Ordered food for pick up, wasted a 1/2 hour in target while they prepared it and got here to pick up and NEVER made my order! Now waiting about 15 minutes!! 45 minutes for a pick up order! Not happy!! Oh and to make it better, I get a free drink! Ummm no thanks!! On the house they say! A drink of pop!! Not returning!

I love this place! The lettuce wraps and the honey seared chicken are my favorite! Be sure to ask them to add veggies to make It a perfect meal!!

Sorry, but this is just a bad over priced over hyped Chinese restaurant that thinks it can get by on style over substance. Does the decor look nice? Yes... but the food is not even as good as an Egg Roll Express... In fact you can get better egg rolls across the street at Jack in the Box than they serve here and they are cheaper too. I've eaten there more than once so I know it wasn't just a bad day, the first time by my own volition the other times because the someone in out group had some strong desire to go there.... But no more... In the future I'll simply to to Jack in the Box for my egg rolls and let my friends get ripped by Pei Wei. As for the food... well on one occasion I had their Pad Thai... it was as if someone in the back throw the right things into the bowl but didn't bother to cook them together or anything else... Other occasions I tried different things and oddly enough they all tasted the same... I guess they probably thought it was cheaper to just use the same sauce for everything than actually cook the proper dishes. Oh, did I mention the other huge turn off? They are slow... and for whatever reason will not take your order until there is a table for you to sit at... Sorry but why the hell can't I order my food when I go in and you have no line at the counter why should I wait until a table opens up? It only insures that when I do get to sit down it will be even longer before I can get my food... it isn't like the waiter comes to your table you just order at the counter.

Long lines at 1:00 But that's not unusual They have a balance on how fast the line goes and how much seating they have 1:00 slammed...1:30 half full? Once I ordered food came out fast and good! It's freezing in here. Most patrons eating with their coats on! This store has a little ways to go!!

We rarely ever eat in the restaurant but it is one of our favorite places to call in for takeout. They are always accommodating and get the order right. Our favorite fish is the sweet and sour chicken. Yum!

Great fast casual Asian. My only complaint here and at P.F. Chang's is the tendency for heavy sweet sauces. If you avoid those it's pretty good. Even the sushi is respectable.

Pei Wei is less than 5 minutes from home, so we usually call and order our food and then go pick it up. There was about a 20-25 minute pick up time given for us when we ordered this time. We did it online using their convenient ordering system. You can customize the bowls however you like. When I arrived at our pick up time, our food was waiting and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I strayed from my typical fried rice this time to order spicy chicken with brown rice. The chicken was decent, but not the best spicy Chinese chicken I've ever had. The brown rice was cooked perfectly. Overall, this is decent and fast Chinese food, but if you're looking for great quality, I'd go somewhere else.

I live fairly close to this place so I've been a fairly regular customer, even though there are many fast food choices along the south memorial corridor. The reason is that the food is pretty good, the prices fair and the service quick and friendly. I often choose a Couple sushi rolls from their fairly new menu. Although the sushi choice is limited, it is an acceptable alternative to the sticky sweet chicken options. Not my favorite but ok once in a while, and the finicky grandkids like it.

Gave it a second chance and it was worth it. Food was served quickly, hot and fresh. The staff seems to have changed and was very attentive. Would now recommend.

I'd heard my friends give mixed reviews and had to try it for myself. Really good! We will definitely be back.

We were excited to see this south Tulsa/Bixby open up. We've always had a good experience at the 71st Street East Tulsa/Broken Arrow location. We got 2 take out orders of steak dishes and both had tough meat...guess I'll stick with chicken or shrimp next time.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
