The food is ok in general. The issue is their service. It takes FOREVER to get your food and then you're very lucky if the order is correct. The manager doesn't seem to care how terrible the service is. Staff are standing around seemingly doing nothing but yet no one can refill your drinks. Nearly every time we go there are new staff in training. We heard from a former employee that the kitchen isn't clean. The entire restaurant doesn't seem all that clean actually. I would not recommend you going here unless you have lots of time to kill and low expectations.

From order to table 7 minutes. Fastest service we've ever had here. Then I found out why. Pancakes were cool not hot (they were having all you can eat pancakes) so were precooked. Everything was ok just not hot. But service was fantastic.

Horrible service! Food order was incorrect. Maybe it was an isolated bad experience but I won't be coming back to this location.

This location is close to our home and we have visited it twice. Both visits have been disappointing and we have yet to taste any of their food. The service is horrible here. Last time we stopped by for breakfast. We were seated promptly and our waitress came and took our drink order. After waiting 15 minutes for our drink we left. We never got to actually order food this trip. First visit was very similar. Two strikes and they are out. We won't be back.

This is a pretty good IHOP and to be honest you not only get what you pay for when you go to places like this, but you also have to understand that most of these places are understaffed and the waitstaff is overbooked on tables and doing the best that they can. Our waitress was a little bit spacey, but she was very nice and so you really can't complain about it. Crap happens, people have rough and tiring days, and so sometimes I get frustrated when I see overly critical and negative reviews about service when you have chosen to come to a place like this. That's not to say that I've never written a negative review myself about a place based off of my personal experience, but sometimes I find some reviews to be unnecessarily grumpy. With that said this IHOP is fine. The food tastes fine, the service is fine, the price is fine, and it's a fine experience. It's nice to know that when you want something breakfast-y there is always IHOP at any hour of the day to go to and get some food. I'm sure drunk people in the middle of the night find this place to be a-maz-ing. I'd come back here again, sure.

Ordered the cheese omelette off the 55+ menu...no cheese inside, just a sprinkling on the outside. The omelette was bone dry inside, and of course, the cheese on the outside was not melted. I asked the waitress about it, and she said she would check on it. As we were about to pay our bill, I asked the waitress again if there was supposed to be cheese INSIDE the omelette. She said she checked with the manager, and the omelette had been prepared incorrectly...and had I asked her about it before I ate the omelette, she could have had a new one prepared for me. Seriously...short term memory loss? The manager did not come to our table, and no offer to remove the omelette from our ticket was made! We will be taking our business elsewhere!

I have been here a number of times and I will admit their food is good. One issue I have had here is with service. This happened more than twice at this location that the service is noticeably slow. I have been to other IHOP locations and had great service so my disappointment is that this our local branch. The kids love to eat here and I am one to overlook these things from time to time believing that it may just have been a bad day. Hopefully others that try this spot have a better experience with service and can give a better review than I am able to give at this time. I will more than likely return in hopes of a better experience myself.

IHOP never seems to disappoint. There's always some groovy pancake special, they never seem to be too busy and the waitstaff is pretty much always pleasant. And they're open 24 hours. God bless the person who thought, "what we need is a breakfast place that is open 24 hours." Because let's face it...breakfast is the best meal of the day, pound for pound and dollar for dollar. Sure, you can have a killer dinner..surf..turf...all the good stuff...but you'll drop at least 50 bucks for the pleasure. You go to IHOP and get the Split Decision...literally 2 of everything....for 8 bucks. Personally, I love their Eggs Benedict. True poached eggs and a sweet hollandaise. It's pretty darn good. And I didn't have to spend a fortune. You know you love IHOP, too, so quit reading and go get an International Passport, or Rootie Tootie Fresh and Fruitie. You won't regret it.

Service was good, food is fair, restrooms are a disaster. Restrooms very dirty and the Women's handicapped stall was unusable. Paper towel dispensers not functioning in Men's. Nuff said.

We got sat and waited 10 minutes to be served we weren't ever acknowledged. As we got up to leave the manager on duty only offered us a free coffee for our incident.. Won't be back!
