Fuzzy’s Taco Shop Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

A little pricey, but worth it. The servings are By-God huge. The drinks are damned good. The beer is cold. And they have porches. Two. Real-live proches. Which make even a half-ass terrible restaurant acceptable. Well, in my mind anyway. And I'm always right. Fuzzy's wins. I'll be back. (That's as much a warning to the staff as it is an endorsement.)

Not impressed. My grandparents owned Mexican restaurants while I was growing up and they never put "garlic sauce" in anything. The one acceptable item is the tempura shrimp tacos minus the sauce of course

Coming from San Antonio I never expected to find worthy breakfast tacos. After eating at Fuzzy's I now know my daughter won't be deprived while attending OSU.

Not sure I understand the average 4 star review...compared to what? Taco Bell? Big burritos - sure. Great ingredients - Not so sure. Ingredients so-so. Overall big burrito - Looking for a reason to give it 3 stars - I really can't. I'm trying hard to give this place more than 3 stars but I'm stuck here with 2 stars. Watery hot sauce, watery garlic or whatever sauce. This place just does not cut it as a great burrito hangout. The chips with queso? 4 bucks for what??? Minimal at best. The dust they serve is no more than some chili powder over chips. My advice - try something else. Burritos seem constructed by some over-produced factory...nothing homestyle here. Not sure why this is so popular. Barely better than taco bueno or bell. Actually, you'd be better off going to bell or bueno...

Liked it a lot. Got a great salad for a reasonable price. Come early for lunch because this place is very popular. Will definitely return.

I've been here many times. Even for Stillwater fast food, it's terrible. The concept is confused, and just seems like a child was trying to reproduce chains like Chipotle. The food is not really different from chains like Taco Bell and Taco Bueno, etc. I'd save my money for more professionally run operations like Chipotle.

Tasty margaritas and tacos, that's all I've ever wanted :')

Great Place with a real College Atmosphere! Great location just a block from OSU and on the famous Strip! The food was very good and the Atmosphere was fun. If you get a chance, visit it on your OSU trip!

Keep in mind that this review is in the context of living in Stillwater. I honestly believe that this is the best Mexican food in Stillwater. And it's not even trying to be an authentic Mexican place. My main go-to at any Mexican restaurant is a quesadilla. If a restaurant can't make a simple quesadilla, I can't trust the rest of it's food. Well here I order the Shrimp Quesadilla, and they do NOT skimp on cheese, they have the perfect amount of shrimp, and the perfect amount of veggies. It's been perfect every single time. Every time!! Every other Mexican place in Stillwater skimps on cheese and can't find the right balance of meat and veggies. I've sampled their enchiladas and burritos, and they were amazing as well. Actually, even the breakfast burritos were fantastic, and reminded me of my breakfasts in Mexico. My favorite drink to get is the Shark Bite. Perfect amount of sour, sweet, and usually gets me well-buzzed. Of course, everyone else is obsessed with the Fish Bowls, but I don't quite have the freedom to get smashed like I used to. Atmosphere is fun. Sometimes it gets a little too fratty, and the lines will get long, but it's not bad enough to keep me away. Also, there is patio access and they can open up the windows and it's just perfect for the summer. I can't stay away from this place!

The ammount of food you get for the price is really great! Has almost a sports bar atmosphere and is a great local hang out. The meat is so tender and juicy in all the dishes. Very delicious!

Great service, good food, nice atmosphere. An additional register or two would be very helpful as the existing two are just not enough to handle the volume. We have had to pass many, many times due to time restraints. The system of order, then have your number called works quite well as there are plenty of staff always on hand and eager to assist. If you hate cilantro, you have been warned. Be sure to tell them no cilantro, or else you will be horrified at the sheer volume that is piled on your dish. I get tacos with no cilantro and no taco sauce...it's too mayo/fishy. Instead, I get them plain and then use either the table sauce or the habanera sauce you have to ask for at the pick up window...delicious! Only fault?...leaving can be quite confusing. It's actually funny to watch how many get turned around when trying to leave. The flow takes you to the closed patio instead of to the exit...which is the entrance. On warm days when they have the "patio" open, you will see most exiting through the "windows" instead of the entrance...errr, exit. Good spot to eat! Glad to have them!

Disappointed with all the talk. Guac tasted like it was bought in bulk not fresh. Tacos are plain. I guess my expectations where higher than they should be.

Favorite place to eat in Stillwater! The food is great and they are extremely fast at getting it out to you! It can get a little packed during game day or for the weekend drunk spree but you can't beat the spicy pork nachos with a cold glass of blue moon!

Great addition to Stillwater! I know it's a chain, but still very good IMO. I had the tacos (shredded pork and beef were excellent). Good layout for the restaurant (lots of seating), and free soda refills, which I always like. The habanero hot sauce is great and has some kick (note: you have to ask for it...they have the mild sauce on the tables) Overall a very good new place, I'll be going back for sure

ANYTHING with their queso sauce on it is just straight dangerous (that's a good thing).

I always get the pulled beef quesadilla and it always blows my mind. Also, their guacamole is amazing!! It's a great laid back atmosphere and the food is always delicious. Parking can be a challenge, but trust me it's worth walking a block to eat here.

I love Fuzzy's. I mean I went there 3 times last week!! I think it has a great atmosphere and some great tacos. I've liked all of the different tacos I have had there, but I normally get shredded chicken and shredded spicy pork. Now, I don't know what it is about the mix-mex rice and refried beans, but both of them are amazing!! I know it's just rice and beans, but still it's like the best I've had. Overall this place is one of my favorite places in Stillwater and I think everyone should try it! Now to decide if I should go eat breakfast there... Hmmm...

Being from California I have had authentic mexican food. This place is texmex style. The food was good however the price was a lot higher than what I have ever paid for taco. Besides that, I would give this place a try as I believe it's the best mexican style food here in Stillwater.

Too bad about the reviewer with food poisoning. I've had two great experiences here so far! Love the fish tempura taco. Yum! A great addition to a food-deprived town.

Our first trip to any Fuzzy's and this was very good. We had the tempura shrimp taco, spicy pork taco, tempura fish taco and shredded beef burrito. The service was outstanding. It has been a while since a manager gave us personal attention to find a table. The only black mark was the fish taco was so fishy it couldn't be eaten. Otherwise it is worth doing again. Mostly OSU kids and maybe 10% over 30. The on duty policeman was having dinner with his family there so it must be good.

This place has a great location close to everything. The food was awesome!! It was quick and the price was great. The drinks were very reasonable and the staff was very friendly and the bartender outside was last night was great. The atmosphere is wonderful and meet a lot of people. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. And we will go back every time we are in Stilly

I have been here many many times. If it weren't full of Greek kids it would easily have 5 stars. Excellent burritos and tacos, always go for the fajita chicken over 'chicken'. They have an acceptable beer selection and a fair amount of house cocktails. Parking can be obnoxious on the strip. Apparently you can find parking in the back if you make the effort though. My favorite is the queso burrito with fajita chicken, but definitely try out the shrimp quesadilla!

So I often get confused with what I want to eat, especially during the morning hours. After yelping, driving around, and trying to find a quick but tasty breakfast shop Fuzzy's won the toss. OMG the breakfast tacos satisfied every morning taste bud that I had. Sausage, egg, potatoes, tortilla... delish, delish, delish. I ordered one and that was all I needed. We did get a complimentary order of nachos so of course I ate some of that too.

Great place for casual, fast, quality experience. Great system of ordering, robust menu, plenty of drinks. Plenty of seating, even during rush hours. Parking is a bit of a mess sometimes, but overall this is the best place to eat on the strip.

Enchilada Salad with mix Mexic fried rice n potatoes . This is an excellent enchilada in the town. Chicken Quesdio is also very tasty and the best thing is this restaurant will be open until morning 3AM. Service is very good and very nice ambience. I'd love to come back again.

Comparing food to crack or saying it contains crack is such a tired cliché; however, just because a cliché is tired does not render it untrue. Fuzzy's ground beef crispy tacos are addictive. They contain something drug related. I believe it's in the creamy sauce they put on the tacos. Add in some Butt Burnin hot sauce and you'll dream about these tacos. Another plus - the shells are crispy yet tough so they aren't prone to breaking in half (so annoying! If I wanted a half tostada I'd order one!). They also don't serve them on top of rice or other steamy items that cause the shells to break apart. Fuzzy's salsa is also really good, as are the chips and queso. If you've read any of my reviews you'll know my biggest Yelpchilles heel (well aside from an ignorance of French cooking technique) is that when I like a dish at a restaurant I tend to order it Every. Single. Visit. So alas I can't speak to the other menu items but I can confirm that it is a fun college town atmosphere. I especially love all of the OSU Fatheads and other memorabilia. I'd say the only downer is that while they have beer and drinks, it is a place where you stand in line to order. Sometimes the line is out the door and I never know if you have to get back in line and wait 15 minutes to order another beer if you want one, or if there is someway to cut the line if you just want an adult beverage refill.

Visited on: multiple dates from 2013 to present I'm going to come out and say it: I hate this place. I hate that it takes up valuable space on the Strip and outmuscled Mucha Lucha, which, even with its flaws, was at least a non-chain restaurant that offered something kinda close to authentic tacos. This place serves garbage food that makes Taco Bell seem gourmet by comparison. I feel revolted every time my friends suggest going here. I've had the following: Shredded Chicken Taco - it sucked Special Ground Beef Taco - it sucked; the beef tasted sour Grilled Shrimp Taco - it needed more flavor Crawfish Taco - it needed more meat California Heat Taco with Grilled Shrimp - this wasn't bad Mix-Mex Fried Rice - pretty good Latin Fried Potatoes - pretty good Drunken Pig - good Original Nachos with Chicken - OMFG this was disgusting. It tasted like cheese goo and barf. The shredded chicken was tough and stringy. Among Fuzzy's crappy offerings, this dish holds a special place as literally one of the worst things I have ever eaten, anywhere. There are other foods on the menu I haven't tried, like burritos and sandwiches; I don't expect them to be substantially better. A few people have told me that this place is good for drinks. I've had the Fuzzy Rita, and it was okay. It really aggravates me that people I know keep frequenting this place. I suppose it's because it's close to the Oklahoma State University campus and most people are less discerning than I am when it comes to food. I avoid this place like the culinary plague it is.

Visiting OSU with my daughter and needed to grab a quick bite on the way out of town. YUMMO! This place is fun and so good. I had the brisket nachos, so delicious. Love the feta! (who would've thought on nachos!) and the garlic sauce is amazing. I hear they actually have 2 Fuzzy's in KC now so we'll have to give them a try.

Great Nachos! Love them late night! After Murphy's, doesn't get any better! Their tomatoes are so dang good too!

Great taco joint and right by campus. They have all the standards, chips and salsa, burritos, tacos, sodas. Parking is pretty iffy but that's the strip for you. Portion sizes are fairly large so you might want to skip the chips if you plan on getting dessert or drinks on the strip. Also you can get cups and t-shirts.

I was stuck in a near by small town for some work training, and was dying for some decent food- I mean something other than Sonic or Subway.. thank god for Yelp! It led me to Fuzzy's Taco Shop about 30 minutes away.. I was not disappointed! Its a great little tex-mex joint in the middle of the college-hangout part of town (I think.. its close to campus and a lot of little bars). They have an array of taco options, burritos, nachos, etc. I settled on a variety of tacos, from chicken, shrimp, fish, and veggie. I honestly liked them all! My friend got the chicken burrito and was also very pleased. The atmosphere was fun, lots of tvs and college kids. For a small town like this I appreciated some decent food. I will be back if I am ever in the area!

So glad we found this place! The food is great and service is tops! Get the pork tacos to start and you will be hooked for life.

I love Fuzzy's and find any excuse I can to eat here. My general mode of operation is to go with a friend, split the chips and queso, and have 2 grilled fish tacos for myself. I think Fuzzy's fish tacos are some of the best I've ever eaten. I was actually shocked the first time I got them and said in some amazement, "Who'd have thought the best fish tacos I'd ever get would be in Oklahoma." The service is always fast and friendly. The dining room and bathrooms have always been clean. And 2 people can eat their fill for about $15. The hubs and I both think their salsa is gross, but with the queso... who needs it anyway?

Awesome breakfast tacos! Really helpful for getting me through my 9AM classes. I've got about 10 Fuzzy's souvenir cups on my shelf that I use all the time.

Absolutely love this place..right on the strip where all the action is! The food is really good with a big selection of specialty drinks! Go out with friends then hit the strip for a night of bad choices, but this won't be one of them..

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
