Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I've been back a couple of times and service has improved and the assumed owner seems a bit friendlier as well. Food is consistently good, however, I am getting the same thing (veggie pho) each time. If you like Vietnamese or Asian food in general, I would check this one out.

If you live in godforsaken Owasso then this restaurant is a step up from all chain places. The pho is good, the summer rolls huge, decent. I recommend this place to anyone trapped in Owasso, OK.

Seriously unbelievable how good this place is! Chicken fried rice is to die for! My husband has travelled to Vietnam many times for leisure and he says this Pho is as authentic as it gets. We will continue to eat here whenever we are in Owasso!

The restaurant looked pretty clean. The service was ok. The pho was ok. The prices are a bit much for the quality of the food. My favorite dish there is the spicy squid. That's the only dish I can rave about but for $10+/dish...it wasn't enough quantity of squid.

Been here a few times now, and it's basically understated awesomeness. The Pho Chicken soup is the closest thing to mother's love that you can find. The curries are excellent and the fried rices are the best around. Unlike a lot of place, when you get takeout from Pho, you really get your money's worth. Especially with the soups. They include a most generous amount of fixin's to go with the soup base. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try!

This is the newest Vietnamese/ Chinese Restaurant in Owasso. My bf and I stopped in for a late lunch and the place was quiet. The server was very helpful and so was the Chef. We shared the cashew chicken but being vegetarians we asked if they could sub tofu, no problem. Very tasty and the tofu was cooked very well with a lot of flavor. We also shared vegetarian flat noodles and the veggies were very fresh and tasty. We will be going back very soon.

Pros: my fiancé loves this place! He always talks about it. We just live so far from Owasso so we never get the chance to eat here. Today was my first visit. I've got to admit, the combination noodle bowl here is as good as all his hype. Plenty of parking. Takes credit cards. The owner is very friendly and remembered my fiancé from when he was a regular here. Waiter was super efficient. Cons: the fish sauce could be saltier, but I bet they toned it down for their non Vietnamese clientele. My usual complaint about any Vietnamese restaurant here: they use wonton wrapper for their egg rolls, not traditional rice paper. Again, I'll point out that they probably do this because using rice paper is a huge pain in the rear and most non Vietnamese can't tell the difference. Also, I wasn't totally crazy about what I ordered. It's supposed to be a pork chop in a very very smelly Vietnamese sauce. What I got was coated, deep fried pieces of pork in an inoffensive sauce. It was good. Just not what I was hoping for.

Have not try the pho yet but the lemongrass pork chop aren't bad. The price is pricy but it come with two so worth it the sad part is there not side stuff like other Vietnamese restaurants where is have pork skin and tofu cake. Will be back to try the pho.

I am going to preface this review. Go for the food. Do not have high expectations beyond the food. That said... lets begin. Best Pho in the Tulsa area. Period. The Chicken Fried Rice is the best I have had. Anywhere. Ever. The place is clean, the food comes out fast, usually not all together. The downfall is the service. It is usually awful. You may wait a while to have your order taken or your drink refilled. If you are getting food to-go then its 5 out of 5 stars. Dining in... 4 out of 5. Many people have given them bad reviews. A lot of it is simply because of the service. Most of Owasso probably has no idea what Pho is, or many of the Vietnamese or Asian dishes on the menu. Branch out and try something different. The food and sauces and vegetables etc are all outstanding. The owner just needs to watch a Gordon Ramsey episode or something and figure out how to get the wait staff moving. ;)

Only one other party at the place when I went. Server approached me promptly. I was seated and placed my drink order. She then came back soon and I ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls and grilled pork vermicelli. SUPER FAST! SUPER GOOD! And a lot of food. I'm going back again!

We visited this place on Wednesday evening. It's not very packed. The lady who served us was friendly and prompt. We waited for about 20 minutes before the food was served. The food was really what we were looking for: tasty soupy noodle that reminds us of Southeast Asia.

Excellent food. Horrendous service. With some work this place could be awesome. Best pho within 100 miles of tulsa!!

Love, love, love this place! The Ph Tái, Nm, Gân Sách is to die for. The staff is really generous with the fresh herbs and toppings make this soup the wonder that it is. I especially loved the generous helping of fresh jalapeños and basil. My best friend and I have eaten Vietnamese all over the country, and we have both been consistently happy with everything on the menu. Even the fried rice is notably good. For a suburb drowning in crappy chain restaurants, Pho is a hidden gem that I am very much rooting to succeed.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner on a Monday night. There was only one other table occupied the whole time we were there and a few take out orders were picked up. We received great, friendly and knowledgeable service. We started out with Summer Rolls and Viatnamese Egg Rolls for an appetizer. I am not a fan of summer rolls (spring rolls) but the egg rolls were delicious. My husband loved them both. I had the steak pho and my husband had a Chinese dish. The pho was very tasty except for the meat. It just had an odd flavor/texture and I avoided it. The noodles were good and the broth was tasty. I asked for chili paste but it was just a bit too spicy for me. So I opted for sriracha and hoison sauce instead. I had the medium pho and was completely stuffed afterwards. Although the Chinese dish did not have a lot of chicken as compared to most take out places in town, it was good quality and had a great flavor. It also came with soup, fried or steamed rice and a small Chinese egg roll. I'm so glad to have finally tried this little gem in my town and I will be a new loyal customer of theirs.

Went here twice - unfortunately it was a Tuesday so it was closed. Came back on 06/24/13 while on a business trip for a to go order. OMG. The brisket pho is amazing and the large size is big enough for two - easily. I live in Las Vegas and hands down this is in my top 3 best pho experiences. I had a Thai tea which was great and the shrimp spring rolls which were just okay. I had my 73 year old grandpa try the pho, who has never had Vietnamese food before... or anything more foreign than Panda Express. He liked it! I even saw him sneak a second serving! Next time I'm back in Owasso, which could be soon, I will definitely be back!

The server was quick-fast, the Pho was very good. The fried dumplings are literally deep fried, not pan fried on one side; tasty.
