Chicken changa was awesome. Great cheese sauce. They go out of their way to take care of you. Everything tastes fresh

Service is very friendly and the food came out fast! I love the Tri Athlete omelette, it's a healthy breakfast option. The Siesta Key Cocktail is also delicious.

Well, I can definitely see why this place was named Tulsa's best breakfast. First of all, our waiter showed up to our table with coffee pot in hand and I have never been more tempted to kiss a stranger on the face. It was just such a nice touch as far as service goes (and I was in super need of my morning caffeine). I had the Bacon and Onion hash and holy freaking moly. It was delicious. Imagine a bed of hash browns covered in melted cheese, bacon, and topped with two eggs over easy. THATS ALL IT IS AND ITS SO GOOD. I was literally crying happy tears while eating it. I also had a single carrot cake pancake and it was amazing amounts of good. I love that their breakfast food feels a little healthier. The vibe is really nice and simple. But with food this good they don't need anything else.

Once you try it there is no comparing to any other breakfast place. There are some places in tulsa with great breakfast food, however first watch accomplishes a melt in your mouth experience with out the unhealthy fattening feeling afterwords. My favorite breakfast spot.

A refreshing breakfast option for Tulsa. Quality ingredients, unique entree options and the price of IHOP! I got the chickichanga, which was very tasty and the perfect sized portion. Definitely try the day glow (fresh squeezed juice). Also, the coffee was pretty good too. There will be a wait if you go on Saturday morning, just a heads up. But the food is worth it.

Finding excellent breakfast spots in Tulsa has been a challenge. First Watch was an excellent discovery. The Location on Lewis and 81st has made improvements on a pretty good staff to raise the level of service and attention. The food has always been very good, served hot and, in most cases, faster than you expect. I am a fan of the Acapulco Express Omelette, the sometimes get skimpy on the Green Chili's but, the Chorizo they use has tons of flavor and makes up for it. I also have grown to love the Bubba's Benny. It's basically a bowl with Biscuits, topped with Turkey Sausage Patties, than Eggs and Covered in Sausage Gravy. Don't mistake their Turkey Sausage for anything less than excellent, flavorful breakfast sausage. I love Pork too but this is a delicious sausage. If you are looking for something light and healthy, they have many choices. I like the Energy Bowl, Fresh Fruit, Vanilla Yogurt and Granola and sometimes substitute it for my potatoes. They can be very busy at breakfast but, the Fresh Coffee served while you wait makes it easier. I have never had to wait for coffee and they leave a small carafe at the table to make refills and warm ups easy. If I have any complaint it is with the occasional slow or inattentive staff member.I have found if you find a good server, you can ask for her/him and they do make a huge difference and turnover seems to be fairly low for the industry. Also, and I have no idea why this is in some places, they can skimp on potatoes. This never makes sense to me, it is one of the least expensive staples to load on a plate. Those breakfast restaurants that load on potatoes make the plate look more full and, in my opinion, this makes a difference in the perceived cost of the meal.

Excellent Florentine Eggs Benedict. Two poached eggs over spinach and slices of avocados. The creamy hollandaise sauce was made just the right consistency. The English muffin was fresh and soft. The kale juice was very refreshing. The sweetness and sourness, as well as the inviting green tone, made the juice just right for a morning beverage.

The place is beautiful, staff was great but the quality and price of the food wasn't what I expected. It seemed to me Ihop pricing but McDonald's portions.

Came here for family breakfast on Saturday and Shelley took great care of us. We sat at the back room and overall this was a great experience. The food is fresh and the menu has an interesing variety. We had the orange, carrot, ginger and lemon juice and it was very refreshing. Plus coffee and fountain drinks. I had the Bacado and hubby had the Acapulco. Very generous portions. I think this place is low carb friendly (please forget I mentioned the juice) since it has options other than hash browns. I had the dressed greens with my omelette and they were fairly good. Shelley was outstanding from beginning to end. Kudos to her for keeping up with refills even after we were done with our breakfast. That is something that I appreciate a lot since some times a meal is not enough time to catch up with friends and family. I know, I know, sometimes I feel guilty staying long and I reflect it on my tip, but not everywhere you can feel as welcome as we did this time. Thanks Shelley!

This is hands down and away the best breakfast spot in Tulsa. Everyone I have told about this place also loves it. It's fresh healthy food made perfectly. I wish I could give it more stars!

My boyfriend and I decided to try First Watch from a recommendation from his brother and his wife. They frequent the OKC location and had nothing but great things to say. We arrived at about the same time as the church crows and only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. The atmosphere is very inviting and everyone was very friendly and hospitable. The waitress was very attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions. After taking quite awhile to look over the menu, (it was an extremely difficult choice) I mentioned that it was our first time dining there. Shortly after, a complimentary strawberry-banana crepe was brought to our table. It was delicious! It was also gone very quickly. I ordered a very basic breakfast. Eggs, a sausage link, and a pecan pancake that filled 3/4 of my plate. Everything was wonderful! I also sampled my boyfriend's Acapulco omelette with a side of potatoes. The chorizo in the omelette was the best I've ever had and the potatoes had just enough onion in them to make me wish I had ordered a side for myself. We ended up taking about half of our food home to enjoy later. We will definitely be going back very soon!

Clean place with nice staff. They recommended Day Glo, OJ with carrot juice, bitter without sweetness, didn't drink it. Decided on Trifecta, I should have asked for crisp bacon, it was limp and fatty, but good flavor. The blueberry pancake was light and fluffy, but not a lot of flavor, two applications of syrup helped. The mixed berry compote was not at all sweet, interesting to dip the pancake in every once in awhile. Scrambled eggs, the best I have ever had at a restaurant! It was the right amount of food, then they said, since it was my first my visit, I got a complementary crepe. I have never had a crepe, it looked like a flour tortilla without much flavor. I know strawberry and banana is a popular combo, but I have only recently started making myself eat bananas. There was at least a whole banana and several strawberries on it. The strawberry sauce was tasty and I dipped the fruit in it. The thing was huge and a meal in itself! I saw people eating lunch and it looked delicious, will go back and try lunch.

Greeted and seated quickly. Main room has tons of natural light. Pleasantly decorated. Staff was efficient and quick. Complimentary crepe for first time visitors...what a great touch. Had the Parma hash with eggs over easy. The sundried tomatoes and mozzarella cheese were perfect together.

We visited Tulsa on March 20-22 and ate breakfast here all three days! The service was incredible, the food was fresh, hot and very tasty! I am a very picky eater and they completely satisfied my pallet and my wallet. Great job First Watch.

Not a fan, wait is horrible, coffee tastes like the bottom of a shoe, small potions for the price, not impressed. Try not to eat here

Brittany is the secret weapon at this delightful breakfast/lunch spot at The Plaza. My favorite order is the Tri-Fecta. They never make you feel like they want your table back, like some other Tulsa breakfast spots. You can eat a delicious leisurely meal and be pampered by some of the nicest staff in Tulsa. I go back often!

I went here for breakfast this morning for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. This place has a very nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly. Very quick service as well. Now on to the food. I had the Key West Crepeggs which is a thin crepe layered with eggs, turkey, avocado, tomatoes and Monterey Jack. Topped with sour cream, a side of housemade salsa and fresh, seasoned potatoes. I had turkey sausage and a blueberry pancake with it as well. This was probably the best breakfast I've has since living in Tulsa. I'd definitely recommend trying this place out. You won't be disappointed.

We are here on a Saturday morning. It was busy but we didn't have to wait at all. The servers are very friendly and helpful. The food is very very good. There are a lot of heathy options and the waitress stated that they don't even have a fryer in the back. I went with a carrot cake pancake and my wife had the bubba. They both were amazing and the portions were very generous. The price was also very reasonable. Also tell them it's your first time and they will bring you a fruit crepe on the house!!!!

Amazing service, food, and price. Waitstaff all very friendly. Clean. Free crepe for first-timers. Saw the reviews on here while driving through town and decided to stop. It was definitely worth our 15 minute detour! My husband's pancakes were massive. Get the chickichanga - so delicious!

Higher class Denny's For you non pork eaters they use turkey gravy. Was a first for me. Enjoyed my food and was out.More for people wanting to meet and have breakfast, rather than a guy thats dirty and been up all night working. There was a onion in my taters... 7.59 breakfast-two biscuits, turkey gravy, two eggs, seasoned taters With water.

Found out about this place here on Yelp, we decided to give it a try. Had a great server named Missy, she was very helpful giving us suggestions for breakfast. and she was spot on about the pancakes, we got a stack of cheddar and bacon, blueberry and chocolate chips, sounds strange but they were all delicious. Next time we're in Tulsa we're back here for breakfast again.

I love eating breakfast here. There are a lot of breakfast and brunch choices, all of which are delicious. My favorite is always the Floridian French Toast. What could be better? I wish they had better quality hot tea choices.

Horrible service and mediocre food. Plus, you should know ahead of time this is a Christian business. Like there's a stack of Bibles at the front with a note that says "Take One" and the servers tell you to have a "blessed" day. Yeah, I get that it's next to ORU, but I don't need all that with my pancakes. We waited for several minutes before even being greeeted. After we sat down, it was 5+ minutes before our server came over and brought us water. I was seriously about to leave. I ordered a soda and -on a positive note- after she finally brought it to the table she kept the refills coming. Maybe a bit overboard, actually. At one point I had three Diet Cokes on the table. I ordered a pancake and scrambled eggs and my BF got the Cajun Omelet. The food was nothing to write home about. The eggs were pretty dry and the pancake was a bit fluffy for my liking. The breakfast potatoes were majorly undercooked, almost raw, and had zero seasoning. Omelet was okay, though somewhat bland even with the cajun sauce. BF did say the English Muffin was "toasted well and buttered nice." As for the bacon, one slice was overcooked and one slice was undercooked. For $25, you can easily get a much better (and Bible-free) breakfast/ lunch at BBD II-- just a mile down 81st.

A chain of primarily breakfast restaurants from Florida that also serve lunch's. Nicely decorated and a large restaurant with fine service. Carrot Cake pancakes are delicious, light. fluffy and tasty. Several other types like Wheat Germ ,Blueberry ,Cranberry Nut ,Chocolate Chip ,Banana Crunch with Granola and Pecan. Great so see a restaurant that serves different types than the plain old buttermilk. I had the Acapulco Express omelet: chorizo sausage, avocado, green chilies and onions, smothered with melted cheeses and topped with sour cream. Served with a side of homemade salsa. Very good but I couldn't really taste the chorizo. Served with cubed potatoes and a lightly toasted English muffin, nice touch. OJ was fresh squeezed and coffee was served with my very own thermos! Bill came to about $25 bucks. Breakfast done right!

A place to go if you want healthy. However if u want flavor not so much. This morning I had a gravey train omelette. It has cheese hash browns suasage and bacon in it topped with gravy. Sounds yummy right. Not. The gravy almost non exsistant. I had to ask for more. The flavor bland even with bacon it. That truly a feat. Eaten now twice. Both times just soso

The First Watch is a good place for breakfast/brunch. I had the Greek Fetish omelette which consisted of roasted peppers, spinach, tomato and feta. I had a banana/granola crunch pancake on the side. Once I heard the ingredients, I just had to try it. I was very happy with the service and the food. I like the place and will be back.

We stayed at a hotel that is located [roughly] across the street. Having no mode of transportation, we were anxious to find a decent "sit down" restaurant for breakfast. Luckily, as we crossed the street, we came across "First Watch." As we entered, we were politely greeted by staff. We reviewed the menu. We then requested to be seated. The restaurant seems to be a great hangout for older people. And by older people, I mean 65 years old and older. Considering that this is a franchise restaurant, the food was good... but not remarkable. I had the ham and cheese omelette. The omelette came with potatoes and an English muffin. The prices were good. My omelette was about $7.

Good place to grab breakfast. Great selection of healthy breakfast choices and fresh juices. The omelets and hash scrambles are great. I recommend the market fresh hash. However, the waffles weren't anything special. We arrived at 9:15 and didn't get seated until 10:15 because they were very busy. They offer complimentary coffee while you wait which was a nice touch. The coffee is pretty terrible. Once we were seated it was $2.49 a cup and not very good. A breakfast joint should have better coffee.

Absolutely wonderful. Have had a great experience here. The customer service was very quick and checked on tables regularly. Very busy in the morning around 10, even when the waiting room was full, they got us seated within 5 minutes. Food tasted wonderful, it was filling yet not heavy. I can tell the ingredients used to make the food is high quality and fresh. Again, as I have said before In review of this fine restaurant, they have very good potatoes. Not greasy at all, but perfectly spiced and grilled. I would recommend anyone to this restaurant at any time of the day. If you come here, you will not regret it! Happy eating! Spencer Yonce

I love First Watch! It is by far my favorite place to go eat breakfast in Tulsa. The wait is kind of bad, but they give you free coffee to make up for it!

this place is superb. first thing I noticed.. coffee while you wait for a table. GENIUS. it was packed when I went on a Saturday morning (as expected), but the wait wasn't bad - maybe 20 minutes. and clearly, I was a lot happier knowing that I had a copious supply of coffee right at my fingertips while waiting. they give you your own pot o' coffee when you sit down. yeeeee. this makes the deepest parts of me jump for joy. their menu is out of this world - so many tasty options. I hate going to breakfast places knowing that I am out of luck if I want something healthy. first watch is not like that - lots of healthy items to choose from. so that's a HUGE plus in my book. I got an egg white omelette with fruit and a tasty English muffin. my mom ordered pancakes (lots of awesome flavors to choose from), eggs, and EXTRA CRISPY bacon. let it be known that my mother enjoys her bacon practically burnt. few restaurants serve her this. two for you, glen coco. you go glen coco. ladies & gentlemen: First watch is a straight up CROWD PLEASER. extra crispy bacon was served and extra tip for first watch was earned. good service, pleasant atmosphere, the signs are all pointing to first watch. GO, RUN, and EAT.
