Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Staff was friendly. Anything positive stops there. Family of 5 were sat at a table with large holes in the table cloth. Not just holes but actually had backing sticking out of the holes. Completely embarrassing for OKC. Several of the chandeliers had bad bulbs or MISSING bulbs. The food was average at best until the dessert. Betty Crocker cheesecake squares that had clearly been in a freezer. None of our family finished dinner or dessert. $90 ticket that I should have avoided by leaving instead of asking to be seated to sit at a different table. Never again.

we were in OKC for a conference & had spaghetti warehouse twice while in town {it was within walking distance & there was no wait either time} they were serving 4 entrees buffet style with a salad & bread bar because of the large groups that were coming in from the conference. the food wasn't fabulous but it wasn't terrible either. I know they were just making massive amounts to keep up with flow of customers. the servers were friendly, even though they were stretched thin & it was super late. the decor is really cute & I'm sure on a regular day that this would be a great place to try. we appreciate that they stayed open late for us & that they had food ready to go!

I'm going to branch out with a 4 star just because I loved the location and the decor. The food was average but most "chain" restaurants are affected by the same syndrome. I liked the food, make no mistake, but you can never get over the "mass produced" flavor that lingers in the somewhat limp noodles. The Alfredo sauce was disappointing and shared flavors with sauces I've found in jars. The soup was very tasty, however! The meatballs were firm and flavorful and the spinach dip was creamy and well seasoned. Also, the atmosphere was wonderful! I felt like I was walking into an elegant establishment that accepts you in your jeans and a t-shirt! The manager informed me that they will be getting designated parking and when that happens we will visit many more times!

The staff here was fantastic! I've been here twice now and here's a recap of my two visits: Visit One: I came here with a few friends. The service was nice and the waitress made sure we always had plenty of salad. The food once again was only ok. Also, only so-so atmosphere. Visit Two: My friend had her birthday party here. The staff went above and beyond to make the place really nice. We put table clothes on the tables and setup the place nicely. They brought forks and serving dishes over for the cake she brought with her too. The food was well-priced but being someone who used to live in Italy, just average. As a hint though, if you are with lots of people ask about their family specials (they have one in particular that's not only the menu). They're a great deal! I think for about $30-$40 we got 6 entrees and unlimited salad and bread. So in sum, 5-star service and management, 3-star food, good prices.

The beer was good as was the spaghetti and meatballs. I watched my waitress handle 4 tables and hope she was still in the learning curve. Took 10 minutes to get some cheese and additional sauce. I'll give it another try and hope for the best. My dining experience was early in the evening so there was opportunity for the waite staff to focus on the few tables in the dining room. Again, I'll try to see if they can do better the next time.

Not much to say other then I will not go back. I had the Spaghetti Feast and it was horrible. The meatballs were over cooked making them dry along with the sausage, the sauce tasted old the only thing that was ok was the toast. As for service, well I felt out of place there as if I didn't belong. Myself and coworker felt we had eyes on us, and our wait staff didn't seem to be on top of his game this evening. I did review the comments but my coworker insisted on going as he wanted Italian. I'm thinking the owner won't mind my review as the evening manager didn't seem to agree with our visit either.

I was in town for the marathon with a group of friends. Our waiter started off telling us how tired he was and things went down hill from there. Our food took an extremely long time to come out, and we were about the only other people in the restaurant. Everyone's pasta was tough and undercooked, with very little sauce on it. On top of this, the waiter insulted one of the ladies in my party when he asked how to split up the checks. Save yourself some time and trouble and go somewhere else. This place is terrible.
(1)Lari Y.
This is my favorite italian around. ..always have great service and the food is always on point!
(5)Logan M.
I called in an order for pick up and I felt that the quality of food was very poor. They just threw the food into containers and the overall presentation was bad. There is barely any parking around here and you will have to pay for parking. The chicken was kinda fake and rubbery. I would not recommend coming here for Italian food.
(1)Koorosh Z.
Horrible! Do not eat here. You will be disappointed. Friendly wait staff, but orders were wrong, food was bad, and lunch took forever. The place needs some updating too. A remodel might put this place back on track.
(1)John E.
If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I would because it doesn't even deserve one star! The entire place wreaked. It smelled like a mixture of vomit and spaghetti sauce. I came in with a party of FIVE. My friends drove into town to visit and they were STARVING. I had told them not to eat dinner until they got here because I wanted to take them on a nice evening out in Oklahoma City as it was their first time there. Unfortunately I was dumb enough to even take them to this establishment. The restaurant was practically empty. But we stood for a whole 30 minutes until we were seated. When we finally got to our table NO ONE waited on us. We all sat there wondering if the wait staff forgot about us. No one offered to get our drink orders or even provide us any silverware. The hostess was rude and acted like it was too much of a hassle to seat five people in what looked like an EMPTY restaurant. We gladly got up and left as the hostess looked at us like we were an impatient bunch and none of it was their fault. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was embarrassed to have taken my friends here. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND NEVER GO HERE TO EAT.
(1)Greg S.
This is a staple for me. I love Spaghetti Warehouse. You can always count on them to look the same, have the same atmosphere and the same great food. Depending on the day and the cook, the food is either really good or not so good. Wait staff is the same, depends on the day and time. For this particular Warehouse, I went for a wedding dinner. They hosted very well, set up their room for us, wait staff was very nice. Good times at Spaghetti Warehouse in Bricktown.
(3)Chris V.
We went here based on a local's recommendation. I thought the menu was pretty decent, and the variety of food was nice. The sourdough bread was awesome! I had the 15-layer lasagna, along with mostly everyone else at my table. I found the tomato sauce to be a little too sweet, and I heard complaints that the chicken from the Chicken Parmigiana was very rubbery. I tasted it and found this to be so. Other than that, we had no complaints. Our server was very hard-working, and our huge drink glasses never went unfilled. I will eat here again if I'm ever back in Oklahoma City.
(4)Robert B.
Two thumbs way down. Spaghetti sauce tastes like ketchup, chicken is rubbery...wedding soup is the only reason for the one star.
(1)Ron P.
Wednesday's are the $5 spaghetti dinners and they are good. However, they are understaff with 45 minute wait times and not enough lobby seating. Take out the vending machines and put more lobby seats please. Or better yet, add more wait staff.
(3)Ian L.
Service was horrible. Got order wrong 3 times and took forever to get any food or drinks. Hopefully it was just our waiter but serves us right for going for Italian food in Oklahoma. Atmosphere was very family friendly but service certainly wasn't. The food was also mediocre at best.
(1)Eva C.
When we sat down we noticed that our waitress was complaining because a table that just left hadn't left her a tip. I felt bad for her. For about ten minutes. We ordered an appetizer (calamari) and a carafe of sangria. The appetizer was fine, the sangria was watered down and had no fruit. Luckily it was cheap. We ordered two kids meals which neither kid touched. I had spaghetti with marinara sauce and it was fine. My husband ordered chicken Alfredo and they forgot the chicken. Once it was fixed he said it was bland. We didn't get bread so I asked if we could order some. Our waitress told us that since we ordered an appetizer she assumed we would want bread. I found that odd. Right before we got up to leave our waitress was delivering another table their food-- and it was wrong. I wasn't surprised. Won't be back to this restaurant and I don't recommend you waste the time or money.
(2)Jennifer C.
Food was great! Me, the husband and a child ate on the trio. It was huge!! We even brought home 1/2 the lasagna and 1/2 the spaghetti. My other daughter had the spaghetti in garlic butter sauce with mushrooms and that was good too. We all ate with and drank all under $50.00! We will be back.
(3)Victoria S.
For the last 5 years I have had my birthday dinner here and the service is always extraordinary. They allow us to decorate our little area with tablecloths, balloons etc. and the waitresses are always eager to make my birthday a fun event. As for the atmosphere, wonderful! The staff is incredibly friendly and will go above and beyond to make your visit memorable. I recommend going on a Wednesday because meals are super cheap! Also, weekends are not the best time to go because the wait can be up to 40 minutes....bit annoying if you're starving!

We first visited Spaghetti Warehouse two summers ago when we drove up to OK City to see the American Idols on tour. Several families apparently had the same idea, and the placed was slammed with Guests. After about a 45-minute wait we were seated and promptly served a very good meal. So when my kids asked to eat here again when we returned to the area recently my wife and I readily agreed. Unfortunately this experience was subpar. Our food was very good, but the service was rather lacking. I couldn't tell if our server was inexperienced or just didn't like her job - I actually think it was a little of both. When my wife asked to substitute veggies for the pasta that came with her entree, the server balked. After finding a manager and getting permission, my wife got her veggies. The restaurant wasn't busy, but service was extremely slow. Our appetizer was delivered with no plates, no silverware, and no napkins. Our server disappeared, so we had to swipe silverware and napkins from a nearby vacant table. We found a server in another area of the restaurant to bring us plates. My second glass of wine came as the busser was clearing our plates - not good. A manager never checked with us. Given the quality of our first visit, we came in with high expectations in anticipation of a nice evening out. In hindsight, I wish we had avoided the 15 mile-or-so drive up from Norman and just enjoyed dinner there. I doubt we'll be back.

Took several minutes for our waitress to greet us, several minutes to get our drinks, several minutes to get a straw.. Our waitress was not attentive. Our food was mediocre and the salad was boring. We almost left. On a better note the strawberry lemonade was tasty but we will not be eating here again. The price for the food and service isn't worth it.
(2)Louella H.
Unfortunately my experience with Spaghetti Warehouse was severely lacking in both service and food. My boyfriend and I went for a Sunday afternoon lunch and found our Sangria and bread rolls the highlight of our dining experience. Very slow and forgetful service. Had to get my own straw, water refill, and napkins after asking several times. I've worked in the service industry for years and I get it that sometimes servers will forget stuff. Especially when its busy. However, we were literally one of two tables in his section. In addition the food was really bland and boring, with the exception of the tasty garlic butter served with the rolls. Tasteless sauces and dry, old looking veggies were consistent with both our dishes. Hope if you go you have a better time of it than we did!

Went yesterday to have lunch. Was told it was a 20 min wait-expected that since it was lunch, but restaurant wasn't crowded. Once we were seated we waited 10 min and no server had appeared to take our drink order at least. Looks like a lot of other people were waiting as well. Then a server came by with a tray and asked if my son ordered milk. I told her no one had been by to take our drink order and that was the last we saw of her. Poor service! Won't be back! There are other great restaurants in Bricktown.
(1)Dana W.
We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We had to wait 10 minutes to be seated and I practically empty restaurant. Then we were told that they were out of bread but then a few minutes later they found some bread. After ordering our drinks which were only sodas, we waited another 10 minutes to get them. When the salad came out it was brown wilted lettuce and nothing else. We even had to ask for croutons. We ordered an appetizer that the waiter forgot to put in the order. Then he explained to us that we could take it to go so we canceled the appetizer. Once our food came, we were never offered more bread. Our drink glasses set on our table empty most of the evening. The food was dry and not much flavor. It took forever to get the check and even longer to get the credit card back. We were hardly ever checked on and when we did ask to have our drinks refilled he would yell at other people and ask them to get the drinks. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

I rarely write yelp reviews, but this place required it! Is there a place for negative stars? We were here on vacation and were told that the service and food quality have gone downhill recently. We chose to disregard that advice and try it anyway. Bad idea! The service was so bad that we ended up leaving before food arrived. The hostesses were incredibly rude.
(1)Andi M.
Everything was OK. The food, service and decor were ok. Definitely not worth it without a Groupon or other discounts.
(2)Penny N.
Keyword: WAREHOUSE Went here on a hot day. WTH... NO air conditioning? The place was hot and stale. We should have left right then, but foolishly stayed, even after we were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait, and the place was filled with empty tables. We waited in the kiddie area, where some of us (foolishly again) handled one of the machines and got their hands covered in a nasty sticky substance. The whole place was gross. The food was okay, but it took forever to get our check, as if there was a fine ambiance to savor for dinnertime conversation. Next time, I'll get my pasta at a restaurant.
(1)Melissa F.
The food and service were absolutely terrible. Chicken was dry and my fettuccini hardly had any Alfredo sauce and then to top everything off I was insulted by my waiter (after he complained about how long his day was.) Save yourself the time and money and heat up a frozen dinner instead.

Good spaghetti, ok service

Us: family of five; three kids ages 9,7 & 5. When: 12:30 on a Sunday Wait: we were told 10-15 min but were seated after less than a 5 min wait. Waiter: Kevin. Easily 5 stars. Fast, very friendly in an honest way, knew the menu and things not on the menu. Food: spaghetti w meatballs; 3 Not bad but not the best ever. Chicken Parmigiana: 4; chicken was perfect but tomato sauce a bit too sweet for my personal taste. Price: We ended up at $49 for 5. All in all very good experience.
(4)Andy T.
I've only been here once and the experience was good. Unlike the rest of these recent reviews - my girlfriend and I had a nice dinner. The server took a little longer to see us when we first arrived, but the restaurant was pretty busy. She was attentive none the less and made sure our drinks never touched the bottom of the cup. We had the 2 for $25 deal; Stuffed Mushrooms for the appetizer, Caesar salads, and then I had the Kung Pao Spaghetti and she had the Buffalo Chicken. The Kung Pao is the reason why they scored a 3 from me. It was just a tad bit too salty - not inedible just a minor inconvenience. Her Buffalo Chicken was good, the blue cheese went really well on the pasta. Overall this meal for $30 wasn't bad, it's hard to beat other places that give you a little more variety for the 2 for $25 deals but if you'd like to try this out then I'd think it's safe that you do. Not so sure about others' experience though, it looks like you might run into some bad service or arrogant managers.
(3)Debbie B.
Food was mediocre. Service too. Waitress forgot numerous times to fill our water. Offered bread to go twice and never brought it. Food took a while. Lasagna tasted sweet. At another table the waitress dropped the wine cap on the floor and still put it on the bottle. The same table returned their food (no clue why) and also stated their coffee was cold. Visiting from out of town and were disappointed.
(2)Michael M.
I have been here twice in the last couple months and could no have had a more opposite experience each time. The first time service was awful and slow... actually waited so long for the food that I decided to just leave before it got out. This isn't a normal practice of mine but when you have tickets to a game and limited time, you gotta go. The next time I went in because I still had a groupon to use. Brought my nieces, my mom and a friends to have dinner. The experience was good. The food was good, the service was good and the overall experience as I said before was good. Not sure this place is anything to brag about, but if someone else wants to go grab a bite here I won't object.
(3)Brianna B.
SLOWEST. SERVICE. EVER. I went here a few weeks ago for lunch with a few friends. It wasn't even lunch rush because it was a later lunch. We ordered our food at 2:45 and we didn't receive it until 3:45. It took us an hour to get THREE meals when the restaurant wasn't even busy. The waiter was really nice and apologetic and said there was only one cook in the kitchen, but that should never happen at a restaurant. pasta takes like 10 minutes to make at home. And I didn't even get the right meal when it finally came. But we were in a hurry and I ate it anyway, and the manager came over and comped our receipt. It was nice of him to do that but it was just not a nice experience at all because we waited so long for the food. The first time I ever went here I went with a big group for a formal dance, and we made a reservation, and when we got to the restaurant they had said that they did not have it. And they were really rude about it, not apologetic at all, but we were positive that we made a reservation for this specific restaurant. Every time I have had food here it's not great, I've had much better Italian food. The sangria and the mojito are pretty good. But other than that I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

we went for an early dinner on father's day..around 4:30pm...to avoid the dinner crowd. it was warm in the restaurant... a different waitor dropped off a plate of appetizer that wasn't our order. we were looking around for our waitress to let her know when some other waitress came by and asked if we were given the wrong appetizer and took it away for us. so when our waitress returned we let her know and she was apologetic that her coworker mistakenly gave us the wrong one. she was friendly ... we ordered spagetti and lasagna which came with salad and/or soup..and bruschetta for appetizer. the complimentary sourdough bread was good, the lasagna was perfect, the spagetti was good, but the bruschetta was a bit soggy. overall, the food was good..the service was friendly yet slow..atmosphere was fun for my toddler. she loved the train dining area and the arcade games and candy areas by the front/waiting area. we just wish we didn't have to sweat while eating our dinner... =( i am guessing the a/c had issues. *shrugs*
(3)Miriam W.
We ate here in the middle of a long road trip - compared to nasty interstate food, this was a bit better! We were seated and brought water immediately, warm bread and that delicious garlic butter soon after. The food was decently mediocre - I ordered the spaghetti with mushrooms in garlic butter. The mushrooms were delicious! Too bad there were only about 5 of them in the whole dish...the spaghetti was literally swimming in a pool of unappetizing butter. My SO finished his veggie lasagna, and said it was good and filling, but nothing special. The service was fine until we tried to pay- 25+ minutes from asking for the check to receiving it. It soured our otherwise positive experience. This hits the spot if you want generic American-Italian.
(3)Liza B.
We waited 10 minutes for seating. Jackie was our server and she seemed like she didn't know the menu at all. She was quite bubbly but I think she was hyped up on to much air. She messed up my husband's drink and seemed very disorganized. We sat in the trolly, but half the tables really needed to be bussed and the food was just ok. Would never recommend

My family stopped over in downtown OKC for the night during a road trip. We got into town around 7ish on a Friday night, so we wanted to eat somewhere convenient and get a good night's rest afterwards. Got to the restaurant around 8:30. The place was well patronized, but wasn't bustling like one would expect of a poppin restaurant on a Friday night. We were seated right away, hopeful the lack of volume wasn't a red flag like a previous reviewer mentioned. I'm glad to say that when it was all said and done, I couldn't find anything that would make the place deserve less than 2 stars at worst. The service was fast and friendly. Our server was quick to attend to us and checked on us frequently. (Maybe she had extra time as it wasn't super busy?) We didn't think the quality of the food was as horrible as some have reported. Granted, the place isn't a gourmet restaurant -- the menu is made up of your "typical" Italian dishes. But the stuff we ordered was pretty decent. The bread was warm and fresh. I split the combo dinner with my wife and young daughter and still had some leftover. My dad had a grilled chicken sandwich, also huge. Everything we had was far from blah. We left feeling pleasantly surprised. We didn't know what to expect, given all the mixed reviews. Went in especially critical to see if it really deserved the 1-stars. Maybe the quality of food and service have picked up over the months, because it was a pretty good experience overall. A place where you can get your money's worth when you're in Bricktown.
(3)Nathan A.
I ordered the fifteen layer lasagna, this lasagna was loaded with meat, cheese, sauce and noodles. The meat was present but not a huge factor in flavor. The ricotta cheese was creamy while the tomato sauce was acidic. The noodles were cooked al dente and piled high. I enjoyed this stacked meal and the family also enjoyed their meal.
(3)Tammy G.
I think the food is consistently good, and the service moves quickly for the number of customers they traffic through. Who doesn't love the bread and garlic butter? The decor is fun, and the casual atmosphere works well with whatever activity you may be planning downtown. A great place for kids.
(4)Kevin N.
We went there Sunday afternoon before the hockey game and were really disappointed. First they only offered us bar seating instead of dining room seating. This surprised us because though we weren't decked out in Sunday best we were all dressed nicely (no torn jeans/shorts or other raggy clothing). We reluctantly agreed and the bartender who took care of us was friendly and got the specials menu that the hostess forgot which was good since the wife and daughter ordered off that menu. The Bruschetta was ok but seemed like it had been sitting in the back for awhile as the bread was soggy, my lasagna was good but my daughters Spaghetti and meatballs had three of the most flavorless meatballs I have ever tasted. And then the meal really went downhill, the nice bartender that was taking care of us was pulled away to cover in the dining room, which we weren't privileged enough to sit in, so a manager took over and asked how things were going. I told her that my lasagna was very good but the meatballs were absolutely flavorless, at this point she felt that it was a good idea to tell us how wrong we were and that corporate was just in town and they told them that they had the best sauces and meatballs in the entire chain. That was all well and good but our meatballs still tasted flavorless. So my wife ordered her favorite desert, Tiramisu, for her and my daughter. Tiramisu is supposed to have ladyfingers soaked in coffee, I checked their website to make sure that was what they thought it was too, nope. She gets this desert at EVERY Italian place we go and this was by far her worst. Unsurprisingly the manager stopped by and mentioned how it was her favorite desert as well. Based on her views on the meatballs I can understand. The manager did however not charge us for the tiramisu because of the meatballs which was nice. The worst part of this place wasn't the service or even the food it was the bathroom. I can only speak for the mens room but it reminded me of some hole in the wall bar bathrooms on the south side of Chicago. Sticky floors, wood rot smell and the walls were pulling away from the baseboards in several places. One word sums it up nicely DISGUSTING!!!! Do yourself a favor in Bricktown EAT ELSEWHERE!!!
(1)Beau W.
Food was good, service was slow, but the waitress did a good job nonetheless. That said, there are better Italian restaurants in town.
(3)Philip M.
For the first time ever I have had a horrid meal. Ordered the eggplant parma. The eggplant was way overcooked and the spaghetti was dry. Was not my best meal here.
(3)Jean M.
We were in Oklahoma City for my husband's Marine reunion. A group of us walked from the hotel to Bricktown to find a place for lunch. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered an appetizer as my entree and it was brought with everyone else's food. One couple shared a dish and extra plates were brought with no problem. Everyone was happy with their food. Separate checks weren't a problem either. The nicest thing happened when the checks came. The waiter announced that he realized the military connection from the shirts the men wore. He thanked them all for their service and said that the restaurant had applied a military discount to all our bills.
(5)Trisha H.
Was in town visiting friends and they suggested this place. Well her lil boy suggested this place because its his favorite. Nice homely atmosphere. Very nice staff. We were seated promptly on a Friday night. There was even a trolly inside that you can sit in and dine as well. But our party was too big. I enjoyed my experience here. Food was pretty good, I had the minestrone soup, and the Lasagne Feast. I barely put a dent in it, but it was pretty good. Everyone I ate with enjoyed their meal as well. We will come back, next time we are in town.
(4)Kelly K.
Well it just wasn't as good as the 2 times we went before... just average. The 2 times since we have been there I have noticed how disgusting the ladies restroom is. COME ON! Spend a few bucks and fix the bathrooms and mop the crud off the floor. Yuk, no more!
(2)John C.
We went here for my future Sister in laws birthday. I was told later the reason they picked it, was they used to go there when they were little to play the games and have alot of fun. When we arrived the waitress was very friendly and it was not very busy at all. We were one of the last tables to be sat and we were a party of 5. We received our drink orders and she was very friendly, but I noticed a little akward on the orders. Luckily being a birthday we sat and chated while they came out and appologized for the long wait and brought bread. We watched as every table around us was served, excluding the two tables who left. Then just as we were hitting our wits end a younger lady came to the manager and complained. He did what he could and she left. I couldn't understand the conversation so don't know what happened... I do know that the customer yelled at the top of her lungs "it's not her fault." and pointed at the waitress. After a FOREVER wait our food finaly arrived, by forever i mean an Hour and 18 minutes later from the order. The food was tasty, but in my opinion WAY over priced. Touristy theme show with cute decorations and troubles in the kitchen. I'd probably pass and try something else. If in Bricktown there are multiple choices... if you're looking for good itallian... go to Sophabellas.
(2)Shannon G.
Salad was wonderful, bread was warm and delicious. Our waiter was a little on the slow side but the food well than made up for it! I had the combo dinner with the lasagne, chicken, fettichini alfredo.. everything was outstanding! Its a must go if your in town!
(4)Kara G.
Spaghetti Warehouse is an old family favorite of mine. I remember it was the first restaurant in Bricktown. I went here again recently with a friend and I gotta tell you it wasn't great. Service was fine, but the food was dull, I mean I can make better. It was all very frozen like a bland Bertolli dinner ya dig. IDK, I'm sure I will eat here again, it just isn't anything to write home about.
(2)Amy B.
Awful! And we didn't even get a chance to actually EAT the food! I had family in from out of town and we took everyone (8 people, 4 were kids) to Bricktown. I had called ahead to The Spaghetti Warehouse to ask for the wait time for a party of 8 & they were a little weird on the phone...stating "20 minutes, maybe more, maybe less, depends". OK, whatever....they put us down and we made it over to the restaurant. While I went in to confirm they had us on the list, my party waited outside. The hostess did in fact have us down & when I asked if we could wait outside, she said "sure, I'll even write it by your name". I asked if we needed to check back & she proceeded with the "it's about 20 minutes, maybe more, maybe less, depends". Really? I'm glad she clarified that b/c this was my first experience in dining out...ok, not really, but it was weird nonetheless. I explained that we had small kids (ages 10 & under) & told her they were grouchy from being hungry & asked if maybe we could go ahead and get the bread basket. She said "no, but they can have one of these" & pointed to a selection of candy sticks (apparently one comes with their meal). OK, I'll take what I can get to appease these kids & thanked her & went outside. Before going out, I asked her if I should check back and she ASSURED me that "see, I wrote "out" next to your name". OK, so after about 15 min, my (skeptical & hungry) husband decided to go check with them & low-and-behold, they had already called our names....irritating, b/c they never did come outside as the hostess assured me they would (we were RIGHT in front of the entrance). The manager came up to my husband & said, "no worries, we'll get your table together". We all paraded inside to wait after my husband came & got us & we never saw the manager again. Another 15 minutes go by (she wasn't kidding when she said "maybe MORE maybe less") and we decide it's best just to leave...as we were walking out, I explained to the hostess that we were leaving...with 4 STILL hungry kids...after dealing with them for nearly an hour! We never even got a chance to experience the food but if it's anything like the front was operated, I'm glad we didn't. They weren't even busy! There were several other patrons that were treated poorly, the hostess stand staff is rude and clueless. Or, maybe they just don't care. Either way, I'll never go there and will make sure everyone I know steers clear.

I am not sure what I was expecting. Someone mentioned it was something similar to Maggiano's. However, it was nothing like it. We ordered wine, a bottle of Chianti, and it was horrible. It came out in an interesting bottle and once poured it had a very stale vinegar taste. So, we let it air for a bit and it unfortunately worsened. So, we ordered a glass of Yellow Tail Shiraz. Of course, the inexpensive wine was very good. The waitress did not charge us for the bottle, which was good. The portions were large but the food wasn't that memorable. I ordered the Warehouse Scampi and it was OK. The shrimp was overcooked and too much garlic was used. (I didn't think using too much garlic was possible!!!) If I went back, I probably would not order that dish again. Not sure if I would go back again.

This is a day i wish I had negative stars. DONT DO IT BRO. This verbatim, and I have the reviews, the elite status, and the clout to stand by my account. First of all I loved this place as a teenager. It was a great date night spot as its heavily decorated, and themed. Its family oriented so that you can bring the kids here and not feel like its overly fancy, yet its lit well enough to be a cutesy date night. I came here with my little brother. As we were seated he asked to play video games and if he could have root beer and the wedding soup to start. I said sure, loaded him up with quarters and sent him on his way. The server approached us, he didn't tell me his name, asked what we were drinking, and I asked for the root beer, a water, and if I could go ahead and put in an order for the italian wedding soup. I was rudely told that he was only taking the drink order as he turned on his heel and left the table. Okay... "so maybe he's just a runner getting the drinks" I thought to myself. He returned, and I asked again if I could get the italian wedding soup for my brother. He stared at me blankly and curtly explained that he would put in the order for soup once my party was whole. I really patiently explained that my brother was literally 10 feet away playing video games. He interrupted me to tell me the soup would get "really cold really fast". I straightened my jacket, sat up and said 'Please. Just bring me the soup, and what's your name?" He still didn't tell me his name, he threw the soup down, and my brother came over and could barely eat it as it was so incredibly hot. When we went to order the server was so aloof that he did not allow for me to get a word in- I had to practically yell at him to let him know i needed a meatball on my entree. Food came out and our waiter only asked in passing if everything was okay. He would never know as his back was to us before we could gripe about anything. *soup was overly hot and nothing to write home about *brother said the meatballs tasted weird *salad was swimming in italian dressing and covered beyond recognition in croutons *horrible service SAVE YOUR MONEY. Don't come here. EVER!

Went with a big group and thought the food was the traditional board of fare and a pretty good bang for the buck. It is high volume with no frills but is a great option when the kids are along. I liked the antiques.

Craptastic. It took five minutes to be seated despite the fact that the restaurant was largely a wasteland. I can't remember the last time I saw so many open tables in a restaurant that was open for business - should have recognized this as the warning it was. Then, when finally seated, we were ignored for approximately 10 minutes despite the fact that waitstaff were present in our area. When we finally decided to bag it and head somewhere else, no one acknowledged us then either except for a slightly quizzical look from the hostess. Poor service & poor management. This place is the perfect argument for why a "zero stars" rating should exist.

Eh - it's ok, food portions are good sized, quality is middle of the road. Service was good the night I went. Not sure if I would go back, nothing that really caught my attention. Prices aren't bad.

We have lived here 9 years, and have never gone- but we did! My daughter was stuck on celebrating her 8th birthday at Spaghetti Warehouse, While they couldn't make reservations for parties less than 10- that was ok. We didn't have to wait long at all to be seated. Tina the manager was kind enough to put my daughters birthday ice-cream cake in the freezer so that they could bring it out after dinner. The staff was awesome, our waiter Chris was very helpful in telling us what entrees were popular, etc. They even gathered their wait staff on a busy Saturday night to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, and the WHOLE restaurant joined in. It was so awesome, they made us feel very welcome and we will definitely be back!

Spaghetti and meat sauce (with extra sauce) was pretty good. So was chicken parmesan. Large portions. Bread with garlic butter was just ok. The lasagna someone else ordered looked delicious. Service on a Wednesday afternoon was fine. I think I would go back.

Decided to give this place a try for dinner after a group of coworkers and I quickly glanced at the menu. Not very expansive but had enough variety for the 3 of us. Server was a young guy and according to him he's "here day and night" which was interesting since he didn't know much about the menu and overall provided service at a level I would expect of a trainee waiter. He openly blamed our drinks taking a while on the bartender for "taking forever, he's so slow", forgot someone's dessert but delivered the check, he didn't know what the pomodoro sauce was ("um there might be vegetables") and tried waaaay too hard to upsell apps and drinks. We did receive bread but unfortunately it took more effort to slice through it than our knives allowed. Salad was nothing special. The Pesto vinaigrette drowned the entire plate and tasted like Italian dressing mixed with basil. Pass. I ordered the spaghetti with spicy meat sauce. Pasta was cooked well and the sauce had some flavor but the meat was gritty like it had been over ground. Here on business so not sure how likely it is I'll be back in area. But if I am, I will seriously consider other choices before committing to dining here again.
