I loved this! Just a small, hole-in the wall type place with very good food and a great environment. I was just looking for a place to take my little brother to dinner (he attends OSU IT in Okmulgee) and this was the perfect place.

Lucked into this place while meandering from Tulsa to OKC and looking for lunch. Fortunately we skipped the fast-food places on Hwy 75, turned west on Rte 56, and saw it. This was about 2pm on a Saturday, so the review that said they don't serve daytimes was wrong at least for Saturdays. It's a large, rather dark bar with booths and tables. The serving ladies were very friendly. We had a good lunch based around the "Slider Sampler" that lets you mix and match 4 of their various Bar Sliders. We had catfish and pulled pork. The catfish sliders were very good, with light crisp breading on the fish. The pulled pork didn't have much flavor and needed salt and BBQ sauce. But the star of the meal was the big plate of french fries. These were excellent, crispy outside and creamy inside and perfectly seasoned. Small side-salads had very fresh greens and the dressing on the side. Salads, one order of sliders with fries, and a soda was more than enough lunch for two and cost less than $20 before tip.

The meal was great. They need to work on the servers. The servers need to be more attentive but all in all was excellent steak but veggies way over cooked. We will return hopefully soon.

This is an cool little bar/restaurant. It is unexpected in downtown Okmulgee. They have a great and varied menu. The bar was well stocked with many different beers. Service is good. We enjoyed our lunch there. Too bad the downtown of Okmulgee is crumbling down around this nice joint. The archetecture of the downtown is incredible but most buildings are being neglected and abandoned.

PLEASE NOTE: Ike's is no longer serving during the day. They are open Thursday through Sunday evenings. The quality is still A-1...but only at night.

Visiting from Dallas and decided on this place on a Saturday night. The place was packed but was seated after about a 20 minute wait. This place has a great menu and we had a tough time deciding. We were very impressed with all the food. Can't wait to visit again.

Holy $&@&);: Okmulgee scored big here. Excellent service beginning to end. Appetizer awesome! Ribeye and shrimp ...brilliant!!! My wife says we we will be here once a month...yes dear. Beer selection very good! Ok now the rest of Okmulgee needs to step up! Oh and the menu in the pictures is a decoration not the real menu.

What a great spot. In town for a short visit. Checked Yelp for a suggestion and this turned out to be a real winner! Great soup (broccoli and cheese) and salad. Hoegaarden beer. Waitress checked with me often. Soup was all you can eat, when I asked for more, they made a fresh batch in spite of being near closing on a Sunday night. Outstanding!

Absolutely love this place. Great atmosphere and the food is awesome. Very friendly staff. My all time favorite has to be the fish and chips. Nice to have something that breaks up the small town monotony!

Was in town with some friends and didn't feel like going to Tulsa to find a place to watch the Thunder playoff game. The lady at the front desk of our hotel suggested Ike's. I was a little leery as I have been burned by people in small towns "suggesting" their local places, but Ike's was very good. From the manager to the bartender, everyone wanted to make sure we had a good time. I had the seafood platter, and the catfish was amazing and the calamari was cooked perfectly. Best thing about the whole meal was that even with drinks my meal was under 23 dollars pre-tip. The portions were huge both for my meal and the appetizer. My friend had the chicken fried steak and said it was great. Give this place a try and you won't be disappointed. Someone needs to get the food network out to this little gem!

Cool atmosphere. Very good service. Helpful, friendly staff. Downtown Okmulgee is underrated, in my opinion, and this is a great place for good food. We had the slider plate. Brisket & catfish sliders were the best choices. Will go again!

Best place to eat in Okmulgee. Worth the drive if you are here. Decent wine and beer selection, but the food is why you stop here. Adorned with stuff animals and other hunter trophies, small town unpretentious feel for good food. My favorite is the blackened prime rib.

Good pretty good! They are attempting to do like an upscale pub food type menu. It was okay. I had a regular burger with cheese and fries. It came out on a multi-seeded bun and spring mix for lettuce. Looked really good! However, the burger itself was so charged and overcooked I had to drench the poor thing in mayo to make it not so dry. The French fries and onion rings were AMAZING! We also got a chicken fried chicken which was also very tasty. So I would say stick to anything fried. Now the worst part.... the service was TERRIBLE. I really hope she was new, but she took our drink order, then brought some fry bread, came back to take our order and still no drinks. When I asked her for them, she responded, "oh, did I take your drink order?" Great. Then while waiting on out food, we asked for a refill of our drinks and she never came back. I had to go to the bar to get refills. All and all, go for the experience of an "upscale small-town diner". Don't be in a hurry and order something fried.

I decided to try this place out for lunch, and found that their lunch menu is greatly reduced from their dinner menu. The choices were burgers, sandwiches, soups, fish and chips, and some appetizers. I decided to try the calamari, and found that it was a solid four stars. Not the best I've ever had, but quite good nonetheless. The beignets that were served upon being seated were an unexpected and welcome treat, and the service was top notch. It was a good interior, a bit worn over the ages, but it only adds to the small town Western charm. They had a large bar with an impressive beer selection. I'm sure I'll be back here again.

Truly a diamond in the rough. From the moment you sit down, they place soft tiny dough balls covered with powdered sugar and honey on the table. For starters, I would highly recommend the buffalo wings and deep fried cheese balls. The smoke house burger, cash fish platters and chicken fried steak are to die for. Not to mention they serve high point beer.

As a foodie this simply is a slice of nirvana - if you are passing through - by all means stop in. TIP: make reservations or prepare to wait.

Was super excited to try Ike's today on our way back to Houston from Tulsa- but guess what? It's not actually open. Update your hours please.
