now I don't whine when my husband (a HUGE Siegi's fan) wants to go there. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and I love drinking my root beer out of a chilled beer mug. It's a great place for a casual meal. Don't miss the attached butcher shop - lots of tasty things there too.

I love eating here the food is always fantastic. Unfortunately the amazing food could not make up for the terrible service we received tonight, we only had our waitress stop by our table 3 times, to get our, to bring us our food and bring us the check. We had the bus boy check on us more then waitress. The manager was more interested in bsing with her friends the actually doing her job , also her friends showed up 30 min after us and received there food 15 minutes before we did. If not for the bus boy and the food it would only be 1 star today. I will continue to go there because vi love the food and usually very well taken care of.

Hands down my favorite splurge place in town. It's a little pricey, but absolutely worth it. The schnitzel is the only one that has ever come close to my grandmothers - and the pretzel appetizer is absolutely amazing.

I'm normally like, "Hey what's the big deal with German food" I've had a German born and raised women make me schnitzel and it was great, however many German restaurants seem more concerned with lederhosen then breading. Yes I've had some good spatzle, but a homemade noodle isn't exactly as mind blowing to me as my check has often been at these places. Siegi's is like what German food should be, less like halloween and more like, "we make a mean sausage." I went for lunch and the prices were really decent, the food was delicious and no one was dressed like a St. Paulie girl. Guess what? I love German food, I just have to drive here to get it. Recommends: (pretty obvious here) Pretzel, Schnitzel and Sausage.

Omg! ! This place is amazing! Loved the food, beer and most of all we had an awesome waitress. It was our first time, and she was all about helping us trying new things. I really can't wait to go back.

My wife and i go here often and we have never been disappointed. Their sausages are outstanding and the bread pudding may be the best around. One of our favorite parts of the siegi's experience is being able to go to the market after our meal and buy some of the best meat in the area.

This place is delicious. I ate here after reading several Yelp reviews while on a business trip and was NOT disappointed. Will absolutely come back, and encourage anyone I can sucker into it to come with me. Great service, great beer and genuine German food!

I love what Siegi does for Tulsa and I appreciate anyone willing to try to operate a restaurant in this economy. So it is with sadness that I have to say stick with the sausages and do not order the schnitzel. I had the schnitzel with hunter (jager) sauce and the sauce was just a congealed mess piled up on top of a gristly piece of pork or beef. I lived in Germany for a while and I know this sauce is supposed to be repleat with mushrooms and a nice creamy sauce. Mine looked like a floury thick blob just thrown onto the meat. I was a little disappointed with the same dish some months ago but this one caused me to write. My guest had the sausages and he thought they were great. I enjoyed the potato salad and thought the red cabbage was too sweet and it also had a blob of the jager sauce in it. The server was excellent. Alina knew how to take a guest through the process and I truly felt that she would know how to handle any situation. Good selection of draft beers. $7 for a half liter, $14 for a liter.

WOW. A coworker recommend this place for lunch today and it was delicious. We ordered the sausage sampler and giant prezel to start. The pretzel was so-so. Kind of like breadsticks twisted together. But the restaurant is not called Seigi's Pretzels, so I can look past it. The sausages were excellent. For the sampler, we picked spicy buffalo, kasewurst and polish. The spicy buffalo was not as spicy as I expected, but still great. The kasewurst (the cheese filled one) was the table's favorite and the polish was so good I ordered it again. For my main course I had the 2 sausage platter with the polish and the bratwurst. I would order both again. You get 2 sides, which they let you substitute. So make sure you flip over the menu and check out the options before you order. My coworders said the cucumber salad was great (they all had it) but I'm not a cucumber fan. Service was great - very quick. There is also a deli where you can take sausage to go, as well as a cool market where you can get german groceries. I'm coming back the next time I'm in Tulsa!

In a word...YUM! The Reuben is the best I've had since leaving the east coast 13 years ago! Since adopting a vegetarian diet, my new favorite sandwich is the Reuben without meat, adding tomato and onion. We eat here regularly, and have not been disappointed.

I love places that have a market and a restaurant. This place is the real deal for German food. Their homemade sausages are the cornerstone of a varied and delicious menu. For lunch I had the sausage platter with the coarse ground brat and the spicy chicken sausages. The hot German potato salad was spot-on and their sauerkraut was wonderful. My sis had a Reuben that I would have liked to get my hands on and she ordered the creamy cucumbers that were killer. My BIL had a schnitzel with brown mushroom gravy that looked mighty good. Service was good, the place was spotless and their market was amazing with selection and cleanliness. I will be back!

I have been in deep love with this restaurant for years! I finally got to take my mom to their new location (shows how long it's been since she has been) for lunch over the weekend. Not only was the food fabulous as always but the service was phenomenal! We had Lindsay as our server and she was so great! It was not very busy and she definitely took the extra time to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our meal. As per usual I had to have the wiener schnitzel sandwich on rye with German potato salad and red cabbage. This is the only place where the schnitzel comes close to being as good as my dads and the red cabbage is pretty close to our homemade, although a tad sweeter. We finished the meal with a helping of my favorite bread pudding! So many restaurants get this dessert wrong but not Siegi's! It was moist but firm and topped with their amazing butter rum sauce. I was in heaven! Definitely made our drearily wet Saturday trip worth it!

Unique (wonderful) spices are used on everything which sets this place apart from any other German restaurant. The things I really love about Siegi's? 1. The floor manager (or is he the owner?) is so polite and always checks on us and how the meal was... When someone cares that much to have a chat with customers it makes me so happy... 2. The German Market inside the restaurant makes my heart soar and also helps me be able to find things for my family's German recipes. 3. The food ALWAYS comes out quick and fresh 4. The beer menu has great choices! The reason I took off one star? My waiter always vanishes after bringing out the food so I have to ask random workers to refill my drinks (water/beer) and get items for my food for me.

Having been stationed in Germany twice, I found this "authentic" German fare unappealing. The red cabbage tasted like it came straight out of a can. The schnitzel is ok but it doesn't compare. My husband said his bratwurst tasted like what we buy at Sam's club and said I cooked it better. Not some place we're likely to go again.

They have the best sauerkraut you will ever have. I am not kidding. I did not think sauerkraut could even taste that good by itself...but IT DOES! Also, the mini grocery store inside is wonderful and the staff is very helpful and will answer any questions that you may have.

The food is good but be prepared when you get your bill. They charge extra for condiments that should be included in the price. There are other German restaurants in town and they don't. I would give them a higher rating but I thinks it's sneaky of them to add the extra charges.

This is probably the best restaurant I've been to in Tulsa. Very good German food. I had the spicy chicken sausage and the Hungarian goulash. It is very clean and has a homey feel. Great staff providing excellent service. Will definitely be back!

The best place in Oklahoma to purchase fresh sausage including but not limited to: bratwurst, knackwurst, kasewurst, polish and grobe. They have excellent smoked pork chops, bacon and other fresh meats. I make at least two trips a year from OKC to stock up on Siegi's sausage and pork chops. Their prices are higher than pre-packaged store products but well worth the extra expense.

My husband and I finally went here for dinner. We had heard about there sausages for years; I have no idea why we waiting so long. For our appetizer we shared the Giant Pretzel that comes with a brown mustard and Bavarian cheese spread. Definitely recommend. We ending up sharing most of our entrees just so we could get a taste of everything on the table. I ordered the Original Wiener Schnitzel with fried potatoes and red cabbage. I have never had red cabbage that tasted so good in all my life. The schnitzel was very tender and super crispy and not greasy at all. Not sure what seasoning they had on the fried potatoes but them were some tasty taters! We also got a side of the dill cucumber salad. Loved the flavor. Think I would like it better if the cucumber were diced instead of sliced; it's a texture thing. But I will still get it again. Loved the creamy dill sauce. My husband had the two sausage combo with a side of sauerkraut and Warm German Potato Salad. He chose bratwurst and kasewurst (smoked sausage with swiss & cheddar cheese). Both sausages were very flavorful, but we both preferred the kasewurst of the two. If you are a kraut fan, you will love theirs. I liked the bits of bacon in it. The potato salad was tangy with lots of flavor. I can't believe we both got desserts but it happened. He wanted cheesecake, I wanted to try the bread pudding. He chose the Vanilla Ludgers Cheesecake which is a little slice of heaven but since I have had Ludgers cakes before, I wanted to try the bread pudding since our waitress Michelle (btw, best waitress we have had in a long time) recommended. It is made from their pretzel bread. Instead of raisins they use cherries and it's in a wonderful rum sauce. To go with my insanely delicious bread pudding, I had to have some coffee; I was about to carb out on the floor if not! I will have to check the name of the coffee next time I go, but it's the only one on the dessert menu and I remember it was made in Vienna. It was so smooth and so good; did not require any sweetener, just a little cream. We did roam the store-front before we left and bought some local honey and some German Strawberry Jelly. Lots of unique and surprisingly local products to chose from. The restaurant was clean and inviting and the staff were pleasant and informative. We will no doubt be going back.

Really good sausage, but I have never been a kraut fan per se. Attention by the server was excellent, and for the right palate, this little German spot is a great choice.

One of our absolute favorites! The staples are schnitzel (breaded pork) many sausage varieties, steaks, and the best reuben in town. Try the specials: stroganoff, pork roast. Sides -- baked beans and german potato salad recommended. Service has been impeccable over many visits (we've been every-other weekers since late '10). Casual setting, equally impressive for lunch or dinner. Try the Spaten lager for a libation; bonus points for finishing the 1L! PS- in their separate processing building (behind the restaurant), they offer the best and cleanest venison-processing location in Tulsa. Don't forget to add deer brats and jalapeno/cheese summer sausage to your order!

The food was great, nothing bad to say at all! We had, between us, a sausage sampler platter with hot potato salad and sauerkraut, a ham and cheese sandwich made on potato pancakes with fries, cheese soup, Hungarian goulash, a soft drink and a beer sampler. Our check was $41 before tip, which seems very reasonable. I'd like to try more of the menu and probably will soon. I would give 5 stars based on the food, but the service was kind of slow. The waitress took a while to get our drink orders then took forever to actually get our drinks, and a long time to come back and take our food order, and would just generally disappear for a long time at a stretch, plus she wasn't knowledgeable about the menu or the beers. She even joked about what a bad waitress she was when she realized while taking our order that she had forgotten some things at other tables. I generally like it when service people are friendly and joke with you, but the truth was, while she was friendly, she really wasn't that good a waitress. A nice busboy did refill our drinks in between though, so we weren't left totally without service. Anyway, I am not a German food fan normally, but there was *plenty* of good stuff on this menu and I would go back anytime (and just hope to get a different waitress.)

Went to Siegi's when visiting Tulsa for work. A co-worker suggested it and it did not disappoint. They offer several German/European beers on tap and by bottle. Don't expect to order a Coors Light! For the same price as a pint, they do a 4 mini-beer flight that allows you to try 4 different beers. THAT'S A COOL BONUS!! All of the food is homemade. They offer a variety of sausages, sandwiches, steaks, and schnitzels. All of the sausages and meats are made in house and available to take home from the deli. I opted for the 2 sausage plate with Buffalo Meat Jalapeno and Cheese and a Polish Style Sausage. Both were incredible. The dinner comes with two sides and bread. (Homemade pretzels rock!!!) The warm German potato salad is has a bright flavorful bite. Potatoes were scalloped and perfect in size. I was so full, I could not try any of the delicious desserts.

Everything I've tried here has been good. However, the brotchen isn't what I think of when I think of brotchen. It's just a dinner roll.

This was one of the tastiest lunches I have had in a while. First off, I hate mustard. Hate it. However, I will almost always try something I am served. I got the sausage sampler, which was great, and it was served with 2 types of mustard. They were both great. To the point that I bought some to go. One was a standard spicy mustard and the other, my favorite, was a sweet brown mustard that was similar to a honey mustard flavor. I then ordered the jäger schnitzel with German fried potatoes and red cabbage. Excellent! great flavors and very crispy. I would come back to eat here in a heartbeat. Glad I decided to stop. This was a pleasant surprise. PS the service was great too! When you are done eating, visit the deli. Lots of fresh made sausages and meats. If you are daring, try the tongue/blood sausage lunch meat. It is awesome!

This restaurant is roomy and open with wooden tables and benches arranged in several adjoining dining areas. There is plenty of room to accommodate many diners even on a busy night. Decorations are what you would expect in a typical German restaurant but also include many framed posters from Tulsa Oktoberfests of years past. The servers are engaging and friendly and happy to talk with you about the menu and beer choices. The menu includes many traditional German dishes and there are usually daily specials. My favorites include the schweinebraten and the sausage plates. They will commonly have more choices of sausage than are listed so feel free to ask about what else might be available. Dinner is accompanied by bread that includes hearty rye and delicious pretzel rolls that compliment the main courses beautifully. The beer menu is one of my favorites and includes not only German beers, but also Belgian, Czech, and others. There is a deli that connects to the restaurant that has great meats and a great selection of cookies and treats that you won't find elsewhere in Tulsa. This restaurant is one of my personal favorites and I'm sure any fans of German food will enjoy it!

Amazing little place. It wasn't overtly German-themed, the waitstaff wasn't in leiderhosen, they had German music on but it wasn't too loud. Just a great atmosphere overall. Our waitress, Lindsay, was awesome. The food, including the superb bread basket, was top notch. I would highly suggest the beer sampler, especially if you don't regularly drink it as you get a wide variety of flavors to choose your favorite. Save room for some Bavarian cream cheesecake, as well.
