Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Had not been to a Chipotle since 2008 in Denver. Prior to that I was not a fan of them while living in CA. Always seemed like I would get a MASSIVE burrito just full of rice and falling apart. Went here with some friends because I figure every place deserves a second chance or third or fourth. Instead of getting the burrito of doom I figured I would try a bowl and their Sofritas (which is seasoned tofu). You get to pick the other toppings, so if the combination sucks, then it's your own fault. All of the ingredients were very fresh and the kitchen area looked clean, just like the rest of the store. Got a table and tried the Sofrita bowl and it was REALLY good. I think as long as I am not in the mood for a burrito I will be coming here for some healthy-ish fresh eating.

What!?! Chipotle opened another restaurant in Tulsa? Zero people are mad about this. What's to say that hasn't been said about Chipotle? Every restaurant is contestant, clean, and tasty. This location is no exception. What I really like about this spot is the location and design on the space. It's small but had a real nice lay out and a killer outdoor space. Welcome to the neighborhood Chipotle!

Words cannot describe how delicious their burritos are. I am crazy about this place. Only disappointment is that they didn't serve margaritas like the Chipotle in Springfield, MO does.

This is a good Chipotle location. As far as the food goes, it's Chipotle. Always fresh and always good! The staff at this location are always on top of things and they actually listen when I say I only want "a tiny bit" of salsa (What can I say? I'm picky about salsa). I always come to this location for lunch since my office is right across the street. Even if there is a line during the lunch rush, they do a good job of moving you through quickly. Sometimes snagging a seat at lunch time can get a little tricky, but to guarantee a good spot you can just have someone in your party save you a table while you order for them (I've seen it done a million times!). This Chipotle location definitely lives up to the brand standard. If you're in the area it is a good stop for lunch!

I found three bone pieces in what I ate of my chicken bowl. I showed the person working the register and they said, "yeah that happens." I threw my food in the trash and left. I looked for a comments card in the restaurant before I left as well as on chipotle's website and couldn't find any way to leave them feedback. I find the lack of interest in customer satisfaction surprising.

Hey it's Chipotle. Never had a bad burrito, and like that they are introducing new things. A little sad that the prices are being raised. This location is always crowded and a bit too small to handle it. Parking tends to be a nightmare. This last visit was a bit terrible because 1)they were out of carnitas because of some shipping and quality concerns and 2)they were out of about everything else, rice, beans, chicken, meat. The former is understandable but the latter made no sense since it was about 6:30 when I got there, which could be considered peak dinner business hours. Still won't stop me from going as it's the closest QSR burrito place to my home.
