Stopped in for a take out order. Food was cooked fresh. Not a long wait. Only problem was that when we got back to our hotel, the side salad was missing. I guess we should have checked that everything was there. Staff was very friendly and polite!

Grosss...Never again. I usually don't write reviews on fast food chains. But this one I have to warn people about. Greasy everything! Even the salad I had was greasy, it has a fried piece breaded chicken in it. My husband had pizza and by far the worest pizza ever! But we were from out of town and didn't know any better. Skip this place.

My mom went to this location for me (with my 3 year old in tow) to grab our dinner on 4-6-15. She said you could just tell the guy was going to mess up the order before he did. She ordered our meals, then asked to add on a Caesar salad. The guy said he could add on a side salad and drink for a small fee to each meal, so she opted for that instead. The kids meal was supposed to come with apple juice, but he handed her a cup for the kid instead of a juice box. She asked for a drink carrier and he said he would bring it out to her. She poured all the drinks and of course did not find apple juice at the drink dispenser. Then was stuck monitoring drinks and a three year old at the drink station waiting on a drink carrier. Another customer helped her and reminded the cashier my mom was in need of the carrier. He finally brought that along with the breadsticks she had not been told were being waited on. At home we found one meal was completely incorrect, they included the Caesar salad after she changed that to the mans suggested add on side salad and drink. It was on the receipt as an additional Caesar salad, but it wasn't even a Caesar. It had chicken, and bacon, and tomatoes on it. Also, the Dr. Pepper dispenser was apparently hooked up incorrectly to root beer. I called the manager and nicely explained our experience. She didn't offer any help, said that's what their Caesar salads are made like (incorrect , I checked this against the online menu), and said that my experience was due to a high rate of turnover they have been experiencing.

This is one of my guilty pleasure cravings when I make it home to OKC. Super satisfying pasta dishes for so cheap. And the breadsticks, oh the breadsticks. They're hot and garlicky and unlimited, which is dangerous. They're not as generous with the bread basket as they used to be, though, so you have to make sure to go up and ask. You might be tempted to do takeout instead - but be forewarned that they're far more sparing with the breadsticks that way.

Just picked up lunch from here, and the person on the mic was extremely rude when we were ordering saying "what do you want" with an irritated tone. Then when we pulled up to the window I questioned why it was so expensive. She had added an extra drink that I didn't order, so I told her I only ordered one drink. She looked at me, took my drink back and slammed the window. Then I sat there for about 4 mins, she told me the correct amount, I paid. Then waited another few minutes until she swung open the window and said "here" and slammed the window again!?? So ya, she was just a peach! Now I'm worried she turned around to do something to our food!! Ugh! Not returning. To top it off, they charged me extra for chicken to my pasta, and I just got home. What do you know!? There's no chicken to be found!

I love both of the Fazoli's in town. I love their food, the casual but yet not fast food feel and ambiance and the prices. The customer service is standard for any fast food place. Not good, not bad, not memorable. Every time I go, I get ravioli with meat sauce, pepperoni pizza and lots of breadsticks. I actually like their bread sticks better than Olive Garden.

I received terrible service at this location. I drove up to the drive thru around 7:30 this evening and the inside of the building looked closed down because chairs were all up and no one was inside. I sat behind a car having issues ordering for 15 minutes, then when it was my turn to order I wanted to order a CYO pasta bowl only to find out that they were all out of the things I wanted to add to my pasta (I.e mushrooms and broccoli) that early in the evening. So I just decided to order a specialty dinner and make it a combo with a salad and was abruptly told the total and to pull around before I was even finished ordering for me and my daughter. So I added a meal for my daughter and then was asked very rudely if there "was ANYTHING else I wanted to add." And I said no and pulled forward. Very rude staff. They also forgot to put my salad in the bag with my meal which wasn't a big deal, but to top it off after I pulled away from the window I circled back around and not one single person even in the drive thru/kitchen area they were all in the "closed" dining area talking and on their cell phone. I'll never be back at this location.

Where do I start with this review? I guess I first have to say I really wanted to leave this Fazolis a good review, but I just can't. I have always like fazolis menu and food. The food is not the problem. The reason this restaurant gets a two star from me is due to horrible service. I have been hesitant to go back to here because the past two times I went through the drive thru, I did not only receive the wrong food, but when I came back to get the food I ordered, I was passed over by multiple employees and nobody really cared. Be as it may, I decided to try this place out again after I had forgot about the problems I experienced during my last visit. So I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 dishes (nothing complicated) and got to the window, waited about 5-8 minutes, received the bag and drove home. Surprise, when I arrived home and got the food out, half of the food was missing. Now I know I should just have checked it while I was still in the parking lot, but anyone within reason would assume if you only ordered two dishes, it wouldn't be screwed up or one would be missing... So I got back in the car and drove 15 minutes back to the restaurant, and was treated pretty poorly. Once I finally got to the front of the line I had to wait 10-15 minutes to get the correct food I ordered. Suffice it to say, this place has horrible customer service and have failed multiple times to get the correct food out. The only saving grace is that the food is good (when it is still hot and you don't have to drive back and forth multiple times).

Been here a lot. Horribleeeeeeee staff and customer service. Drive through is a waste of time just go in! You also get unlimited breadsticks If you eat in!!!! The food is always good and it's not too high. I love Italian food and adore that this little place is quick in and out. They also have several kinds of tea. Like passion tea and mango tea. I love my tea. So just understand going in you may become flustered and annoyed by the difficult staff and the rudeness and the place being a mess but remember no place is perfect and the good is worth it most of the time.

If this was based just on customer service it would be a negative. Waited at drive thru box for about 2 mins then pulled up cuz nobody took order. Waited behind another car for 2 mins. Then decided to try again at the speaker box. Sat for 4 mins. Timed it...yes I did. Then rolled up to the window. Saw 2 workers inside talking to each other and eating. Waited for them to look at me...they didn't so I had to get out of my car and knock on the window! And startled the worker. When I asked if his speaker box was working he looked confused. Told me that he must have turned off his headset.

Stopped by this fast food restaurant en route to Chicago on one of my nights of travel. I consider it fast food because it had a drive-thru! Drive-thru italian?! People in L.A. will just die they didn't think of it first! Aside from the restaurant being in the middle of nowhere, I meant OK City, I was sort of pleased to try this place out for the first time. I played it safe and tried the fettucini alfredo which, with an extra side of alfredo sauce, was decent. I think they also gave endless breadsticks, which I liked. All in all, I can't complain about fast food, er, fast, fresh italian!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
