My family and mother and father-in-law decided to have brunch at the Red Lobster on W. Memorial near the Quail Springs mall. The food was very good (I have the Admirals Feast) and service was fast. Our waiter (forgot his name) was rather soft spoken so it was hard to hear him, but his was frequently checking back with us to see if we needed anything, filled waters and coffee often and even brought extra tartar sauce without our having to ask. The inside was also clean and nicely appointed as a seafood restaurant. My only complaint would be that like very Red Lobster I go to they always keep the place very cold so you really should bring a jacket or something to keep warm.

Excellent food and service. Good prices for lunch. I can't bet past the blackened catfish, with their wonderful mashed potatoes (even though I'm no a low carb diet!) and one of the best side salads in OKC. Always an excellent experience here, especially for lunch.

Went for dinner, parking lot was packed on a Saturday night but don't let it scare you, it's a big restaurant. We were seated in 10 minutes. Had the new drink "High Tide" and loved it. Appetizers of cheese sticks (we had a toddler) and the sweet chili shrimp. It was great. It was crab fest so we ordered up some crab. All tasted great and served reasonably quick given the Saturday night dinner crowd. Kitchen forgot a crab cake but Chad the waiter made it right.

I love Red Lobster, it's one of the few places in Oklahoma that I feel comfortable eating seafood! I ordered the big feast platter and everything was incredible! The cheddar bay biscuits were incredible as always. The table started off with two appetizers, the lobster and artichoke dip and shrimp cocktail. The dip was to die for, I don't know if I will ever be able to go back to the regular spinach version! They were so close to a five star rating but lost a star with the shrimp cocktail. It was mushy and almost inedible. Our waitress was wonderful and removed it from the ticket though so as far as a bad dish goes, this was a best case scenario situation and handled perfectly by the staff. I will be going back to this location as well as any others I may be close to when I start craving seafood!

It's been a minute since my husband and I went to a Red Lobster. We made the mistake of coming here on a Saturday during prime eating hour. Needless to say the wait was LONG. With our one year old cranky and hungry, we almost left so we wouldn't be "that couple with the crying kid." Luckily we were seated before that happened in a quiet area. Our server was very nice and attentive. The food didn't take too long to come out considering a massive 50th birthday party and the amount of people eating. Then again, Red Lobster will keep those biscuits coming if you ask and has a salad before your meal. Over all, the food seemed fresh and tasted great. I know they revamped their menu last year to focus on healthier and fresher options. My husband and I definitely noticed the difference.

I got a Cajun salmon and shrimp dinner to go. Salmon was disgusting and tiny, shrimp was cold and mashed potatoes were cold. I guess since they thought it was a to go order they could screw me over...and they did.

Service and food were delicious as always. She has the grilled salmon cooked perfectly. I asked them to create the flounder meal that has been taken off the menu and they were very accommodating. Part blackened and part fried as always. Can't stress enough how happy the staff seems and what a calm place to catch dinner on a hot summers evening. Keep up the good work.

We went here for my sons birthday because we let him choose where to eat. We were seated promptly as a party of 6 which I thought was excellent. We had a server who was on her first day on the job. Overall she did a great job considering. The salads we ordered were good. They were neither under dressed nor over dressed. We all ended up ordering the same thing off of the menu. Our food was hot and fresh from the kitchen. The only problem we experienced was that they didn't bring us any of those delicious cheddar bay biscuits until we were all about half done with our dinner. Usually they bring those out before your salad. They more than made up for it though by bringing my now 11 year old son a big bowl of ice cream with LOTS of whipped cream and cherries. Also they gathered all of the female staff to bring it to him and sing. They even mentioned to him that they found all of the pretty girls they could just so they could sing to him. He was a little embarrassed but I think he liked the attention from those pretty girls. Overall this was a great meal and experience.

The quality of Red Lobster has gone down over the last 20 years. When I was a kid, this was the place to go and get quality seafood (for Oklahoma standards). However, over the years the quality has significantly decreased, probably due to costs. The cheddar biscuits have little to no cheddar in them. The crab portions are small and taste like rubber. Don't even think about getting lobster here. I don't recommend it.

I have to admit, I'm partial here, because Red Lobster is probably my all-time favorite place to eat. To be honest, we all know its a chain, so, for the most part, the food and service is likely to be the same whichever location you choose. (It has always been the case for me, even when I've been out of state) The atmosphere is clean, warm and inviting, with a decor reminiscent of the sea and the fishing industry, as you would expect. The food is excellent, contrary to what the seafood snobs will tell you as they turn their noses up because this is a "chain" restaurant. It is also fairly reasonably priced for what you get, which is generous portions for the most part. The cheddar biscuits that are served before your entree comes out are addictively good, and my food has always been served piping hot. The service has always been excellent for the pace of the restaurant (They are often packed on weekend nights) and the waiters and waitresses have never balked at any special requests. The crab/lobster/shrimp/steak/ have always been excellent in quality and preparation. My only complaint about Red Lobster is the way they've downsized their baked potatoes over the years. I'd rather pay a few cents more for a good sized baked potato, often one of my favorite parts of a meal. However, I always request the waiter/waitress "sweet talk" the kitchen staff for a larger potato, and they usually help me out... just ask nicely. Even when I've had a problem with an order not coming out just right, they've always been quick to fix it for me... being polite always goes a long way anywhere. Being kind of a stickler for etiquette, I find it slightly annoying that the host/hostess and wait staff often address customers as "you guys," but then again, this seems to be practice regional to Oklahoma, to be fair.

Never had crunchy lobster before but I did here. The food was bland & not the best I ever had. Our waiter was good until I saw him go from taking our order to the front to hang out & yip yap with his buddies before inputting our order. May be why the lobster was crunchy - sitting under the hot light too long. The bathrooms are nasty - smelled like an out house & the smell even fills out into the front entry lobby- gross! Not what I want to smell before eating! The restraint was dead for a Saturday at 6pm & we felt we were at the old peoples nursing home buffet. Very dismal & wore out looking restaurant - we won't be back!

Doesn't taste like others I've been to, in a 'not so good' way. Guess we're far from water in OK city. Pretty bland. Pretty Ok. The deserts need improvement. All 4 of us got a different desert and nobody liked theirs.

Since we live in tiny town Oklahoma, we don't get any seafood. Sometime I have an itch for shellfish that can only be scratched by Red Lobster. We had a nice dinner there this evening. We went early to beat the Friday night crowd. We had excellent service and the food was tasty, hot, and good. I had the Wood fired lobster, shrimp, and scallop. Mrs. Eva had the Admiral's feast. We were very pleased with our meal. I would rather have White River or Fish Bones in Tulsa, or to be on the Gulf, but I needed a fix and this chain filled my need.

My boyfriend's mother is a total sweetheart who loves Red Lobster so we always enjoy taking her to dinner here! It's definitely one of the better dining options in Oklahoma. The service is consistently awesome and the food is solid Red Lobster-standard. I was pleasantly surprised when the lobster bisque I ordered came with a ton of yummy lobster meat in it. The cheddar biscuits can't be beat, yay for Red Lobster!

We decided to beat the rush and do Valentine's day a little early. Josh was our server and he did a great job. My wife had the wood grilled lobster, scallops and shrimp, I had the maple glazed salmon (it was excellent) and grilled shrimp. A very nice garden salad is included along with their famous cheddar biscuits. Finished the evening with the NY style chesecake with strawberries. Food and service were great! We're big fans.

Red Lobster's generally a pretty safe bet. They offer good-quality seafood and usually have some type of special going, as well as a few new items added to the menu from time to time. My wife and I visited this location for dinner with our youngest son (just under 2) and were pleasantly surprised at the incredibly friendly staff and outstanding service. Our server was Jason; ask for him by name. Not only was he a delightful personality, but he went out of his way to insure that our son had a great time as well. Very good food and great service... what more can you ask for?

I am from California and love, love Red Lobster. So when I saw one down the street from the hotel I was staying at, it was a no brainer that I eat here. I was tired so I ordered their broiled seafood platter to go. I have never ever had food so SALTY!! It was so bad that I had trouble eating it. I was so tired that I didn't want to go back so I picked through my food and called it an evening. If anyone from this Red Lobster location is reading this, please do something with the seasoning because it was really disappointing for such a fan! I would never recommend this location.

My mother and I were excited to have whole steamed lobster as it is a treat for us about once a year. We ordered our two lobsters and when they arrived they were so overcooked that the claw literally disintegrated. The tail was edible, but not great. If we wanted lobster tail we would have just ordered lobster tail. The manager brought us out 1 more to split--it was also very overcooked. No bibs needed for these lobster. She tried to make this one look good by slathering it in butter, but it only made my hands greasy trying to get into it. If I go back I will not be having lobster--I found out that they have a machine that they put the lobster in and press a button. When it dings its done. They should know to take the lobster out immediately rather than letting it sit there--either that or the thing is terribly miscalibrated. Regardless, they don't know the proper way to cook a lobster and I won't be wasting my money again.
