Food: 1/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 4/5 Decor & Style: 4/5 I got the assorted box with 8 different types of Kolache's. All 8 were pretty dry and not very flavorful, IMO. My favorite, if I had to choose one, is the pork belly Kolache. Still, they were all very dry and worse the next day when I had to re-heat them up. I don't live in Tulsa so I wont have a chance to return here to give them another chance (will be too busy trying other places). This review is just based off a one-time visit, unfortunately.

I super dig this place! I used to frequent here a lot more often but I've since cut back but not because they aren't fantastic! The staff here is always so sweet, they definitely know me by now and assume what I'll get before I order. Their creme brulee breve is hands down one of the most delicious coffee beverages I have ever had the pleasure to sip on. THIS IS HUGE PEOPLE. It is cream based, prepare for this smooth beverage, you'll want a second one. They serve DoubleShot coffee and the 12 oz already comes with four shots in it, mmmm. I am not someone who opts for sweet coffee, I am usually an americano kind of gal, or a strong mocha. But this is the perfect balance. The four shots definitely takes any overpowering sweetness away. Onto the Kolaches, YUMMMMMMMMM. I love the Apple Cheddar sausage probably best, but if I am craving sweeter then definitely the banana/nutella. They've got a good thing here, I am so glad I decided to go somewhere different for a change that one morning. (Them being open at 6 AM is a HUGE plus for me too!) Stop in here, even in a hurry they are super quick and they'll serve you with a smile, something that can be difficult at that time of day!

I was so excited to come home for Christmas and give this place a try! I love to support local businesses and the "from scratch" breakfast market is really lacking. The staff is super friendly and describe all the offerings with pride. It's a cute little coffee shop type atmosphere. Would be great to being a book and enjoy a kolache and tea. I tried the pork belly and sage, kielbasa, sausage and gravy and banana Nutella. Banana Nutella was for my mom and niece, I am the only freak who doesn't like Nutella lol. They loved it. The sweet filling makes it more of a donut flavor. Sausage and Gravy- probably good, great sausage, but the middle dough wasn't cooked all the way and tasted very rubbing alcohol-ish from the yeast and dough. Kielbasa- must get. Yummy smoky sausage and cheese. So good. So smoky. Who doesn't want house made kielbasa? If it came served with kraut I would be in heaven. Pork Belly and Blackberry Sage Jam- oh my lord have mercy. I was thinking this would be too salty from the belly, but it is not! It's smells like thanksgiving in a bun. The pork belly has that tough but edible texture so the bun isn't all soggy from the fat and the jam cuts the saltiness. It's a delicious medley or sweet and savory. I am just mad I didn't get myself two. Worth the stop. For the price of an egg mcmuffin, you could get something made from scratch with quality ingredients!

Something profound occurred after my 12th delicious pork belly Kolache..... I threw up, the throwing up part was a relatively normal circumstance occurring after any human being consumes half of their body weight, but the bizarre occurrence was that these pork belly kolaches are so good that I re-ate them after they exited my body and it tasted just as good!!! This leads me to believe that the man has done it!! He has solved world hunger. Ironic that I bring up world hunger after over endulging my appitite yes but none the less he has invented wonder puke! A food so good that it can be eaten and thrown up and eaten and thrown up over and over again. The man is the willy Wonka of food! He has invented the equivalent of the everlasting gobstopper! We will brand him an equal alliteration style name of Kooky Kolache. I can't wait to find a golden ticket in my next Kolache, Alright but besides the pork belly Kolache I will review the rest as follows: Ranchero: bland not much flavor, needs something more but hopefully they will perfect it. Mushroom and Swiss: decent, it is great for the first couple of bites but probably needs to be shared because becomes a bit much by the end. Sausage and gravy: great, I recommend getting this one, it is just a solid little number. Not going to blow your mind but it will satisfy you. Pork belly: heaven The florentine: I wanted to like this one but the spinach was a little overwhelming. I love spinach and maybe I wasn't feeling like Popeye that day so I didn't enjoy it. I will have to give it another try. Homemade keilbasa: (probably spelled that wrong) this one is different, it is good but unique, a giant piece of sausage inside, and it is spicy. I think if you had hot sauce or some other kind of dipping sauce you could make this one killer. Ham egg and chive: no flavor, bland and I wouldn't recommend until they change it. Chicken Apple sausage: I didn't like this one. That being said I didn't try any of the sweet ones but they are all probably amazing. Remember this place just started so they will get better I'm assuming. But as for now the pork belly Kolache is a great addition to Tulsa. Good job to these guys.

This place is crazy good. The staff is incredible. I brought my sisters from out of town here and the staff went out of their way to make sure we got all that we needed and even took group pics of us after we finished. My favorite was the sausage and gravy kolache, but eh ranchero was a close second. Everything we tried was perfect!! This is definitely one of my go-to spots now!

I am a big fan of Luckys. Was just there again and had another great meal. Having lived in Texas we grew to really like Kolaches so I was extremely excited to see this new restaurant open. I have been several times. Overall i really like the menu. Really cool ideas. In the end though, i always feel like I received way too little for what I paid. Also, even though i really like the description of many of their Kolaches, the actual result is pretty bad!!! Many too salty. Some with way too little filling. Others just miss. I will try again, but so far I have been really underwhelmed. Sucks since it is a cool looking shop with top notch, friendly staff.

We had the Banana Nutella, Chicken and Apple Sausage, the Kielbasa, and the Ranchero, and they were amazing! Cute little shop and nice family atmosphere. Get there early, they sell out of the favorites quickly.

Pros: Florentine kolache (exactly what I was craving and like what I had growing up near German community in TX), pork belly, and mushroom. Private parking lot. Cons: far from my home, not open Sunday

Wow!!! What an experience! Bought several and shared them! Ranchero, kielbasa, ham and egg, and the chicken and apple sausage!!! Every last one was delish..... fresh squeezed OJ was a plus! Will def be back the next time I visit Tulsa!!!!

We had 6 different types. They were all delicious. The wild mushroom is a definite. I really wish they would add some traditional kolaches to the menu.Spent $22 and the server would not give us a glass of water. Said we would have to buy a carton of water. As bottled / (carton-ed) water is absolutely horrifying for the environment, I cannot/will not purchase prepackaged water. Having to eat a bread product without anything to wash it down with put a damper on the experience. Food was delicious. Thus the 3 stars.

They are unique kolaches. I got the peanut butter/bacon/banana kolache and it was phenomenal. The banana nutella was sold out by the time we got there around 9. It was an adorable, cute cafe, loved it!

Located next to Lucky's on Cherry St, this is one of the few places in Tulsa to grab a Kolache. These Kolaches are unique and tasty, like a gourmet hot pocket of perfection. With a menu of sweet and savory Kolaches there is something for everyone. Especially cool is that there are vegetarian Kolaches like the wild mushroom and Swiss and the florentine spinach Kolaches. Yum. For the carnivore inside, the homemade Kielbasa cheese is amazing. It really creates a unique, smoky, and sharp cheddar flavor that will satisfy your Kolache cravings. The dough of these Kolaches is amazing. Hard to explain but the best I can muster is that it is similar to a great pizza crust, but a bit more spongy and with that glutinous goodness that makes the dough soft and doughy, the perfect container to the many options served here. Great drip coffee and fresh OJ along with other drinks make the place perfect for a morning snack. Eat in or pick up some Kolaches to go, it's hard to beat this new place in town for when you want to try something different or a quick morning meal.

I'm one of those folks who loves a traditional Czech kolache...so this is not the place for me. I went to college at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which meant I went to the Czech festival every single summer and loaded up on poppyseed and apricot kolaches at the farmer's market on the weekends. Now, if I longed for a kolache stuffed with pork belly, then I would go here. But I don't. I want the "grandma's recipe that needs to be translated into English" kolache. My husband, on the other hand, only knows the kolaches we could get in Houston, which means stuffed with meat and jalepeños. He loves Oklahoma Kolache Company! He downed the Ranchero and looked longingly at his empty take out box as if another would magically appear. Bottom line: I, the traditional kolache lover, did not like this place. My husband, who has never had a traditional kolache in his life, loves this place. The coffee we both agree on: it's fantastic.

Jesus would go here if he were craving a kolache. freaking good! early bird gets the worm

Yay! A new breakfast spot! I tried four different kolaches today (don't judge me. I'm pregnant.): Pork Belly & Sage Jelly, Kielbasa & Cheddar, Ranchero Meat with Black Beans, and Ham, Egg, & Chive. The bread on each was wonderfully soft. The Ranchero Meat Kolache had a crispy cheese top. The meat in this one was flavorful and moist. The Kielbasa & Cheddar was also delicious. The kielbasa had a nice smoky flavor, but this one could have used more filling. The Pork Belly was the absolute best of the bunch. Pieces of it were a little dry, but the fatty parts melted in my mouth and the sage jelly had an almost barbeque sauce quality to it. There was plenty of pork belly in this one. I wasn't a fan of the Ham, Egg, and Chive. I didn't taste any chives and the ham and eggs were pretty standard. I'm definitely going back to try the sweet varieties and to have some more pork belly!

Quick review, to be edited after my next return: Oklahoma Kolache Company is amazing.

This spot has been open for maybe two months now. It's always good to see new food spots in the area. The two young ladies at the register were welcoming & very nice. The man (who might have been the manager) was very hands-on & nice as well. I went with the chicken & apple sausage with cheddar cheese, The Big Daddy, which was Granny Smith apples & green chiles & a macchiato. The chicken & apple sausage was savory & delicious. The Big Daddy was a perfect combination of sweet & a little kick. I'd recommend to use a knife & fork. The macchiato I ordered was cool. I'm not really a coffee drinker but it seemed fitting with what I got. I dined-in & paid attention to how customers were ordering the banana & Nutella. That seems to be the favorite on the menu. I heard the people sitting across from me super excited about having it & even ordering more. The pork belly, Kielbasa & sausage & gravy were some of the other favorites too; even the Big Daddy I had as well. The only mistake I made, was asking for the daily special. The one today was apple, blue cheese & bacon. I would've loved to try it! I'm just not the type to have my debit card swiped twice at the same place so maybe next time, I'll see what they have in-store.

A unique treat that is definitely a departure from the usual fare. They offer very interesting combinations. My favorite so far is the Mushroom and Swiss.

I had never even heard of a kolache before I found this place, but now I am a convert. I've tried four flavors, and they have all been winners. There was one with sage and pork that I literally dreamt about that night. The shop is cute, and the staff is friendly. I wanted an iced latte which wasn't actually on the menu, but they figured out how to make me one anyway. Much appreciated! It is a little more expensive than a donut and coffee, but so well worth it.

I love that there's something new and different and homemade and delicious in town. Love that they serve Doubleshot espresso drinks, but disappointed that their drip coffee is from somewhere else. Love that they open before 7am, but disappointed that they close before noon (don't blame them! I would, too!).

I've never had a kolache before so after stumbling upon this place and reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. First impressions, the staff is really fun and nice! I was getting my order to go so I didn't get a drink but I think next time I pop in I will. I ordered the sausage & gravy, ranchero meat, and the pork belly & blackberry sage jam. Sausage & Gravy - This was my least favorite. I think the gravy is what makes it seem doughy on the inside. I didn't really care for the flavor but it wasn't terrible. Just not something I would order again. Ranchero Meat - It was a little dry. The meat tasted like ground turkey with regular taco seasoning but I would get it again. I pretty much like any breakfast item with black beans and overall the taste was good. Pork Belly - This one is sticky! The flavor of the pork belly and blackberry jam compliment each other so well. This was by far my favorite and I will probably get it every time I go in. I look forward to trying some of the other options.

As it stands I would say this place is at a 4 star level, but it's clear to me that they'll be 5 stars with just a little more experience. I tried 3 varieties this morning. KIELBASA AND CHEDDAR This bread cave revealed the most incredible aroma when I first pierced the shell. A juicy hunk of kielbasa cooked to perfection sat on a thin layer of liquid cheddar. The dried jalapeno slice that adorned the top was a nice touch and packed a surprising kick for just a small slice. PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA, AND BACON My least favorite of the 3 but it was something I would order again. Reminded me of a peanut butter stuffed pretzel with the outer shell having crushed salt on it. The mashed mixture of ingredients was tasty but the peanut butter dried my mouth out a bit. Nothing a cup of milk wouldn't cure but if I were creating it I'd consider adding a strawberry sauce to moisten the mixture a bit and I think it would pair well. PORK BELLY AND SAGE JELLY Definitely my favorite of the 3 I tried. The pork belly portion was generous and the sage jelly added a nice sweet compliment to the moist and savory pork. As an added bonus, they have a pretty nice espresso bar setup and are serving DoubleShot Coffee. This is where I feel they have a tremendous opportunity once they have learned how to fashion drinks. They admitted that they haven't had enough practice with lattes and cappuccinos but said they can make an Americano well so I went with it and have to say that it was as good as anything I've had for the Tulsa area. The espresso had a nice finish that didn't make you cringe on that first sip but it still maintained it's acidic taste which was in the upper 10% of what I've had in the city. Lastly, incredible service. It's the kind of place that makes you feel like you're making their day better as much as they're making yours. They were incredibly friendly and you could tell they were enjoying what they do. I hope this place takes off but never loses that feel.

Absolutely amazing. We have gone twice now and the Kolaches are superb. They really are all wonderful but our favorites are the homemade kielbasa and cheese, the mushroom and Swiss and the Pork Belly with Blackberry sage jam. They are mostly savory but all have very unique flavors that make them the best kolaches I have ever eaten. Their drip coffee is also flavorful and the staff is extremely helpful and seem to love what they do! Definitely my husband and I's new go-to breakfast spot! Try it out you won't regret it!
(5)S B.
They have their own sweet and savory styles of kolache that were hot and fresh. The service was good.

My husband and I went for the first time this morning and we tried many different kolaches and they were all really good! It goes perfectly with a latte with coffee from Double Shot. The best kolaches and coffee in town!
