I love Red Robin burgers and fries. The variety is great, they are cooked perfectly, love the chunky fries and the sprinkle topping salt stuff, salads are awesome, service is always great, shakes are fantastic, and their rewards program is excellent. The only downside is the atmosphere at this location is not that great, just average. This location is where you go with the kids for a burger, not the place for anything fancier than that.

Ok so they say bottomless fries yet they don't bring everyone fries as appetizers. Two couples with a different server got fries but no big deal. The burgers are good and RR signature seasoning is a good seasoning but beware it is mainly salt.

Red Robin, Red Robin, Red Robin... In the early 1980's Red Robin was worth the drive up Pacific Coast Hwy from Los Angeles to Santa Barbara. I fell in love, and still enjoy, the Royal Red Robin Burger. This burger just made Bacon and an Egg a Burger Standard. Unfortunately, as the Franchises grew, much of the original flavor, originality and flair has been lost. Of the chains in this genre, I still find myself drawn to Red Robin from time to time but, the fact is, there are some local Gourmet Burger and Pub Joints that just do a far better job. In my latest visit I decided to try their latest "Red Robbins Finest" Burger, the Smoke and Pepper. The Burger was well above average but, with a $13 price tag, that was expected. The disappointment came when I lifted the ciabatta bun and saw two very thin, very small, pieces of bacon criss crossed on top of the patty. This was the equivalent of adding a drop of chocolate syrup to a pint of vanilla ice cream, stirring it with a spoon and calling it a Double Chocolate Shake. The other attribute of Red Robbin is their claim of Endless Steak Fries. My original fries were cold and the next order, while hot, had about 6 fries and the "refills' seemed to follow that suit. It seemed as if they are using frustration as a means to limit costs on their Marketing Slogan. My final thought, Red Robbin, like so many, has run it's course. Certainly not he worst, still one of the better Chain/Franchises, that have outgrown the ability for any sort of real Quality Control. But, for what they claim to be, I can name 5 places that actually adhere to the Original Intention of Gourmet Burgers and Incredible Pub Food.

Good chain restaurant, pretty good $10 burger. Free refills on your soft drinks, coffee and iced tea. Casual environment, dining area for families and a separate bar/dining area for those who prefer to eat in that area. Lots of parking, easy access, clean bathrooms, good service. Worth a try for sure, enjoy!

The sheer number of options at Red Robin is overwhelming. And not necessarily in a good way. This is one of those times when it's better to have a small menu of things that you can make well as opposed to a huge menu of things that only come out so-so. I'm talking about the burgers. They're okay but I've had better at other chains, let alone smaller local places. My wife wanted to go here for her free birthday burger, though, so what could I do. Ha! There are two bright spots on the menu: 1.) the sweet potato fries, which make me thankful for the bottomlessness Red Robin's famous for & 2.) the cookies and cream shake, which essentially comes in two servings since they bring extra out in the shaker. Overall, I can't see myself ever picking this place on my own. But I won't veto it if a friend really wants to go.

I've been here several times. It's a pretty good burger. I do like that they have bottomless fries and I like the way they season them. For the most part I have always had good service with the exception of a couple visits but I'll just chalk that up as "every place has off days." My only complaint would be they are a bit pricey compared to other burger places in my opinion. For the same price there are much better burgers. They do make an excellent strawberry lemonade so try that with your burger!

To be honest I'm not a fan of chain restaurants but on this day it didn't suck. The food was hot and tasty with great service. I may have to rethink my theory of chains... Naw, give me a small mom and pop joint over a chain any day!

We decided to try this place again, seeing as we had a freebie (buy 9, get 10th free). The service was good, our waitress was better than before. Well be coming back again.

Worst service in the country! Waited 25 minutes for a party of 11 and the restaurant was only half full in the middle of the afternoon. Another hour later we finally received our food.

great burgers and steak fries. Service was a little inconsistent which made the experience less enjoyable. I ordered the French onion soup and it was not hot enough but it was still yummy. seemed like our server was in a big rush. She was super nice and friendly and we'll definitely be back

Food was good. Service was poor. Our vegetarian waiter never brought refills for drinks. Didn't bring utensils and only one napkin per person. My granddaughter had a fresh fruit cup as her side and we had to ask for a fork. She got a plastic spoon. We couldn't hardly get our ticket or a to go box.finally got it when another waitress asked if she could help us. Again, food was good. Think we just got a bad waiter. Have eaten here before with no complaints.

Red Robin is part of a chain that specializes in burgers. You would think with all the local burger joints in a place like Tulsa, that a Red Robin wouldn't do so well, but this restaurant has been at this location for at least 2 years. The food is the same as it is at all all other Red Robins, but this Red Robin is a bit of a stand out to me for two reasons. 1.) Both times I have been here the service has been excellent. This past Saturday we were waited on by Jacob, and he was very alert to our table's needs - and our table was a 13 top. He also had a constant smile on his face. They also served us baskets of steak fries right away, which pleased my hungry tummy. 2.) I also like this place because of their problem resolution. The first time we ate here, my burger came to me with the cheese wrapper still on it, and was therefore uneatable. They got me another burger out as fast as they could have and I wasn't charged for my meal. I didn't even have to say anything. Mistakes happen, but how a place handles them is testimonial as to their customer service standards. This last visit, my original burger and 4 cokes, which never went empty thanks to Jacob, cost me a total of $7.97.

And I'd have to pick a rating between the others. The food is fine, the menu varied and the service usually pretty good. In other words, nothing great, but a definite step or two above the drive-thru chain burger places with pricing that's a little on the high side. It's loud, but it's a fun family place.
