Ah, Red Lobster. Their cheddar bay biscuits are so delicious! This has always been a special occasion type restaurant for my family. It has to be someone's birthday basically for us to go there. I know they're probably trying to steer clear of that image and be more casual, but I don't think there's anything wrong with being known as a special occasion place. My last visit was on Father's Day, and sadly my dad couldn't be there but my brother is a dad so it still counts. I went with my grandma, her man friend, brother, his wife, and their daughter. I'm assuming this location has been remodeled fairly recently - it looked a little brighter to me. My husband and I have a joke (that we totally borrowed from Project Runway) about "Red Lobster lighting". Anytime a restaurant is kind of dark, illuminated mainly by candlelight, we say it has "Red Lobster lighting". You know what i'm talking about, it was the place you took a date when you wanted to look better. The remodel / new lighting is much better, even though now everyone can see my entire face lol. 5 adults and a toddler were seated in a 6 person booth; we all had enough room. The service was really good - plates were cleared away in a timely manner, drinks were kept filled. My brother's wife recently started a gluten-free diet - our waitress brought out an allergy menu and went over each item with her, which was helpful. Our food came out at a good pace, we definitely weren't waiting long between our appetizers, salads, and the main course. I ordered the 'create your own combo' with salmon and grilled shrimp, and steamed broccoli. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Of course I had a cheddar bay biscuit, but i'm trying to be healthier so I just had one. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals as well. Great experience!

Went to this Red Lobster on a business trip. Ordered clam chowder and seafood sampler. Chowder tasted like something out of a can, also not very hot. Seafood sampler was better, lobster mushroom and coconut shimp was good. I was disappointed about the chowder since that was the main reason for going to Red Lobster.

yes, red lobster restaurants ARE always yummy. This one blew my socks off!!! So first we get a waiter who is very very cool. And I feel bad but I can't remember his name (it was a week ago though). Eddy maybe? I don't know, he was very nice. Their biscuits and Caesar salad are so good. SO GOOD! I came here for the endless shrimp, which is amazing and you should try it and I'm actually going again tomorrow... it's true. Eddy let me order three at a time because I couldn't decide. The sweet and spicy shrimp are very very good! So were their shrimp scampi, Parmesan crusted shrimp, and shrimp linguine. I wasn't a huge fan of their hand battered shrimp, but I tried it anyway because I CAN KEEP ORDERING WHATEVER I WANT!!! My friend ordered the tilapia... which could actually feed 12 people probably, it was MASSIVE!! I tasted it and it was quite cheesy and good! Not what I expected, but very good. Wonderful atmosphere, great service, fantastic food! I will admit sometimes it's a little pricy, but the food is so good it's worth it. And when they have their endless shrimp for $16(all you can eat AMAZING shrimp, a salad, biscuits, a side) it's TOTALLY WORTH IT! I'll be back... TOMORROW! I can't wait! woo!

This location was disappointing compared to others I've visited. My husband and I went 2 days ago and ordered the Crab Linguini Alfredo to share (as we always do). Our waiter never introduced himself to me and was very distant- didn't seem to have time for us. The only drink refill I got came from someone else walking around with a water pitcher, and my husband finally got a new peach tea at the end of the meal. Our entree was definitely disappointing compared to any I've had before- it was just lacking flavor. And that's usually my favorite dish! Needless to say, we won't be visiting this location again.

Endless shrimp is here. YES! Almost got ran over by the wait staff though. The kitchen is too close to the restrooms.

Very friendly service with extra check in at our table from the Manager, twice! Good food as expected, on time, consistent quality as usual. I love their new wood fire grill process too. I will eat here again.

We were made to wait for 20 minutes which isn't bad except that the table was empty the entire time. It was visible from the lobby. The hostess was rude and the service was slow. They were out of biscuits because a call in order got them all (??) . Had to wait over 30 minutes to get any and then over 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress spilled tea all over the table and then just left it. I would NOT recommend.

I absolutely love sea food. When my friend recommended this place I was kind of skeptical, but I actually really liked it; won't be coming back soon, but I really liked it! The reason why I say this is because it is so expensive. Prices ranged about $14-40 per dish. They serve endless crab cakes to eat while you wait for your order which are also really yummy! No fooling. I ordered a non-Alcoholic piña colada, for $4 and it was delicious! Also, I got coconut shrimp (about 12 large shrimp with a side for $16) with a house salad. Everything was sooo good, but I could not finish it :( so I got a to go box :D Our waiter was nice. The atmosphere was okay; it was a little on the empty side. Overall, I would recommend.

I went to Red Lobster for the first time Tuesday and was not impressed. The service started out great, but after we got our food the waitress did not come by again. No checking to make sure our food was good, no drink refills, nothing. The food was okay. I ordered the shrimp trio and it was alright. The linguini pasta that came with it tasted good but it didn't stay hot long, and when it got lukewarm it didn't taste very good. The other two kinds of shrimp weren't that good. My boyfriend ordered the snow crab and said it was bland. Both of us prefer the seafood we got at Joe's Crab Shack over Red Lobster. The only good thing about the meal was the cheddar biscuits. They were delicious, but I think I can easily recreate them at home. I won't be returning.

food is usually good, used to visit alot more frequently but seems now matter what time you go or weather there is a 100 people in the restaurant or 3 there's always a wait around 20 minutes which can be quite annoying when you see 90 % of the place empty and at a slow time and u still haft to wait awhile to be seated

Used to eat at Red Lobster often when I was younger. Haven't been in a while and was mildly disappointed last weekend on date night with my wife. Portions were small and not very creative. My "crab topped" dish had very few pieces of crab. My wife's fish and chips was mediocre at best. I told a friend about my experience and he said that the original Tulsa location on 51st is better than the location which I ate. I'll try that one as I really do like Red Lobster.

Red Lobster is my yearly Mother's Day location. It's always been pretty reliable at delivering something she will like, though it's often a little uninspired and pretty basic. In a way, it's the Olive Garden of seafood. That said, this visit was actually great. The waitress was abundantly patient and polite with our party. Our cups never ran dry, as the waitress was constantly and quickly refilling them. The cheddar bay biscuits were amazing as usual: fresh and warm each time they were delivered to our table. The caesar salads we ordered were decent, but in awkwardly warm bowls, which in turn made the bottom of the salad swampy. For our entrees, we had shrimp, shrimp, and shrimp. To be specific: -Walt's Favorite Shrimp... was a little less of a favorite on this visit. It seemed bland and underwhelming compared to other options. -Parrot Bay Coconut Shrimp... was the superstar of our meal. Pretty near shrimp perfection and thankfully paired with the delicious pina colada sauce. -Shrimp Scampi... forgettable, but then I've never been a huge fan of it. -Shrimp Alfredo... I didn't get to try this, but it looked good. I was told it was a yummy item, though the Parrot Bay was slightly preferred. We had an unusual situation- two members of our party were running behind. They never made it, but that didn't pose a problem at all for our service. What was somewhat awkward was the constantly looming presence of the manager. She came to the table repeatedly poking at what we needed and how our experience was going. This probably sounds like good customer service, but it felt more like a stern teacher looking over your shoulder while you're doing your classwork. That said, great experience and good food. The service was dedicated, in spite of the unusually long wait for our food to be prepared. There might be a few things I would have wanted to be different or better, but I'll probably be back for Mother's Day 2016.

I haven't eaten at Red Lobster for quite a while. Now that Broken Arrow has so many restaurants, I have been sticking around here mostly. But today, I felt the urge for some of Red Lobster's cheddar biscuits. So off we went! I ordered salad, trout, and baked potatoes. The salad was pretty good. It came with bite-sized pieces of cucumber, as well as red cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, and red onions. So many times, the salads are just lettuce, a small tomato or two, and some carrots. This one was much better than that. The trout was OK for price. I got the smaller size so there wasn't a lot there, and it was a tad bit on the dry side. But overall, it wasn't bad. I usually buy trout at more upscale restaurants for twice the price. Again, you get what you pay for. The baked Potato was good - fluffy inside, crispy on the outside. I didn't eat the broccoli. My husband said it was too cooked for him. The wait staff was very attentive. I was impressed with the service, however, it wasn't very busy. Some times, when it's less busy, you get less service. But not this time. We ended the meal with the chocolate chip lava cookie. There was not much lava and not enough ice cream. The cookie was not that great either. For the price of $6.50, I give this one a thumbs down. You get a much better cookie and ice cream and for less at Cheddars! The decor in this particular restaurant has been updated in last year. It was nice and clean inside. I love the cheddar biscuits and for that I will be back. Next time, I'm going to get the coconut shrimp. But no cookie.

Writing a review of Red Lobster is a little difficult for me. I use to work at this location many years ago when I was in college so I feel like that skews my view on things a little bit. I have not eaten at any Red Lobster since I was an employee, but my girlfriend had never eaten at Red Lobster before and she wanted to try it. Entering into the building I realized that the entire restaurant was remodeled at some point over the last 8 years. The new style will appeal to a much wider range of people since it is just decorated like a restaurant now and not a boat dock like it used to be. The remodel looks fairly recent and is a vast improvement over the old dining room. The menu has also changed quite a bit but I recognized some of the old dishes still present like the Ultimate Feast and the Admiral's Feast. We were served with cheese biscuits fairly quickly and they were as good as I remember them to be(but they are easy to make at home, FYI). Our waitress was adequate, but not really noteworthy. As for my meal, I chose the "Crab Lover's Dream" since the CrabFest Promotion was going on. The entree consisted of Snow Crab Legs, King Crab Legs, and Crab Alfredo. It was served with a side (Steamed Broccoli) and side salad (Cesar). I was not overly (or underly - is that a word?) impressed with anything served to me. The food was exactly as I remembered it. The seafood was of adequate quality considering this is landlocked Tulsa, but nothing was overly impressive. There was a decent portion of King Crab Legs and they were halved to make for easier eating, but that actually kind of dried them out and made them rubbery. The Snow Crab Leg portion was good and they were probably the best part of the dish. The portion of Crab Alfredo was massive and it was good as well. The meal was almost $30. Overall, the entire entree (with salad and biscuits) was about 3x more food than I would have cared to eat but seafood does not reheat well. Why not offer half sized portions for half the price? You can have that one for free Red Lobster... All things considered, I did not have an a bad experience at Red Lobster, but I also did not have a great experience. That puts us somewhere in the middle and the current rating of 3 stars seems pretty fair to me.

Endless Shrimp 2015 has begun. We arrived around 1115 am and the wait for our party of 2 was about 15 minutes. We both ordered the Endless Shrimp. The price this year has increased $2.00 and is now $17.99. This does include their wonderful cheddar bay biscuits, a salad, two shrimp choices and a side. I started with pineapple habanero coconut shrimp and the garlic shrimp scampi. The portions are slightly smaller than in years past as scampi started with 7 shrimp compared to 10 last season. The pineapple habanero shrimp were very good but the coconut flavor overpowers the dish. Will ask for the pineapple habanero sauce over their regular fried shrimp if we decide to try this again. My favorite though was the classic fettuccine alfredo shrimp which is always spot on and very good. Our server, Kevin, was very attentive in bringing drink refills, clearing empty plates, etc. By the time we left the restaurant, the lobby was packed and had to have been a 30-45 minute wait so go early!

Traveling from out of town. Call ahead so I don't have to wait 20 min when I get there. They got my order wrong so what do I have to do wait 20-25 min to get the right order. No apologize no offer of a free dessert or anything. Though I wouldn't have taken it, but the principle is what matters. Then I get back to the hotel and no silverware!!! Really I don't get this places where you get to go and they don't give you silverware....
