We love this place, always consistent and friendly and food is great. Every time me and my family come in here were always greeted with a smile And the triathlete meal is the bomb and good for you too.

I love first watch! the atmosphere is nice and quiet. Very welcoming. Wait staff is great everytime. I normally make orders togo and the staff is great every time. Salads are great, sandwiches are spectacular, and breakfast is even better! I've been a long time customer and will continue to be .

Here for the day on business and was referred by Yelp. The Waiter was very cordial and efficient. I tried the morning sunrise drink and it was delicious. My next choice was the crab cake Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfect. The crab cakes were delicious and the sauce was spot on. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal with outstanding service.

We've been here a few times and the food is pretty good all around. On the other hand, the service can be terrible if its a busy weekend and you're not a regular. We visited on a Sunday around ten and the front door staff pretended to write down our name on the wait list only to seat regulars who came in after us first. Only after the waiting area had cleared out did she sheepishly come over and ask us what party we were in. Upon sitting down we ended up waiting for another five minutes before someone came over and asked if we'd been helped. She took our order but for the rest of the breakfast (minus getting the check) we were pretty much invisible to the waitstaff who managed to find time to stop and talk to regulars.

I absolutely love this place! I have never had a bad experience here. One of the immediate perks of First Watch is that even if you have a wait, you can get a cup of coffee to drink while you are waiting. And their coffee is some of the best I've had! On our most recent visit, we had about a 10 minute wait. Even though they were crowded, they worked efficiently and we were seated quickly. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. The food came out quick an was delicious as always. I tried something new to me--the biscuits and turkey gravy with eggs. They were really good! I love that they have a "healthy" section to their menu, so even if you are trying to eat healthy, you can still get a great meal. When eating off of that section of the menu, I recommend you try the Tri-Athlete Omelete. It is delicious!

We stopped here on our way from Dallas to Arkansas and the food here was fantastic. My wife had the chickachanga and I had the power wrap. Both were wonderful. The coffee is better than most breakfast places. They also had a good selection of herbal teas. We also had their day glow juice which is a blend of carrots, oranges, and lemons with a hint of ginger. We left here very full and satisfied. Good job Tulsa.

Today was my first time visiting this particular First Watch location and I was overly impressed with every aspect of my experience. We were greeted with a smile from multiple employees and seated quickly. The food was delicious and they offer great portions for their already inexpensive prices. I also enjoyed the fact that they have healthy breakfast options which you do not often find at cafés in Tulsa. Would definitely recommend this location to any locals or to anyone visiting.

I'm not usually a huge fan of breakfast places, but I absolutely LOVE this place. I had the Tri-Athlete, which is an egg white omelet with green chillies, onions, tomatoes and these delicious mushrooms. It also had an English muffin and a side of fresh fruit (and yes people, it's fresh). I also had a pecan pancake. It was huge! Best pancake I've ever had. I highly recommend this place.

Best of the best! Had great service and a wonderful meal!

We have eaten her several times and have never been disappointed. The breakfast menu has tons of options and we have tried omelettes, biscuits and gravy, blueberry pancakes and carrot cake pancakes and the hash. All of which were delicious!

I had the Bacado, EXCELLENT! A bit pricey for what I got (omelette, coffee, and side of bacon $15.00). Good service, I would definitely highly recommend and will return.

Fresh, good, friendly breakfast with creative menu items. Try it!

I love this place. It is different from IHOP or Village Inn, in a good way! Everything seems a bit fresher, healthier and just better. I've tried the Energy Bowl, The Traditional and Floridian French Toast. All of these are completely different from one another and completely great. I will admit I was very hesitant to try this place at first and the only reason was cause every time I drove by it looked like no one was there eating. Well, that's my bad because I didn't realize they just do breakfast brunch and lunch. I have been going here for over a year and won't stop anytime soon. This is my favorite breakfast spot to say the least.

I just ate a strawberry and it was fresh and good. I'm assuming the rest should be even better.

This place is awesome! Good food and service, reasonable price. It gets busy on the weekends so expect a little wait. We had 6 people and got a round table, which is much better for conversing than the typical long ones.

I love this place so much! Best food and service for Breakfast. Only wish they had mimosas :)

Presently surprised at how much I liked this place! Service was very good, menu had traditional fare with a a few surprises (healthy options & gluten free options). Fruit was fresh and flavorful! You know how you get a side of fruit and it doesn't have any flavor...well theirs didn't look like it had been sitting around forever, it included strawberries and fresh raspberries, and it was flavorful!!! I'll definitely be back! This is a must go if you want a good breakfast! Their lunch menu looked good too!

The manager, Randy, along with wife and head server, Tonya, ROCK the house! Clean restaurant, tasty, healthy food delivered fast, at reasonable prices! I love the selection as a vegetarian! We have business groups that meet there twice a week, and I'm never caught in the, "gosh, I don't know what to order" mode. There is always something good!

As a pancake connoisseur, I can say that this is the one place where one shouldn't order plain pancakes. The reason is that their recipe is more of a "cake" recipe, such that plain tastes sweet on its own. The banana granola added a good amount of moistness to the pancake, which is what their recipe is designed for -- adding to. Note that the pancake is humongous and you've been warned to accept that one hot cake is enough to satisfy any craving.

I eat breakfast here every week for a networking meeting. The entire team goes out of their way to provide excellent service....we've been meeting here for about 3 years now. The food is always served hot and fresh. I'm usually an egg and bacon guy, but I've had their "more healthy" options as well. Always good. My only complaint is a bad habit of ordering pancakes too often over the past year and I've gained some weight. lol The pancakes are on a superior level!
