Food was okay. Booth seats are torn and cracked. Had a coupon that we gave to the waitress. She did not deduct it from the bill. Didn't notice it until we got home. They will lose more than they gained without our business.

I am actually still vehemently angry about my absolutely horrible dinner. Ordering the NY strip, which was under cooked (however I did order it rare) and of poor quality, and the lobster tail, which amalgamated into an industrial strength rubber epoxy right before your eyes, I expected to find myself enjoying a nice, relaxing meal. Much to my disdain, it turned out to be a poorly executed, poorly served, and stressful endeavor that I had to pay for. After finding a hair, very obviously our waitresses', I almost felt nauseated to continue with my appetizers. My date, who ordered the chicken Alfredo Parmesan, could only compare it to, "crappy mac and cheese." Not only did I end up in a bad mood and still hungry, my bill still rang out to $90. Happy to say that I honestly hope I never have to find myself in this God forsaken establishment again in the entirety of my life.

First and last time I'll be going here. We used to enjoy Red Lobster elsewhere, but this Stillwater location needs a new manager that can fire, hire, and train acceptable staff. It took over 2 hours for a family of four to have dinner, and that was with us constantly having to wave them down. Completely ridiculous wait times on food, servers would rarely ever come by, the place wasn't even very busy. Our food was mediocre at best and we literally had to chase people down just to be able to pay and leave. My wife and I have both worked restaurants so we always tip well and give breaks to staff that seem to be new or stressed...however, this time we left no tip which is something we've only done twice before in our 15 years of marriage. After sharing this experience with our friends, we've learned that our service is the norm. It's worse than bad, it's going to close the restaurant. That's too bad, because we enjoy Red Lobster in other cities.

Gross dining experience. The table at which we were seated was dirty and never was cleaned off, the waitress brought us the wrong food & charged us for it, and the restaurant was extremely chilly (like freezing). By the time we actually got the food we had ordered we just wanted to go, but the manager did take the wrong charge off in the end.

In love with Red Lobster, not so in love with this place. Ate there for Lunch and I was surprised by the lack of a crowd. After receiving the first of my Cheddar Biscuits I realized why. If there is one thing I know, it's the taste of microwaved Cheddar Biscuits. Most of the time I partake of this delicacy around 2:00am at home, standing in front of my microwave with a Red Lobster styrofoam to go box in my hand. Got my Salad and had to sit aside the tomato, not very fond of the taste of a tomato that seems to be a survivor of at least one night in the fridge. I got my Scampi, I sadly realized they too were nuked. Dito on my scallops. If I would of wanted microwaved left overs I would of ate the leftover spaghetti and the half of a 3 day old McDouble i still had at home in my fridge.

Recent renovations have yielded a nice, elegant Red Lobster location in Stillwater. In Oklahoma, it is nearly impossible to get fresh seafood, so Red Lobster is about as good as it gets. I give this one a 4-star based upon my expectations of a chain seafood restaurant, not in comparison to other fresh seafood restaurants.
